The appearance of the excitable Norman Smith on our TVs always brings a smile these days particularly when he has to be introduced rather pointedly by his BBC colleagues as the BBC’s Assistant Political Editor.

Of course Laura Kuenssberg had to be promoted over our Norman’s head for appearances sake.

It must be tough to work for an organisation where your man bits get in the way of your promotion prospects.

Mind you, our timid BBC men have brought this on themselves – once you start down the road of giving in to indentity politics this where you end up – almost literally needing to cut off your manhood to further your career.

Just a thought, but there’s still the gay option – Norman, Christian, Huw, Charlie, Dan, Ben, etc – anyone coming out?

As far as I can see (and I’m no lawyer) there appears to be no concrete evidence of wrong doing by him and even if there was I would not wish to live in a country that hangs the offspring for the sins of the father.
So Jezza’s been married three times? Why the randy old stud! However, this kind of news these days is more likely to be an electoral asset than an impediment, especially if the first was to a black woman, the second to a black man and the third to a don’t know.

If I were AfD, I`d definitely get my Potsdam and Weimar old guard ready to act as security for them.
Those ex-Right Nazis of East Germany may yet have some fight in them after all these years-and I fear they`re going to need it.
I foresee bans, set ups and all manner of fake news scandalising, led by Zuckerberg and Merkel.
The Germans have “not voted correctly”-and this will be the line taken by Merkels Bundesbank, using the ECB and all media to enforce this thinking.
Hope AfD can still find some tactical clues from the Weimar Republic days-the New Brownshirts aren`t so stupid as to wear brown-black balaclavas and hipster pastel floral shades more likely.
Thankfully, both “The Great War” and “The World At War” are still freely available, until Google removes it from German screens…replacing tanks with rubber ducks, like the Chinese are forced to do.

The AfD is no more far-right than the Bavarian CSU, the party of Franz-Josef Strauss.
To associate the AfD wth nazism is just to repeat the slanders of the BBC and Channel 4.
Instead of actually reporting from the AfD celebration party in Berlin, as it does for all other parties, the ZDF has positioned its reporter outside among a leftist street rabble, expressing its hatred for the AfD.
A couple of hundred thugs apparently is more significant that the democratic votes of millions.
In a ZDF chat programme involving the leaders and spokesmen of the various parties, Schulz was obviously hurting from his humiliating defeat. Tetchy and sulky in equal measure he was having a go at everyone.More significant he said there should not be anymore Brexit concessions to Britain and seemed to be putting the “transition/implementation ” period into doubt. There is no point negotiating with these cunts.

The people are slowly rising up in the only manner they can. Call it democracy BBC, it heralds the end of the comfortable Global/lefty/liberal club you are a member of along with Soros and all the rest whose swamp is long overdue in being drained.
Only sadness I feel? We have not got a AfD option, only a partyless Nigel…………………
The American black footballers tantrum? the BBC interview the Sports Editor of Brietbart for his opinion. Wrong move BBC. He told the large Martine Crockpot a few home truths. Not what Martine wanted to hear you could even see her hackles rising. “What is your evidence?” she hurled at him at one point. Well now, “what is your evidence” that’s a question I have never heard a BBC interviewer ask an interviewee before. They always know the answer beforehand to any question they ask. I see desperation coming on.

Freaking heck another prog about how black people are special victims.
Yesterday i mentioned how at 8pm R4 The Clive Anderson law prog had a long segment agonising about black people in the legal profession.
And I mentioned how there is a special prog on Monday
“Journalist Hugh Muir examines whether the newspaper industry is losing touch with Britain’s increasingly diverse society.”
Well now at 6:30pm I accidentally switched on Radio3 and there is another show.
It supposed to be the history of James Baldwin :a gay African American writer (whose novels including Go Tell it on the Mountain and Giovanni’s Room made him a leading thinker on America, sexuality and race from the 1950s onwards.)
But really the prog is used as a platform for a series of black London people to come on and air their grievances “Oh when I was a kid, I got stoped by the police.
..A woman’s voice “If you are not fighting against white supremacism, you are supporting it”
.. FFS I don’t know this white supremacist movement is that she keeps banging on about.
Seems to me that BBC producers have a vast cultural problem with their guilt feelings… “Oh we’ll have to have a special prog about black people” and that is not leading to equal coverage, but vastly disproportionate.

Now the liberal left have to traduce a new opponent , the AfD as well as President Trump and Brexiteers and Wilders and Le Pen and the likely new Austrian government and The Polish and Hungarian governments. Seems to me that there is trend here, but the arrogant elite just can’t bring themselves to admit that people are beginning to see through them and reject their One World Globalism.

I don’t think the German media’s angry fist-shaking and sneering at AfD voters will achieve anything.
To use one of the BBC’s favorite clichees – “It could be counterproductive”.
The AfD is only 5% behind the CDU in East Germany and has 1 in 5 or even 1 in 4 voters there.
The AfD has also motivated large numbers of people who have never voted before to vote.
Even in Bavaria, the CSU has been losing its traditional massive popularity.
It shows you how out of touch the centrist consensus is. At this late stage you might think they could see the writing on the wall, but instead they are claiming walls can’t exist in the 21st century, just as they did at the height of the migrant crisis.
