But just think about the health service and all the rest. Any chance of half decent treatment is disappearing before our very eyes. When will the Government declare billions to build new hospitals even to serve the immense number of houses they pledge?

Here is another depressingly regular story from the Leftie MEN about a woman who allegedly racially abused some coloured woman on a tram. As per usual the lead up is missing, and this is so the real perpetrator can wind the victim up until they respond, and then claim it is a ‘waycist’ so called hate incident.
The massively over funded Political Correctness Enforcement Squad have a horde of officers doing nothing waiting for these events, and will fully investigate the poor woman, yet all of this is not the point.

Take a look at the comments which a worrying number say that they want absolutely draconian punishments including the death penalty! And all this because a woman was wound up enough deliberately in order to provoke a reaction.

Yet another troubling wishy washy super rich liberal is found in hock to the Saudis, I wonder when if ever the BBC will raise concerns about the voices calling for more Islamisation of the UK who are found to be in receipt of the Saudi billions?

So on the one hand Saudi gives Branson £1 Billion and then allow him to develop a luxury holiday resort – something which Saudi has never allowed (neither resorts nor outside tourism).

In my experience (I do have relevant experience) nothing… as in nothing happens around KSA without gifts and bungs. Branson isn’t building a resort – he’s the gurning front man for … maybe the Bin Laden companies? – I think we should be told 🙂

I guess the Saudis are feeling a bit relaxed about the Red Sea coast now that they’ve completed the pulverising of any inconvenient Christian or Jewish artifacts that might come to the attention of visitors.

Here is a story you wont hear about on the BBC. It’s not that important, but the outcome
may have consequences if by some miracle Israel qualify for the World Cup in Qatar in 2022.
Their has been a major Judo event in Abu Dhabi in the Emirates. Abu Dhabi were allowed
to hold the event because the World Judo federation were told by Abu Dhabi that there
would be no discrimination concerning Israel.
The problem was today when Israel won a Gold medal. Abu Dhabi would not allow the Israeli
flag to be raised or the Israeli national anthem to be played. If Israel were to qualify for the
World Cup in Qatar I suspect even with all the assurances by Qatar ,we would see the same thing.
The BBC would not even mention it and most likely FIFA would do nothing about it. As it happens
the Judo federation has complained bitterly to Abu Dhabi.

Having voted to keep arrests solely for the police, can we assume that someone in some sort of Home Office cupboard wants plug-uglies from G4S or Serco will be banging on doors at midnight, demanding tv taxes from pensioners?

That’ll be a joke! They lose prisoners all the time, and park on double yellow lines!

Why not put it all out to tender, and get Crapita in the race, then we can all get some sleep! Might tender myself even – yup, ‘Scrobs Inc are here to help…’

Here’s the message, which most people here will have seen…

“G4S and Serco could be about to get police powers of arrest. [1] They’ve ripped off taxpayers and been accused of abusing people in their care – soon they could be carrying handcuffs and turning up on doorsteps to arrest people. [2]

The minister for Justice, David Lidington, is deciding right now whether to give powers of arrest to G4S and Serco as part of a police privatisation plan. [3] So far the public has been shut out of the decision, but with our liberty on the line, it’s time to make our voices heard.

A huge public outcry could stop these plans in their tracks. Together, we can prove the public want bobbies on the beat, not a private police force. If thousands of us add our names to a petition demanding these dangerous plans are dropped, the government will be forced to listen.”

    “It’s hard to watch…”

This was Labour schmoozer Andy Burnham on the BBC red sofa watching a deeply sanitised version of the Manchester Arena terror bombing aftermath. Oh how he waxed lyrical about the emergency services. He looks quite waxy, doesn’t he? I’m not entirely sure the word terrorism was even mentioned. The whole incident was treated like some act of nature. Don’t want to worry you but it appears to be assumed in BBC and Labour circles that this stuff is inevitable (think we’ve heard another Labour Mayor from down south say that) and the only thing we can do is to prepare for it.

    Depressing.

BBC bods did refer to Christmas Markets – so perhaps it’s the cold weather that might make these things more likely to happen?

News today that the NHS could not be arsed to have sensisble IT policies and so were badly affected by a virus several months ago.
I am just waiting for the cry that ‘we are here to serve patients and not be IT specialists’ in similar vein to ‘we are here to serve patients and not be an extension of the UK Border Force’ (referencing health tourism).
Earlier this week we heard of a massive shortfall in operating theatres capacity simply because they cannot sort out the required logistics. ‘We are here to serve patients and not be logistic specialists’ ‘more doctors and nurses and less managers’, comes the inevitable cry.
And then the sensible idea to move bedblockers into residential accommodation is trashed by the left with a whole host of scare stories.
You get the idea that the NHS really exists only as a sort of left wing producer-led fraud, where spending taxpayers money efficiently is a sort of hate crime and spending as much money as possible as inefficiently as possible is a sort of end in itself.

    • Fedup2 says:

The reason the operating theatre are unused is because all powerful consultants are off doing private clinics and taking bungs for getting private patients ( me with a credit card – or you ) on top of the nhs list.

Simple. During the week, the consultants are contracted.
On a Saturday it is overtime and a pay-per-operation basis.

There is no legal requirement to open the door, speak to or sign anything from these private individuals who work for a company which works for al Beeb .

Women are more friendly and chatty than men so get prosecuted more it seems. Beware of women licence Gestapo too.

There is no requirement to answer letters . I am not a lawyer by the way but cannot pay because of my conscience .

I caught a few moments of BBC Hospital Radio last night, the so-called Radio 5 ‘Live’. A caller appeared to have taken the BBC to task over its pro-EU, anti-Brexit stance. Chris Mason gave his own opinion, not the BBC’s we were assured, that because most of the experts and politicians were pro-EU before the referendum and perhaps still were it was inevitable that political/business programmes would include more ‘remainers’ than ‘leavers’ as it was still necessary to interview these people now.

It’s a good theory but it doesn’t explain why the anti-Brexit line is worked into every bit of drama and ‘comedy’ that they put out too. Surely a profesional writer in these fields can ‘bend’ their output as required?

It can also be said that most of the ‘experts’ on science, business and profesional sport are men yet the BBC goes to incredible lengths to meet self-imposed targets to find giggly girls to fill these slots. Surely there must be gay giggly gauch girls that can be found to talk up Brexit?

Another important question that Mason’s answer implies is that most of our ‘experts’ in the business/politics field got it wrong on the euro and the financial crisis so most of ‘the people’ quite rightly don’t believe them so shouldn’t these ‘experts’ be sacked? The BBC believes in consensus over ‘climate change’ so why not over the EU?

Another sex scandal brewing at the BBC with the hypocritical lefties having been told a presenter was sexually assaulting women and doing nothing about it?

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5024477/BBC-radio-presenter-groped-eight-female-colleagues.html

The presenter – who cannot be named for legal reasons – would typically approach the women from behind whilst they were wearing skirts, and put his hand underneath to feel them, it has been claimed.

He is alleged to have assaulted at least eight female BBC staff.

Four of the women who claim to have been groped reported him to senior BBC bosses late last week, and each submitted statements detailing their encounters.

They told the controller of the radio station that they wanted the man in question fired.

But instead of removing him from his post immediately, the BBC is understood to have launched a secret investigation into his behaviour.
