Midweek 1 February 2023

Although the comrades are striking on Wednesday there appears no solidarity in the Far Left BBC. It will be desperate to create more gloom with one long day of Left Wing propaganda comrades .

Listening to the BBC expressing shock and outrage about energy companies breaking into your home and fitting a prepayment meter….couldn’t help thinking about all those vulnerable and elderly people hunted down by the BBC and fined or imprisoned for non-payment of the licence tax.

Further to this and F2 post earlier:

I am currently the victim of a barrage of harrassment from my energy company regarding their “urgent” need to replace my old electricity meter with a smart meter.

Email after email, texts, phone calls and someone knocking on the door.

My meter is over 15 years old so may be a safety hazard !!! (Really ?)

It may give false readings !!!! (Really ?)

    Urgent !!! (No not really)

Replace with a Smart meter ! (No thanks I do not want one)

Helps you save energy !! (bollox)

They can replace my meter at MY convenience with like for like model of meter , fine, but why the desperate need for a smart meter ?

Putting my data at risk and my house with people knowing if it is likely I am out of the house or on holiday.

And, of course, the possible safety risk of 5 G waves all over the house (don’t laugh its as likely as the safety risk from a 15 year old electricity meter) and, of course, the energy company able to profit from adjusting my tarrifs knowing when I use most energy….

And the horror stories of people not able to switch energy suppliers and receiving horrendous wrong, large bills when the Smart meter turns out to be not as Smart as they think, in fact pretty thick as sh@t.

Add to that any number of conspiracy scenarios in the future from the green Nazis…

Zephir, if your energy company believes that CO2 causes Global Warming and Climate Change tell your energy supplier that Smart meters make no sense because they increase the drain on electricity supplies (more CO2 emissions), they have to have a sender unit powered by electricity in with the gas meter which is not safe and the two bits of sender plus the display unit have to be made somewhere (probably China with CO2 emissions there!), have to be transported here with some CO2 emissions, have to be transported to the wholesaler (more CO2 emissions) have to be purchased by the installer (yet more CO2 emissions) and then have to be installed at your dwelling. (The final lot of CO2 emissions for now! Whoopee!) Then the display unit or the two sender units may not work properly and have to be replaced. (some more CO2 emissions but that is not all.) If you switch supplier, the sneder units and/or the display unit may not work with your new supplier and the whole may have to be replaced.

Oh and you have to make sure someone is in when the workman is calling to install or replace units.

And, further to my above post regarding 5G:

They cannot prove a link between illness and nitrous oxides yet still Highways England are arbitrarily reducing speed limits on their roads “just in case”

“Air quality speed limit trials: We are trialling 60mph speed limits on short sections of our network where action needs to be taken to reduce emissions and improve air quality.

Based on the findings for our research programme we expect there will be a reduction in nitrogen dioxide (NO2) when traffic is reduced from 70 to 60mph in these locations.
We are now trialling this approach on-road, to assess whether reducing the speed limit reduces NO2 levels. We will monitor this trial and if proven successful, the speed limit will remain in place until the area is compliant.”

    https://nationalhighways.co.uk/our-work/environment/air-quality-and-noise/air-quality/air-quality-speed-limit-trials/

    and yet:

” many of the government-approved rules on RF were established in the late 1990s and based on limited research. Scientists now don’t think the issue is so clear, and some aren’t staying quiet. To date, more than 3,500 physicians across preventive and environmental medicine, toxicology and other specialties have united against 5G, citing main associated risks of nonionizing radiation—according to peer-reviewed scientific literature—including cancer, cellular stress, genetic damage, reproductive changes and deficits and neurological disorders.

“Action must be taken now to reduce human exposure to nonionizing radiation to as low as can be achievable, including a moratorium on the introduction of 5G,” says Anthony B. Miller, M.D., professor emeritus at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health of the University of Toronto, in a 2020 statement from the Physicians Health Initiative for Radiation and Environment and the British Society for Ecological Medicine.

The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) also notes that in the 1990s, some research found a possible link between EMF field strength and an increased risk of childhood leukemia, but the association was weak. Now, though, the organization notes, “in the age of cellular telephones, wireless routers, and the Internet of things, all of which use EMF, concerns persist about possible connections between EMF and adverse health effects. NIEHS acknowledges additional research is needed and recommends continued education on practical ways to reduce exposures to EMFs.”

… and another mish-mash from the BBC and the Democrats:

US halts Blinken China visit after spy balloon row
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-64516218

So they haven’t brought it down in case it landed on someone ???. I’m certain they would once it wasn’t over any built-up area – and just a few holes would bring it down fairly slowly. Then we could see what was actually on it. Instead we are supposed to believe they just let it float on – transmitting whatever data is is transmitting.

How did it even get there without anybody noticing ???. Is it a stealth balloon with all metal and electronics covered up ?.

Then they’ve immediately cancelled this visit ??.

Maybe Joe just wants to show that the Afghanistan and Ukraine disasters – both on his watch – were not flukes and now he really wants to p*ss China off.

Yet another story from the BBC involving the USA and world diplomacy stinks with the BBC very happy to help push any narrative the Democrats want. Will we be able to reach the next election before Joe starts WW3 ?.

TOADY Watch #2 – why did you not challenge that incredible statement BBC?

The USA has a spy balloon from China hovering above Montana. Or so the US State Department claims. Apparently the Department of Defense do not want to shoot it down because it might injure someone on the ground. What?!!! In Montana? That is taking Health and Safety Assessments to a new level of absurd. Send someone up in a biplane with a sharp pointy stick. That will do it without using bullets.

Weather balloons come down all the time. They don’t injure people. But guns and knives do at ground level.

    https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2023/feb/03/whistleblower-who-revealed-fall-of-kabul-chaos-sues-uk-government-after-sacking

You need to read a bit between the lines but what I can see is a systematic undermining of the government in process. We would never have known about this had the BBC not goofed up either!

A hand in glove movement to bring the government into disrepute,

How many more of these snakes are slithering round the civil service establishments but have not yet been uncovered.

It explains a lot about the demise of Johnson facing relentless vicious attacks directly from public employees of the state on purely political grounds.

I think the current ridiculous unrest in the unions is a branch of the same lefty tree and tactics.

A white man is shot by police and somehow the BBC forgets to mention his race or put up his photo.

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-64507337

Contrast another recent shooting….instantly ‘black’ gets mentioned….

‘The police killing of a wheelchair user who allegedly refused to drop a butcher’s knife is under investigation by authorities in California.

Double-amputee Anthony Lowe, 36, who was black, was fatally shot on 26 January in the Los Angeles area. ‘

But then cops killing white people never happens….I heard this stated as fact several times on the BBC without challenge in relation to Tyre Nichols despite the numerous examples of Whites getting killed by cops in just the same way Blacks are…often by black cops.

Curious how the BBC will sensationalise a black person’s death and blame it on racism, even when done by black cops[Robinson and Sarah Smith both saying clearly they were racists due to the ‘system’] rather than just saying it is ‘police brutality’ and nothing to do with race.

The BBC whips up the hate, division and polarisation….maybe this is a result of such narratives spun by the likes of the BBC…..not reported by the BBC yet….sure when they get around to it it’ll be ‘The System’ that’s to blame….

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11709283/Doctor-cycling-Pacific-Coast-Highway-mowed-Lexus-stabbed-death-driver.html

‘An ER doctor was killed after being mown down by a Lexus and then stabbed to death by the driver in an apparent road rage incident.

Dr Michael Mammone, 58, was cycling on the Pacific Coast Highway, California, when he was run over by a white Lexus which sped through a red light at an intersection on Wednesday at around 3pm.

The driver of the vehicle, Vanroy Evan Smith, 39, then got out of his car and stabbed the cyclist multiple times in the back, with brave bystanders tackling him to the ground.

Witnesses say he was holding a BB gun when he approached Dr Mammone, a married father-of-two, and was screaming racial slurs about ‘white privilege’ , according to ABC7. ‘

Well yeah….that’s exactly what happened…and the only people using misdirection, misinformation and outright lies is the likes of ‘Mother Jones’ desperately trying to cover up the coup attempt launched by the democrats in collusion with the Russians…..they knew the information came directly from Russian intelligence officers….thus to use it in the way intended by the Russians is to do their work for them…the Democrats, CNN, Washington Post, NYT and so many others, including the BBC, worked for Putin.

TOADY Watch #3 – well, what a thing to say on the BBC!

I think it was the final item on TOADY. A painting is going to be lost for the nation unless funds can be raised for its purchase. I think they said the painting was by Sir Joshua Reynolds. I switched off in protest when they said that Sir Joshua normally painted white people and this portrait is important because it is of a Polynesian visitor to the UK. Is this yet another proof that the BBC is racist?
