Princess Diana and her impact on black women
We reflect on the 20th anniversary of the death of Princess Diana. What impact did she have on black women here and in America?

Hmmm listening to a programme on bbc WS about (The Great Saviour and New Mohammed Ali!) Colin Kaperneck.
He’s standing up for black rights and has given $2 million to black groups (glad he can afford it).
A awful lot seem cock a hoop that the US has gone back to the 1960s or is it the 1860s. Slavery, discrimination and the KKK are lynching like there’s no tomorrow. Police ‘executions are rife and Satan is President. (Apparently!)
Oh well, it finds work for some and passes the time for others.

      Priceless JimS!
The reflex lefty feminist idiots at the BBC alone could give themselves such a dilemma.
Planet Earth simply mocks them, yet stumps us for their fetid droolings on cue.
Single mum, shagging around and well away from her kids-lots of bling and dreadful music taste…apart from that?
As Ned Flanders said of Lisa Simpson-“an answer to a question that nobody is asking”.
This probably covers 90% of all BBC News these days…and this one is going in the scrapbook.

Standard equality/empathy test is to reverse the roles
So would BBC run with “Princess Diana and her impact on WHITE MEN” ?
      …course not
BBC Woman’s Hour is saying your reaction to Princess Diana depends upon your skin colour
      …em that’s RACISM

I see that Billy Bragg is getting criticism for squauking ona about climate change as he flies hither and thither, promoting his afternoon on Burl Ives lap, or a lift shared with Peter Buck from R.E.M.
Lord Bragg of Wassail says he`s innocent-it`s all those people showing up to his arenas with their 200 mile trips from Daytona to Youngstown that are giving him such a seemingly-massive carbon footprint. Don`t blame him…it`s those bobbysoxers in ther SUVs who insist on showing up to touch the hem of his turned-up grundies that are our problem.
    Not him.
Well, I`ve seen the attendances at Billys bashes…safe to say that it may not be the problem that some think it is.
In fact, given how shit Billy is-he`s certainly doing HIS bit to keep us all at home.
If not for the unions and the Woody Guthrie Pensioners Forum-Billy would not be leaving Burton Bradstocks snug bar. I see him as one of Ted Heaths tuneless pandas who the Chinese saddled us with-sterile, useless and a waste of good bamboo.

True. The opening lines of his song A New England (a hit for Kirsty MacColl, maybe that’s where his money comes from) are nicked from Leaves That Are Green by Simon & Garfunkel. Bragg has admitted this, although he could hardly do otherwise.

I must admit that often I feel that there is an inevitability to the eventual demise of the UK as I knew it. The lunacy of the enthusiasm of the liberal left for multiculturalism and eventual Islamification , seems unstoppable. But every so often there is a ray of sunshine and you feel that perhaps it isn’t inevitable after all. In this case I was reading The Salisbury Review and there was an article comparing the violent multi culty Nottinghill Carnival with the more staid and traditional Southend Carnival. The Salisbury Review is a serious publication which I recommend to anyone who is opposed to the left’s take over of the cultural life and politics of our country. Its contributors are serious people . That people such as these are appalled at what is happening to our country gives me hope that resistance to the crazy policies of the liberal left is building . Perhaps it will be possible to reverse the trend and no the domination of the left and avoid being forced to live under the unforgiving crescent rather than the tolerant cross.

Southend-on-Sea Carnival boasts one of the largest processions in Europe its sixty garish floats attracting about 20,000 people. Strangely there’s never any mention of it on the news. For the BBC it (Southend-on-Sea Carnival) doesn’t exist, no more significant than the average English summer fete going on somewhere in white middle England.

For the press it’s not news worthy as no one who goes there is expected to die a violent death by stabbing or kicks to the head. It doesn’t require a massive police presence and no officer of the law is routinely attacked with bricks, broken bottles, acid or knives. But chiefly it gets no attention because almost all the participants and certainly the organising committee are white. As such they have no obvious identity, if any identity at all and tick no socially required boxes.

The Notting Hill Carnival (2 million attending) in contrast, extolled every year by the BBC as the ‘biggest Carnival in Europe,’ receives attention on the national news just for its existence, not for the twenty eight policemen who were attacked with bottles, blood and acidic substances. The news broadcasts didn’t mention it, but there were 313 arrests mostly relating to drugs and offensive weapons, and fourteen for sexual offences against women. The number of knives confiscated was slightly down on last year but the attacks on police were so bad that Met Police Federation Chairman, Ken Marsh MBE did feel obliged to comment to the press:

‘What other event would be allowed to carry on regardless with so many police colleagues under attack?

      Carnival of Crime {salisburyreview.com/ sep2017}

      Former Kensington MP Victoria Borick told LBC radio organisers need to tell revellers “don’t bring your knives, don’t bring your guns, don’t bring your acid this year”. {bbc.co.uk aug2017}

      – Victoria Borick implies that every other year, before, it was ok to bring your knives, guns and acid to Notting Hill Carnival? You have to be told this?

I’m sure that they do but the senior officers fear being labelled racist much more than they do about losing control at the Carnival. Anyway saddick would never allow it to be called off and I think it is the mayor that the Met answers to.

At least Neville Chamberlain’s appeasement of Hitler in 1938 had the unintended consequence of giving Britain twelve months to re-arm and produce enough Spitfires and Hawker Hurricanes to face war with Germany. If he had declared war over Czechoslovakia in 1938 the result could have been very different. I cannot for the life of me see any benefit for this country from Theresa May’s blundering and prevarications. With her and her government government endorsing, nay, CELEBRATING the barbaric animal cruelty of Eid she proves she is a quisling of the first order and unfit for office.

One Twitter Response: So much for fitting in with the rest of us then

    – Just as Halal is positive employment, religious and animal discrimination it would seem that the BBC is unwilling to break some taboos such as Islam. Surely as a social experiment the BBC, rather than telling girls they need to be boys and boys that they think incorrectly about girls (BBC:Can Our Kids Go Gender Free?), the BBC should be testing the boundaries of Islam at the gates of Mecca with the UKs multicultural success with Nadiya Hussain … Muslim visits an only Muslim event to extol the virtues Muslims being tolerant?

Whilst in Mecca can Nadiya Hussain ask the 2 Million followers what are their thoughts on ….

    a. If a man who writes a piece of fiction, should he have a death contract put on his life?
    b. If a man who is homosexual should he be killed?
    c. If a man who draws a cartoon should he be killed?
    d. Do you think you should be given a job based solely on your religion?
    e. Do you think you should discriminate against animals?
    f. Do you think we should support and pay for Sharia to operate in the UK?

    a. If no, then please write to Iran and remove current death sentence for Salman Rushdie. (Fiction)
    b. If no, then please ask for it to be stopped in Majority Muslim Countries. (Homosexuals)
    c. If no, then please ask this to be stopped in Majority Muslim Countries. (Cartoons)
    d. If no, then remove the restriction that only Muslims can recite from the Koran and slaughter the animals for Halal food. (Positive Employment Discrimination)
    e. If no, then start using pork products in your baking. (Animal Discrimination)
    f. Halal food, bought, enforces the Sharia laws as it conforms to Sharia.

… many thanks to the BBC who are pushing boundaries of religion, gender and equality with Nadiya Hussain and clearing up these issues whilst on your paid for Hajj (Muslim only) experience.

The reminds me : Do you ever get into a careful discussion with LibMob ..where they go and delete the whole discussion.
That’s happened to me a few times.
The other week on the Radio4 Facebook discussion when Charlottesville was kicking off , the LibMob were using it as an excuse to bash Trump ..’How dare he allude to their being bad people on both sides”
Well, I had just been her e where someone had posted the Antifas PinkHelmets video, which quickly got me to a Twitter picture of them tooled up with masks and baseball bats at Charlottesville, so i posted that ?
Which resulted in them bizarrely shouting that I must be with the rightwing fascists.
They then bumble on saying that those Rightwing should just be banned from expressing views.
..Doh what an open goal, I was then able to point out that we don’t have thoughtcrime and people thinking they are superior to other groups is different from ACTION
and that I wouldn’t ban any hypothetical religion that divided the world into Special group, People of the book and a third low class group.
nor saying that “a woman’s voice in court is only worth half a mans” it’s ACTION that’s the problem.
That looked like check-mate to me

.. And then when I came back 24 hours later to see how they’d replied .. they’d deleted the whole thread.

They cannot but help to give some space to the President’s efforts but they then concentrate on the plight of the ‘undocumented’ that is BBc speak for illegal immigrants. The President is to blame of course and this is the real tragedy not the deaths and the displacement of the many.
it is the same with Brexit. This country is booming and they know it. Exports are rising and we do not need the Eu they need us but in BBC speak we are near destitution ( that is unless you are part of the BBC elite)

The Left have a stranglehold on public discourse(what can and can’t be said) because they long ago captured the media industry. Similarly with education, they now ensure children and young adults only have one worldview – that of socialism. The Health Service is a huge old-fashioned unionised public sector employer that costs untold billions and returns (at best) terrible value for money.

State Education, the NHS and the BBC are akin to the father, son and holy ghost for a large proportion of Brits. Even a ‘conservative’ government is afraid to question their existence, but for me they are the very institutions that we must dismantle to begin undoing the damage of the last 40+ years.

You know, the one that was ‘ring fenced’ by Cameron to ensure that folks in Pakistan, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Afghanistan, Bangladesh etc get to learn about transgender toilets and global warming. And useless liberals from here get to ride around in white jeeps and lord it over the natives before returning to air-conditioned hotels and the local whores.

Mrs Loather and I both had letters from our local GP practice a few weeks ago telling us that the last two GPs there were retiring and leaving respectively at the end of August and no replacements could be found “despite national advertising”. There was no mention of “What will happen next”, so presumably there is no plan and we have no GPs. Which is nice…

Does anybody know why the BBC don’t report this stuff? One final thing: NHS Wales is the responsibility of the devolved Welsh Assembly Government, which is under the control of Welsh Labour.

I don’t know if anybody picked up on this, if they have, then please ignore:
Casualties from cluster munitions doubled in 2016
The number of casualties caused by cluster munitions in 2016 was more than double that recorded the previous year, a disarmament group says. A new report by the Cluster Munition Coalition found 971 people were killed or injured globally last year, with 860 of them in Syria and 38 in Yemen. Almost all were civilians and most were caught up in cluster munition attacks.

So the death toll from the use of Cluster bombs last year has risen by 100% and the worse two areas were Syria and Yemen. Syria had 88% of the death toll last year and Yemen in second place with 4% of the total figure. Hang on Yemen with 38 Deaths came in as the second highest death toll for Cluster bombs? I was of the impressions that thousands have died and it was all down to British weapons Why here’s one such bBC report on the very subject:
    Yemen human rights ‘breaches staggering’
The Ministry of Defence is “tracking” 252 allegations of humanitarian law violations by the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen, the BBC has learned. The UN estimates that up to 10,000 people have died in the country since war began in March 2015. The MoD declined to say if British-supplied arms were involved in any of the allegations.

Funny how when the facts come out, it proves the ethical latte brigade have been (As usual) making things up. But whilst they scream and shout about the nasty British they not only remain silent on the 380 deaths (they know of) which have been caused by Russian cluster munitions inside Syria, they actually take their word for it without a second thought:
“Russia has not explicitly denied any involvement in cluster munition attacks in Syria, but has said the munitions are being used in accordance with international law and not indiscriminately.”
    Really, bBC?
Here’s a little video of one such cluster bomb attack inside Syria from July last year (Note the homes in the foreground and the people walking about just after the attack)

EO are a very small unit and they fully understand the black man. A quote from one of their majors sums it all:

Beeb website virtuously informs us that the NHS needs more money.

Of course more money is the only solution. The population growing by hundreds of thousands every year has no effect on hospitals, as immigrants are super humanly ‘vibrant’ and never get sick. I wonder how much it costs to treat victims of terror attacks, gang violence or the life-long treatment required for children born with genetic defects engendered by first cousins marrying. My friend is a doctor in Birmingham and he has seen some appalling cases.

As always with the Beeb, there is no nuance, proper analysis or even the most perfunctory attempt at impartiality. Just like the sheep in Animal Farm bleating: “Four legs gooood! Two legs baaaaad!”

    Need more money!
    Trump is baaaaad!

A fortnight ago it wasn’t the odious Self but Roger Scruton, the right(-thinking) philosopher and he was brilliant. I meant to post here that despite my normal tendency to shun anything by Al Beeb I would recommend all here to seek out the podcast. I didn’t listen last Sunday, I was on holiday, but Scruton was on today again, and he was brilliant, not least in suggesting that effectively we are increasingly granting privilege to incomes who observe few of the rules which have developed over centuries in mainly Christian Europe. When I’ve finished breakfast I’ll look to link the earlier podcast, if I haven’t choked on Marr.

    White girl brown girl

BBC Breakfast letting us know that the Beeb have been at it again – yet another show aimed at the youth market telling us bigoted dumbos what to think

“White girl, brown girl” No, it’s not the latest title from the superannuated Rolling Stones, it’s a film by pleasantly spoken young lady Luned Tonderai “film maker” about Dewsbury

“..one of Britain’s most segregated towns…”

Sorry, I hadn’t realised we were living Jim Crow. The BBC line is consistently that there are no ‘no go’ areas in Britain. When did and how did we become Alabama in the 1950s or Soweto in the 1970s? Oh, I remember… it was Blairite mass immigration and multiculturalism policies.

Seems our Luned is married to a black guy and has mixed race children and she is rather bothered that more of us arn’t following suit. “Why not enough mixed race relationships?” Hmmm…?

Cue an awkward few minutes in the studio with the two easily manipulated diffident and stage struck teenaged girls (sorry, the willing participants in this bit of BBC social engineering) of the respective hues alluded to in the title (White girl brown girl).

One ponders for just a moment, given we’re looking for mixed race relationships, how come we don’t get to see white boy brown girl (Allah forbid) or perhaps if we’re looking to make a more gritty reality show about Dewsbury why not white girl thirteen brown minicab drivers? But I’m being deliberately provocative there. This is clearly supposed to be an exercise in what they call community cohesion.

Our new friends Fahara and Siobhan give us a touching scene where Siobhan tries on Fahara’s head scarf. Cute.

Then, no doubt in the interests of balance, we are told young Fahara did take off her head scarf – “but we don’t see that”

Oh dear. Not a 50:50 exercise in fairness and cross-culturalism, then.

The approved BBC message is as clear as day: The host British population must make all the cultural concessions and the guest population should be required to make none.

It is a legal principle that nobody should be a judge in their own cause. The Beeb seem to work on the assumption that the opposite is true

Of course NHS chiefs will want more money; when has a publicly funded organisation ever said they do not need more money? Their entire article is based solely on the opinions of people who are judging their own cause.

Equally Nick Clegg has an EU pension so his opinion on it is highly suspect. And with any SJW issue they quote professional victims who think an outrageous offence has taken place, when the overwhelming majority of sane and decent people think the story is farcical. And of course with Trump they ask some rabid Democrat swamp-dweller to express his outrage.

What is the interview process to be a Beeb ‘journalist’? I guess you have to come dressed as a vagina holding a placard about public sector cuts. The interviewer then asks you to emote about something, marking applicants down for any signs of objectivity. I imagine references can only come from minorities and are concerned solely with how ‘compassionate’ the applicant is. Maybe to finish there is a team exercise where you all have to improvise a protest march about transgender transracial disability rights. Anyone who’s refuses to join hands doesn’t make the cut.

When I saw the title of Judi Dench’s new movie I felt sure it was a joke to take the piss out of the box tickers who commission films for channel 4 and the BBC.

Alas no, “Victoria and Abdul” has actually been shot and finished, and will be at an empty cinema near you very shortly. All paid for by the UK tax payer.

The Times once had an interview with an irate young film maker in the UK who couldn’t get funding for his films. He felt it was because he didn’t tick the boxes for the various Guardian reading, Common Purpose qualified folk on various Quangos. He kindly detailed what the boards listed as requirements for their films. Yes, it was all the usual suspects, but he added something along the lines of: and don’t bother thinking you can submit a screenplay about 2 Muslim lesbians, setting up a vegan restaurant in Glasgow, because it’s been done, commissioned, and joined the other crap on the ‘no one wants to see this’ pile.

“The Times once had an interview with an irate young film maker in the UK who couldn’t get funding for his films.”

Does he mean funding from the lottery, BFI, that sort of thing?

I’m not an expert on the film industry, or even on films. I find it too hard to find entertaining films that don’t preach, or treat me like an idiot, but I don’t understand why the British film industry seems to be unable to operate as a business. My crude reasoning is this – unlike a performance of Hamlet on a stage, film has economies of scale. A film can be duplicated 1,000+ times and projected in 1,000+ cinemas simultaneously. It must be even easier now as it doesn’t have to be transferred to cumbersome 35mm or 70mm film.

We have excellent facilities and skills here, I understand, and they operate as businesses. Pinewood has almost doubled in size, and scores have been recorded here for years. So why can’t British films make money, subsidising the less commercial stuff from time to time as necessary? I know we’ve had a few successes, but my impression is not that many.

IMO, the answer is BBC and Ch4 attitudes, and directors like Ken Roach, producing ever-so-worthy, right-on, preachy, depressing lefty stuff that would change the world if only anybody bothered to turn up. Where are the David Leans?

Happy to be corrected by any film buffs out there.

No doubt the BBC will be asking why UK doctors are amongst the highest paid in Europe, (only Belgium and Dutch docs get more), and why state run quangos pay themselves £400,000 each per annum.

I suspect the BBC will be all over this story, explaining how the NHS is now reasonably well funded, only slightly behind the French but well ahead of other EU health services such as the Spanish or Italian.

The point was then made that the media hysteria is completely misplaced and that Trump in fact might not have been tough enough with North Korea.

An unusual report for the BBC, but then it wasn’t one of their correspondents but this was professor Niall Fergusson, who also said that people are fed up with globalism and multiculturalism and that the elites need to wake up to the fact.

Am I right?

Why is this one proving so unusually disruptive, Damien?

“Authorities discovered many people had not evacuated as they were instructed – they’ve had to be moved by force, as it were”

That’s odd. I think I would have evacuated pretty damn quick. Innuendo intended. But aren’t the Germans rather well known for their tendency to obey orders – as it were, Damien?

“It seems there was a language issue”

Oh. I’ve got it now. It was the immigrant population that was not playing the role of the good law abiding Germans and doing as they were told. Why didn’t you say so, Damien? The BBC has been a more than willing participant in the revisionist theories about our conduct in WW2 and is doIng the same job on it that the it has already done on on WW1.

Thanks to Black Adder we now know that WW1 was purely a toffs war and all our blokes signed up for was to kick a football about in the trenches.

Very little is ever said about an expansionist Germany which had to be stopped.

So we now have a history of WW2 which suggests that most serious war crimes were visited on Civilians during the bombing of Berlin by the RAF and that every Spitfire in Fighter Command was flown by Poles whilst the British pilots did sweet FA. Alan Turing achieved what he did because he liked fisting and not just because he had a sense of duty. In years to come we will also probably be told that the storming of Sword and Juno beach were lead by brave Captain Dan Snow and the Dambusters raid was led by Wing CMDR Chris “Ginger” Evans whos brave dog Trigger was run over prior to the raid by a CO2 and NOX polluting car.
If Corbyn gets to power with the likes of Naz Shah and sham Baroness Chakrabarty – we will probably also be told that the Holocaust was a case of justifiable homicide as well!

Very little is ever said about an expansionist Germany which had to be stopped.

Whilst I have exaggerated a little here. We have all seen how our World Class Broadcaster ignores inconvenient historical facts if it does not fit its narrative and as the years go by this will be all the easier to achieve.. The BBC is always willing to de-value the sacrifice of thousands of our airmen/sailors and soldiers if there is a “higher” political point to be made.

The BBC IS always keen to – eliminate national pride and any sense of integrity and has become a master at encouraging migration “celebrating” our differences whilst saying the opposite. They know if as a nation full of disparate beliefs and clashing cultures we will never regain an national cohesion and the more this continues the weaker as one nation we become.

We now have reached a time yet again where the globalists led by Germany have imported war into our very borders. (anyone notice a theme here) But this time instead of having state broadcaster which
which is loyal to its culture and society we have a “National Treasure Broadcaster” which is only loyal to those who have little regard for our society and culture.

Orwell wrote“He who controls the past controls the future. He who controls the present controls the past.” And dont the BBC and their left friends know it.

I summarize the major trickery yesterday with R4Today vs Andrew Norfolk and the Times

His article on Times front page yesterday was a Sarah Champion quote
Left ‘failing to confront truth of sex crimes’
+ 2 page full interview ‘I’d rather be called a racist than turn a blind eye to child abuse’
+ Times Editorial : “Truth Hurts” : “Rotherham: Leftist media organizations instinctively recast the story as one of Islamophobia”
+ It laid into the Guardian and called it incorrect.

    (Bringing a Tweeter to say
“It’s not a fear of racism that drives Labour’s attitude to child sex – but the loss of male Muslim votes”)

So you think that R4Today would invite him on to discuss those stories
No instead they acted as if they are the PR dept of the Labour Party defending its reputation

#1 First they brought on the Mayor of Tower Hamlets to talk about the foster case
He claimed “2 incidents never happened, she didn’t have the cross removed from her, and she wasn’t prevented from eating bacon, but I know very little about the case.”
(strange thing to say , cos the court did accept those claims)

#2 So later at 8:45am they brought on Andrew Norfolk
And began with a hostile attitude
Their opening line : “This is islamophobia isn’t it ? …14 areas have no Muslim fosterers”
AN : “Actually we broke that story that 14 areas have only white fosterers”
R4 : “Well The TH Mayor just said that no cross was removed and she wasn’t prevented from eating bacon”
AN ” He also said he was not aware of the full facts and …”
    R4 ” I’ll stop you there we’re out of time ”
(Next item was chit chat with their Newsnight mates about the sleeper train being redecorated.)

So the real issues of Labour inaction being justified on the excuse of stopping Islamophobia was buried
    ..and Andrew Norfolk’s reputation smeared.

The bbBC’s Mark Easton has knocked out a very biased article about why British people aren’t paying to visit Zimbabwe on holiday
Why don’t many British tourists visit Victoria Falls?
The Americans are coming back, both young backpackers and wealthy baby-boomers. Australians, Germans, French and Italians are beginning to arrive again too. The town is much busier. But where are the British?
“Britain is still a bit behind,” Mr Kennedy says. “I think the main reason is the colonial past. There is an element who say, ‘There is no way I am spending a dollar in a country that behaves like that, where X, Y or Z is in power,’ to which I say, ‘I am not your moral compass.'”

There you go, according to Easton, its all down to the British stiff upperlip. But then I am talking about the bBC which has no problem promoting all the ills of the former bread basket of Africa down to the British and climate change:
    Zimbabwe country profile
“Once the bread basket of the region, since 2000 Zimbabwe has struggled to feed its own people due to severe droughts and the effects of a land reform programme which saw the seizure of white-owned farms redistributed to landless black Zimbabweans which led to sharp falls in production.”

Oh and bBC, Zimbabwe (Aka Rhodesia) has been independent since 1964 and not 1980:
“The struggle for independence, land and power runs throughout Zimbabwe’s history. Veteran President Robert Mugabe has dominated the country’s political scene since independence from Britain in 1980.”

Yes I know about the Lancaster House agreement, but it was a formality, the country still ran itself.

        Granth ,
On my last tour of Germany, I used to visit the East of the country for work once a week, entailed driving to Munich , stop over at Bad Abling , drive to Rhinemain Airbase (Frankfurt airport) the next day and drive back on the third. One of my drivers (white soldier) was from Zimbabwe . lovely fellow and he would explain all the ills of the country. Things such when he went home on leave he would take no money and his family would buy everything for him, when he returned he would place the money they spent in a foreign bank for them. Often when dining out, people would hear his accent and on asking where he was from would ask about home. They all to the letter would express the loss of their home country. And yet, with so many countries claiming back their independence fro the mother country virtually all have reverted back to the stoneage due to tribal loyalties and an inability to make anything work and they have blamed whitey for all their ills.

“Britain is still a bit behind,” Mr Kennedy says. “I think the main reason is the colonial past. There is an element who say, ‘There is no way I am spending a dollar in a country that behaves like that, where X, Y or Z is in power,’ to which I say, ‘I am not your moral compass.’”

There you go, according to Easton, its all down to the British stiff upperlip.

Erm, no. That’s according to Ross Kennedy. That’s the meaning of “Mr Kennedy says…”.

[Though where you got the “stiff upperlip” reference from is anybody’s guess]

This is what Mark Easton says:

      Why? Robert Mugabe.

So, I’ve read the biggest piece of crap from the bBC about a bloke (And his gang) who tried to film a You tube stunt inside the National Portrait Gallery (Pretending to be robbers) which caused a mass stampede.
Jailed YouTuber: ‘Not proud’ of prank
A YouTuber jailed for his part in a prank on the public says he is “sorry if he frightened people”.
Daniel Jarvis, 27, is a member of the Trollstation YouTube channel, which has about a million subscribers.
In 2016, he and three others were jailed for a total of 72 weeks after pleading guilty to two counts of threatening behaviour causing fear of unlawful violence. They staged a fake robbery at London’s National Portrait Gallery in 2015. Speaking in an exclusive interview with Stephen Nolan on BBC Radio 5 live, Jarvis said: “I’m not proud. It wasn’t meant to be that extreme.

So the bBC interviews the bloke behind an incident and they try to whitewash his stupidity by telling half the story and by making him out to be a victim. Here’s how the day was reported by tiny kent on line:
“A Kent YouTube prankster who helped stage a fake art heist that caused a stampede at the National Portrait Gallery was jailed today. Daniel Jarvis, 27, of Gravesend, and other “Trollstation” pranksters caused a mass panic during the hoax on July 5 last year – coming just a week after the Tunisian beach massacre. Magistrates warned such “warped” stunts could cause fatalities in the panic. ..Visitors at the National Portrait Gallery in Trafalgar Square fled and some were trampled while one woman passed out. The group then moved on to Tate Britain, where they carried out a fake robbery and kidnapping.”
    Here’s the video:

Now the bBC tries to claim this twat has expressed contrition, yet watching the bbC video, He has to be forced to say that. Why is the bBC going all out in which to repaint fucking idiots as victims and why is it trying to pass this off as news?

      half the story. Really?

This is from the BBC report you linked to:

“In court, magistrates warned such “warped” stunts could lead to fatalities.

The prosecutor said the pranksters had caused a stampede in which people had been trampled and one person had fainted.

The prank was also criticised for its timing – just a week after the Tunisian beach massacre, in which 39 people were killed”

…”In March 2016, a fifth member of the channel was imprisoned following a bomb hoax.

Judge Snow said the men had caused ‘high levels of fear of violence’ and a ‘risk of death or injury’ during the stampede from the National Portrait Gallery, and sought to ‘humiliate’ the victims by ‘recording their terrified reactions to upload on to the internet’.

making him out to be a victim. Really?

…yet watching the BBC video, He has to be forced to say that.

      So to summarise:

You read the BBC report, watched the BBC video, and came to the obvious conclusion that Daniel Jarvis was a “fucking idiot”.

…and then decided that this was absolute proof that the BBC were “going all out” to repaint Daniel Jarvis as a victim?

Pres. Trump, good news (where’s jon sopel to cast a disparaging view and imply that the POTUS has mental health problems?) – may well cease trade with those who trade with N. Korea. As we saw with Japan in the fifties, sixties and seventies, they thought that they would dominate World Trade. Look at them now: roughly stagnant for a decade or more. They may have destroyed our BSA, Norton and Triumph et al. but they failed to ‘dominate’ World trade. Same with China if I’m not very much mistaken. They share the same aspirations –
“U.S. goods and services trade with China totaled an estimated $648.2 billion in 2016. Exports were $169.3 billion; imports were $478.9 billion. The U.S. goods and services trade deficit with China was $309.6 billion in 2016.
China is currently our largest goods trading partner with $578.6 billion in total (two way) goods trade during 2016. Goods exports totaled $115.8 billion; goods imports totaled $462.8 billion. The U.S. goods trade deficit with China was $347.0 billion in 2016.” Source:

Seems China is absolutely vulnerable where it hurts. If it happens, its got the makings of destroying much of China’s businesses whilst simultaneously developing US business to fill any gaps. Brilliant.
This may well be the trigger for taking sides. But what can we offer? The World will grovel at the feet of the US when the s*it hits the fan with N Korea. Let’s throw our planeless aircraft carrier into the pot………………

Had a go at Trump re N Korea and when is a time to talk instead of telling Kim what will happen to him and his nightmare country. Listening to Sopel I got the idea that the time to stop talking in his books would be after N Korea has dropped a few nukes on Guam and West Coast USA.
There again if that did happen then Sopel would be one of the first to be filling our screens telling us that any mentally stable president would have acted with a preemptive strike a lot sooner instead of talking….

I am sure the US military is more relaxed about the threat than Sopel and the BBC wailers. The key seems to be the launch vehicles for the ICBMs and I am sure every single one is targeted and tagged as I write. If not why not would be the question .
A pre emptive strike is looking inevitable. The only drawback is the artillery massed against the South . That is for the South Koreans and the Americans to decide.

I have heard of Moslem taxi drivers taking dogs to fights in their cars.
Dog fighting among people of Pakistani heritage has been on the increase for years and as with grooming gangs bugger all is being said and done about it.
        It’s their culture innit.

A few years ago but no significant change
‘Twenty-six men, all of Pakistani origin and aged 18 to 42, were arrested after being found crammed into the back of a kitchen showroom store.
The men had been baying and cheering as two pit bull terriers, Elvis and Bullet, ripped into each other for more than two hours before police arrived.
Both dogs later died from their injuries and one dog was found stuffed into a cupboard along with more than £2,000 in cash.
The fight turned out to be the largest ever uncovered in the UK for more than 130 years and the ringleader Barakat Hussain and six others were receieved custodial sentences for up to six months in October 2007.
The gang included Intikab Hussain, Ummar Ahmad, Zahir Ahmed, Sohail Hussain, Zahoor Hussain and Waqquas Mughal.

I recently went round the Capitol building in Olympia, Washington State, USA. Our guide was a very pleasant gentleman called Dick. He showed us their Senate and Representatives chambers and explained their state system in a completely non- partisan way. He did mention a few times that ‘we’ or ‘you’ pay for these people so are entitled to know whatbthey are doing. At the end, having decided all the tourists were from ‘democratic ‘ countries’ he urged us to vote, to use our vote, that it was a precious thing to be able to elect our leaders, especially as many of his visitors sadly do not have that right. He then mentioned that Washington State legislators are paid $ 47,000 a year, the job is not regarded as full time, and they are expected to actually work elsewhere to earn their living !!

As he was saying all this I could not help comparing his descriptions with how the EU works.
No prizes for working out the preference of the bBBC, of course.
