    WE ARE ALL EQUAL ….

A leading private university in the eastern Indian city of Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) has been embroiled in an ugly controversy in recent months.

A former assistant professor of the St Xavier’s University has told the BBC that she was forced to quit her job for sharing her photographs in a bikini on Instagram – a charge the university has denied.

The 31-year-old, who requested not to be named, has accused the university officials of “sexual harassment” and says that she “was bullied, browbeaten, and subjected to moral policing”.

      That’s a bit of a strange story
why should the BBC be now using UK public’s money to report in detail on a small story from India which happened LAST YEAR ??
“The assistant professor says she joined the faculty of the CATHOLIC uni on 9 August 2021
Two months later, she was summoned to the vice-chancellor’s office for a meeting.” about the parents complaint

She said The photographs, in which she was wearing a two-piece swimsuit, were were posted on 13 June 2021
on Instagram as a “story” – which means that they had disappeared after 24 hours.

That’s like Snapchat, you are supposed to be able to post cheeky stuff, cos it’s not archived.
But an aware person would know that that is rubbish and that boys are prone to screenshot anything remotely porny and possibly share it.
So her side she is a victim of a kind of hack
It wasn’t like he Instagram was a public account with a load of porn on it ..it was a private account which once previously had a bikini shots for 24 hours, before her job started.

The unis story is that she failed to turn up after the holiday on Oct 25.
Her story is that there was no point, cos despite her apology letter, the college had already said they would dismiss her.
Then they said she needed to pay them £100K for defamation
      a clearly ridiculous amount
Now almost 1 year later her side have got stuff in the Indian press
and the BBC is copying from them,

Unfortunately, such problems are no longer confined only to major cities. They are spreading to smaller towns and even rural areas across Sweden. Kalmar, a relatively small medieval town of historical importance, has experienced multiple deadly gang shootings.

Swedes who want their families to be safe from violent crime are running out of places to move to — unless they decide to leave their homeland behind entirely, as some are doing already.

Across the West, more and more migrants arrive and have children, rapidly growing to outnumber whites. In a matter of months, the white West has been overrun and pro-immigrant governments have been established, while the white people are ordered to share their houses and flats with the immigrants.

Black Axe is an international and extremely violent criminal organization with roots in Nigeria. They are one of the many rival criminal gangs in the process of establishing themselves in Sweden. An official police report from 2019 indicated that Stockholm alone has at least 50 different criminal gangs currently operating in the city. They are also getting more aggressive and violent. Scandinavian countries traditionally did not have strong organized crime groups comparable to the mafia found in southern Italy. Now Sweden has dozens of different groups or clans competing against one another for control over the local market of narcotics, protection money or other illegal activities.

Lacrosse may have the reputation as a white elitist sport, played in private schools. In fact, it was originally a Native American game, practiced across North America before European colonisers arrived.
As white settlers pushed westwards, TAKING land and resources, they also took lacrosse as their own.
They stopped Native Americans from playing it, alongside prohibiting other spiritual and cultural practices.

I was just logging in to mention the same program ! Radio 4 about lacross and how badly the ‘indigenous’ people of America were treated. For a change I actually listened to it, was car bound anyway and quite interesting .. Learned a few things .. But will it be balanced by a program about how the indigenous British are being displaced from their homeland ? No, of course not !
Nearly every docu style program on radio 4 has some sort of lefty agenda. The lacross program was to be followed by something about how wonderful a Nigerian who lived in Tottenham and moved to the USA’s music was. Off button time ..

If it is “celebrating music” or something they perceive as ‘good’ then they use the actual nationality, if it is being arrested for stabbing it would be ‘ British’

Excerpt from Thomas Sowell’s “Black Rednecks & White Liberals”.
Dr. Thomas Sowell is probably one of the most brilliant minds alive in America. In a series of long essays, It presents eye-opening insights into the historical development of the ghetto culture that is today wrongly seen as a unique black identity–a culture cheered on toward self-destruction by white liberals who consider themselves “friends” of blacks. This essay titled “The Real History of Slavery” presents a jolting re-examination of that tragic institution and the narrow and distorted way it is too often seen today. The reasons for the venomous hatred of Jews, and of other groups like them in countries around the world, are explored in an essay that asks, “Are Jews Generic?” Misconceptions of German history in general, and of the Nazi era in particular, are also re-examined. So too are the inspiring achievements and painful tragedies of black education in the United States. “Black Rednecks and White Liberals” is the capstone of decades of outstanding research and writing on racial and cultural issues by Thomas Sowell.
Thomas Sowell: born June 30, 1930, is an American economist, turned social theorist, political philosopher, and author.

In your heart you’d prefer to stick to Oldspeak, with all its vagueness and its useless shades of meaning. You don’t grasp the beauty of the destruction of words. The Dragonfly project was an Internet search engine prototype created by Google that was designed to be compatible with China’s state censorship provisions.[1][2][3] The public learned of Dragonfly’s existence in August 2018, when The Intercept leaked an internal memo written by a Google employee about the project.[4][5] In December 2018, Dragonfly was reported to have “effectively been shut down” after a clash with members of the privacy team within Google.[6] However, according to employees, work on Dragonfly was still continuing as of March 2019, with some 100 people still allocated to it.[7]

In July 2019, Google announced that work on Dragonfly had been terminated.[8]

      BBC News
      BBC One, 4 June 2022, 10.30pm

We reported that the acclaimed British sculptor Sir Antony Gormley is to become a German citizen. We said he was giving up his British passport because of the UK’s decision to leave the European Union and that he had described the move as embarrassing and had plans for new sculptures that would reflect his view.

In fact Sir Antony Gormley is not giving up his British nationality and has asked us to make clear the circumstances behind his application for a German passport.

Sir Antony holds dual nationality as a result of having a German mother and has decided to apply for a German passport, which he will hold alongside his British one.

In a statement he says he remains a proud British citizen and is grateful for the extraordinary support he has received from so many people and institutions across the UK but he is also keen to retain his links with and continue to show his work in Europe.

      We apologise for the mistake.

“These include the creation of long thin clouds high up in the atmosphere – known as contrails – which trap heat radiated by the Earth, leading to a net warming effect on our planet.”

Contrails trap heat ? ..FFS they are not very wide and don’t last that long
The sun’s rays will probably bounce up off the top so the overall effect may be cooling

Just for your info to counter the AGW idiots you might come across.

This is the third la nina year, which is unusual. La Nina is a cooling cycle of the Western Pacific between Indonesia and South / Central America.

Cooler waters mean less evaporation and hence less cloud leading to less rain, hence the drought conditions seen all over the world. It is a natural and normal phenomenon and nothing what so ever to do with climate change.

We are also seeing an unusual hurricane situation where there hasn’t been a trpoical depression in the month of August this would be only the fourth of the past 60 years.

There are meterological reasons for this too.

It would appear to put us on course for a cold dry open winter if the current set up doesn’t change.

Yes Maitlis did mention the 1 person on the BBC board connected to the Tory government
Yet failed to mention Labour folks
: Blair’s former SpAd Ed Richards left Downing Street to join the board of Ofcom,
then went to the BBC strategy team and was in the running for BBC Director General
: Gavyn Davies, the Goldman Sachs tycoon, midwife of Quantitative Easing, and adviser to Gordon Brown, was appointed BBC chairman.
after he donated a chunk of his wealth to the Labour Party, of which he had been a long-term supporter.
his wife, Sue Nye was also Gordon Brown’s right hand woman.
: Greg Dyke, another Labour Party donor, was also on the board despite having made his money at ITV
: Ian Hargreaves, a former editor of the left-wing New Statesmen, was a BBC board member.
: James Purnell, a former Cabinet Minister under Blair was a BBC board member, and even appeared on Newsnight without his former political affiliations being mentioned by Maitlis in any way.

There’s another detective series on BBC 2 that I’ve been perusing over the last couple of weeks. Shetland is set on this strange, very northern and sparsely populated archipelago. Blimey, the amount of murders they get there they’ll soon be rivalling Midsomer as Britain’s most dangerous place to live. Anyhow…

The really noticeable aspect of Shetland is the extraordinary ethnic make up of the islands. They pop up everywhere. The head of police is a young Asian woman. There’s a black artist. There’s a black landscape photographer. There’s a looming love triangle involving a bubbly young black girl. And, blow me down, just when they needed a technical expert to unlock a mobile phone, who appeared to solve the problem? You’ve guessed it; a bright young mixed race lass. Job done.

    I don’t know where we’d be without them…

Maitlis claimed that the picture of Corbyn used to illustrate a story about the Kremlin was not altered by anyone and that C4 fact checked it and claimed that the ‘apparent’ change to Corbyn’s hat size was due to the curvature of the screen in the studio.

I’ve had a look and compared the two photos….there is no change in Corbyn’s face in the Newsnight photo…it has the same proportions as in the other…the one change is a slight raising of the hat….thus not due to curvature of the screen but more likely just someone being careless with photoshopping as they select and work on the image…accident or deliberate? Who can tell…but you might think an accident as it would be childish in the extreme to make such a change…that probably no-one would notice…you might think….then again they did put a Hitler moustache on Farage and claimed that was a mere glitch…obviously not.

I also hope this signals the return of sanity and the trashing of all the stupid woke twats who have tried to do so much damage to the Country and the whole World in their quest to turn the World into a commune.

Time for the adults to take over again,

a week or so after it was starting up
Many people described it as shut down then.

The funniest joke in the world is a one-liner about pasta or so we learn from the Edinburgh Fringe….you may have heard of the world’s most dangerous joke….courtesy of Monty Python….but now we have the two combined….Emily Maitlis in Edinburgh amusing us all as she rewrites history in her favour whilst also trying to take over the world urging fellow journalists to discard impartiality, throw off the chains of that annoying ‘formality’ and campaign, campaign, campaign to do away with those dastardly ‘populist’ politicians who dare to offer up what the voters want! Democracy be damned! F**k Brexit!……

”At what point do you say, actually, democracy is not as important as the future economy and stability and prosperity of the country?” Maitlis

Judging by the lies she told, the disinformation, the spin, the self-serving guff, a new post-truth world approaches if she is setting the standards.

    MIck Hume says it all….

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-11147075/MICK-HUME-Emily-Maitliss-attack-sideism-BBC-typical-despise-democracy.html

Even John Simpson gives Meghan Maitlis a kicking….

‘ ‘The BBC’s job isn’t to tell people what to think about the complex political issues of the day.

‘It’s to lay the arguments in front of them honestly and let them make up their own minds.

‘This isn’t timidity, @maitlis – it’s the essence of public service broadcasting.”

Though of course some might take issue with his charming belief that the BBC does merely lay before us the issues and lets us decide for ourselves what to think.

“Not very eco-friendly! Prince Harry sits in idling $9 million private jet for 30 minutes while he waits for staff to arrive in gas-guzzling Range Rover to deliver his forgotten polo kit

Prince Harry was spotted arriving at a Santa Barbara airport in an electric Audi SUV, before boarding the $9 million Bombardier Challenger 600 on Wednesday
He was about to jet off for an annual polo event at the Aspen Valley Polo Club to join his long-time friend polo star Nacho Figueras
Argentinian Figueras, who has played polo alongside Harry many times, attended his wedding to Meghan Markle and he was the first of the royal’s friends to meet his son Archie in 2019
The jet belongs to multi-millionaire US businessman Marc Ganzi, who is a close friend of the Royal Family and a polo enthusiast”
