Weekend Thread 28 August 2021

The Main Stream Media ( BBC) continues to avoid criticism of the Biden Disaster – by diverting attention to the human misery that he has caused . But – after all – it has backed him against President Trump for over a year so cannot turn on him – however much death and misery he has caused . Let’s hope our military gets out safely .

We don’t have to look as far as Afghanistan for cases of ‘European rape’, I think we have to be feared equally from the thuggish and bullish men from Albania, Serbia and Romania. Just looking at those thick set bastards with their semi shaven heads is scary.

I’ve been watching GB News this morning and there’s a couple of topics which I’m unsure about.
If I’m wrong you can let me know.

First, they were on about scotch independence with the cloth eared bint (Sturgeon) teaming up with the greens to try again to have Scotland removed from the UK.
She reckons oil will give them enough income once freed from the UK.
If she gets another referendum asking if they can leave the UK then surely, by her own rules, the Shetland and Orkney Islands should have the same choice, stay with Scotland or stay with the rest of the UK.
I believe Shetland and Orkney have much of the scotch oil wells in their waters and so it could be said it’s their oil.
I’ve read several times that they want to stay in the UK and not leave with Scotland.

The other thing is about the rescue animals brought back from Afghanistan.
I’m sure I’ve read or heard that the plane used was a private charter which would not have been there if it wasn’t for the animals.
I’ve heard that the animals were transported in the hold which is not allowed for people to fly in.
Also, I believe there were 150 places for people in the passenger part of the plane. That is, 150 people getting out who would not have got away if the private chartered plane had not arrived to collect the animals to be flown out in the hold where no people were allowed.
150 people plus some rescue animals versus 0 people and 0 rescue animals.
What would the tv commentators choose?

Did our soldiers have any baggage at all which would have been transported in their plane’s hold?
If yes, are these same people saying “is baggage more important than humans”

I accept I’m short on confirmation for the above but I’ve heard these things from several different sources and more importantly, not, on the bbbc which to me makes it more believable.

I’m more concerned about what kit the UK left behind – apart – of course of secret intelligence stuff no one could be bothered to shred
As for the Scots – the who finance of the independent country was based on the assumption that the oil is SNP and a barrel is about $130 … if I recall …. Maybe Shetland will link to Norway …? Or Engerland ?

Mrs Sturgeon is now against developing any new North Sea oil or gas wells, no doubt to facilitate her new arrangement with the Greens. This means that Scottish “independence” is more of a pipe dream than ever. The thing which kick started the SNP in the 1970s was the idea that an oil rich Scotland did not need Britain. No oil, no Scottish “independence”.

      Emmanuel Goldstein

The plane for the animals was private charter paid for by people who supported the aim to get the animals out. The animals travelled in the hold and there were additional places on this private plane for our soldiers who also helped to water the animals.
GB News have been running a campaign along the lines of people or animals? Bringing on commentators who argue that people should have priority over animals.
Of course this is a simplistic binary choice with the implication that if we choose people, then those who donated their money for the flight should have their objectives over ruled.

Nigel Farage has joined in with a piece of hostility towards the ex marine responsible for the flight.

So if it is people versus animals then Farage might like to consider whether Battersea Dogs Home should be funded by volunteers whilst there are homeless in London. Whether the manufacture of pet food should be permitted whilst there are hungry people in the world, or whether veterinary surgeons should be trained when there is much human sickness in the world.

For whatever reason, GB News has taken a simplistic and wrong approach, ignoring facts which dozens of people have pointed out in response to their reports.

As for Farage, someone might remind him that the cause of the crisis lies partly with US Administration led by
Biden but primarily by followers of Islam. And neither Nigel nor GB News will enter that arena.

        Thanks for that.
        It’s a bit clearer now.
It’s disappointing that so many are trying to make it a people OR animals choice when it isn’t, as you’ve mentioned.
On a lighter side, at least the 170 cats and dogs will not be blowing our children up at pop concerts.

Kumar, howwibble ‘istri-trionics – I’d wager that the commissioning meetings are a real hoot, beyond any parody or satire.

Burn it to the ground and salt the earth.

TWotWeee Watch #1 – talking about ‘My Generation’

Sad segment from Afghanistan, via mobile phones to Jonny Dymond in the studio, with two or three (maturish) students at University or college in Kabul. One of the male students had two daughters but that can be par for the course with under-18 year old Brits in the UK. All have had their courses terminated by the Taliban. The female student has lost her job as well.

They didn’t deserve this. They shouldn’t have been ‘westernised’ at gunpoint. They probably were not even born by 11 September 2001.

Part of the ever growing list of things that the BBC won’t be mentioning:

US State Dept. is telling nations surrounding Afghanistan not to allow private jets handling the private extractions to land and/or refuel.

    – like they get to tell people how to behave …..

I’ve put the new thread up .

Over the weekend I have had to edit a few posts because of bad language and personal abuse . Can I suggest that if such posters want to indulge in this tone of comment – they go somewhere more suitable to do it – perhaps The Guardian .

I don’t think any reader here will be under any illusion as to the evil and violence of Socialism, an ideology responsible for the ending of more human lives than any other cause, but what the Biden ‘administration’ has now done take Socialism to a new low.

The US has threatened the UK over criticism of Biden that the deluded and demented fool ‘bears grudges’ or in other words criticise him at your peril.

I am confident that this kind of threat is going to be enormously effective against a coward of the stature of Boris the bottler who will quickly fold.

The Angels of Albion would seek to acquire this man and transfer him to a remote location, at which point he would have his hands and feet bound and be hung by the neck from a scaffold erected inside a hermetically sealed and soundproofed outbuilding. Further acquisitions and executions would follow, in each case the body of the previous candidate left hanging to instil terror in the next upon delivery. A list of prominent Left wing candidates from politics, the media and entertainment would be updated and available around the clock for identification and swift extraction. No trial is available and executions are carried out immediately upon arrival at the location. Bodies are disposed of by incineration.
