Funny, but these are usually much more sinister than the levity first suggests. They are created by the Left as deliberate attacks on the government. They don’t care how many die and to be fair to the government, there is no right way to handle this. They will get flack whatever they do.

Important point.
I followed JOE as they once created a funny video using, at the time, cutting edge video.
Stayed with it as I realised that this was a well funded operation despite being Owen Jones’ actually talented Wolfie Smiff cousin.
Few comparable ‘of the right’, but frankly Magic Grandpa or Sukeer’s team efforts serve better than any produced in mockery.

TOADY Watch #1 – yes, I know it’s late but I’ve been busy being distracted
On the three hour weekday programme (only two on Saturday, nothing on Sunday) the TOADY Prog love to regale us with environmental stories. The planet is frying, there will be no water to drink, the Arctic, Antarctic and Greenland are losing ice, everywhere is flooded, wildfires are destroying forests, sea level rise will be above our heads in eighty years … and ….. we are killing off wild animals and the inhabitants of the natural world. The extinction is coming.
Except it isn’t. I have actually lost count but more new species have been discovered this year and some are reported today both on TOADY and the web-site here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-55339987

It’s all falling into place now. The BBC and other mainstream media outlets will continue to pretend biden is president in waiting and there’s no fraud. A lot of people are going to be really confused when Trump is reinaugurated, and frankly the MSM should be treated as criminals engaging in psychological warfare.

The bit after Rotherham
Although time and time again, the Left’s ideas have been shown to fail, they still pervade our body politic.
Study after study has shown that unconscious bias training does not improve equality, and in fact can backfire by reinforcing stereotypes and exacerbating biases.
That’s why this week we announced we will no longer be using it in government or civil service.
Whether it’s “affirmative action”… forced training on “unconscious bias”… or lectures on “lived experience”… the Left are in thrall to ideas that undermine equality at every turn.
The absurdity was summed up just this week by the Mayor of Paris being fined for employing so many female managers she had breached a quota.
By contrast, the Conservative Party has elected two female leaders, and has a Cabinet with the highest ever level of ethnic minority representation.
We have done this not by positively discriminating … but by positively empowering people who want to go into politics and opening up our Party to people of all backgrounds.

We will not limit our fight for fairness to the nine protected characteristics laid out in the 2010 Equality Act… which include sex, race, and gender reassignment.
While it is true people in these groups suffer discrimination, the focus on protected characteristics has led to a narrowing of the equality debate that overlooks socio-economic status and geographic inequality.
This means some issues – particularly those facing white working-class children – are neglected.

Crush their sombreros
If it crossed your mind recently that the Great British public might be a little… how can I put this politely… gullible, then there’s news reports today that will tend to confirm your suspicions.
I’m not just referring to Chinese Flu headlines such as: ‘Third lockdown looming after Christmas as 38m are pulled into Tier 3’ (Telegraph). You wonder whether I’m a lockdown sceptic? Well, I’m sceptical about anything and everything I’m told, unless I can implicitly trust the source or I’ve seen good evidence for what I’m being told. As for me trusting our public health experts and the politicians, at this point in time I’d happily crush their sombreros.
Now here’s the sort of tosh that we the public are supposed to believe. The Metro, the giveaway advertising sheet, proposes: ‘Just scraps for carers. 39% of nurses say they have missed meals because they are so poorly paid’ – what, not 40% or 38%? We’re sure it’s 39%? And when interrupted from their crucial role ‘…helping Britain battle covid…’ these nurses said “survey you say, yes of course I’ve got time to take a survey” – as we all would whilst engaged 24/7 on the front lines fighting the pandemic.
The BBC’s on-line press review makes an interesting comment on this story: ‘The Metro leads on a survey that suggests four out of 10 nurses are struggling financially and go without meals or rely on food banks’ – so which is it, do they go hungry or do they use the food bank? It can’t be both, so what’s the percentage breakdown? Of course, we’re not talking about true facts and reality here. This is the emotive stuff of political campaigning.
Let’s move on to a report in the Times: ‘Rees-Mogg condemns Unicef food parcels’. This story isn’t quite what it might appear from the headline. Our buttoned-up bespectacled and double-breasted Brexit MP for the Eighteenth Century isn’t being mean to the hungry African babies. Far from it. Moggy utters no floccinaucinihilipilification on that score. [the action or habit of estimating something as worthless]. By the way, he is such a keen pupil of our parliamentary constitution that although an avowed Anglo-Catholic I’m willing to bet Rees-Mogg supports Antidisestablishmentarianism. [opposition to the disestablishment of the Church of England] I could go on in this vein but it would involve mention of obscure Welsh railway stations. I digress.
The Times report reveals this campaigning UN agency together with local campaigning charities is targeting Britain by sending food parcels to the London Borough of Southwark.
Charitable and aid organisations run by middle class managers, raised on the university mother’s milk of cultural Marxism, undertaking unnecessary diversionary charitable activity just so as to court headlines for the gullible such as “UN food parcels for Tory oppressed London children” – who would have thunk it?

It might be a good thing if some nurses go without meals. Most of the ones in the local hospital are clinically obese, not helped by having nothing to do for much of this year other than slowly shuffle around in herds looking for pies. Apparently being obese is not good for a variety of things, including susceptibility to Covid-19. Angels… yes, many of them, but rather large angels nonetheless…

For the first time ever, UNICEF, the UN agency responsible for providing humanitarian aid to children, is having to feed working-class kids in the UK. While children go hungry, a wealthy few enjoy obscene riches: from Tory donors handed billions in dodgy covid contracts, to people like the Leader of the House, who is reportedly in line to receive an £800,000 dividend pay-out this year. Toggle showing location ofColumn 394Will he give Government time to discuss the need to make him and his super-rich chums pay their fair share, so that we can end the grotesque inequality that scars our society?
Mr Speaker
I do not like to personalise too much in the House. I understand that Members want to get things on the record, but I want to show at least some kind of Christmas spirit at the moment.
Mr Rees-Mogg
It is a real scandal that UNICEF should be playing politics in this way. It is meant to be looking after people in the poorest and most deprived countries in the world, where people are starving and there are famines and civil wars, and it makes cheap political points of this kind, giving £25,000 to one council. It is a political stunt of the lowest order.
What have this Government done about child poverty? We are committed to our manifesto pledge to reduce child poverty. We have expanded free school meals to all five to seven-year-olds, benefiting 1.4 million children. We doubled free childcare for eligible working parents and will establish a £1 billion childcare fund, giving parents the support and freedom to look after children. We are spending £400 million of taxpayers’ money to support children, families and the most vulnerable over winter and through 2021. Between 2010 and 2018-19, there were 100,000 fewer children in absolute poverty in this country. This is a record of success of conservatism and UNICEF should be ashamed of itself.

It is shameful that UNICEF is having to ensure our children are fed.

From memory, the UK is not even in the top 20 of the richest nations in the world. Even while still in the EU, I do not think we are sixth richest of the 28 and certainly not if you include the rest of Europe’s nations.
Perhaps Starmer is being un-lawyer like with words: confusing or conflating GDP with riches?
We were the sixth largest economy in the world but are, iirc, soon to lose that spot as well.

‘39% of nurses say they have missed meals because they are so poorly paid’
That does NOT seem credible
A typical nurse earns £12 an hour
I could survive on a £1/day for food
and I reckon you could feed an entire family on £6/day without trying too hard.
Now some nurses might have debt at the end of the week, but that would be from exceptional costs like sky high rent etc.
There are 725K registered nurses in the UK
There are 10 x 7s in 70
So 40% of 700K is about 280K
Does the UK have 280,000 hungry nurses ?

Regarding the nurses having to use food banks.
About a year ago I looked up the starting (minimum) pay for a nurse. It was £25,000 and that was outside London.
Nurses are supposed to be intelligent, don’t they need a degree?, so how can they not live on the large wage they get.
As for foodbanks.
I’m sure some people are grateful for them but there’s so many of them now along with lots of new charity giveaway organisations popping up all over the place (Rashfordisation?) such as bags of Christmas presents for children who would otherwise get nothing, that they must be running out of starving children to hand out the freebies to.
And the threat of lockdown 3.
Why doesn’t Boris set the covid a deadline like with the eu as we’ve all seen how effective that is at getting results.
Maybe give the virus a Jan 1st deadline to end.
He could then use the dominion counting machines to prove to us that the virus is finished and that’s that and we should accept it and just get on with our lives.

Rashfordisation is a good term.
News is mostly about people.
Most people are normal folk, doing normal stuff, fair and square.
That… is not newsworthy.
This has now confronted a media blob utterly bloated beyond reason by platforms and staff that need content.
Any content. But ‘newsworthy’.
So the crazies fill the void, and when there are not enough of crazies, they move on to the opportunists who, being savvy and opportunistic, have been waiting for them with all they could ever need.
Look at the £25k food parcel stunt.
I know Marianna won’t.

Environmental filmmaker and Woman’s Hour power lister Franny Armstrong thinks it’s time for a bit of climate comedy.
Having spent the best part of two decades making serious documentaries such as The Age of Stupid, Rivercide and McLibel, Franny talks about reaching new audiences with her film Pie Net Zero, featuring fake news reporter Jonathan Pie.
(That Pie Net Zero vid was in January 320K views ..not a lot)

The more this lockdown circus rolls on, the more convinced I become that manipulation is going on at Global Level via WHO etc.
I was puzzled by a comment by a senior WHO official advising against family Christmas gatherings.
WHO represents the “World” the vast majority of whom don’t celebrate Christmas so could this be an attempt to chip away at both the holiday and what it represents?
Christianity stands in the way of many of the Globalist’s ambitions for mankind under it’s “World Order” grand plan.
I am sure they have been instrumental in getting rid of Trump and now are now trying to undermine Boris, The Conservatives and Brexit as all are at odds with their ambitions for Global Rule.
Come the next UK elections I suspect we will see much the same manipulation going on here. Biased sympathetic media, smear stories, bad-mouthing, vote manipulation all emanating from back-offices in the UN and WHO,
I think Trump could see this and hence started to pull away from both, leading to his demise.
The future for mankind hangs in the balance and a way needs to be found to expose and take apart what is going on.

Oh, I think that Doris is well on board with the Global Reset, hence his recent sea-change in attitude towards the green fiasco.
He’s a bought and paid for member of the WEF and proudly wears his Schwab badge, as do many others, including Hancock.

He was also bloody quick on his speech a few months ago to come out with the “build back better mantra” I wonder whether Princess Nut Nuts taught him that line – maybe a quick tweak on his fly zip every time he got it right.
maybe it has become a bit of a Pavlovs dog reaction – every time she goes near Doris;s nether regions he cries out “build back better”
Maybe the same technique was used to teach him the “we are following the science line” Must get very noisy and confusing in the PMs bedroom.

Certainly democracy is under threat in the EU, UK and USA. In the UK, the public services have discovered in the Pandemic how they can – and how easy it is to – undermine democratic government especially when helped by the MSM, the Civil Service and the devolution policies of previous governments.

It’s emerged that in February a Television producer who worked on ITV’s The Jeremy Kyle Show hanged herself after she struggled to find work when the programme was axed (following the ‘suicide’ of guest )
Natasha Reddican, 31, took her own life after job interview didn’t take place
Belfield’s new vid makes out it’s Kyles fault
No the Mail story suggests it was not to do with guilt over the show
but rather that she couldn’t find work.

The pro BBC book The War Against The BBC
This is Appendix A : the BBC Deprivation Study .
Basically the book condenses a longish report by MTM media consultants who used 74 , seventy four , households and paid them not to receive the BBC .
It concludes that most households , even those that were hostile to the license fee , wanted the BBC to remain in that funding mode once they did not use the BBC for nine days .
I’m not sure about the validity of the report as there’s more about how fantastic the BBC is rather than the breakdown and methodology of the findings , but what the book doesn’t tell you is that the report was commissioned by one of the authors , professor Patrick Barwise .

This Dickey Chappell schtick is wearing thin.
She should stick to lobbying for a Pulitzer for her feet exclusive.

As I remember it, around that time, the BBC was putting up images of Trafalgar Square and telling us that it was the Cenotaph.
Is that worth a ‘damning indictment’ from Ms. Selfie Spring?
Doesn’t she realise that she sits inside a great big greenhouse that long since lost every pane of glass?

The chief Constable has ‘stood down ‘ – presumably because he oversaw a force which failed to report 20% of crimes he will take a 20% reduction in pension …..
…. talking of incompetent plod – Netflix has an over long 4 part documentary about the thankfully dead Yorkshire Ripper .
Although Professor Hindsight featured prominently – the level of senior plod thickness was pretty breathtaking …..

US federal authorities have issued an unusual warning over a major suspected Russian cyber attack into computer systems around the world,
The attack affected a server software called SolarWinds Orion, used by organisations across the world,
Context : we’d never heard of Solar Winds until last week
when people mentioned that the Dominion voting machines are hackable cos they use Solar Winds.
According to ZeroHedge : Dominion told the Feds the machines don’t use Solar Winds, and then edited their website to take the Solar Winds logo off it.

AFAIK this is not new news
but 2 week old news that ITV only just got around to reporting.

Third party software is a nightmare for software engineers and IT managers. It’s impossible to ensure that the third-party application is free of vulnerabilities and you are dependent on that third party recognising a problem, fixing it and advising you the customer of updates in good time.
No company can demand a third-party fixes bugs in a timely manner (but they can apply impossibly high standards to their own staff.) If the software suite (such as SolarWinds) is central to your IT implementation, your company is between a rock and a hard place.
On top of that, software developers have become lazy. Instead of writing what is required, the use of publicly available tools is becoming the norm. (The software development environments positively encourage it. For example, Microsoft’s “Visual Studio” has the “NuGet” package manager.)
If you are unaware of the extent of the problem, try visiting the American “National Institute of Standards and Technology” (NIST) web site. It maintains a vulnerabilities database:
https://nvd.nist.gov/
The search facility can list known issues with just SolarWinds software:
https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/search/results?form_type=Basic&results_type=overview&query=solarwinds&search_type=all
I was a software engineer for 39 years and have no idea how any reasonably sized organisation can be free of vulnerabilities. (Before I retired, I worked for an organisation that contracted a company to perform an internal penetration test. It took 30 minutes before the domain administrator password was revealed using a vulnerability in a well-known multi-national organisation’s third-party product. At that point the hacker has won the battle and war.)
The only secure computer is one that is switched off, encased in reinforced concrete and secured using a 24×7 armed guard.
To quote the BBC’s former Crimewatch presenter Nick Ross, “Don’t have nightmares. Sleep well.” (I do – I’m retired.)

Fukushima wind turbines to be demolished
Total cost $500 million. Tax player’s money.
“To commercialize wind power generation, the operational rate of a turbine must remain at 30% to 35% or more, according to the ministry.
But the rates of the turbines off Fukushima had been around 4% to 36%”
Harra reporting ? (rhetorical question)

Our government would just slip a bit more on the mysterious ‘green tax’.

I wonder how many of our wind turbines will ever be dismantled? They will probably fall into disuse and just be left there, dangerous eyesores, like the wartime concrete still littering our coasts.

‘Just a few hours’ left to agree Brexit trade deal, says Michel. Barnier
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-55358963
How much is “a few hours” ? Barnier and the European Empire are relying on their ‘Fifth Column’ of ‘Remainers’ & ‘Rejoiners’ to do the dirty and get a surrender.
