Deep gloom for the Far Left Biased BBC as the government target of 15 million vaccine injections is achieved. The failure narrative has failed. So it will have to find another target to run Britain down . Meanwhile the political show trial in America – which received wall to wall coverage on the BBC – has also ended in failure -in BBC eyes .what next ? Oh – and a new job description for the Head of the dysfunctional OFCOM has been published with a new requirement ….to’ ensure News is delivered with due impartiality ‘. Well that’s the end of the BBC then.

  1. The WestWyvern says:

So HMG has suddenly identified another huge chunk of the population that are at serious risk from COVID and need to remain indoors/isolated and away from other humans until April.

The Daily Fail talks of another ‘mutant strain’ this time from Nigeria..

But don’t worry, it will be forgotten soon, when in the next few days NASA lands another rover on the surface of the red planet and the ‘Martian Strain’ is discovered….

Still think it’s about a virus?

  2. Guest Who says:

All going de Pear shaped at the BBC kindergarten channel.

When asked, Cathy said “What we’re saying is….”

    • StewGreen says:

      He has plenty of platforms
and ChannelFake News isn’t a big or worthwhile one.
It cultivates anti-Tory voters so he’s hardly likely to scoop up extra votes by appearing there.

  3. Foscari says:

Princess Latifa the major headline story on the BBC ?
I thought she was a drag artist.

    • Beltane says:

It’s what’s not said by the BBC that perhaps lies behind this over-inflated story (continues in Panorama later).
Listening to the gravel-voiced and substantial Valkyrie who appears to be the close companion of Princess Latifa, and bearing in mind the unfortunate level of intolerance from Sheikh Mahommed and others where ‘alternative lifestyles’ are concerned, could this be why the BBC are taking such a lively interest?

    • Garry Lavin says:

Never been the same since she joined the rebels against the Empire…..

  4. Tabs says:

Jo Whiley has free (ab)use of the BBC to try and get an early vaccination for her sister. Jo says she has been offered a vaccination for herself.

How the hell does a 55 year old Jo Whiley get offered a vaccination? I thought it was ages 60 to 65 years next? Are BBC staff jumping the queue?

    • Fedup2 says:

Morally dubious for her to use her employer like that . Morally dubious for her employer to facilitate queue jumping . Why not take her sister to some big vax place where there jab their friends and family at the end of the day with ‘afters ‘ – whiley can get one as well is she does a bit of ‘charm’ ..

  5. StewGreen says:

    Late night Woke-TV
BBC1 10:45pm doco about Grime Rape culture
    11:30pm the Transgender series continues

BBC2 we get 45 mins of Ranganathan , that’s after the 2 hours on Sunday night

    • StewGreen says:

Meanwhile Joanna Lumley’s travels always seem to find tickbox groups

#1 “Jonna has a heart- warming encounter with 95 yo Allan Wilmot of the Windrush generation
I think he actually came earlier
“Born in Jamaica in 1925. Served in the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force in WW2”

    • StewGreen says:

FFS BBC2 has had this as their Twitter bio for 2 years

“Putting Romesh Ranganathan in danger zones since 2016”

  6. Guest Who says:

One for BBC NA Na Na BS to ignore…

    Hold on…. log fire???????

Greta is so cancelling her photo op.

    • Fedup2 says:

It’s good for those suffering from dementia to get plenty of sleep and avoid stress . The White House situation room must be a place of calm …

    • vlad says:

Early to bed? Early to grave more like – where he’s already got one foot.

  7. Beltane says:

Another puzzle from BBC Entertainment is a contest compered by a rather greasy little man called Daniel Dire, I believe. This, he menacingly informs us, is called ‘The Wo’.

Not money well spent. Best to give it a miss, I’d say.

  8. Guest Who says:

Bill is in the po… doghouse.

As an FOI, the BBC is surely exempted from any accounting?

  9. Guest Who says:

Lurch praying that, one day, his Rolodex will have that Rolodex title in his spinning drum.

  10. digg says:

I am at a loss to figure out the strange hysterical love affair between the BBC and computer salesman Bill Gates. He is literally all over the place on their website. Do they perhaps see him as heir apparent for the saintly but ageing Attenborough or something?

Or maybe are they hoping for a charitable bung from one of his shady global setups?

  11. Fedup2 says:

I guess gates must funnel some of his cash into BBC worldwide for his own political purposes … so they love him for it …

  12. Fedup2 says:

More admin – I will be putting up the midweek thread at around 2200 -noo noo time – even with disruption the site is thankfully busy -MSM much stuff – all the time …

  14. StewGreen says:

    9pm BBC2 prog on forensics
Tonight’s episode is about a teenager getting stabbed in a park.

From the trailer it seems like a training video for gangs , teaching them how not to leave recognisable fingerprints on a knife handle etc.

  15. Doobster78 says:

    This Greta thing is great.

Always said, it’s one thing orchestrating her little protests in “soft touch” Britain and Europe where liberals and the lefty media lap her up ….but why doesn’t she take her preachy little self off to India, china, Russia etc ……

    Well, this is why ……..

  16. StewGreen says:

The cat is on our MPs mailing list
    So just received this
hope you are keeping well. It has been a difficult start to the year for all of us.
However with the government hitting its target to offer vaccinations to the top 4 most vulnerable groups, and more than 15 million people vaccinated nationally, we can now start to work on our next steps.

The government has committed to offering vaccinations to all over-50s by the end of April

The government will also review existing data and will publish its plans to “unlock” next Monday
Our local health team and volunteers have led the nation in our vaccination efforts
(this looks like a generic chain letter)
As I have said in my previous update, I have been working with local residents to raise awareness regarding Brain Tumour.
Last month I asked the Prime Minister ….

(Then there is this video stunt
where the MP namedrops the name of the villages X, Y, Z in a live parliamentary question
and Hancock name drops them back
“That’s right the villagers of X, Y, Z will get their vaccinations as close as possible”
.. That’s not true … whilst half our villagers are registered with the surgery in the next village, and they have to go 17 miles to the vax sessions )

Building work is being done at the hospital
(yeh at the front where it doesn’t need it, looks like an advertising stunt )

Carers in our area have ..
As you may know, domestic electricity prices for our steel threaten to put our steelworks at a competitive disadvantage to our international competitors, and so I have tabled questions in Parliament
    (…tabled questions ! wow
Boris’s girlfriend will dance when the steelworks is moved to China ..and sing about how Britain has reduced CO2 )
    .. letter continues

    • StewGreen says:

      She’s a Tory
      but said
“last month, I stood up in the Commons to encourage the government to consider pay increases for teachers at upcoming pay reviews.”

    • digg says:

How can you expect a government composed of London centric buffoons who have never created one iota of productive good for humanity to realise that there are actually real workers out there who produce electricity, steel and etc. All the things that make life and existence possible in this Country…. plus all of whom are getting a kicking from the eco-loons.

As we have witnessed, if teachers go awol for months nothing changes (if I was a teacher I would be a bit worried about this lack of concern!) but if the power workers decided to go home en-masse there would be gnashing of teeth and outrage within hours!

  17. StewGreen says:

BBC4 trailer just now for a book
I bet you can’t guess which one

  18. Lefty Wright says:

  19. digg says:

I have figured out that the left are all about controlling human rights. Whether that be Greta telling us what we can and cannot have, Attenborough telling us what we can expect unless we bow down, Gates telling us what we must do, XR telling us to stop doing anything, greenpeace telling us to do what they say, it goes on and on and on…..

I have realised that these people are the ultimate gobshites and just want the reins of power without capability….

    • Old Goat says:

Of course they do, and time after time when they DO manage to grab some power, they end up screwing everything up, blaming somebody else, and trying to walk away and melt into the darkness, leaving a smoking ruin behind.

We wait to see how quickly, and how totally America falls.

      • JohnC says:

Absolutely : Trump is guaranteed to win if he runs next time and they know it.
Hence the desperation to get rid of him while they can.

  20. vlad says:

Today we learn that Sad-dick is throwing away our money on the racist commies at BLM.

No doubt the BBC will be on the story.

    Or maybe not.

‘Sadiq Khan Gives £100,000 To BLM Group’

  21. Guest Who says:

Much new ITBB goodness, as ever, but given the current unease at BBC selected facts and BBC avoided black holes and certain BBC ‘views my own’ accounts, especially from that bastion of professional impartiality Newsnight, this was funny:

Naga and BS unavailable for comment.

    All things considered, amazingly.

Try as I might, I could not work in ‘abhorrent’.

But now I have here, someone can “quote” me, back at the BBC, in public, as if it is a ‘story’.

    See how it works now?

  22. Lefty Wright says:
He has written a book called “Despised. Why the Modern Left Loathes the Working Class”
    Labour Party take heed.
