Credit Suisse caught trying to shred evidence of loans to Russian oligarchs backed by superyachts and private jets

Credit Suisse once again seems to be doing its level best to cement its reputation as Europe’s most scandal-plagued bank.

According to reports in the Financial Times, the Swiss credit institute has quietly been offloading risks from its exposure to U.S.-sanctioned Russian oligarchs, after this group was responsible in 2017 and 2018 for a third of the defaults on yacht and private jet loans the bank extended.

Hedge funds and other investors that bought securitized portfolios of these deals, backed by the ultra-luxury status items, were asked in a letter this week to “destroy and permanently erase” any evidence of the transaction, the paper reported.

“I don’t think we’ve ever had a request like this,” it quoted one investor, who received the letter.

      Hey @elonmusk
No one’s really brought this up to you yet but it’s worth mentioning that numerous conservatives are on widely shared blocklists used by the far left.
This could cause many on the right to have their voices suppressed.

The thread then instantly brings up the @Esqueer _ account that blocks so many including me, even though I’ve never interacted with it
It seems trans=activist accounts often scan to see if people have like a pro-woman tweet, and then block them just for that

Clap for the BBC diversity unit this Christmas! Reading in the Daily Mail earlier in December (9th) a small paper cutting about the generosity of the BBC, (which many of us witness each year) to favored BBC ‘fav’ presenters. So many who have since retired, and been ‘replaced’ with more ‘diverse’ opinions (like the last batch all move on to new pastures (LBC or Channel 4).

There have been a few ‘pros’ over the years struggling to walk with pants (or handbags) stuffed with cash – for a minor slot on the BBC mega corporate game of TV and radio monopoly.

The TV license is the BBC own private National Lottery. Except they (BBC) pick ALL the winning numbers and they get to distribute the ‘cash’ to themselves each year. Its a mugs game. So what the attraction? Surely they are not ALL mugs, but hopeful chancers?

If you tickle the BBC’s fancy, the sky’s the limit in earnings potential (BBC Worldwide is where the serious money is now made). BBC Limited for the ‘staffers’ fighting over in-house job placements (on who get the jam this week). Black and Gay presenters being squeezed out in place of new white ‘trans’ BBC sponsored staffers on mainstream BBC game shows. After all they are in competition with Channel 4 – who set the current media standards for these days of being ‘trendy’. The BBC is no more the ‘trendsetter’ it once was.

So I learn two weeks ago (going back to my Daily Mail news clipping), rich earnings can be made for even minor ‘known’ celebs – seeking the British Diversity scheme [press button here]. I call Romesh Ranganathan to the stand as he only earning a meagre £324,000 a year doing advertising TV endorsement for a bank. But has won the national lottery at the BBC. (read on). Who could believe his luck!

Working for the BBC is very profitable. On the nod, you set up your own TV production (as you can) supplying the BBC – (like Richard Attenborough) and call it something like ‘Avoidance’ trying hard not to avoid paying UK Tax (as used to be advised by the BBC, set up your own production company and make your own BBC show. Many (so called) comedians die a death at the BBC and are unemployable outside the BBC. Its risky being called ‘funny’ at the BBC. So its a huge risk.

So I have to agree with Romash, that charging £1.6 million for a series of 12 shows at the BBC is astonishing good value!!! Even when your hard up – (or even if your well off, as most already are). As the BBC has plenty of money for hand-picked public performers, (of varying performance). BBC Perversions are always good laugh at BBC towers, Climate change (we have never had it so HOT(!!!), during the Winter cold snap is currently ‘on-hold’ until the spring), don’t mention any BBC funding (Millions Euros) the BBC used to obtain from the EU for propaganda ‘services’ (which was worth a joke or two at the time), Bill Gates (same) and SOROS (via another angle). And ROMASH don’t mention BREXIT as being ‘democratic or freedom (unless its perversions)’ – just make a lame joke on every BBC aired TV and radio show at every opportunity.

(Full staff BBC diversity training provided). Never admit your wrong. The BBC will ensure any public protest is never ‘aired’ – unless challenged OFCOM in which case that will be buried under ‘BBC Complaints’. BBC complaints is a way the BBC measures continued ‘success’.
    .
So another BBC £ millionaire is made. And that is the new template for the BBC and why it has two separate legal entities. The TV license goes to the BBC direct and BBC Worldwide commissions the programs rather like the NHS nurses who can make two- to three times more at the same hospital (the BBC is like a Hospital for the insane), than you make as NHS staff). So I agree with the former DG of the BBC who claimed that the BBC is as vital as the NHS during lockdown. That is why any BBC comedian has to agree to another lockdown as it benefits the BBC (somehow), that and COVID. The BBC is a public monopoly that is being eroded over time. Another Labour government will ensure it never ever changes to being ‘profitable’. It is inclined to spend everything its got – just to stay ‘afloat’.

So working for the BBC is quite a laugh! As long as you don’t die….

I wish you all a Happy Christmas (even if its been cancelled by the BBC), a class struggle of the ruling class continues. So Romash may find it difficult pleasing the BBC editors who are all Trots and managed by wet liberals agonising on ‘climate change’ and its ‘enforcement’.

So Romash, a comedy in the making, but not that funny. But at least you will be a millionaire. But they all are – at the BBC, they are so ‘full’ of ‘talent’ – indeed they told us so repeatedly, even under police investigation, ‘full-of-talent’.

    BBC Radio 4 five o clock ; What’s a Tory ?

The title should be We ,the BBC Say Brexit Is Bad For The Tory Party .

A non in depth analysis of the troubles in the Conservative Party for half an hour . I can tell them in five minutes. It’s :

    The Conservative Party is the stupid party . Here are the examples ;

    Immigration
Both legal and illegal . Bogus asylum seekers.
The Tories do all the talk but then back down . They don’t stop this problem . They are afraid of human rights lawyers , beaurocrats in the EU , the UN and sundry others around the world , our civil servants, pressure group set al .
Problem not solved, votes lost .

    Green issues.
Afraid of rabid environmentalists. Could at least put these green issues on hold until we are out of the recession, cut the green levy on household bills , open coal mines at least temporarily, get fracking , make us self sufficient.
Making a problem, votes lost .

Unaccountable (busy) bodies , such as the judiciary laying the law down to government.
Afraid of them . Allow Tory policies to be watered down or dismissed
    Votes lost .

    The BBC ,
Allow this Gramscian riddled organisation to set the debate , what and who counts , to ridicule the vast majority of the country and let it deviously to undermine the Conservatives!
And then try to make the very people it hates , normal people , pay for it .
Instead of taking this nasty organisation on , reforming it , make it accountable, the Tories are afraid of it , thus by its propaganda votes are lost .

The Tories are more worried about international organisations that can’t vote for them , or the types here like university lecturers, Socialist Worker types , BBC employees etc who would never vote for them than they are over the average Joe who could and would vote for them if they stopped being stupid.

Tory politicians need to spend less time at the BBC studios on Question Time with that particular audience of clapping seals and whooping and hollering over every cliched Marxist slogan and more time with ordinary people- the voters .

Immigration: I’d argue the Conservatives don’t stop this problem, because to them it’s not a problem – it’s a desirable state.
They’re not afraid of human rights lawyers etc, rather they use them as an excuse to continue with the influx.
Unfortunately they have zero fear of the voters.

Ditto green issues, Conservatives and environmentalists , are both on the same page, one for control, the other some barmy science.

The Conservative Party is the stupid party?

That was Therssa Mays mask, look weak and daft- being endlessly bullied by lawyers and the EU.
“She’s trying her best, but is so soft..”
When all the while she was on the globalist team (just like EU)
They don’t give a monkeys about the voters, they’re just out to further the globalists agenda.

A benevolent dictator atop a tank, is the only solution I can see.

.. donate to save the orca”

Interesting the ad didn’t use the normal name “KILLER whales”
They are apex predators who kill other animals, not just for food
    but often for fun
I don’t think they desperately need saving

  24. The Mouse says:

    Eddy,

I agree and have watched for many years this party (I’d hate to have to call them Tories) stick up as many straw men as they can come up with –

    1. We’ll send them to Rwanda (They knew they had no chance)
    2. We’ll pay the French more (knowing full well they might see a slight improvement in the short term thus appeasing the electorate), but knowing it would return or worsen in the medium term.
    3. We will send them back from where they came – but, but the human rights lawyers are stopping us.
    4. We are a party of law and order and if we keep saying it then people might think we are.
    5. We’ll stop a few dozen protesters from stopping thousands getting to work, hospital appointments, etc by saying they will be locked up – instead of using strong armed tactics there and then to immediately deal with it (please see how the French deal with it).
    6. We won’t discuss leaving the ECHR or replacing these rights with our own rights as this would be progress, better to just tell stupid Joe Public we are working on the problem (with help from our civil servants = the enemy within) and it will get better, and the can goes is kicked further down the road yet again.

Whether it is Priti patel or the current incarnation of a ‘Home Secretary ‘- lots not tough hot air but no real action . Than more lies ….
….-at least with Red labour you know you are getting socialist vermin – but the current lot pretending to be something else is more offensive .

Time for the new thread …
