This morning, via a link from the Guido Fawkes blog, I discover that the BBC is doing something which is actually quite sad.
The report is about a current Radio 4 show, What’s Funny About… that made a retrospective examination of the BBC’s satirical series The Thick of It.
Not having heard the thing I don’t know if they mentioned former leading actor in the show Chris Langham being done on 15 charges of downloading and possessing level 5 child pornography and getting jailed for ten months, reduced to six on appeal, but they do chat with the show’s creator Armando Iannucci and Langham’s replacement in the latter series Rebecca Front.
Then I notice What’s Funny About… also have an episode on The Vicar Of Dibley, with Blackadder and Absolutely Fabulous to follow.
Has it come to this? Is the only thing worth catching on the BBC these maudlin naval gazing exercises in reminding the audience of their past glories?
If I see any future for the BBC it’s this:
Scrap all news and new stuff – save money by simply running the old shows on never-ending loops – and to get around problems like Chris Langham or anything with Jimmy Savile or It Ain’t Half Hot Mum they could perhaps include intermittent censorship by revised cutting of old content as and when it becomes offensive to what the BBC imagines to be our inevitably developing sensitivies.
Admittedly the volume of stock of broadcastable material would gradually dwindle over time in ever-decreasing circles and that would in itself shrink the audience, but I guess that would at least give us an end point for the BBC.
I caught a bit of the In The Thick Of It love-in on Radio 4 Extra.
How anyone can be proud of that vile programme beats me.
The programme was totally unrealistic because of the working environment that the BBC itself has created, any ‘effing’ by a minister would have the CPSA demanding and getting their resignation.
The BBC are just desperately short of new ideas. Our local news man on Look North was asking people to send in their last photo they took on their phone before lockdown. How boring and desperate.
AS – there is nothing FUNNY on the beeb any more. I cringe when I try to listen to their ‘comedy’ on R4 at 11pm. It is beyond embarrassing. The ‘off’ switch has to be used regularly.
The bbc that made gems like ‘Dad’s Army’ and ‘Fawlty Towers’ is long gone.
Besides trying to overthrow the elected government via the “News” and other politically-loaded programmes, (however disappointing that has turned out to be), feeding us endless reruns of old programmes seems to be a current bbc preoccupation.
Laura Kuenssberg is being surprisingly even handed. I suspect she knows it isn’t going to stand scrutiny.
Few more details this morning – -small number of people in No 10 knew that Cummings had gone to Durham, not stayed in London -seems it was his sister who had offered to help with childcare when he and his wife fell ill -family stayed in separate house + had no contact in the end
The #DominicCummings scandal exemplifies everything that is wrong with this government. And its reporting so far by the BBC exemplifies everything that is wrong with BBC News and Current Affairs.
Apparently if you fly via Ireland you escape quarantine rules.
Surely all you want is to stop Covid19 infected people flying.
So they should maybe ask people to do a certified quarantine week before they fly from whatever country
or have a Covid19 antibody certificate.
And that you are escorted from your car direct to the plane without waiting in lines with other people.
And maybe at the other end the same.
Looking at ‘Die Welt’, I see it has an audio under the ‘Media Week’ heading, entitled “Welcome to the populism pandemic”. We don’t even need to listen to know what’s coming…
Well, whaddaya know? The MSM have found a new linguistic link to make, and they’re pretty pleased with themselves.
It will arrive in UK soon, I’m sure, if it hasn’t already?
They not the first to do that illiteration “a shameful fact is undeniable.
The highest #Covid19 casualties are in the US and the #UK, where the mendacities of the populist right have deformed society..”
What’s wrong with that ?
#1 We don’t have reliable stats for many countries like China/Russia
#2 intensity of a problem is not ranked by raw deaths
but by death rate per million population
And in that case a few countries like Belgium rank well above the US and the UK
#3 You might as well be saying that the LESS free and the MORE totalitarian a society the easier it is to pin down a pandemic.
Listening to an interview with Liberal Ed Davey this morning on BBC breakfast.
I got the impression Ed Davey suggested Dominic Cummings should have considered putting his children into the care of the local authorities instead of driving them up to Durham for his parents to look after.
Would you?
When a spouse got it the other spouse often didn’t catch it.
I wonder if Cummings if got Covid from getting a big viral load by sitting in the same car for 3 hours ?
Or did they use 2 cars ?
However if you are strong it is not a bad thing to catch Covid19
cos now he has resistance.
The job of lockdown was to avoid overwhelming the NHS.
… that would have happened if a load of vulnerable people had caught Covid.
It doesn’t matter if young people catch it, as long as they don’t pass it to the vulnerable.
Did Cummings action cause a risk of spreading Covid to the vulnerable ?
He could have had a car crash and thus his wife spread it to an NHS worker I guess. But that is a one in a millions type event.
Apparently the Chief Medical officer said that at the daily briefing once
that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances like when parents come down with the virus,
then they can seek childcare within the family
or failing that use local authority hubs
He had access to childcare within the family, so he used it.
The regs don’t say you can’t drive along way to get to this childcare.
All I hear this morning from the government and Al Beeb is stay away from the coast and beaches . Does that apply to those coming across the Channel in small boats? Is it to prevent the local people from witnessing the ‘invasion’?
Our forefathers will be spinning in their graves to see what a supine government we have.
Taffman
Yes so many sacrificed their lives to keep out the German hoardes and now we have these illegals coming over with help from the Border Farce, Has there been a deal done with the EU so we keep our fishing grounds…just take the Scum ! …..more workers at hand car washes and new grooming gangs set up near you …BBC and MSM are ignoring all this of course
At least Nigel gets out there and tells it like it is !
There is a war going on between Al Beeb and the Tory Government, but the Tory Government don’t know it or are afraid to do anything about it ?
Well, here is the answer – scrap the Telly Tax and allow it to be funded by a voluntary contribution. Then we will see what political allegiance and support Al Beeb gets from Joe Public ?
Think of it, Al Beeb could hold their own fund raising ‘Black Nose’ comedy day and put some fun on the TV for a change .
Perhaps if the BBC didn’t report it, (other things do happen in the world, I did once hear about a place long away called ‘Europe’, for instance)?
Perhaps if police constables were built like the proverbial brick-constructed conveniences this wouldn’t happen? (Why aren’t the criminals sticking to the ‘equality, diversity and inclusivity’ agenda? “Goin’ arrt feiving ta’nart Nige?” “Nah, iz Nadja an’ de gals turn, innit!”)
Delingpole interviews ex-Remainer Robert Jackman
a fellow Spectator writer youtube
.. He’s also a lockdown skeptic.
He makes the point that politically Labour OWN the NHS
and maybe Boris thinks that can break that hold by never going against the NHS and throwing money at it and its workers.
He broke the lockdown
cos he stayed in a London on his own
whereas all his mates went back to country/family houses.
So he wrote a newspaper article about it
and then was shocked when the commenters mostly said he should be executed.
Screams the BBC website ( just had to look as this has the makings of a watergate ) ..
So I checked which ‘ police ‘ was criticising Cummings .
It turns out to be one Steve White – who is the current crime commissioner For Durham after literally taking on dead mans shoes .mr white is not a plod .
I had a guido style dig to find out who comrade Steve white is . It seems he was a plod for 30 years and was big on the police union – the federation .
He then went on to be deputy ? Police crime commissioner now the top man – £200k p. A. I suppose – Doesn’t say whether he’s a Freemason or not or whether that ‘ backscratching ‘ still goes on in plod ….
@FedUp2
major Chinese whispers being used by libmob to move the story to the LEFT of reality
– So an Italian journo tweets
“Devastating statement by Durham police on Cummings’ visit during lockdown”
Not understanding that PCC is a role OUTSIDE the police.
– Others say that Cummings was driving whilst he knew HE was infected
whereas he said only his wife was infected at the time.
– Other call his wife a liar for her account of caring for him during his infection which they say was in the London flat
..whereas actually her article never gave the location
a later Daily Mail reprint added that in.
– were his parents living in the Durham farm or just his sisters family, ..I don’t know yet.
BTW The BBC never tweeted
” police criticise Cummings”
Buried on page 2 they use that title
but it’s likely a non-native speaker doesn’t understand that a PCC is not the police and is an OUTSIDE monitor

BREAKING Police: Cummings ‘unwise’ to travel to Durham
We’ve just heard from No 10 saying the PM’s chief adviser, Dominic Cummings, did not break any rules by travelling 260 miles from London to Durham during lockdown.
But this – more critical – statement has just come from the Durham police and crime commissioner, Steve White:
“Given the whole ethos of the guidance and regulations was designed to reduce the spread, regardless of reason, by travelling to County Durham when known to be infected was most unwise.
“To beat this crisis we need to be selfless as millions have been. The response by the people of Durham has been exemplary which makes this most frustrating and concerning.”
BBC1 10:45 am tomorrow. An Eid celebration cookery show. I doubt there will be a Jewish, Hindu, Sikh or even Methodist cookery celebration show.
Are they going to cut the throat of a goat live in the studio.
Pathetic coverage of their favourite religion.
You know that so many of us British people have bought £200 tickets for Afro-Nation festival in Portugal
Moneybox tackles the issue of why we can’t get our money back
The sellers say Portuguese law applies and that says your ticket is valid for next year.
The UK ticket sellers, say they were just agents.
Or maybe not many British people actually bought tickets
but it does give the BBC’s Afro reporter a job.
Just caught my partner watching an Alistair Campbell interview on her phone and he was absolutely spitting feathers after what’s transpired over the last few hours regarding the Dominic Cummings situation ????
I wonder if the government has really played al beeb and the rest of the msm here like a grand piano ????
???? ????
The former Blair spin doctor had the temerity to us words like hypocrisy and democracy – some people have no shame ????
I wonder if your 2 or my 9 is looking more likely at the daily briefing later now ????
As a bit of an amateur historian myself I came across this vile woman via another news website. A little digging quickly reveals her raison d’être and BBC credentials.
A self confessed expert on Colonialism, Gender, Sexuality, Sexual Violence and Women, Disturbingly she is an historical consultant to the BBC and resident historian on BBC Radio London.
Check this tweet out…
It actually killed very rich, white middle aged men in greater number than anyone else! Which is obviously terrible ????
She’s no historian. She actually suffers from known condition;
HM. Other-wise know as ‘Historical Myopia’.
It manifests itself through prejudicial prescription Social Justice Warrior glasses. The carrier hates anything British, White and judges every historical event through a left wing ideological feminist prism despite the obvious incongruity to the wider population.
Therapy is pointless as ‘trigger words’ simply result in ‘Racist’, ‘Sexist’ or ‘Misogynist’ being hurled back to the rational councillor. There is no know cure, yet ‘HM’ is increasingly prevalent in British cities. Some are working on a vaccine, but it’s years away and may take a revolution in wider practice to achieve.
Seriously; it’s completely shameful that someone like this is a paid consultant to the BBC. As a self confessed overtly pro multiculti, feminist wind bag; what value does she bring to any historical debate? …I mean, any consultation or critical thinking would result in the same identical conclusion.
Horrible rich white men did it.
Unfortunately, she is typical of both the BBC and the establishment at large. Existing only because of the little metro-protected echo bubble she resides within.
Newspaper reports tell us Starmer’s children have been attending school during the lockdown because his wife Victoria is a “key worker” in the NHS. According to the Tatler she is a trained lawyer currently working as a part-time occupational therapist. I’m not sure how ‘key’ that is in the present circumstances. But at any rate, we can be sure Starmer has no problem with schools and teachers being available for his family.
I hope she isn’t working as an Occupational therapist as it is a protected title. I can’t see her on the register…under married or single name 🙂
It’s illegal..well, I guess she won’t need to look far for a lawyer.
May be we should ask the Guardian and Mirror to investigate
As I write hoards of BBC researchers are ringing tory MPs and Lords and has beens to get someone to ‘ condemn ‘ Cummings ….
……. my money is on heseltine or major as well as soubry – who has recently been dug up … let’s see….
The party that used the vote of a perjured MP Kate Osamor in a stop Brexit vote
insists than an adviser should resign for a one off decision he took to protect his child.
#DoubleStandards
‘The Italian death total may be 19,000 higher than published figures, due to ‘unreliability’ of statistics….’
And of course the fact that our rigid and costly adherence to each and every absurd EU law for the past few decades, while all the other club members ignore, avoid or adapt to suit, has no bearing on similar Covid death figures from France, Spain, Germany, Belgium etc, etc.
Quite why we seem dedicated to setting ourselves up as European Fall Guy is a mystery – perhaps it’s guilt for wasting so many lives defending their democracy for them. Twice.
Three times, in fact, if you count Waterloo – which we must, of course, even though the teams were different.
The sad reality of Napoleon being now regarded as a national hero is not to the credit of France – but then, what is?
Relative population numbers (history repeating itself!) and infrastructure allowed for, Bonaparte caused as much mayhem and destruction as Hitler over a far longer period but it takes a century or two for the history books to become accurate – ie: not written by the winners.
JHB is endorsing the pile on against Cummings
She takes the line that he was just visiting his *parents*, so broke the law.
* he says he was at his sisters place
Maybe next week JHB will have a new job on GMB
Piers Hartley Brewer
"I think it was completely and utterly morally and probably legally the wrong thing to do."@JuliaHB1 says it's "untenable" that Dominic Cummings travelled 260 miles from during lockdown, going against the advice issued to the public.
I see at times we’re talking about general press bias, and not specifically about the BBC, but to get back on track, I attempt to dabble in the arts / writing, and naturally have noticed the last few years, that if “u be male whitey”, you have NO chance of having dear Aunty look at your work.
Please go to this page, before they take it down, and just LOOK at the faces of the ones that are chosen by the leftist, white overlords, to write. It is simply unbelievable.
Siempre – if you read back over the pages of this site there is plenty opportunity to not write about the BBC alone .
I agree about your view of the link you put up – I’m glad you didn’t put the whole thing up . Looks like you have black up to white for the state broadcaster …innit blood …

Good Lord! If it wasn’t true, you couldn’t make it up! Every cliche’ you could think of! And naturally, this group of shakedown artists, will ONLY write about being a BME, etc., riddled with entitlement. Disgusting.
But just before it started, they advertised 2 forthcoming shows, the first of which I think is on I-Player and appears to be full of BAME’s and women; and the second show looks like it’s full of women and flouncing transgender-type attention-seeking arty people.
It’s as if the bBBC are saying “ok, we’ll show Citizen Kane, but remember it’s *these* type of shows that we really stand for”.
And just before the movie started, the female announcer says “The greatest movie ever? YOU decide” – said in rather a condescending tone I thought.
Not BBC but here’s an observation of the kind of corporate cultural prejudices and bigoted leftist messaging with which we are now confronted daily.
An advertisement for on-line family history research promises to unlock your family history. Their advert is illustrated with modern photos of an elderly woman and an elderly man with overlaid charicature drawings suggesting what background their ancestors may have had.
The woman is portrayed as a nurse during the Great War.
The man as an Edwardian criminal pictured in mug shots, frontal and in profile, complete with chalked convict number.
Casual misandry.
Such imagery is propagated day in day out. No one seems to complain.
The BBC drone desperate to gotcha the PM and his advisor – screw the 300 dead – schools – PPE – ..travel restrictions .. followed by the Sky bloke ……followed by the ITV bloke .. doing the same ….. Let’s Get Cummings ….
…. the Sunday’s will be after a fresh angle on this nonsense story …..
Getting to the stage of wondering what the value of these ‘briefings ‘ are ….
It’s starting to sound like those White House press briefings where every thing is ‘gotcha ‘
So far, every single question from the media during this afternoon’s briefing is on precisely the same subject and with little or no variation in the wording…
Is this it ? Is this the best that our media can do – try to get the scalp of a government representative that they hate – basically suggest that they should have potentially abandoned their 4-year-old son, or dumped the child into an local authority institution…..?
Jeez – nothing else is more important to our illustrious media than getting the scalp of Dominic Cummings ? No wonder the public has basically lost any trust in media – and particularly with a publicly-funded body like the BBC. Disgusting abuse of the general public’s time – we’re supposed to be learning about the current health crisis in these meetings.
I watched the briefing, absolutely disgusting. Same question trying to catch Shapps out. I thought he did pretty well in the circumstances. Sam Coates of Sky is seething, his eyes are poppi g with anger. I think each one of the bas****s is trying to outdo each other to see who will have the reward of the one who brought Cummings down. Now they are going on about when Boris knew that he was going. Get a bloo*y life.
If I was Cummings tommorow I wouldn’t watch or listen to any media, no newspapers just spend the day with his family and let the lot of them go to hell.
The BBC and MSM are absolutely wetting themselves over a chance to bring down Cummings. They have hammered this sideshow of a story all day and will no doubt continue all weekend.
They are not interested at all in the lowest number of Covid deaths for two months, the stunning downward trend of Covid cases in our capital, or the spending of £1billion on one of the key routes across the north of England.
This is a political vendetta, and the BBC is leading the charge.
Glass houses and all that, gotta be squeaky clean before picking up those particular Cummings rocks. It is as you say Ed very exciting for the bbc, nobody else really gives a stuff.
After watching the briefing – and wanting to know a bit about the ‘getting pushbikes on the road ‘voucher – it’s the bubble and Cummings –
Followed by two Beeboids explaining what we’ve just heard in the conference because we are too thick to understand
And then Ian donuts blackford firing salvos – followed by a different Biased BBC correspondent talking about the same thing .
Look – this is very serious – Parliament should be recalled – the queen should make a speech …. I’m waiting for BBCSKY doing a full reconstruction of the Cummings and wife and child journey from London to Durham ….compete with a helicopter …. I wonder if they’ve sold the film rights ?
Oh god it got to 1700 and there’s a coloured lefty from the Guardian being shocked …..happy IED
By the way this talking about Cummings was still going on at 1708 ……when I switched off the BBC until the briefing on Sunday …
Sorry I get confused by that because followers of that religion are so ready to use improvised explosive devices – particularly in the PB or VB mode ….
And those who go on about abbreviations – you’ll find out what those abbreviations mean if you google them ….
I watched it on sky, dont watch BBC news ever. Sky was bad enough, Coates nearly having kittens. Now all this flip flopping backwards and forwards by Boris lately, if he backtracks on this and he fires Cummimgs then there is no hope at all for this government and the lefties would have won the war, cos that is what it is, they smell blood and will not rest until they decimate the Tories.
Buzzfeed claim to be journos
they are just AGENDA PUSHERS like the rest of the London metroliberal media
•Full and frank apology from Cummings, saying he had the best interests of his child at heart, which clouded his judgement. Says he recognises that his actions risked undoing the good work of the gvt and the public, thanks Durham constabulary & other forces for their efforts
— Hannah Al-Othman Says Stay Inside (@HannahAlOthman) May 23, 2020
The more I see of our poncy parliament, scummy
media, jobsworth ‘key’ workers, lazy teachers, seal clappers, kindly neighbourhood grassers, garden centre perverts, paramilitary police, borderless patrol etc, the more I like Covid.
Cometh the hour cometh the mighty second wave!
Our country couldn’t get any worse.
Eddy
Our country is fine. It’s the people that are fcuked.
Most adults seem to be indulging in a bizarre version of the children’s playground game called “O’Grady Says” but maybe one has to be pretty ancient to remember it. https://www.alleyesonme.com.au/page/party-games/ogrady-says/
Here’s the thing. Its being reported that Cummings & his wife were so ill they couldn’t care for their child – hence the journey north to mum and dad.
So, why doesn’t someone ask the question ? “If the pair of them were so ill, they wouldn’t have been capable of driving 5 miles let alone 260 miles !! ” Driving with a dose of the flu to the local doctor is bad enough, so the thought of driving to the other end of the country would be out of the question. And Covid is twice as bad, so what exactly constitutes them being ‘very ill’.
I think the length of time covid symptoms take to cause actual harm to reactions and concentration levels is the major factor Briss. If DC knew Boris was going down with the virus and that his close proximity to him over several days would almost inevitably mean he would be next, taking the chance to scoot off up north with wife and child is fairly normal behaviour for a responsible adult.
After all, it’s no different to what our king in waiting – and waiting, Dei Gratia – has done for the past several months. The only significant difference is that Cummings has been missed.
Brissles our media is expert at feeding us 2 +2 framed in such a way that you see 5
– Wife gets sick .. you are allowed to more family for better care
He was safe to drive
.. If they were only preparing for a time for a time when he & his wife would be unwell and your sister had offered a spare house
It makes sense to move while you can.
AFAIK he didn’t catch it until they got there.
Media are claiming Cummings lied cos he dared to say the police had not spoken to the family
that is not necessarily false.
thousands of Twitterati keep saying “family”
ah cos the Guardian say that was in the police statement
“Durham constabulary said it spoke to Cummings’s *family* to remind them of the lockdown rules after receiving reports on 31 March that ”
Actually the police statement says “Officers made contact with the owners of that address who confirmed that the individual in question was present and was self-isolating in part of the house.
“In line with national policing guidance, officers explained to the family the guidelines around self-isolation and reiterated the appropriate advice around essential travel”.
If it is a farm, the family might well not be the owner.
Or it could be that his sister lives in the town and Cummings rented the place next door.
and people mistakenly assume he was at his parents farm
(which people claim he part owns)
Piers is shouting “Gotcha , your wife’s sister lives a few streets away from your London house”
I don’t see that proves she was avilable to take care of their child like his sister did .
Following my earlier post on Napoleon’s strange position in history, isn’t it equally strange that while the MSM are deliriously happy to pile in to Dominic Cummings, another man, one who has caused a vast amount more harm and given duplicity in politics a bad name, Alistair Campbell, is now a respected and regular BBC go-to. You could not, as they say, make it up.
Add the absurd amount of time in the ‘Covid Up-Date’ devoted to this non-event, in relation to what the actual pandemic is doing, like the lowest recorded deaths for 2 months, our world becomes more Mad Hatter’s Tea Party each day. Finish off with the superb ‘Bangladeshi Compo’ query from one noble contributor and it’s a wonder Grant Shapps didn’t slip in the puddle of oil he’d created by his replies.
RE Cummings.
I do wish UK Politicians would follow their French counterparts when dealing with press driven hyped up scandals. Whether true or not, Gallic shrug, pursing of lips with a semi raspberry, and a “So what!”
Can imagine hoards of ‘journalists ‘ hitting every motorway service station between London and Durham trying to find some one who served a couple with a baby 7? Weeks ago …..
Some would probably say Alastair Campbell used to be quite good at spin.
Now he's just a jabbering old hypocrite who can't think far enough ahead in a TV interview, to avoid directly contradicting himself. pic.twitter.com/RdWPz7RJFt
— News Addict ???????? (@addicted2newz) May 23, 2020
I think this is not about the trip to Durham. This is about another bbc led media campaign against the government/Conservatives, in the hope of scoring points – perhaps even getting a scalp.
Looking at the latest beeb tv news, the self-important, puffed up little twerp, Ian Watson, tried to make this into a big story. One gets slightly nauseated, listening to him drone on in a lead story that merely proves how empty the pathetic bbc cupboard really is.
Impartial? ‘News’? You gotta be joking…
The BBC insults my country every day. We face a serious situation when millions could lose their livelihoods and the country become ungovernable. And they worry about this Cummings man. Now I know nothing about him really and have no desire to do so. He is not essential to the life of the nation but equally he is not worthy of all this rubbish from the media.
The BBc and it’s acolytes are failing the nation. WE need to put this country back to work somehow and to put our children first. That means the teachers must cooperate with the government instead of pursuing an agenda of leftwing nonsense.
The Celtic fringes need to stop playing about. Sturgeon only wants independence and as for the Welsh Assembly they are behaving as though they have real clout. They have nothing. Skint as usual. Call their bluff. Force immediate independence on Scotland and do the same to Wales.
Then stop all funds and close the borders. Really close them. Visas the lot.
AS for the teaching unions. Give them a choice. Talk sensibly or the state will dismiss all teachers . I mean all and re employ them on different terms.
The future is going to be hard enough . Those not with the nation must decide.
Next door’s kids have had a week off. They say that they completed their set work a week early.
The adults in their lives seem to have given them lots of mind-stretching activities too and they look a lot fitter with all the physical activities they have been doing.
Maybe we don’t need the teachers?
If I was a primary school teacher I would miss ‘my’ kids like crazy. I wouldn’t miss all the transgender, homosexual, diversity, equality and inclusivity fascism though.
I was looking on you tube about General Flynn and was surprised to find a 12 minute excerpt from Sky Australia about how damaging it was for Biden and how much it tarnished Obama. The Sky presenters were damning in their criticism of the Obama WH and agreed that there was much more wrong doing that was going to be exposed in the coming weeks. The Trump WH was given a fair hearing. We would never see this on Sky UK. The contrast between the Sky UK and Sky Australia is astonishing. It is very hard to believe that the two organisation belong to the same parent company. I am going to see if I can view Sky Australia more regularly.
Government daily briefing nowhere near as bad as I either thought it would be or was led to believe it would be ????
Clear as day however that the world’s most trusted al beeb have no intention of giving accurate news or honest reporting, they as a collective are only interested in destabilising this government and thwarting Brexit ????????
Shameless tw*ts ????

They not the first to do that illiteration
“a shameful fact is undeniable.

Would you?

The BBC will probably bring us a hero family
whose children died at home, whilst the parents got over Covid19 in hospital.

Well, here is the answer – scrap the Telly Tax and allow it to be funded by a voluntary contribution. Then we will see what political allegiance and support Al Beeb gets from Joe Public ?
Think of it, Al Beeb could hold their own fund raising ‘Black Nose’ comedy day and put some fun on the TV for a change .

major Chinese whispers being used by libmob to move the story to the LEFT of reality
The BBC live-webpage is headed
Police say PM aide’s lockdown trip was ‘unwise’
They frame it using a sinsiter dark pic
Buried on page 2 they use that title
but it’s likely a non-native speaker doesn’t understand that a PCC is not the police and is an OUTSIDE monitor

So… Louise Raw.
Check this tweet out…
She’s no historian. She actually suffers from known condition;
My god, our country is so divided.

Twice.

Relative population numbers (history repeating itself!) and infrastructure allowed for, Bonaparte caused as much mayhem and destruction as Hitler over a far longer period but it takes a century or two for the history books to become accurate – ie: not written by the winners.

Our country is fine. It’s the people that are fcuked.
Most adults seem to be indulging in a bizarre version of the children’s playground game called “O’Grady Says” but maybe one has to be pretty ancient to remember it.

If people knew all along Cummings was in Durham on March 31st
why did they wait 6 weeks to release their story on Friday ?

Here’s the thing. Its being reported that Cummings & his wife were so ill they couldn’t care for their child – hence the journey north to mum and dad.
So, why doesn’t someone ask the question ? “If the pair of them were so ill, they wouldn’t have been capable of driving 5 miles let alone 260 miles !! ” Driving with a dose of the flu to the local doctor is bad enough, so the thought of driving to the other end of the country would be out of the question. And Covid is twice as bad, so what exactly constitutes them being ‘very ill’.
Suspicious or what.

“Durham constabulary said it spoke to Cummings’s *family* to remind them of the lockdown rules after receiving reports on 31 March that ”
Actually the police statement says
“Officers made contact with the owners of that address who confirmed that the individual in question was present and was self-isolating in part of the house.

Wake me up when it’s over ….

@FNW MSM are school bullies
which detract from saving this country instead of helping it.

Sky Australia gives a different view to that of the BBC on UK stories too, which is a refreshing change.
