Start the Week 7 June 2021

Less than a week before the BBC gets some new competition – the first in a very long time . How will it react ? The usual arrogant superiority that comes with guaranteed taxpayers ‘ money ? Or will we see a little less ‘woke ‘? It certainly couldn’t get more woke could it ?

God – i ve landed up watching BBC4 by accident. It has a smug – no – vile kidult on it talking about the future . She sneered at an old white englishman – who turned out to be Arthur C Clarke and then chuntered on in a blue peter type format.

I had to turn it off because i started to grind my teeth in response to the head girl act the anchor in this science for thickos portrayed ….

Donald Trump’s ‘communications’ platform permanently taken offline
This story by the BBC from a few days ago is completely fake news.
The website is still there and the blog layout has been switched to individual ‘news’ items. But it is still current.
Will Marriana be investigating the original story ? – because it is very definitely politically based misinformation designed to mislead.
Of course she won’t. Because she is a complete joke.

Yep, I did point out at the start of last weekend’s thread that I checked and Trump’s website was still working
So how did the media come to report the fake claim it was offline ?

Is it due to the content of Trump’s post on June 4th ?
Great patriots led by State Senator Doug Mastriano, Senator Cris Dush, and State Representative Rob Kauffman went to Maricopa County, Arizona, to learn the best practices for conducting a full Forensic Audit of the 2020 General Election.

Now the Pennsylvania Senate needs to act.
Senate President Jake Corman needs to fulfill his promise to his constituents to conduct a full Forensic Audit.
Senator Dave Argall, Chairman of the State Government Committee, has to authorize the subpoenas, if necessary.
The people of Pennsylvania and America deserve to know the truth.
If the Pennsylvania Senate leadership doesn’t act, there is no way they will ever get re-elected!

I thought they would claim their ‘out’ was that it was no longer being used but I see it has been updated with more comments from Trump yesterday.
Which makes their ‘news’ 100% fake. They may have apologised but nobody will know because they bury them where only people looking for them will see them. But – it being Trump – I’m 100% sure they haven’t.

    Nothing against that one girl
but why use that picture of one girl to illustrate
    a story titled
“Covid: British holidaymakers return from Portugal “”

5pm BBC local news re cricketer
.. but Ex criketer Michael Holding* says the suspension is the right decision and Ollie should be PUNISHED”
*I think that’s the name, maybe not
Carberry says nutty thin g too

WTF sounds to me BBC have phone around every BAME cricketer the could until they found one with the desired opinion.

FFS it is not for your current employer to punish you for your 10 year old tweets.
Courts can punish people if the law was broken
but if it was just a provoctive rough opinion, then that is free speech.
Punish is not the right word
rather employers have to consider if an employee fits with their brand
If you want to win a cricket then you employ Geoffrey Boycott.
..but if you want him to also take part in your Trans Pride day he’s probably not the man.

(BTW For all claims that he is sexist, I bet he would have been good training female cricketers.)

“A Stuttgart player voted this year’s Bundesliga rookie of the season has been playing under a false identity.

The DR Congo-born attacker known as Silas Wamangitukais is actually called Silas Katompa Mvumpa and was born on 6 October 1998, making him 22, a year older than his documents stated.

He has claimed he was put under pressure by a former representative and has been “constantly living in fear”.

Joe Biden is landing at Mildenhall airbase in Suffolk tonight. If you wanted directions, there are a few grassy knolls in the area……..just saying……..just saying.

  7. Fedup2 says:

Jack -or should I say ‘Lee Harvey … ‘ you’ll have the feds on you …. I predicted the false president would be gone by the end of June

Also – can I refer you to the previous thread where the mountains of east anglia are shown on ‘countryfile’ …..bigger than knolls

  8. Fedup2 says:

Excellent news BBC in trouble with former royals over the name of their kid …. Trivial stuff but let’s hope for damage all round ….
    Bashir – again ?

  9. Jack in the Green says:

Yes indeed Fed, I was slogging up and down those Suffolk mountains this morning. I should have known better than to ignore the BBC topography profile!

  10. vlad says:

“Jihadists Massacre at Least 130 in Burkina Faso as West African Violence Surges. The atrocity sparks concerns that the West and its local allies are losing the battle against Islamists in the impoverished Sahel nations”

Did the BBC cover this? It’s certainly not on their website now, even under Africa.

And lest we forget, in the last month alone there have been nearly 2000 injured and killed in 205 islamic attacks in 24 countries – mostly ignored by the biased BBC.

But, shock horror: some spectators booed some woke players abjectly kneeling to our new masters, and Rio Ferdinand wants them re-educated. (In camps?)

    Attacks 205
    Killed 1043
    Injured 800
    Suicide Blasts 2
    Countries 24

“Why we may have to wait longer for Freedom Day”

Al Beeb is preparing us for another extended lockdown . We were first with vaccines but will be last to open up.
