The boarding school ‘monster’ who always walked free

The two girls ran as fast as they could, fleeing through the dense forest to avoid being spotted by anyone at the school. Reaching a phone box by the main road, they unfolded the piece of paper they had been given weeks earlier and dialled the number hastily scribbled on it. They hid behind a wall and waited for their saviour to arrive. When she did, she took them to the police station. The girls told officers their headmaster had raped and sexually abused them repeatedly for two years. Physical tests backed up their claims. They were 10 and 11 years old.

Keith Vaz taken up their case?

Or he waiting at Dover with vouchers for the Sunday buffet at The Savoy? And some treats for any washing machine engineers happy to let their kids find their own way to Rotherham.

Yes first and lots of news about the lack of effort to stop the Channel invasion and the French and the EU doing nothing about it.

We are now in the last few days to the results of the US election. This will define America and the West- Europe too.

A few years back, Pres Trump warned of the danger of non-western societies, living parallel in No-Go zones in Europe. He was shunned, and called a “racist”. Many European leaders refused to meet him.

Things have changed. Pres Trump has become a world class leader, trumping China, destroying ISIS, and caging the mullahs of Iran. Japan, Australia, S Korea and India, see China as a real threat. Pres Trump looks likely to be back in the WH, and he is their only hope.

Pres Macron is belatedly getting tough with “radical” Islam – to the consternation of Islamic countries , who thought were on the path to conquer Christendom. The result is hysterical anger and threats of conquering Paris and Europe.

The presence of Donald Trump has changed the atmosphere in Europe. Nationalist parties in Europe – France, Germany, Italy and even Sweden, once the bastions of progressive socialism and multicultism, have the threat of nationalist parties disturbing their decades long sleepy rule.

Pres Macron is not really responding to threats from Jihadis only, but to the far more real threat to him personally, from Le Pen. Similar situation in Italy, Germany and even Sweden.

The EU looks increasingly shaky. Its a world they never thought they would have to deal with.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to America – but I really really think they will go with Mr Trump in a majority big enough to nullify the voting fraud the Democrats have been engineering .

But if I am wrong and I lose my £20 the consequences will be horrible and I fear that war follows pestilence ….. the effect of the Chinese virus around the world – in fragile states – is – in my view not possible to properly predict by anyone …..there is no ‘playbook’….

….. the nature of the ‘war’ might also be tricky . I was musing today that our economies are busily switching to depending even more on the internet – making it even more of a target to disable …. perhaps be state actors or some 15 year old ….

BBC Moaning Emole of course has a ‘quote’…

    ***

    Channel deaths ‘a wake-up call’

Charities are urging the government to create legal routes for refugees to reach the UK after four people – including two children aged five and eight – died in the English Channel. Fifteen others are being treated in hospitals in France after being rescued when their boat capsized, but authorities fear more people could have been lost. A major search operation is due to resume on Wednesday. It’s thought those who died were from Iran.

In response, Boris Johnson again vowed to crack down on the “criminal gangs” he said were facilitating the crossings, and the UK has repeatedly accused France of not doing enough to prevent migrants leaving its shores. But BBC Paris correspondent Lucy Williamson says French MPs argue no amount of policing will stop the UK being a draw and legally claiming asylum should be made easier. Charity Care4Calais said the loss of life “should be a wake-up call for those in power”, and the two countries must come up with a joint plan of action.

    ***
Ah, it’s from one Lily and BBC crew are doubtless en route to be re-embedded with.

First question: are there not safe legal routes already?

If so, are these poor souls simply ignoring them to try and jump the queue?

And the ‘think of the children’ thing seems almost Gazan in the BBC’s credulous or complicit inability to connect dots.

Its time for real change from the political philosophy that has run the West and Europe for over 40 years – Liberalism.

This philosophy was fine as long as the West had genuine borders. But cheap and easy jet travel in combination with Liberalism, is leading to an unsustainable situation. This cannot go on. Something will give. And the last thing I wish to see are people getting hurt.

If Pres Trump is back in the WH, Liberalism will finally be buried. So too Climate Change, Open Borders, and the side encumbrances of wind turbines, solar electricity, and the rest of the unsustainable hangerson of Climate Change.

This why the Liberal/socialist media of the BBC and its likes in Europe and the West, are so hysterically opposed to Pres Trump. Their 50 year program to destroy the West, is all coming to nothing because of “that man”.

PS : For the last three months I’m getting 8 page letters from the BBC. I dont know what about.

Apparently four people, non British and with no allegiance to this country except perhaps as a source of taxpayer funded social benefits, including two children died in an accident entirely caused by their own decisions and actions in the territorial waters of a foreign power. They were of course trying to escape the clutches of the tyrannical despotic regime in…errrr…..France.

The BBC are in emotional apoplexy. Main news headline. Toady 0710 key interview with Labour’s Yvette Cooper. She has absolutely nothing constructive to say of course but that’s not the point. Just feel the emotion. And very clearly they want me to feel the same. But I have news for them. I don’t.

Unfettered open door immigration is of course a touchstone favourite issue of Labour and the BBC. And events like this give them the chance to show it. Boy, do them give them the chance. And do they take it. Get ready for the street protests from the woke lefties this weekend.

In other news. Around 30 people died in Great Britain last week in road accidents. Any number of families were affected by coronavirus deaths of loved ones. But the BBC handkerchiefs have not been out for them this morning. On an emotion per life basis, the economic chancers coming over the channel have it every time.

It is a real tragedy, but you have to ask yourself why did this tragic family need to make the perilous attempt. Then you read in the Torygraph…

“ They had told fellow migrants that they hoped to join at least one family member already living in the UK. A brother of the deceased father said relatives had tried to talk him out of crossing the world’s busiest waterway with small children.

“We begged him to not try to cross by boat. He insisted on going,” said Khalil Irannazhad, who last spoke to his brother on Monday. “It was the third time that they had attempted to cross to the UK. Two times they wanted to cross via train and the last time they wanted to cross by boat.”

According to Khalil, the family had reached Italy from Turkey via boat before ending up in France after borrowing money from family members to pay for the trip.

“He told me that there were giant sea waves. He said: ‘If I knew it was this dangerous, I would have never tried it,'” Khalil said of his brother’s journey to Italy. He added that his brother had initially decided to stay in Germany or Switzerland, “but I do not know why he changed his mind”.

But I think we DO know why.

I have written to the BBC to ask them if we could have

Presumably ‘Breakfast Club’ is held before classes start so the parent who is ‘chaotic’ would have to send their helpless child to school earlier than usual.

Given that degree of organisation couldn’t they just give their child breakfast at the normal time?

The Times this morning tells us: ‘Food tsar serves up £1bn meal plan to PM. Government is “morally oblidged” to feed pupils’

Look how quickly a benefit turns into an absolute moral right.

The Daily Mirror promotes former preacher and Labour supporting life peer Lord Griffiths, of Burry Port, to share their elevated moral pulpit with millionaire footballer Marcus Rashford: ‘I knew hunger as a child… I know what Marcus felt. An old Etonian has no idea’ – this being the: ‘Lord’s moving speech to Parliament’

Mind you an extra thousand million these days spent on the tax payer credit card is hardly here or there, I think you’ll agree. Partcularly with all this covid going on.

The Guardian has: ‘Calls for national lockdown grow as UK death toll exceeds 60,000’ – yes, we know most of those died six months ago but it’s scary, right?

The Telegraph front page, promoted to number one in the BBC’s press line up this morning, has a frighteningly big graph and the doomwatch style headline: ‘Second wave forecast to be more deadly than first’

The lessen we seem to have learnt from lockdown is most of us can happily sit at home doing practically nothing economically productive for months on end whilst big brother State takes care of the bills. I’d go further and suggest lockdown has taught us that socialism actually works. And seriously, there’s probably no need to worry over the debt. Someone super rich will pay all the tax hikes, right?

Well, probably not. You know this thing those strange bow-tied economists call “negative interest rates” – sounds a bit weird I know. How can that have any effect on me? Yeah, I know I don’t get interest on my bank account nowadays like I once used to, but negative rates, how does that work?

‘HSBC hints at charges on current accounts’ (Telegraph). Negative interest rates will mean you pay the bank more to hold your meagre cash – because you’ll hold less and less actual cash. Cash transactions are tricky for the Government to track and trace… and tax. Cash is mucky and what with all this covid we’re switching to more contactless payments.

The Express is explicit: ‘Millions face the end of free banking’

The banks need to do this, don’t they? ‘HSBC and Santander see brighter prospects as bad loan risks recede. Strong third-quarter earnings. Worst of crisis declared over. Push to restart dividends’ (Financial Times).

The Times invites us to speculate on a US election race that’s a clear foregone conclusion from where I stand: ‘Melania v Jill, who gets the Flotus style vote’? They’re kidding us calling this a close one, surely?

In unreleated news, the Metro features: ‘The Witch Report. Get in the zone with Hollywood’s crones’

The giveaway Metro further invites us to inquire into: ‘Tangled love life of the killer cop.’ The “serial womaniser” PC looks to have been punching well above his weight if the pics of mistresses one and two are anything to go by. Must have been the uniform. And they reckon our cops are overworked?

The Mail has: ‘What a drama! Fay Weldon, 89, in toxic split from husband No3’

More to our taste the Express celebrates: ‘Nigella: I’m so gald I’ve made it to 60. See page 3’ – the tabloids do know how to tease.

Winsome BBC history docs nerd Lucy Worsley brings the lefty culture war to bear on our Royals: ‘TV historian investigates royal palaces’ slavery link’ (Times)

BBC favourite former comedian Lenny Henry meanwhile strives to thrash our big charity telethon with the racial whip in the Guardian: ‘Times have changed. Comic Relief ends use of “white saviours”… African people want to tell their own stories’ – perhaps white people should be banned from contributing to African charities?

Ever wondered whether you had suddenly awoken in some sci-fi dystopian nightmare? This could be the clincher: ‘Scots pubs to reopen, but alcohol is banned’ (Telegraph)

    Beam me up, Scotty!

        it’s worse than that.

Encourage single women to become mothers, then provide state subsidised housing, child benefits etc.

The children don’t have good male role models so they end up needing state-funded social workers, police officers, prison warders, probation officers, social workers and benefit clerks.

Open the borders to maintain the ‘gimme’ voter base and we need more ‘social’ housing, immigration officers, lawyers, translators and border ‘guards’.

Having destroyed the culture of the indigenous people we have more crime, more police officers, court officials etc.

It’s a one-way slide into chaos, yet they have the nerve to call it ‘progressive’.

Soup, ham sandwich, an apple and a chocolate bar . Total £1.40.

Does anyone from the BBC, or especially Marcus Rashford actually do their own supermarket shopping?

Sluff there’s a pasta in a packet thing – with a sauce built in – you can buy at supermarkets for pennies. You need some fresh milk and maybe some optional butter plus a hob on which to cook it. You can buy broccoli for pennies, especially if its on a special at Tesco (wear your mask), Asda or the German supermarkets. Add a bit of grated cheese. Hey ho: a meal for two adults or an adult and two or three children.

Note: Tesco and Asda actually promote healthy eating with displays of discounted vegetables (subsidised by the producer, mostly, and more occasionally by the shop chain) in many of their stores facing the main entrance.

Being extremely cynical – but with first hand experience.

The biggest beneficiaries of Coronavirus are people whose elderly relatives are in care homes and don’t have the privilege of being disadvantaged and so have to pay their care costs in full. Typically around £1000 per week.

BTW for the ‘disadvantaged’ of course it’s paid in full by the state ie the rest of us, along with all the other freebies mentioned higher up this thread.

Pity the poor sods who work hard for a living and are just above the thresholds. They are worse off than if not working. What a great incentive for society that is. Not.

R4 -almost a fully-fledged 24 hour propaganda channel, seems to have taken a huge shine to Bernadino Everisto, or whatever her/his name is. Regular poems/appearances on Toady now.
Only the Rt Hon Marcus Rashford OBE MBE VC DFC DSO George Cross etc etc is more popular.
    Wonder why?
But then lately, black presenters, producers, writers etc starting to pop up everywhere. So there’s the answer. Even a programme on environmental activism yesterday had been taken over by blacks. They see the environment as directly linked to issues of ‘social justice’. The programme itself was crap, nothing illuminating on the environment, just a call to arms to ‘protest’.
How soon before we rename R4? Radio Lagos in the UK, perhaps? Or would that upset the Caribbeans?

Unusually for me, nowadays at least, I caught some of ‘Today’ on R4 between about 8:30 and ‘Yesterday in Parliament’ from 8:40 or so.

In the 8:30 headlines, there was something about Blacks being more likely to be affected by job losses caused by Covid restrictions; then an interview with George Eustice about food standards; next a reference to Blacks complaining about stop-and-search; finally a reasonably good poem about the wind by … wait for it … Bernardine Evaristo, who seems to be ‘soupe du jour’ at present.

This incessant promotion of the concerns of an ethnic group who are only 3-4% of the UK population, is out of all proportion to their numbers and importance. I’m fed up with hearing about them.

I guess not. Some are saying it’s the best Booker winner for quite a few years. You should read it, you might enjoy it. And learn something.

Here is one of the stories on the BBC about the Covid infection which depressed my mum- unecessarily because it just isn’t true.

Here is a summary of it . More details on the link below

ONE of the researchers at Imperial College London has said that the study there
showed that anti bodies dropped off after a few weeks of recovery from Covid infection and this meant that even after having the virus you can get it again.

The truth is that anti bodies drop off after fter any infection.Israeli scientists say this is not related to protection against re- infection. T cell protection is imbedded in the white blood cells for life.

What it may mean is that when the we have the vaccine you may need a booster a year later like the flu injection.

So, we’re now being lectured by a middle-class, Mockney actor, whose main claim to fame is that he appears in an appallingly unrealistic soap opera, that depicts the east end of London as it might have been sixty odd years ago. Let me tell you, you’re far more likely to meet native Urdu speakers in that part of the capital than any Cockneys… we’ve all moved out.

This luvvie has got the bleedin’ gall to lecture us about the sort of “real people” we need running the country.

Eastenders is about as realistic as Star-Trek and Danny Dyer is about as real a Cockney as I am a bloody Zulu.
I just hate being lectured by luvvies, whether it’s Emma Thompson, flying in (first class obviously) to wag her finger at us about climate change, or gormless pillocks like Dyer, who believe their own publicity blurb.

I don’t care if our political leaders go to Eton, Rugby or Bash Street Comprehensive. All I require is that they are competent.

TOADY Watch #1 – if Autumnwatch is back, I guess I had better look sharp

Listened to some/most of the first hour this morning, switched off to avoid being propagandised and forgot to switch back on at 8 a.m. again for the big interview. Oh well, BBC’s loss, my gain; had a cuppa and some breakfast in peace.

I am surprised at the ignorance of Beeboids at times.

JustRemainIn Webb if I recall correctly has been BBC North America Editor. As such he must have attended receptions and events at the UK Embassy in Washington. He really ought to know that an Embassy is not necessarily regarded as ‘foreign soil’ but is very defintely, along with Consulates, the place to make application for asylum. You do not have to stand on the soil of the country you wish to enter and reside in, to make an application for asylum.

In fact the rule exists, that you should make an asylum claim in the first safe country that you manage to enter. The route for that is via the Embassy or Consulate. Think this is known as The Dublin Convention.

That was the misleading impression given on the TOADY programme this morning following the news of another tragic drowning of boat people who were acting as illegal immigrants to the UK after help from traffickers: you have to stand on British soil to apply.

    No.

    That is untrue.

    • To manage our business and to comply with the law.

Now call me suspicious but I smell a rat……

A extract – For one day we observed Altnagelvin Hospital’s fight against the virus – just one 12-hour window into a pandemic which is now into its ninth month.

There was talk of staff burnout, post-traumatic stress disorder and coping with depression.

Almost like an army coming back from a war, these hospital workers are feeling the impact of Covid. And the battle isn’t over yet.

To fill rotas and to ensure colleagues and wards are not left under-resourced, many nurses are working five consecutive days of 12-hour shifts.

They are supposed to work one week of four – the next week three. They say that rarely happen.

Their sub-division Roc Nation Philanthropy helps ” athletes, artists, partners and the company as a whole maximise the impact of charitable giving and activism by providing comprehensive philanthropic support”. Activism.

Another of their clients Aston Villas’ Tyrone Mings, not necessarily known for being especially erudite, has sent a “powerful message” on diversity to football clubs in todays Fail. Diversity of course meaning black.

After the collapse of his last setup he has a new one…

“One Rule for Them” (any inference to Cummings?)

Mr McNicholas described One Rule For Them as “a grassroots political start up”, which would be “working independent of political parties with the sole focus of defeating the Tories in marginal seats”. (A bit of a contradiction in terms to begin with!)

Mr McNicholas said his new group had no formal links to the Labour Party.

“I have friends who work for Labour so I talk to people who work for Labour but the project is entirely independent. It’s me and my team of volunteers,” he told BBC News.

    My Take….

Mr N is basically a Momentum Activist who has found a way to ply his trade and make money from gullible Labour bigwigs.

The BBC are all over the US cops shooting another knife-wielding black man tonight.

No mention of the knife or the violence and danger the police faced trying to restore order, to the BBC it’s another instance of Trump-supporting white police brutality to ram home as hard as they can.

The BBC is right behind the “black” cause, ignoring or accepting murder, looting, violence, torching, disorder etc. even accepting that more black people might lose their lives as a result in the cause. The only thing they are focusing on is that even if black people don’t actually go to the White House and drag his bloody corpse into the street, they must get to the polls and vote Trump out.

My guess is that the BBC would love to see this violent disorder come to the UK even if it means cars and offices burning in W1.

    Demented, deluded fools!

    It’s stomach-turning in its utter swivel-eyed craziness.

They refuse to consider that the USA might be in a new dark place if Biden wins.

On the news tonight Clive Myrie reported from America that black activist Bruce Franks Jr. was arrested for “taking part in a peaceful civil rights march”.

I very much doubted that “taking part in a peaceful civil rights march” had recently become a crime so I did a quick Google search.

    He was arrested for:
    1. Aggravated assault on a police officer.
    2. Participation in a riot.
    3. Resisting arrest.
    4. Trespassing.
    5. Soliciting others to commit criminal offences.

Is that a distraction tweet from Sadiq
cos it is he who recently massively extended Congestion Zone costs.
Before Covid it was just workdays and working hours
He made it 7 days and evenings too
      Trippling the revenue
.. ie trippling the costs to drivers

So I don’t see how he complain about something the gov does to extend.
