Apparently the James Bond creator, author Ian Fleming, is the latest to face the bowdlerisers. ‘Racist’ words and words and phrases that some might consider to be racist are being excised and replaced by ‘less offensive’ words and phrases. The thought occurs just now ‘Will the bowdlerisers do the same to the films?’

Wow! The BBC is really racist and is banging on about it at every opportunity. I gave up listening to Alexandre Dumas’s ‘Georges’, a story about Isle de France and the wicked slave owning, racist, British who took over the island that we know as Mauritius, not the Isle de France in Paris. A couple of facts:
Typical working class working car driver in the UK who use their car for work and pleasure will consume around 20kg of fuel per week. Or around 1 tonne of fuel per year.
A one-way flight from the UK to the US consumes around 5 tonnes of fuel PER PASSENGER….
A flight to a holiday resort say in the Middle East will consume around 2 TONNES of fuel per passenger, both ways.
The electric car manufacturers are selling cars with no realistic future as the tipping point for any realistic charging capability is massively overwhelmed and at a profit margin of more than twice that of comparable Petrol or Diesel engined cars,
We are being shafted by the wealthy by the means of the green blackmail tactics.
When the great and good realise that the public have realised this they will simply move to ban or massively tax traditionally fuelled vehicles to eliminate any opposition to their new milk cows!
Run out of time on that post, however my point being that the threat to our civilisation in the West comes not from people like Putin but from the well-heeled patrons in fancy restaurants in London and New York who’s greed is at the expense of every ordinary Joe on this planet.
