How to give kids the tools that may protect them in the future, if a muzzer threatens you light a candle and offer a hug!!

I was just surprised that they didn’t tell the kids that it was them right wingers who forced the muzzers to do what they did.

Great news; the BBC still does comedy.

I’ve just listened to “Costing The Earth” – 30 minutes of BBC presenters and guests pretending to be extreme eco-mentalists, putting forward all the maddest ideas that will be presented in Paris. They even managed to keep a straight face (voice) when they had someone sounding like David Attenborough (John Culshaw?)started to go on about slavery. I especially liked the surrealist sketch on when Ed Davy discovered that shipping wood across the Atlantic to burn in British power stations wouldn’t help the environment – as if anyone with any sense ever thought it would.

    British comedy at its best.

Or did I miss something. Please tell me it wasn’t supposed to be factual, was it?

Ed Davey is just Mark Oaten with even more shit in his mouth…without the glamorous assistance of Vicky-Pollard Pryce to deflect us.
Only the BBC would ask this poltroon who stepped in Huhnes flip flaps for an opinion re “global boiling”.

Jon Gaunt gets it a bit wrong again, that is if he really believes that his new station is the home of free speech. After allowing a flavour of the week moderate Muslim Dr Taj Hargay (has done pieces in the DM & DT) an almost uninterrupted 20 minute slot, an understandably nervous caller calls in to challenge what he was saying and suggests ‘dissimulation’ Our host forgets his free speech mantra, again comes over all Nolan, talks all over the guy and it true BBC stylee calls him a bigot, is rude and cuts him off…

The caller may well have been a complete nutter, but I would have liked to hear just what he had to say uninterrupted to make up my own mind.

Listen to the caller @ -15:15 and Taj Hargay @ -45:00, a bit of a poor website, you need to pause the live broadcast, press play in the green bar and slide the bar to the correct time.

    Free speech?

Jon “my mic loud/your mic quiet” Gaunt, for the third time in just over a week!
… sheesh! all this “free speech ends, Islam begins” palava.
It s all a bit grating isn t it
what s going on, got Islamic interests, bank rolling some of this new station?
I think he said he needed advertising.

“Why does he simply keep coming out with the tired old free speech not hate speech line …
Yep! that hoary old excuse that Islamic adherents use as they class every critique of Islam as hate, never shut up about “haters” … voila! never get asked the pertinent questions.
Already caught blocking people, barring people, over listeners/callers making valid points, or filibustering over them on air.
You d think Mr Gaunt would understand that …
Speech that isn t contentious, that isn t offensive … it needs no protection, first the No1 important balloon to pop in that regard is religion … that is essential in any society.
Look so Muslims won t like it … SO WHAT!
… in fact they probably will “hate” it (as they seem to do all the time), but hey
… tough titty, they ll just have get over it, what are they babies?

Harsh critique of their dangerous and totalitarian ideology is essential and necessary … if they turn abusive or even violent, well it rather proves the point doesn t it

Mr Gaunt … a louder mic while you talk over people, who make points you don t agree with?
          … then cut them off?
          … free speech fail …

Forget the phoney baloney accent and pathetic ‘man in the street’ posturing and you’ll see he’s a total fraud who never actually steps outside the liberal reservation, and never even goes near the edge without immediately scampering back to the center ground and parroting the whole freak show mantra of liberal platitudes.

” . . . Capita is not a public authority as defined by the Act

This is a request lodged under the Freedom of Information Act for

It looks like the 400 people in an outsourced Capita office called BBC Audience Services in Belfast will lose their jobs under a contract with the BBC that is due to lapse on 31st March 2016. It looks like everything you need to see has already been leaked. Probably why the BBC complaints set up has to be dismantled. Its why I know the addresses of BBC employees in Belfast. I also knew the address of Johnny Ball, David Bellamy and Patrick Moore. In fact David Bellamy and Patrick Moore used to invite visitors and broadcast from their home address.

Well here’s something you didn’t know!

Thanks to Radio 4 PM interviewing ‘Red Ken’ Livingstone we know that any attack in London will be the fault of the Tories, because of the cuts, and the fact that there are fewer Police.

The interviewer (Eddie Mair) made no attempt to mention the fact the cuts were made necessary by Labour profligacy, which is not disputed seeing as they’ve apologised, and the mass immigration, which Labour have also apologised for. There was no mention of the invitation Labour gave to Islamic terrorists, nor the turning of a blind eye “so long as they didn’t carry out acts of terrorism here”, gaining the capital the epithet, “Londonistan” and protests from all over Europe !

Not that Eddie Mair’s biased or anything !

100 Syrian ‘refugees’ have invaded Glasgow. The bBBC has managed to find one of them who says he is looking forward to integrating with British society and speaking English, and never wants to go back to Syria.

Still, you have to feel sorry for them. Just wait until they realise they have left a country full of sectarian hatred and ruled by an ideological dictator, to come to Scotland, a country full of sectarian hatred and ruled by an ideological dictator.

Be in no doubt these people are here for good, they are being granted 5 year visas and then after that’s up they can apply to stay permanently, so there is absolutely no intention to seek their return or expect them to. By then of course they’ll have moved off the Scottish island I hear they’ve been sent to and they’ll be down here in England. I’d put money on it. How many children will they have had while they are here, courtesy of the NHS. These kids will know no other country and we will be stuck with them.

And don’t forget, these are the first of 20,000 !!!!!!! (plus kids to be born) The suggestion that they will go back is a deceit. And we do not have the resources to look after them, we should never have taken them. The government acts against the best interests of it’s indigenous people.

    Jesus Christ !

Police were called into a school after an image of a pupil holding an AK-47 rifle was circulated on Facebook.

The picture of the student – who is a pupil at Royton and Crompton School in Oldham – was flagged up on the social media site by scores of concerned parents, just days after the massacre in Paris.

It shows the boy – understood to be between 13 and 14-years-old – smiling and posing for the camera with his finger on the trigger of the powerful semi-automatic rifle .

The casual nature and the familiarity with weapons of this type show just how dangerous the Pakistanis are. Of course any criticism will no doubt have been dealt with severely by Greater Manchester Political Correctness Squad !

The thing is, just how many on this forum have actually read the following document?

    Click to access pb13309-ghg-guidance-0909011.pdf

It doesn’t take much of a brain to work out that if there are more people in a country using all the facilities made available to them then Co2 emissions will increase. Read this government document about Co2 emissions and you will see that it will always be a dog chasing its tail. If you want economic growth, Co2 will grow with it. The only way you will reduce Co2, is to remove everyone from your country and have economic collapse. If that happened, what would everyone then do to limit Co2 emissions that they would still be creating? Calling Mr Harrabin, calling Mr Harrabin?

Anybody fancy a MINUS ten in Scotland on Saturday? Go on you know you want to do it, switch on that extra electric heating bar..oooh, maybe not..just think of all that extra Co2 that might warm you up.

TOB, I wonder what that will do to annual audit fees? (Passed on to the customer.) I wonder how many Enrons will slip past the auditors (Losing people money) while they are busy ‘saving the planet’? I wonder how much electricity had to be generated to produce that document – all the meetings – photocopying drafts, printing nicely bound copies (delivered by truck & van – woah! Stop those emissions right there!!) and all the extra computer time (with lights on in offices) while employees read on screen, then print (uh oh! more electricity!!) copies for reading on the train or wider circulation.

      I note the document is 75 pages long. I bet the French equivalent is two sides of A4 and already deep filed. The German version will be on one side of A4 and the energy suppliers in Germany will be already supplying the information to their business customers in reportable form. {Variation on old joke – I’ll get my coat.}

Have only scanned it quickly but although it mentions land use and farming it doesn’t mention wildlife. I recall Johnny Ball telling us on the BBC that according to his calculations, the emissions from mosquitoes were increasing as fast or faster than those of human activity. At the time they outweighed humans on a ratio of 9:1 and were increasing in number. Their habitats also emit methane, IIRC a worse GW gas than CO2.

He appears to have slipped out of favour with the BBC not long after. I wonder why?

Although species are becoming extinct, still, despite our efforts to preserve them (somezoologists now reckon 90%+ species disappeared before humans came on the scene) wildlife numbers appear to be doing well, especially if my garden is any indicator.

Am I recalling all that correctly? Or has my ageing brain scrambled it all. Anyone else recall those R4 programmes around 2005/2006? Think it was a week long series where he was doing real world mathematics. Or was he on Midweek or something like that?

Even worse, those on the regressive left, in their endless capacity for masochism and self-loathing, have attempted to shift blame inwardly on themselves, denying the terrorists even the satisfaction of claiming responsibility.

The media really are clutching at any straw to keep the ” It’s nothing to do with Islam” narrative going. Some woman on the Sky News Review last night , on hearing that drug paraphenalia had been found in a terrorist flat seemed to be extremely relieved and happy when she exclaimed “oh that does not seem very Islamic”. This confirmsed what she had always suspected. It was a perfidious UKIP black op.

I do wish Sky would stop referring to these terrorists as French, Belgian or European and calling terrorism of this kind “home-grown”. This is at best a half truth. They are “French terrorists of Islamic heritage”. If that’s too long use the more accurate discription “Islamic terrorism/terrorist”. Nationality is only mentioned to the exclusion of the Islamic heritage as a blame shifting excercise. Nationality is irrelevant to Jihadists.

Pretty son after the news of the atrocity broke the Ex squaddie sites on social media lit up. Amongst them were the usual apologists giving the same old nothing to do with.. I wonder exactly why these people who on the face of it are not members of the cult feel they have to offer apologies on something they would appear to have little actual knowledge of. Anyway I ended up in what was a one sided argument with someone who decided to tell me that they were much more clever than me, and had a much more exciting life. Boy was I impressed. His whole argument besides telling me I was responsible was that members of the cult were alienated and they didn’t get nice jobs because they were job alienated. As I had a few hours to spare I decided to play wind up. After a couple of hours he told me he had a life outside facebook and was going. Only to emerge about 30 minutes later which prompted me to question if he really did have a life outside Facebook. It ended up with the usual fall back position of the lefties by calling me an idiot followed by a bit more abuse then telling me to “F**** off” At that point I had to go as we were seeing a band in Manchester. However I have been able to introduce several people to the concept of Taqiyya and Kitman. Something I have never heard being mentioned when the apologists appear on screen.

    Bias? Probably.

Leading to bad science. Last night, The World Tonight (BBC R4 17/11/2015) ended with an item on ‘Climate Change’. They went to Tonga, to one of the outlying islands, to report on ‘Climate Change’ happening right there. A beach side restaurant was having to move further inland. Unfortunately, climate was not really mentioned; instead they talked about sea level rise or erosion or sinking or tectonic plate shift or crust movement. Or didn’t. No questions asked there. No thinking going on. Perhaps it was edited out?

No questions about weather either. Whether snow was keeping customers away or the stormy season had become a year round phenomenon and was blowing sea up the beach or the customers or the restaurant into the sea every day. Apparently, it was still a great place to eat. Especially, I guess, on BBC expenses. But we weren’t told that essential piece of information: the impact on customers and the business. Still no thinking, no questions. Climate Change was happening. And, no doubt, Paris will stop it! An unspoken brave prediction from an unthinking, unquestioning and, apparently, very unscientific BBC Correspondent. Shameful.

Then the TOADY programme this morning, dear old Sarah having trouble getting her brain into gear over the increasing need for electricity generation (increasing population, anyone?) and the implicit belief it can be delivered by wind turbines & solar panels. I wonder if she ever looks here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2643743 and notes the wind speed variations and rain. Good job that Amber Rudd is a robust, no nonsense sort of gal and knows what’s what.

The ‘plan’ is that we will stop using petrol and diesel for road transport and use electricity, (it comes out of the wall for free doncha know), and stop using gas for domestic heating, (our houses will be so insulated that we won’t need any heating, besides ‘global warming’ etc.). But it will all work fine because ‘smart’ meters will allow ‘non-essential’ loads, (you and me), to be disconnected, while keeping the lights on for essential users (like Harrabin, Nitterly Binit and Baroness Worthington).

Sad to say the Met Office won’t be selling the public a name a cloud after your auntie packs this Ex-Christmas – that would have been just too smart a fund raiser after their losing the BBC weather gig.
Rob Peter to borrow from Paul – that’s your public sector economics right there.

Anyone up for a save the Red Button campaign? The badge could be – oh I don’t know… a red button? That Green Party bag lady from the QT panel could wear a red one and a white one too – so as not to offend.

Too late for storm naming suggestions now anyway – we’ve sold half the slots to the Irish – assuming Abigale was the English rose then Barney must have been one from the Emerald Isle

So I’d best ditch my scheme for cloud naming – the EU would just demand we hand over quotas to the other 27 – 27 is it now?

BBC Radio 4 close to 9:00 am last piece broadcast an unbelievable piece that the Paris terrorists are not Muslims, all the usual clichés and left wing idiotic stupidity are repeated.
There are statements that the vast majority of Muslims condemn this act, but there’s no proof. Yet again we hear the usual mental illness / lone wolf excuse trotted out it really is a disgrace.

Are there different kinds of terrorists? The short answer is no! All terrorism, meaning the deliberate and indiscriminate killing of civilians, is morally wrong and indefensible. But, in Europe and elsewhere people seem to think there are “good” terrorists and “bad” terrorists. My terrorists are bad, because they attack my citizens and kill my people and harm innocent lives. But, your terrorists are good, because they are motivated by desperation and frustration over the policies of your government. My terrorists kill people for no apparent reason, they are crazy and irrational. Your terrorists on the other hand are responding to specific rational decisions, such as the building of settlements and occupation. So when a Muslim extremist with a suicide belt blows himself up in a crowded theater or shoots people indiscriminately, if they are French people that is bad, but if they are Israeli people on a bus that is good. Well, not exactly good, but understandable and somehow justified.
It is this kind of thinking that has brought us to this situation, where Muslims have infiltrated Europe and brought their violent and extremist culture with them.
The UN does not have an agreed definition of terrorism because the Arab countries have prevented a definition that might include the terrorist attacks against civilians carried out by Palestinians, who they do not want to be classified as terrorists. Pres. Hollande has stated that he will bring a resolution to the UN Security Council to have them unite against terrorism. But, how can they do that it they don’t know what terrorism is? On Friday a father and son were murdered while driving in a car near Jerusalem. Was that not terrorism? If the SC resolution does not include that as terrorism then it cannot be justified.
So now, after the horrific attacks in France, where they used suicide belts and kalashnikov automatic rifles against unarmed defenseless civilians, let us dispense with the liberal cant. All terrorism is intrinsically wrong and morally unjustifiable and because it is carried out by a Syrian or a Palestinian or an Algerian or an Egyptian Muslim, against a night club in Casablanca, a train in Madrid, a family driving in a car in Jerusalem, a rock concert in Paris or a Russian airplane, makes no difference. All terrorism is uncivilized and must be fought.
There cannot be a double standard on terrorism.

    Goodbye Abigail;

Barney just waved as he departed these shores. At this rate, the powers-that-be will reach Zebedee before New Year!!

I cannot see any logical reason why these deep depressions, storms and so-called storms have to be named. In the Western and Northern Isles off Scotland, wind is a fact of life. Last winter was particularly bad but from the Bbc, all we heard was…Scotland will be a bit breezy!! How fast has the wind speed to be before a storm is named? It’s all quite ridiculous and OTT nonsense.

It’s really hard to add anything to what has already been said about Paris. But one question I would like to address to all these politicians and BBC journalists, who keep informing us ad infinitum that these types of attacks are, “nothing to do with Islam” is: Considering you have made such a sweeping statement, how much do you actually know about Islam? I suspect not very much.

At the start of the Feast of Eid al-Adhamam, celebrating Abraham’s willingness to sacrifice his son, Cameron told a group of Muslims, “This is the same in my Bible as it is in your Qur’an.”

Unfortunately the Islamic tradition is that the son was Ishmael, child of Hagar, his hand maiden, while the Judaeo-Christian tradition is that the son was Isaac, child of Sara, his first and only wife.

So Cameron knows neither Islam nor Christianity. (Why anyone would want to revere a nutter with a propensity to kill his children, ‘because the voices told him’, beats me!)

Having sex with your slaves, now that’s a tradition worth keeping! How about adding it to the list of ‘British Values’?

Naturally to his surprise he was shouted down and the usual racist etc. He couldn’t comprehend this attitude from his comrades, and the icing on the cake was when one brownshirt suggested he ‘take a good fucking look at himself with a name like that’

I have watched how the liberal left squirm in the aftermath of the second atrocity in Paris this year , not to mention the other lesser known incidents such as the thwarted attack on the train and the several murders caused by Muslim terrorists driving cars into pedestrians in France. Oh and of course the Russian plane bombing and many, many more attacks throughout the world and even more plots that have been prevented by security services.
There are poles , one even conducted by the arch appeaser , the BBC, which show that 27% of British Muslims have sympathy with the views of those who murdered the Charlie Hebdo journalists. There is a glaring absence of any mass Muslims street protests against these Jihadists attacks. It is clear that Muslims do not share the views of Westeners to such a degree that the tensions between ‘us’ and ‘them’ are unbridgeable and there is growing likelihood of major conflict.
Yet the BBC and their liberal left chums simply can’t bring themselves to admit what is obvious to everyone else a) that having a few million Muslim in our country is a danger to us and our way of life and b) that allowing even more Muslims into the UK is highly irresponsible. Instead we are still being fed a series of BBC commentators who are variously trying to deflect the blame away from Islam , trying to say that we must not over react , that we should not allow these awful events to limit our desire ( their desire they mean ) to give sanctuary to ever more Muslims, that it is the West that is the cause of the trouble, that Isalm is a religion of peace etc etc to the point of nausea.
It seems to me that no publicly funded organisation should be allowed to take a stance which is so dangerous for our country and so much out of step with the public view. I sincerely hope that people who have previously been duped by the BBC into believing that the corporation is a ‘National Treasure’ are beginning to see it for what it really is, a dangerous campaigning organisation which has a world view directly against the best interests of those in the UK who pay for it, and for which it brazenly churns out propaganda 24/7. If they do they should make the government aware of their anti BBC views before the BBC Charter Review or else the BBC will go on undermining our country for years to come.

I think you might be laying yourself open to great disappointment.
Camerloon has just stood up in parliament and proclaimed that Islam is a religion of peace. There were no guffaws of laughter. He does however think there might be a connection between Islam and Islamic terror. I wonder what he thinks that might be apart from Islam. Some people may carry out atrocities in defiance of their religion, but Muslims perform certain kinds of atrocity because Islam sanctions them. There may well have been psycopaths in the Nazi death camps, but most were there to implement certain Nazi doctrines which they believed in. No one would call Himmler a “moderate” Nazi because he had not actually killed anyone personally. In fact when he witnessed a mass killing in Minsk and was splattered with some brain tissue he became quite ill and had to be ushered away. Afterwards, he gave the executioners a talk commending their courage and resolve in overcoming a natural reluctance to kill in order to serve a higher purpose. Nazi murderers were not implementing a “perverted” or “misinterpreted” form of Nazism and the remaining Nazis were not “moderate”. They all believed the same thing. It’s the same with Islam.
