Start the Week Open Thread 29 October 2018

Budget Day .  The Far Left BBC will be talking Austerity and moaning about the pre brexit economy because of low unemployment , low interest rates and higher basic tax allowances .

It will  be a waste of time really because if we are lucky enough to get out of the EU without agreement the sums will all change .

The anti Trump propaganda will ratchet upon in front of the midterms next week .

All Souls is on Thursday

just a friendly reminder – reasonable language please …

For BBC/Labour “austerity” is code for not increasing public sector pay & benefits by as much as they want. Throwing more in that direction by means of increasing taxes would end austerity it seems, i.e. make some poorer & some richer is an answer?

Judging by the prioritisation of the police with its dubious ‘ hate crime ‘ agenda it shouldn’t get added cash until it starts detecting ordinary crime again
Instead of sending out ‘ sorry you’re a victim ‘ packs which does nothing .

Sorry to bring up the race thing for a third time this evening but it is the bBBC. I’ll leave their reporting on the 10 men in KKK outfits outside the Islamic Centre in Co Down at the weekend until tomorrow.

The One Show have hit the jackpot in discovering a roving reporter who is female, black and has a Northern Irish accent. Is she gay? I didn’t get her name but we’re a bit parochial over here so I probably have a mate who knows her sister or something.

I hope she gave Newtownards a miss on Saturday night.

I think you’ve covered all the really horrible and serious subjects, so I’ll lower the tone for a while if I may.
The new Doctor Who series that received such enormous praise and fanfare for having a woman in the lead role is being absolutely slaughtered by most of its ardent followers. I hate to be malicious, but…
My glee isn’t so much due to the female Doc’, much more to do with the pathetically patronising, right on, progressive story lines they’re pumping out. It’s painful!
The Doctor used to do battle with inter galactic metallic Nazis, hell bent on universal domination. We kids loved it and if there were any subliminal messages we never noticed.
Now she’s sitting on a bus in Alabama and lecturing us about the civil rights movement. It’s all heavy handed politically correct message and no story. And it’s not exactly behind the sofa stuff either, is it?
Apparently, already in the can, are a couple of episodes about the British in India. Oh dear. Without being presumptuous, I think we all know where this one’s headed.
There’ll be a cast of stereotypical arrogant, buffoonish, bigoted Brits, all sounding like mad Colonel Melchet from Black Adder. And making a wild guess, the Indians will be decent, brave. hard working, intelligent and put upon.
The bookies are already taking bets that the next Doctor is going to be a wheelchair using transgender Muslim convert who’s also a vegan and obsessed with global warming.
    Maybe played by Sinead O’Connor.
William Hartnell must be spinning in his Tardis…

Well, not in the thinking of the ad men anyway.

As we all know, according to the advertising industry, mixed race partnerships are the norm, and alongside black/brown couples, they are pretty much the only relationships advertising everything now.

Except that is, funeral plans – oh and a few equity release ads. These are always shown on the afternoon shift, presumably because me and the other few million elderly are the target audience . I would have thought that some bright spark in any of the ad agencies would have clocked by now that the Empire Windrush generation, and those who came over from India to drive the nation’s buses, are also ripe for falling off the perch, so either they don’t watch afternoon tele, or cant be relied upon to pay the instalments needed !!

Nice to know that us whites are useful for something – prime targets to squeeze more money from !

Thank you for contacting us (BBC) regarding our recent news coverage.

We understand that you feel there has been insufficient coverage of the ‘Day for Freedom’ march that took place in London on Sunday 6th May.

Many marches and protests take place in cities around the UK and we do not cover them all. Instead, we consider each protest on a case by case basis and take into consideration the wider context of the story at hand.

Inevitably there may be disagreements about the level of prominence we give to stories. Please note that we did provide coverage of World Press Freedom day which took place on Thursday 3rd May, please see below for our latest coverage:

Thank you for contacting us about BBC News.

I understand you feel we should cover alleged expenses abused by MPs.

We know that not everyone will agree with our choices on which stories to cover, or the order in which they appear. Our news editors make these complex decisions, based on the editorial merit of all the stories at hand. We accept that not everyone will agree with each decision – various factors are at play and there’s often debate in the newsroom too.

A range of factors affect how we put together our news bulletins. Is it breaking news, or a dated story? Does it follow on from a recent event, or change our understanding of things? Is it unusual, or attracting national interest? We consider these things and also put great importance on verifying events and building up a clear picture – before reporting in a reliable and trustworthy way.

Editorial decisions are more of a judgement call, than an exact science – so you’ll even find variety from one BBC programme to the next. Time constraints, the expected audience profile and the style of each bulletin or current affairs programme can all play a part.

Nevertheless, we appreciate the feedback that our viewers and listeners give us when they feel a story has been overlooked or marginalised.

All complaints are sent to senior management and programme makers every morning and we have included your points in this overnight report. These reports are among the most widely read sources of feedback in the BBC and ensures that your complaint has been seen by the right people quickly.

Thank you again for taking the time to contact us.

    YOUR COMPLAINT:

Complaint Summary: Follow up UK MP expenses of 2009 – MP paid £65K

Full Complaint: Dear BBC £3.5 billion paid under threat of prison complaints department,

Could you revisit the 2009 UK MP expenses again, I would not like to find out that MPs like Tony Blair have ran to the shredder prior to your investigations.

Here are some details, can you use Journalists who are avoiding the BBC Gary ‘£1.75m’ Lineker Pay Gap and see why an MP on £77K salary tops up their money with a job giving them £65K extra a year.

Maybe find other MPs on such amazing schemes and why they are getting free tickets to concerts when they have so much cash sloshing around in their MP expenses accounts.

Chuka Umunna MP, Streatham (tax payer pays him £77K per year) is being paid £65,040 a year Advisory Position at Global Progress (London) Ltd …

    1) Look into what he produces for £65K a year. 2) Look at who owns the company and other players – Tony Blair is linked to it. 3) Find other MPs doing the same. 4) Ensure they are paying taxes on the extra money. 5) Maybe interview them and ask some questions rather than how they feel today? For a head start you can find the details on : THEY WORK FOR YOU https://www.theyworkforyou.com/regmem/?p=24950 americanprogress.org https://www.americanprogress.org/about/staff/browne-matt/bio/ COMPANIES HOUSE https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11079851/filing-history Good luck and let me know how you get on.

p.s. I also see that MPs claim their MP Office BBC TV Licenses Tax on their expenses, thus the UK tax payer has to pay their own TV License and their MP’s TV License. Might want to consider stopping this for the 650 MPs.

If Corbyn however is under investigated due to his overseas ‘friends’ then well, the BBC have still kept that one quiet as well.

Another poll came out today, it was through The Mirror but no, it was a Tory lead again. Eight polls have put the Tories above Labour if even only a few points. All that anti Tory scare mongering and no one is even taking any notice!

Aerosol Arabic creates street art for BBC Radio 2’s Faith in the World Week
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p06pynb2

(See how the BBC use Arabic rather than Islamic!)

This year’s Faith in the World Week contains a wealth of inspiring human interest stories as BBC Radio 2 looks at what can be achieved when ordinary people, families and communities collaborate with each other to transform neighbourhoods into places of reconciliation and inclusion rather than places of conflict, tension and suspicion.

Mohammed Ali MBE, aka Aerosol Arabic, created a piece of street art during Good Morning Sunday on 21 October for Faith in the World Week. He was awarded an MBE for his work with divided communities creating street art in which he fuses Islamic script and patterns with powerful messages for social change. His street art for FITWW will be displayed in Quay House until 11 November.

Mohammed says: “This work is based on my experience of visiting Sarajevo and Srebrenica a few weeks ago to learn about the genocide that took place in the 1990s. I was amazed at how life carried on.

“Yes, it’s still a troubled society, trauma is still visible, with buildings covered in bullet holes and scars from the shelling that took place, yet people carry on with their lives and have no hatred in their hearts after what happened

“There are so many lessons for us in society to learn from. For me the Srebrenica genocide is a lesson from history that demonstrates that even an integrated society, with a centuries-old tradition of multi-culturalism can be torn apart by hatred. Decades later the scars have not healed.”

A report about a gang of Rotherham rapists of children lands not on the home page but on the UK page.
Guess it will be given the usual BBC treatment and will slip further down the rankings by the morning – probably filed away under local Yorkshire news, which is the usual sleight of hand.

It is a huge worry. I just had to chat to my niece about this, albeit in somewhat veiled terms, as a girl was approached after school the other day by a stranger. Why on Earth should we have to go through this? It is pretty basic wanting to be safe in the knowledge that your daughters are never going to be raped and tortured.

When they screech about some hurtful Tweet or other similar SJW ‘hurt feelings’ garbage they never consider this absolutely horrific situation. A key element of the crimes which they gloss over is the racial element: women are dirt, so non believer women are sub human in their eyes.

What a terrible, terrible mess we are in. And the treacherous Beeb assured us it would be all rainbows and cuddles. Instead it is starting to look like hell on Earth in places.

‘Excluded children at risk of knife crime.’

Delicious leftoid abdication of responsibility there: you could be at risk of catching a virus, but committing knife crime involves choice and responsibility.

Of course it is the schools’ fault for excluding these kids who ruin others’ education and think it is cool to do no work and disrespect the teacher. Could it possibly be that it is this attitude and rotten culture which places children ‘at risk’ of knife crime?

I would go out on a limb and say that all of these whinging about ‘institutional racism’ etc is nonsense and the responsibility rests solely with bad parenting and rotten cultures. How can you underachieve so spectacularly when everything humanly possible has been done to help, right down to openly racially discriminating against the indigenous population? Weird how Chinese kids never ruin your class or are ‘at risk’ of knife crime. They have strong families, value education and work hard. They should be held up as an example to show what immigrants can achieve rather than this infantile blaming of ‘da system.’

When I hear a rap record talking about working hard at school I might change my mind, but so far that has never happened.

    Gonna get straight As

BB -Responsibility? An alien concept in some cultures. Forget about it. They only have ‘rights’. Everything else can be blamed on someone else, the social workers, the cops, ‘racism’ etc etc. And our culture, in the name of PC, happily takes the blame. Especially the bbc, which celebrates social irresponsibility.
As you say, our Chinese culture doesn’t do knife crime and if we had a Japanese one, they wouldn’t either.
Anyway, if you’re waiting for rap to help, wait a long time. Its aggressive, staccato form, lack of melody, and its usually hostile and destructive content have always been a big turn-off to me. Put a ‘c’ before the name and you get its value. Rap on, off-switch down.

US sends thousands of troops to border

The US is to send more than 5,200 troops to the Mexican border to tighten security as thousands of Central American migrants head north. Donald Trump earlier said the “invasion” of migrants would find the US military waiting for them. The BBC’s Anthony Zurcher says the move is the president clearly seeking to paint the refugees as a national threat he alone is willing to counter. What is the migrant caravan heading to the US and why does it matter?

Trump is sticking it to the bullies and that is so glorious – nothing better than tyrants getting a taste of their own medicine. With anyone else they can be pressured into going along with some bullsh*t narrative about ‘borderless worlds’ or ‘strength through diversity’ and so on. His super powers are honesty and tenacity: no matter how loud they screech, he says it as it is then doubles and trebles down. In the past a single tantrum would be enough to get someone to stand in line – how many pathetic apologies have we seen for the most minor thought crimes? Trump absolutely refuses to play their game, even with the Ford nonsense (so great how he mocked her), bomb gate etc. It makes their heads explode as they are not in control like they used to be.

He has this uncanny ability to whiff bullshit, which is essentially all liberals deal in. They have built up this delicate house or cards and he is smashing it to pieces. And every time he says something crude or previously unsayable I feel the noose the Left has placed around our necks loosen a little.

And once again speaking of weapons grade stupid our Breakfast show Steph pretty much gives the game away as she comments after BBC US correspondent Chris Buckler’s report on the mid-terms:

“Ooooh… he was sounding a bit spooky there at the end of his piece”

Buckler was, of course, editorialising like mad the BBC/Democrat narrative that Trump was mendaciously using the border issue to “scare” voters.

Come on our Steph, don’t break the fourth wall, luv.

I had a whole day without BBC yesterday ..blood pressure down. But I observed on Sunday….the hairy bikers..I quite like them..however a 2014 broadcast in Thailand..how many times could they mention muslim food and why did they have to visit the only muslim focussed island when they had already told us 90% of the population is Buddhist..not a bloody word about Buddhism or their food. Even when in the north..they said you can’t get pork much in the South..due to the muslim religion – what a load of tosh…
Can somebody please tell me why the BBC feel this need to promote Islam above everything else?

And don’t get me onto the Jewish killing in Philadelphia – the BBC are just seeking out anyone who hates Trump and if they are Jewish even better..to say he isn’t welcome and it’s his fault…another beauty…

The item on Toady earlier on recalcitrant school children. Now there’s no place to house excluded children – they’ve run out of room as there is so many. I wonder why that is?
Our far left Marxist State Broadcaster will not answer that question for you so I conduct the simple analysis which they, for obvious reasons, will not discuss.

Check out this spreadsheet, particularly columns ‘I’ through to ‘O’. Surprised? Not me………..
Reflect upon what proportion of the wasted ‘tax pounds’ go to support excluded children.
Well, lookie here! The Telegraph (dated 30.10.18?) applying not-so-subtle people persuasion like the BBC. Ignoring the lead photograph in the article which depicts school children as being all white. (They are certainly not on the way to participating in a DFS furniture advert!)
    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/education/educationnews/10514615/School-population-to-grow-by-one-million-to-40-year-high.html
I wonder what proportion of the projected 1 million will end up excluded from school………..

    0. Islam asks you to have zero thought about its origins and practices. And make zero comparisons with successful cultures.

    1. Islam asks for one simple thing. Islam asks for everything – finance, religion, police, morals, schools, law, food, science, clothes, art and your body to be Islamic.

    2. Islam only has two problems – Muhammed and Mohammed. Once the first problem has been solved then the second one can be solved easily.

    3. Islam offers three things. In the Koran it offers Peace, War and then a Continuation of War. In your life Islam wants you to subjugate yourself, subjugate your family and then subjugate everyone else.

I assume he will be taught not to say anything offensive about the Islam prophet, not to call him a pedo, not to support Trump’s policy of limiting immigration from mainly moslem countries, not to insult women who wear burkas, and to support open doors immigration policies, especially for moslem immigrants of military age.

    Time to build the biggest Church next to Mecca … to dominate the sky line like the Shard …. Currently there are no official churches in Saudi Arabia of any Christian denomination. {2018}

Currently there are no official churches in Saudi Arabia of any Christian denomination.[7] The small number of Saudi Arabian Christians meet in internet chat rooms and private meetings.[7]

According to the Society of Architectural Heritage Protection Jeddah and the Municipality of Jeddah, a long-abandoned house in Al-Baghdadiyya district has never been an Anglican church, contrary to the “‘myth’ that had spread on the Internet”. There was however still in 1930 a non-Muslim cemetery in Jeddah.[11]

ISLAM: THE ECHR UPHOLDS ANTI-BLASPHEMY LAW
The BBC once defended itself from religious criticism stating (on sacking a BBC Employee) who was told to keep quiet and not express his opinion, as it conflicted with the BBC ‘ethics’ or ‘doctrines’. The BBC argued that it was a run like a ‘Church’ (Islam or Church of Marx one presumes) which could NOT be criticized by any BBC employee. With utter amazement (to me)- it was a few years ago 2007 I think) the BBC ‘won’ the (Employment case). So the BBC is indeed a religon to itself.

The ex BBC employee had simply expressed his concern that Islam is not at compatible with UK democracy. Being himslf African, he knew by personal experience that Islam is a totalitarian regime more akin to Marxism than Democracy.

The fact is that the EU provides the BBC with large amounts of money (millions) for the purpose of multi-racial integration. No matter the cost. The BBC itself has similarities with Islam (preferring under age sex with minors) is an unfortunate fact not discussed in public for fear of Blasphemy. And now that is to be legalised.

The ECHR (European Court of Human Rights) has decided that nobody (nobody at all) can criticize Islam in the EU (and that by extension must mean the UK also as we have no means of escape nor can we challenge EU rulings, we can only adopt them.

From now on, anything linked to Islam will become sacrosanct and formally adopted by the BBC even before this new ruling.

You can sign the petition against it. We shall still be legally bound and affected here (by the Courts) in the UK as we are not out of the ECHR grasp yet. And then we (UK) are still very friendly with the Saudi’s for direct sponsorships and arms dealings – no matter how offensive murder is, the BBC can be relied on to cover it up and put a positive spin on death.

You may want to read this… and worry about it. Its predictable that Europe will split into civil wars when the full atrocity across the regions are identical and obvious for reasons that can no longer be printed In newspapers critically or broadcasted critically. The BBC never has.

“The facts: In Austria, at a FPÖ conference entitled “Basic Knowledge of Islam”, the lecturer and head of the FPÖ was convicted for saying about Muhammad’s marriage to a six-year-old girl and of his sexual consummation at the age of 9: “What do we call it, if it is not paedophilia?” She wanted to warn about the practice of marriage of minors in Islam, following the example of Muhammad. While in 2012 she challenged this conviction before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), it confirmed the decision of the Austrian judges in a judgment released Thursday, 25 October. The ECLJ had intervened in this case to defend the applicant.”
