    What concerns me, and doubtless soon the bbc, is the utter lack of disaffected hikers in this image.

    The Editorial bits on GBNews are raising the game of broadcast journalism – first there was the ‘coast guy ‘ now there is Colin brazier who delivers striking and thoughtful pieces –
    Such as the one today on the anniversary of Charles 1 firing off the English Civil War versus the swamp fixation with all things American – it’s on the twitter if you want to see it .

    I’ve often mused on why the British media have such a fixation on a foreign country 5000 miles away – I suppose being bred on the false ‘special relationship ‘ and the constant import of US culture are some reasons ….

    .. elsewhere – without much fanfare GBNews on DAB has launched and it works ,

          @Up2snuff Yes just use their YouTube stream

          I wind back to an earlier time, increase the speed to 1.5
          and start tapping L to skip when adverts/news/weather come on
          That way I can listen to 2 hours in just 1 hour

      They were raped by multiple perpetrators, trafficked to other towns and cities in the north of England, abducted, beaten, and intimidated.
