T
he BBC is under fire for only allowing people from ethnic minorities to apply for a trainee position working on shows including Springwatch.
The title doesn’t sound great, but when you actually read what the beeb is reporting:-
More than three million households in Britain WERE still waiting to receive a £150 payment to help with energy costs on 1 JULY, and has until SEPTEMBER to finish all payments

So the redundant PM does a victory lap of Ukraine – I bet he gets a ‘star’ in the new avenue of stars . ….meanwhile in the real world the OFGEM announcement starts to get like the Oscars – maybe that little bloke from ‘the office ‘( never seen).

Extinction occurs when species are diminished because of environmental forces such as habitat fragmentation, climate change, natural disaster, overexploitation by humans, and pollution, or because of evolutionary changes in their members (genetic inbreeding, poor reproduction, decline in population numbers).1 Aug 2022
Personally, I think all the MP’s should resign including the Lords before any select few take the country into any more disorder with their reckless behaviour. Its time the public took control in the absence of any control by so-called, ‘elected’ politicians. They have proven over and over again they are incapable of leadership. It has to stop. Quickly.

There are very many of us up here who would salute the withdrawal of British Passports from every SNP politician as a a prelude to their subsequent transportation to Rwanda.
Yes, the rubbish piling up in Edinburgh is an embarrassment, a bloody disgrace. Yes, I agree Sturgeon and the SNP are utterly incompetent at dealing with everyday matters. But on this occasion I don’t lay all the blame at Sturgeon’s door. Everyone is starting to behave selfishly. Everybody thinks they are entitled to their previous standard of living and that there is a pot of money somewhere that will sort out their problems. Nobody wants to face up to, never mind accept, the reality that we are all going to get poorer. The binmen don’t care about the image of Edinburgh during festival time. They want money! They are only thinking of themselves. But it’s how we’re all going to be acting sooner or later. Every man for himself. A free-for-all. It’s how human beings behave when things get bad.
This was what many of us warned about two years ago. You cannot shut down the economy, start printing money and putting people on furlough and not expect a very serious rise in inflation and industrial strife further down the road. We knew this would happen (or at least those of us who remember the 1970s did) but we went ahead with these stupid measures anyway.
I was in the what the hell are they doing camp. I couldn’t believe it. Even if Covid turned out worse than it did we should have stayed open. There’s going to be a lot more casualties from the stupid Covid policies than came with Covid itself.
As soon as it started, lockdown, no one working, free covid tests, track and trace, free masks everywhere, furlough etc., most people knew we were creating massive debt that will be hard to recover from.
In a nutshell zelazec. I am astounded at how selfish people have become, particularly over the last two years and agree we are going to a dark place where me, me, me will be the norm. Partly explains the hoodlums who just grab what they want using extreme force regardless of the damage caused to others.

Dear Mr Rushbrooke-Williams,
In confirmation of what I said to you in private, I want to tender my resignation from the BBC, and should be much obliged if you would forward this to the proper quarter.
I believe that in speaking to you I made my reasons clear but I should like to put them on paper lest there should be any mistake. I am not leaving because of any disagreement with BBC policy and still less on account of any kind of grievance. On the contrary I feel that throughout my association with the BBC I have been treated with the greatest generosity and allowed very great latitude. On no occasion have I been compelled to say on the air anything that I would not have said as a private individual. And I should like to take this opportunity of thanking you personally for the very understanding and generous attitude you have always shown towards my work.
I am tendering my resignation because for some time past I have been conscious that I was wasting my own time and the public money on doing work that produces no result. I believe that in the present political situation the broadcasting of British propaganda to India is an almost hopeless task. Whether these broadcasts should be continued at all is for others to judge, but I myself prefer not to spend my time on them when I could be occupying myself with journalism which does produce some measureable effect. I feel that by going back to the normal work of writing and journalism I could be more useful than I am at present.
I do not know how much notice of resignation I am supposed to give. The ‘Observer’ have again raised the project of my going to North Africa. This has to be approved by the War Office and may well fall through again, but I mention it in case I should have to leave at shorter notice than would otherwise be the case. I will in any case see to it that the programmes are arranged for some time ahead.
Targeted man who was shot in Liverpool is Joseph Nee.
Telegraph.
He has skin and it is white. So far we don’t know if the shooter has any skin. But he may still be wearing his dark clothes.
Every day, James O’Brien listens to people blaming benefits scroungers, the EU, Muslims, feminists and immigrants. But what makes James’s daily LBC show such essential listening – and has made James a standout social media star – is the careful way he punctures their assumptions and dismantles their arguments live on air, every single morning.
In the bestselling How To Be Right, James provides a hilarious and invigorating guide to talking to people with faulty opinions. With chapters on every lightning-rod issue, James shows how people have been fooled into thinking the way they do, and in each case outlines the key questions to ask to reveal fallacies, inconsistencies and double standards.
If you ever get cornered by ardent Brexiteers, Daily Mail disciples or little England patriots, this book is your conversation survival guide.
‘I have had a ringside seat as a significant swathe of the British population was persuaded that their failures were the fault of foreigners, that unisex lavatories threatened their peace of mind and that ‘all Muslims’ must somehow apologise for terror attacks by extremists. I have tried to dissuade them and sometimes succeeded… The challenge is to distinguish sharply between the people who told lies and the people whose only offence was to believe them.’
– James O’Brien
One of the advantages of limiting exposure to the likes of newsnight / LBC is I don’t know who mr obrian is …..but I guess he fits into the vine type role –
Stew I reckon they ( pharma / gov ) knew there would be thousand having adverse reactions ( dying ) but factored that into what they considered to be ‘the general good ‘….
…. They would not risk overwhelmed hospitals and nightingales so they went for the more ‘acceptable ‘ long covid and deaths of otherwise fit people ….
They also assumed that some press would pick it up sooner or later but project fear worked so well there’d be little ‘outrage ‘ ….
Particularly since they want to go jabbing again ….
The state broadcaster being super compliant for the sake of the licence tax of course ….
I watched the cultural enriched video in the link, shame the police offer is holding the machete with no gloves, wouldn’t want to deliberately destroy evidence 🙁
Read it and weep! Comments were brilliant but seem to have been removed…the guys father had been done for money laundering fraud to the tune of several million and the ‘shop’ had been given a covid loan.
And we and our descendants will all be poorer (in all senses of the word) as a result of this madness.
Yes, the Beeb love any chance to send their employees of colour to their cultural home. For instance did you know there is as much scientific evidence that aliens are causing climate change as CO2 is?
Well you might be accused of being a tinfoil hat wearer for believing the alien theory but because the CO2 one is state and media backed you won’t be even though there is actually less evidence than for the other.
So here is a link to the writings of Climatologist and former NASA scientist Dr Roy Spencer – who clearly doesn’t believe aliens are changing our atmosphere but presents the evidence in a comparable way to that of the alarmist climate change proponents:
Joseph nee .. White ?!!!! If so this will be a story that we are reminded of for the next 30 years rather than one to be buried under the carpet .. Though of course we still don’t know about shooter ..
Journalist Emily Maitlis has hit out at the BBC – her former employer – claiming its board has been infiltrated by a Conservative Party agent and former Downing Street spin doctor whom she claims is now an 'arbiter of BBC impartiality'.
A big issue with Liverpool/Merseyside is that the prevailing culture is deeply anti Establishment. They wrongly believe the Labour Party represent them and their best interests. The Labour Council is corrupt, has been for decades, but they keep voting for them. The City is a major player in property development fraud. There is a very strongly embedded benefit culture. It’s no wonder there’s so much crime.

Very sweary
I saw Davidson at Caesers Palace, Luton, place was packed, and he ran over-time, so the doors were locked. Police were in the audience too. He was a machine gun of rapid fire jokes and the audience were crying, helpless with laughter. Comedians today may get full houses at the Apollo, but they would kill for those audiences of long ago.
Standard BBC protocol applied.

Ill Just remind everyone that no picture has yet been posted as a headline of the thug who slashed the 85 year old in a wheel chair, and it won’t be prominently displayed because he is black and to do so would be implying that black people commit knife crime.
White House dodges direct questions on who will pay for massive student loan handout
The White House on Wednesday declined to say who will be on the hook for a massive $300 billion student loan forgiveness plan announced by President Biden moments earlier.
During a news briefing, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre outlined the benefits of the plan but skirted questions about who will pay for it when asked by Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy.
“When you forgive debt, you’re not just disappearing debt, so who is paying for this?”
President Biden announced a massive student loan forgiveness plan for certain borrowers making less than $125,000 per year as debt continues to climb.
“Two more New York Times Palestinian freelancers caught praising Hitler
Multiple NY Times freelancers reporting on the Israel-Gaza conflict have a history of making anti-Semitic posts
Soliman Hijjy, a freelance filmmaker whose work has been featured by the Times between 2018 and 2021, praised Adolf Hitler in a 2012 Facebook post, writing “How great you are, Hitler” in Arabic, according to Akiva Van Koningsveld, editor of the pro-Israel media watchdog HonestReporting.
In a 2018 post, Hiijy shared a photo of himself with a caption that translated to either “I’m in tune like Hitler during the holocaust” or “in a state of harmony as Hitler was during the Holocaust.”
According to HonestReporting, freelance photographer Hosam Salem praised a 2011 bus bombing in Jerusalem that killed two and injured 39.
In 2014, Salem cheered on Hamas, claiming the “resistance captured a Zionist soldier.” The IDF soldier Oron Shaul was later killed. That same year, he mourned the death of Hamas operative Salam Maher al-Madhoun, who is tied to the deaths of four IDF soldiers and later expressed joy for the massacre of four rabbis and a police officer in Jerusalem. In 2015, Salem applauded two other terror attacks and in 2018, after being hired by The Times, HonestReporting alleged he “called for more violence” following an attack that killed two IDF soldiers in the West Bank. “
“I don’t accept a Jew, Israeli or Zionist, or anyone else who speaks Hebrew. I’m with killing them wherever they are children, elderly people, and soldiers,” Hanona wrote in Arabic on a Facebook post, adding: “In the end, the Jews are sons of the dogs and I am in favor of killing them and burning them like Hitler did to them. I would be extremely happy,” including two smiling emojis.
In another Facebook post from August 2014, Hanona attributed a quote to the Nazi leader, writing, “As Hitler said, give me a Palestinian soldier and a German weapon, and I will make Europe crawl on its fingertips.”
This one likely parades around as a “moderate muslim” like the rest…
What next, a Pride festival headline slot, or maybe reading to kids at a library in drag ?

“How a legendary Sydney club will introduce hi-vis STARING police who will kick patrons out if they don’t have ‘verbal consent’ to look at a stranger across the dancefloor.
‘If we receive reports of any behaviour that has made someone feel uncomfortable, the reported individual will be removed from the venue and the police will be called,’ the rules stipulate.
‘We adopt a policy of ‘always believe the report’ in cases of harassment and feeling unsafe.’ ”
Why not issue guns to each patron? Then the problem can be solved immediately for the “uncomfortable” without the police. Serves to reduce the population as well.

There were even organizations such as the Junior Anti-Sex League, which advocated complete celibacy for both sexes. All children were to be begotten by artificial insemination (artsem, it was called in Newspeak) and brought up in public institutions. This, Winston was aware, was not meant altogether seriously, but somehow it fitted in with the general ideology of the Party. The Party was trying to kill the sex instinct, or, if it could not be killed, then to distort it and dirty it. He did not know why this was so, but it seemed natural that it should be so. And as far as the women were concerned, the Party’s efforts were largely successful.

Well done for listening . Personally I have only heard or seen her at the andrew Windsor show .
But … the very act of going bigly on the issues you describe disqualify her from any claim of lacking bias . People like her just have egos which expand into the space allowed to them .
She is a great help to our campaign . The more she says – the more focus on the bias of the BBC there will be . Her claim of ‘right wing ‘ would be seen by any one sane as a joke .
Her disciples will just see / hear what they want to see ‘ hear so no change there …..
Actually – re reading what you wrote – it reads like she is interviewing for a Big Job in the USA….
Today
Centrica putting up 10 million pounds for some sort of ‘energy relief ‘. Dumb idea – they get caned – as expected .
The thing I’ve mentioned about an ‘energy furlough ‘ is getting nearer and nearer – if this is done it will be the same mistake as with the job furlough of lockdown – how long ? How do we wean people off being paid to sit at home watching ‘this morning ‘?
It could go on for years and would render the government control of spending lost ….
… it seems that finally stuff is being pulled out of the North Sea . The frackers should start work tomorrow – if not today …..
Sunaks’ response was to insulate homes more . Joke . How long would that take and doesn’t cover the coming winter . He has no idea or conviction and doesn’t want to upset the green nazis …
Fed, insulating homes faces two problems: getting over planning restrictions caused by Grade listing/local Heritage zoning/Victorian Society – and – the fact that an increasing amount of the UK housing stock is brand new and built to a higher standard – and – for the affluent inbetweenies will have made those improvements to their houses anyway.
Hah! You weren’t expecting the Sapnish Inquisition, were you? I have four objections to the Sunak Insulation plan …..
As I’ve said before, the country is so strangled by legislation that we now have the spectacle of dense Statutory law, tripping over other Statutory laws effectively halting any innovative ideas/options. The image of Gulliver lashed to the ground is forefront in my mind’s eye.
I have always thought that the Communists have their Communism. We have our legislation to strangle the public……..

Iranian Migrant .. a migrant leaving the wonderful world of Tolerant Islam to live in the Intolerant Western World.
‘groomed’ …. There were examples of children who had been doused in petrol and threatened with being set alight, threatened with guns, made to witness brutally violent r*pes and threatened they would be next if they told anyone. Girls as young as 11 were raped by large numbers of male perpetrators. {Jay report}

Islamophobe …. a word to stop you getting angry when 22 are murdered at a concert and your Prime Minister calls these people LOST.

TOADY Watch #1 – Amol creates unnecessary CO2 emissions by the BBC
Amol is in the south-west of England (on a BBC Licence Fee jolly holiday) presenting TOADY, ostensibly to pick up some GCSE results. Wife and children gone with you Amol? Cornwall. Devon. Bank Holiday weekend. Hmmmmnn.
The BBC already have a perfectly adequate Correspondent in the south-west of England. I am sure they could have opened the envelope for you.
Next item: the BBC criticise G**gle for changing the way they calculate the environmental impact of air flights. You couldn’t make it up! The BBC want to stop us flying, using our cars, heating our homes but are quite happy to make a completely unnecessary journey – and quite a long one at that – to the south-west of England.
Up2
It’s the equivalent of a royal visit ‘the star’ from that London …….
‘ Today ‘ has decided the killing of a 9 year old In Her Own Home – is a ‘big one ‘. Yes it’s horrible – yes it still unusual – but it gets the full hand wringing treatment . ….
I wonder why some killings ‘get traction ‘ and others don’t . Will some coloured kid aged – say 14 – get the full treatment as well ? ( this will happen in a week or two when the ferals go back to school ) . The answer to my question is no .
The emotion over the killing of an 87 year old on a mobility scooter has been ‘filed ‘. The vicarious grief locked away – killings as media entertainment .
Will anything change ? No . Will more people die ? Yes . Will woke plod change ? No .
The final thing is the call for witnesses . I see Liverpool as an extension of Republican Northern Ireland where silence is the code .
But more generally – anyone who engages with the criminal justice system – plod -is insane .
Fed, Amol does deserve the soubriquet ‘universal’; some might say overwhelming and unnecessarily all over the BBC or ‘ubiquitous’. However, the BBC could, in these straightened times that they like to constantly tell us are upon us all, cut the TOADY presentation team from four regulars plus several occasionals down to one, the TWatO presentation team down to one regular, the TWotWeee presentation team down to one regular presenter, TWoTo presentation team down to one regular, and the PM presentation team down to just one.
In other words have Amol do everything at the BBC. In fact, why not scrap the BBC Board and D-G and get Amol to do those jobs as well. I look forward to the TV Licence Fee being cut by £150, at the very least, if not more.
Going well for the BBC certainly. Bless her peroxide addled head.
So many BBC presenters turn out to be rabidly anti-Tory the moment they leave. Yet we're supposed to accept that the people still there are paragons of impartiality.

Is the editor of @spectator really the expert voice needed on the economy right now on @BBCr4today because “you wrote a long article about this?”…The reliance on right wing media voices as the never ending Beeb soundtrack part of the problem @maitlis rightly highlighted.
The BBC is less like a favourite ‘Auntie’ and more like a shrivelled up ‘old hag’
… reminds me of the film with ‘she who must be obeyed’ who steps into the flame of eternal life only for it to revert eternal life and reveal a shrivelled up old hag.
The BBC will have to make deep cuts to its programme budgets after the government said the broadcaster’s funding would be frozen for the next two years, with the licence fee abolished completely in 2027.
The culture secretary, Nadine Dorries, is expected to confirm that the cost of an annual licence, required to watch live television and access iPlayer services, will remain at £159 until 2024 before rising slightly for the following three years.
She said this would be the end of the current licence fee funding model for the BBC, raising doubts about the long-term financial future and editorial independence of the public service broadcaster under a Conservative government.

Investigations into the death of nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel have led to the arrest of a man who was targeted by a gunman. Convicted drug dealer Joseph Nee, 35 has been named as the intended victim in the gun chase, which spilled into Olivia’s home in Liverpool on Monday night and resulted in her being killed. Police have not publicly identified Nee but officers said a 35-year-old man injured in the shooting would be recalled to prison. They also said the man had been detained in hospital and would be further questioned in connection with Olivia’s death. The hunt for the gunman continues, and police said they have been given the same name by two different sources. Both men have no links to Olivia’s family.
Take a look at whether UK gun crimes are on the rise again
***
So the ‘man’ is named, only not in the headline. And is not the, as such, murderer.
It is inevitable that all crime will rise . 2 years were spent with social structures frozen or distorted – and plod could concentrate on prosecuting non confrontational park bench sitters for breaching Chinese virus regulations .
So crime makes a comeback – demand for drugs goes up up up – burglary – robbery ( mugging ) making a come back together with ‘steaming ‘ and the inevitable twitter led rioting by the feral yoof innit .
I think it will get worse quickly as even the most thick will realise plod only like easy (white ) targets and ‘ social campaigning ‘ rather than anything nasty …
There are many who are victims of cancer including my friends and relatives, but this one seems well on her way to becoming sanctified, like St Jo Cox, I am tired of hearing about her, why her all the time ?
I gave up counting at sixty bbc stories about her in 2022, there are many more, as a search will reveal.

During a phone-in on the programme a contributor, Danielle Tiplady was introduced as a staff nurse. We should have established and made clear on air that she was a political activist.
Posting its new rules on Instagram, Club 77 said: “Creating a safe space goes beyond implementing practices to deal with incidents after they have happened. ‘Verbal consent’ must now be sought before interacting with strangers in the club
“We also have an obligation to educate new club-goers and help them understand what is considered unacceptable behaviour inside the venue and on the dance floor.”
The aim of the Party was not merely to prevent men and women from forming loyalties which it might not be able to control. Its real, undeclared purpose was to remove all pleasure from the sexual act. Not love so much as eroticism was the enemy, inside marriage as well as outside it. All marriages between Party members had to be approved by a committee appointed for the purpose, and — though the principle was never clearly stated — permission was always refused if the couple concerned gave the impression of being physically attracted to one another. The only recognized purpose of marriage was to beget children for the service of the Party. Sexual intercourse was to be looked on as a slightly disgusting minor operation, like having an enema. This again was never put into plain words, but in an indirect way it was rubbed into every Party member from childhood onwards. The UK will not be freezing this Winter as a result of any war in the Ukraine.
Nor will it be freezing because Russia has decided to cut the gas supply to Germany.
We will be freezing because our insane Socialist fake Tory government decided to follow the ‘Green’ insanity and abandon decades of good energy policy.
If we were generating electricity by oil or coal as well as gas then our electricity would be double what it was instead of quadruple.
The crazed idea of wind farms has not really produced the results promised and we cannot count on any generation at all from wind energy.
If we build the wind turbines then the wind will come!

OK here’s something which is not rocket science, the kind of thing you might call a lightbulb moment it’s so obvious, yet it’s not being reported in the news or any media as far as I can tell.
8th November is the US midterms, and you might have noticed the seeming inexorable rise in energy prices appears to have slowed somewhat.
This is because the market is being manipulated by the US government to keep those energy prices artificially low pre elections, and it’s working, many sheeple are drifting back to supporting Biden, but they are going to get the chock of their lives.
Post 8th November you can expect inflation of fuel to explode again, the prediction of the $300 a barrel oil possibly.
It shouldn’t come as shock more a realisation this is what political parties always do prior to elections, try and make things appear better than they really are.
Having a heads up is a great thing, being forewarned is forearmed, and many saps who continue to believe Biden is doing a good job are going to get the shock of their lives.
A White House spokesperson pointed to other comments Biden made during the July 21 town hall that less sweepingly characterized vaccinations as protecting people from serious illness or death.
“This is a simple, basic proposition: If you’re vaccinated, you’re not going to be hospitalized, you’re not going to be in an ICU unit, and you’re not going to die,” Biden said.
Bit of compare and contrast today as we check one of our national titles’ Scots edition.
The Scottish Daily Express features the manly Glasgow Rangers european football success: Gers’ 12-year Champions League wait is over, whereas us soft southerners are presented with: Elton reveals new song …in a bar
Both north and south of the border editions remain: United with the people of Ukraine, of course still flying the old blue and yellow at the masthead, six dreary months into the proxy war and costs now mounting: Cost-of-living crisis is Britain’s sacrifice as Ukrainians are ‘paying in their blood’ – suggests the English Daily Express. Canny economists – which species our Scots cousins used to produce, once upon a time – will tell you those massive government debt injections into the economy have at last inticed these inflation chickens home to roost – but of course our ill-conceived sanctions on Russia haven’t helped any.
While our diplomats battle behind the scenes, desperate to prevent peace talks, BoJo is sent out to blame his own and other’s part in the economic balls up, on that reliable villain Putin: Boris: we must ‘endure’ fuel bill pain to defeat Putin (Daily Express) – Oh, we must, must we?
What’s in it for us? I know our moneyed elites – the likes of Biden and Blair – have a keen interest in Ukraine…
Welcome to Ukraine, the most corrupt nation in Europe (Guardian, 2015)
According to Transparency International’s 2021 Corruption Perceptions Index, Ukraine ranked 122nd out of 180 countries, near countries such as Zambia, Gabon and Mexico, while nations like Denmark and Finland ranked first. (Aljazeera, June 2022) – you know it’s serieous when even the arabs are telling you your favourite nation runs on baksheesh
Presumably, for the reason even the flagrantly patriotic Express daren’t put Boris on its Scots edition frontpage, instead the caledonians are treated to: Unions warn of ‘months of disruption’ as rubbish piles up in the streets.
Meanwhile the first minister – take your pick of her nicknames – ‘Nippy‘ Nicola Sturgeon mocks ‘nippy sweetie’ nickname in brilliant tweet (the fawning Daily Record); ‘Gnasher‘ What intimate injuries did Nicola Sturgeon inflict on a former lover? (SNP antithetical Sun)
Well, she’s at the Edinburgh Fringe of course: Sturgeon’s identity crisis… FM chats about ‘feeling British’ as bin chaos spreads (The Scottish Sun)
Turns out Scots comedian Jerry Sadowitz was judged politically incorrect whereas Nicola Sturgeon is politically correct and just the ticket for the formerly edgy anti-establishment comedy Festival
The Telegraph is more than happy to give the Scots one in the “aye” in terms of government spending: Scots receive £2,000 more per head than residents in rest of UK – in the furtherance of whose independence is our tax cash paying – Ukraine or Scotland?
Put both BoJo and Gnasher in a sack, I don’t know who I’d pull out first.
I’m still trying not to visualise that Gnasher nickname origin story…
Poor old Alex Salmond still carries the scars from his messy estrangement from the SNP leader.
4 feet 2 inches man arrested for public lewdness after sex with garden gnome… “I first thought there were two dogs having sex in my back yard but then I realized a midget was having sex with my garden gnome,” one local resident told reporters… It took several hours before local police were able to locate Manners who had found refuge and fell asleep in a local resident’s dog house before he was intercepted by Rochester [Minnesota] police. (a welcome debut hereabouts for the refreshingly honest World News Daily Report ‘where facts don’t matter’) – one wonders whether this story was true? Can we trust their reports? At least they’re not claiming to be ‘United with the people of Ukraine’
How much longer will Mark Styne be allowed to share his views with us? How long will he be allowed to tell us the truth which is so uncomfortable for the globalist elite steered by the WEF?
I’m surprised that he has lasted so long on GB News , nearly a year. I would have thought that Ofcom would have been instructed to have him and his heretical views closed down long since. No matter that for the most part his views are supported by facts which are hidden from us by the elite and their bag carriers in the MSM.
Whilst the GB News audience is growing it disappoints me that the growth is so slow. I realise that many folks don’t really give much thought to News and current affairs, even when it affects them personally. They care even less when it’s in foreign parts. But what GB News is offering in general , and Steyn in particular, are themes which reveal the likely collapse of our country and our way of life. How can folk not be interested in that !
Perhaps only a very small % of the population actually know that GB News even exists let alone what it offers . That might be why Ofcom haven’t acted , they don’t see the need with such a small audience. Will GBN be able to significantly increase its audience and its influence? Surely as the MSM as a whole drifts ever further left and GBN remains firmly anchored centre right more people will start to use the channel.
“likely collapse of our country and our way of life. How can folk not be interested in that !” – People will not believe it until it is a show on NETFLIX.
Double
We have to accept that a big lump of the TV population dont do news . They do the essex thing but thats about it .
So GBNews is always gonna be a niche ….
Its unlikely mark steyn will last before OFCOM get him . But i still think murdock will buy GBNews and ‘restructure it ‘ without steyn and farage …and neil oliver

Personally, I think all the MP’s should resign including the Lords before any select few take the country into any more disorder with their reckless behaviour. Its time the public took control in the absence of any control by so-called, ‘elected’ politicians. They have proven over and over again they are incapable of leadership. It has to stop. Quickly.

BBC 24.9.43
Yours sincerely,
Eric Blair.

How To Be Right: … in a world gone wrong

They also assumed that some press would pick it up sooner or later but project fear worked so well there’d be little ‘outrage ‘ ….

A big issue with Liverpool/Merseyside is that the prevailing culture is deeply anti Establishment. They wrongly believe the Labour Party represent them and their best interests. The Labour Council is corrupt, has been for decades, but they keep voting for them. The City is a major player in property development fraud. There is a very strongly embedded benefit culture. It’s no wonder there’s so much crime.

BBC Man Emole is very BBC
Man questioned after girl, 9, shot dead

I think it will get worse quickly as even the most thick will realise plod only like easy (white ) targets and ‘ social campaigning ‘ rather than anything nasty …

There are many who are victims of cancer including my friends and relatives, but this one seems well on her way to becoming sanctified, like St Jo Cox, I am tired of hearing about her, why her all the time ?
I gave up counting at sixty bbc stories about her in 2022, there are many more, as a search will reveal.
This now from the Mail “Dame Deborah James scores posthumous No1 in the book charts: How To Live When You Could Be Dead is UK’s best-selling publication weeks after she died aged 40”

Fifteen articles this month alone in the Mail about her, a book could hardly fail with this support from the MSM with the bbc at the helm.

Nor will it be freezing because Russia has decided to cut the gas supply to Germany.

If we were generating electricity by oil or coal as well as gas then our electricity would be double what it was instead of quadruple.
