The suspect was described as *mixed race*,
aged 19 to 20, 5ft 9ins tall, and medium build.
… wearing a dark coloured tracksuit and a face covering and was riding a dark coloured mountain bike”

Only 20 in the audience which I presume includes all the ‘Windrush Generation’ and the support group.
And regardless of race, they came here because they got far better opportunities for employment and a much higher standard of living for the rest of their lives.
I’m not sure why we are constantly being told we are the ones who should be grateful.
What a shame there is no interest in honouring the far, far greater number of white men who came back from the war and rebuilt Britain.

6pm BBC1 news spent 10 minutes on football with the emphasis on Scotland and then 5 minutes starting with the fish woman telling us how restrictions will lift in Scotland. I thought those north of the border have their own news so I donā€™t understand why those of us in England have to get so much Scottish news.

You can make the ‘facts’ mean anything….as the Mail tells us deaths were up a frightening 170%…

    ……from 10 to 27

Yesterday they claimed it was 67%…from 3 to 5.

If only we had a national broadcaster who would challenge such stuff…from the government as well as it feeds us total lies and misinformation.

      And whether “with” or “of”!

I suspect quite a lot of the “withs” are a). hospitalised with some other condition and b.) the C.O.D is decided by phone from a remote “doc”.

There is a broadcaster challenging this guff, GB News had a piece about this very subject with Andrew Neil.
He made a point of explaining just how good the overall news was. The vaccine is working. There has been masses more testing. Most of the people testing positive are young and fit and aren’t going to be hospitalised or die.
      Powerful stuff.

The takeaway is the 7-day-trend is cases are up just 6% since last week.
That is not a runaway disaster

Don’t read too much into death trend being 30% higher since last week, cos that was already built in 5 weeks ago from the case trend rising from nothing to a few

Scroll down on the above postfrom DiGg, (highly disturbing) and there is something truly frightening. Apparently the IT company chosen by the UK government to produce covid passports also punts the fact that various other countries using the passport have cross threaded it into national ID cards. Is this a portent of things to come?

OT, not biased BBC so much as rather lowbrow BBC (and ITV).

The current wall to wall footie coverage requires a lot of pundits and brain cell levels are fairly low. They are clearly fed the lines when discussing the finer points of tactics and especially the glaringly obvious wise-after-the-event post-match summaries.

    So how about this.

A match is recorded. Letā€™s say it is a 2-1 win to one of the teams.

Then the goals are edited out of the recording, in part and in whole. So now we have several versions of the same match. Minus just 1 or 2 minutes. And the final result could thus apparently be 0-0, 2-1 ( the actual unedited result), or even 0-1.

The different versions are shown to different sets of pundits and they give us their verdict on who played the better and whether the ā€˜betterā€™ team won.

Remembering that 87 minutes of the game would be the same for all versions.

What fun it would be to hear the pundits and any differences of opinion. Which I suspect would be most amusingly significant.

      Sluff,

While we’re on football, why do so many players now cover their mouths with one hand when talking to each other on or leaving the pitch. Luke Shaw even did it tonight when talking to the ref. Who wears a mike. When did this nonsense become the norm?

The BBC didn’t want Trump re-elected so they did everything they could to make sure this didn’t get media attention. As did all the other left-wing media outlets (which is most of them).
It’s off-the-scale outrageous – but anyone who says so get viscously attacked and has their platform removed from under them.
Now we have the EU trying to stop UK programs in the EU because they don’t want the wrong political ideology gaining traction.
The Left are about 30% down the road to becoming the modern Nazis. The ‘acceptable standard’ line in the sand is slowly being moved like the heat on the proverbial frog.
All of these things – such as so many ethnic people in advertisements – is part of a bigger aim to subdue resistance from the silent non-political majority. They are being taught to accept ideological concepts without rebellion. It’s not even a conscious plan by most of them – they are like ants with each doing their little bit to push the agenda.

    “Latina!
    I’ve just met a girl who’s Latina. . .”
Not BBC, but instead more race-swapping in the movies. I know lots of people are perfectly OK with this being done to fictional characters, especially when it’s fantasy or fairy-tale, but I think we’ve moved on now. With the recent Anne Boleyn the wokists came out with all sorts of bullshine about why race-swapping an actual person also didn’t matter – because ‘her race wasn’t part of her story.’
I’m sure most people know what Superman looks like, and maybe also his cousin Supergirl – she’s blonde, slim, athletic, wears a skirt instead of underpants. Well in upcoming superhero flick “The Flash” Supergirl will be played by Sasha Calle, a rather chunky, moon-faced Latina with a boy’s haircut.
    5d48b3f3074980f7b191f695f4e08afc.jpg
Funnier still is the announcement that the actress playing Maria in Spielberg’s new version of West Side Story has been cast as the lead in Disney’s live action remake of Snow White. Rachel Zegler, who like Calle has Colombian heritage, deleted a tweet that said she wouldn’t be lightening her skin for the role. But I suppose we’re the racists if we dare to ask why someone ‘of colour’ is playing a character called “Snow White!”

    https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-57528088
‘Police Scotland are appealing for the community’s help to trace the driver of the vehicle.’
We are told it was a blue Ford Focus.
I’m quite sure the police got a look at the driver – so:
Telling us the driver was a white male would help the community by cutting the number of suspects by 52%.
Telling us the driver was an Asian male would help the community by cutting the number of suspects by 98.2%.
Telling us the driver was a black male would help the community by cutting the number of suspects by over 99%.
I wonder why they omitted such relevant information.

The biggest lie is that there is no Great Reset…as Biden, Boris and the BBC insist we must ‘Build Back Better’. The BBC ran a series of programmes blatantly pushing the idea…not what might happen but what must happen…..The Rethink….or the Reset….

‘Amol Rajan and an international panel of guests discuss how the coronavirus pandemic has created an opportunity to reshape our world. In nations across the globe, it exposes underlying tensions within and between communities – whether over inequality, age, wealth or nationalism. Does this brutal disease paradoxically create the conditions necessary for radical change in our societies, economies and international relations?’

They’re coming for you and you have no say in it as they turn back the clock to the Middle Ages.
