Crowd blocks busy Peckham road after fight breaks out in store https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12509491/Crowd-blocks-busy-Peckham-road-social-media-video-appearing-shop-owner-hands-womans-throat-new-footage-shows-trying-steal-store.html?ito=native_share_article-top

An angry crowd blocked a busy road in south east London today after a social media video appeared to show a shop owner putting his hands around a woman’s throat.
Dramatic footage circulating on social media yesterday showed a scuffle between a woman and man – believed to be the owner of Peckham Hair and Cosmetics – Sohail Sindho, 45, who appears to put his hands around her throat after she allegedly tried to steal from his store.
large crowd gathered outside the shop in Rye Lane this afternoon, which had already closed after news of the fight spread on social media.

Anti-racism campaigners were protesting against what they claimed was an ‘example of everyday male violence against women’.

The video, posted on Instagram, starts with Mr Sindho standing behind the woman as they grip onto each other while a person behind the camera threatens to call the police.

The woman then hits him over the head with a plastic shopping basket after he appears to put his hands around her neck.

The Met Police told MailOnline a woman was arrested on suspicion of assault and later bailed pending further enquiries. The force said the shop worker has not been arrested.

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-66778001

So this story is starting to get my attention. It’s a terrible, horrific story about some truly evil people who deserve to be on the end of a rope.

But it’s now at the trial stage and not a single clue anywhere about the people who did it – other than their names. How can that be ?. They are obviously not witheld for the usual ‘legal reasons’. It’s beginning to smell of another agenda-based cover up where they want to protect a certain group of people from blame.

So I’m reseraching the murder of Shakira Spencer and I stumble across this:

Names and faces of the women killed in London in 2022
    https://www.londonworld.com/news/crime/london-violence-names-faces-women-killed-capital-2022-3959685

And I start reading the names of the victims and who was charged with their murder. It went like this:

    Victim: Yasmin Chkaifi
    Murderer: Leon McCaskie (Black)

    Victim: Lesma Jackson (Black)
    Murderer: Her son

    Victim: Sabita Thanwani
    Murderer: Maher Maaroufe

    Victim: Yasmin Begum
    Murderer: Quyum Miah

    Victim: Shotera Bibi
    Murderer: Ali Subell

    Victim: Dolet Hill (Black)
    Murderer: Joshua Jacques (Black)

    Victim: Tanysha (aka Rachquel) Ofori-Akuffo
    Murderer: Joshua Jacques (Black)

    Victim: Ania Jedrkowiak
    Murderer: Dennis Akpomedaye

    Victim: Sakunthala Francis
    Murderer: Verushan Manoharan

Then finally we get to one I actually heard of from the BBC
    Victim: Zara Allena
    Murderer: Jordan McSweeney

And amazingly enough this one got full coverage and lengthy articles:

Zara Aleena murder: Jordan McSweeney jailed for at least 38 years
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-63970290

What an astounding concidence that the only one I recall reading on the BBC was the only one done by a white male.

There were lots more but I just could not be bothered to read any more.

100% racist discrimination. They didn’t care one bit about all the others because they couldn’t use it against white males.

Peckham: Protest after woman restrained in cosmetics shop
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-66790189

So now the BBC have this story and there is no mention whatsoever of what this woman did. And they can’t link to the video ‘for legal reasons’ but the Daily Mail can ??.

Here’s the link to the video again : go down to the first video then click ‘watch full video’
    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12509491/Crowd-blocks-busy-Peckham-road-social-media-video-appearing-shop-owner-hands-womans-throat-new-footage-shows-trying-steal-store.html?ito=native_share_article-top

You need to move forward to 1:09 for some reason to see it start and all becomes clear. She is attempting to leave the shop and he is trying to stop her. She gets abusive and violent : he pushes her back in and she assaults him. As the video goes on she hits the shopkeeper over and over again.

If the woman doing that was white, she would be branded the low-life, violent thieving scum she is. Because she is black, she is being treated as a victim.

Clearly the BBC refuse to give any details because once again it’s the black people in the wrong and causing the trouble. Those protesters are pure racists. And the racists at the BBC are protecting them.

it’s absolutely disgusting and shows just how bad racism is in the black community of Londinistan. Nobody dare say it because they then get 10 times worse.

Pix and mixed ethnicity shoplifting edition

The BBC news online press review likes the FT for pole position in their newspaper line-up – and that paper just happens to carry a headline that has to have been designed and manufactured so as to allay any lingering corporate fears about the impending Labout take over bid: Labour cannot tax and spend its way out of Tory mess, warns Blair… Starmer praised for saving party… Ex-PM will not be back seat-driver

If you think about it these brief headlines contain enough internal contradictions to excite an entire conference of dialectic marxist academics – but I repeat myself.

    Where to begin?

Tony Blair presents to us his protégé for PM together with Labour’s new suite of revised Blairite-inspired policies – and then pretends that he won’t be calling the shots from behind the scenes.

High tax and massive state spending commitments are in a nutshell the essence of the present Tory government’s cleft stick conundrum: PM to meet NHS leaders as winter pressures loom (BBC)

Think of the next general election not so much as a genuine choice between policies for voters but as more of a reshuffle of the Uniparty as manifesto small print tends to coincide – for example: State pension triple lock under threat after election… both Labour and the Conservatives fail to back it beyond the election (‘i’)

In broken Britain news: High-Street Crime Surge… Year of the Shoplifter (Labour-supporting Daily Mirror) – cash-strapped, hungry and too over-worked to visit the food bank, kitchen leftover bin-dipping NHS nurses and rabid devil dogs roaming our streets, must take a Blairite backseat for this new Mirror campaign and the solution will no doubt be something along the lines of…. tough on the causes of crime…?

The Mirror makes a very bold commitment: Send us pix & CCTV… we’ll publish them

If they honour that promise without first making some serious photographic redactions – then the Labour red top will be boldly going where our BBC certainly fear to tread: Peckham: Protest after woman restrained in cosmetics shop… The BBC is not showing the video of the incident for legal reasons… Marlon Kameka said he joined Tuesday’s protest to show “solidarity with black women” (BBC)

Marlon there conjuring visions of some heroic latterday Rosa Parks protesting black women’s equal right to shoplift – alongside her white Romanian gypsy cousins.

Primark joins protest over retail theft and staff abuse… George Weston, chief executive… adds his voice to counterparts at Waitrose and Tesco. “It will continue to deteriorate unless the authorities recognise the issue we’ve all got” (FT)

He [Marlon] told BBC London: “Women are at the bottom of the hierarchy, especially black women, and it’s about time we changed that.”… The shop that was the focus of the protest – which the BBC is not identifying – is now boarded up and there’s a presence of about 15 police officers nearby. I’ve seen some protesters kicking the boarded-up storefront, with others actively working to calm feelings down. – a mostly peaceful cordoning off by 15 cops and boarding up, then? (Guy Lynn, BBC London News) – for those few of us hereabouts who haven’t quite mastered the knack of reading the runes, catching the nuances, between the BBC lines – this bust up in Del Boy Trotter’s old manor, that’s no doubt little more than (metaphorically) a stone’s throw from Mandela Towers – well this will be an intra-diversity squabble, so to speak. Asian shopkeepers attempting to do their own policing – without the benefit of all that diversity sensitivity training with which our Met Police now come so well equipped.

Platitude of the week goes to a regular winner of that title…

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan said: “I know Londoners are concerned by the events in a shop in Peckham. (BBC)

    In high culture corner…

    Bolshie Ballerinas

Ex-dancers describe body-shaming at top ballet schools… Grace says she was told she needed to lose weight – Oh, the humanity… By Mark Daly, A BBC Panorama & File on 4 investigation, Additional reporting by Hayley Hassall – with apologies to Darcey Bussell… I’m a poet, but didn’t know it

Oh Mr Darcy! I often have vivid sexual fantasies – and I’m not ashamed to admit it Kate Lister (‘i’)

But seriously, chaps, what’s good for the goose ain’t necessarily so for the gander. Try not to even think about kissing those women footballers… Maaate!

On the one hand the Guardian goes all puritanical on us: Is it time to stop having pets?

But on the other hand the Gruan can be as saucy and as edgy as the next left-leaning organ: What 10,000 young people told me about pornography (Guardian G2)

Meanwhile at what we suppose to be the other end of the moral panic political spectrum: Why does no one seem to care what pornographic music videos are doing to young women… and men? (Sarah Vine, Daily Mail) – one has to admire that late male after-thought tacked on at the end there. Hmmm… could the media be prepping us for some online harms bill, some impending complusory digital ID roll out? Just a thought.

Speaking of the glories of diversity, as we were earlier on – the giveaway corporate ad sheet, the Metro, promotes the former Mrs Thatcher’s go-to knicker outlet – M&S – with the prime cover advert copy pushing their babywear with the simple tag line: Oh, baby

Five kiddies are modelling for Marks n Sparks and only two of the five are white – one wonders for a naughty moment – is that middle England retail store perhaps racially profiling their shoplifers?

And who truly has the real picture about what is going on ? For Americans Ukraine is just a game – a sort of ‘payback ‘ for what happened to them in their Vietnam war ( only 55000 dead Americans ) ….

And Ukraine is a long way away for them . If it turns nasty – with localised nuclear weapons – they’ll be a long way away – we won’t .

The ‘end game ‘ scenarios must be written for Ukraine – my view is that Russia will claim a win because Ukraine will run out of people and kit in maybe a year or two – whilst Russia – with unlimited income from its’ resources will prevail .
For the record – I have no time for Russia and see it as near to an evil country / government as can be got …

Now, let’s go to the evidence for the GOP’s “impeachment inquiry” into Biden.

Bank records, shell companies, FBI testimony from a “trustworthy” witness, two IRS whistleblowers’ testimony, witness testimony from business partners, mobile texts, laptop documents, White House visitor logs, Air Force 2 travel logs, copying Hunter on official emails, hundreds of Burisma emails, Joe Biden using at least three known pseudonyms on emails, documentation that Hunter Biden’s sole purpose for his $83,000/month board position was to take the heat off of Burisma, the evidence that Biden was responsible for pushing to fire the Ukrainian prosecutor, Joe openly bragging about it being his idea for the ‘quid pro quo’ threat to fire the prosecutor, Joe taking along a Burisma associate on his trip to Ukraine to ask for firing the prosecutor…

9am R4 “We are the only prog that will factcheck Donald Trump and songs from the group called Busted”
Nope almost all BBC progs have a dig at Trump and worship of some Guardianland culture thing

Did someone really want to know how many generations there are in a 1000 years, or did someone want to promote a recently released song and forthcoming tour?
    @BBCMoreOrLess #busted

BBC belong to the Guardian elites
    whose priorities are
promoting the new Busted album & tour
& sneering at Trump, by strawmanning a 3 week old interview
He didn’t actually say the thousands who died building the Panama Canal were dead Americans
His claim is thousands died yet Carter sold it for $1,
    & now China profits

“Here at More Or Less our listeners are always eager for us to cover the pressing issues of the day: Climate Change, the cost of living ..
Our inbox is full of emails about these topics”

Climate Change is not a pressing issue
right now world climate is about the same as for last 100 years
The sun shines the crops grow, occasionally bad weather damages some.

“A BBC report quoted a study that said 1 in 4 men get skin cancer in their lifetime. ”
Yes true, it’s much more common than killer cancers, but is mostly harmless

“Also London’s Mayor Sadiq Khan said London’s average rent will hit £2,700 a month next year, with the average take home salary £2,131. ”
Fakenews cos it depends on super cherry picking
      – Sadiq is using a PREDICTION of next years rent, but uses THIS YEARS salary
      – That rent average includes big 5 bed properties .. Two bed flat new contracts are £2,265
      – Also it’s not the average actual rent ..rather it’s the average NEW rent estate agents expect to offer *In future* Most people are locked into much lower long term so average rent is actually £1,500
      – Most people rent as a couple eg people often rent a one bed flat, working out at £900 each

“We fact check Donald Trump’s recent claim that 35,000 Americans died building the Panama Canal.”

      #1 That’s a straw man
#2 It was 24th August 3 weeks ago
He said “we built the Panama Canal, we lost 35,000 people to the mosquito”
he didn’t say they were all Americans and that includes the 22K who died under the French project
Furthermore the 35K is not Trump’s point
which is that the US did a massive project costing thousands of lives and then 80 years later Jimmy Carter sold it for $1
now Panama gov is close to China

        The show had 4 items
#1 The skin cancer one was genuine fact checking *
#2 The Sadiq rent claim was genuine fact checking , and shows BBC are not 100% pro-Labour
.. It does show the BBC are very London-centric

#3 The Busted item seems #PRasNews
#4 The Trump item was #PRasNews for the cult of hating Trump
It didn’t tackle Trump’s main point

        * The prog said Google always tells you breast cancer
actually that’s not true. All Google does is repeat the facts it get from the cancer pages
and they have a routine line
“This chart excludes non-melanoma skin cancer”
So what we seeing is a language thing in the industry, whereby “cancer” means “dangerous cancers

BBC, without providing any evidence whatsoever, keep banging on about a weapons deal between Kim and Putin.

“In return for selling weapons to Russia, Kim was expected to ask Putin to share advanced military technology, so he can make progress with his own weapons programme”

Could the trip be more about satalites?

‘Asked if Russia will help the North build satellites, Putin said: “This is why we’ve come to Vostochny Cosmodrome” ‘

Anyway nice to see Kim and Putin acting diplomatically and dignified. Compared to Rishi Sunak trips, where he’s grinning like a clown and looking for hugs and cuddles

Not interested in BBC reports for any of this. They omit more than they include.

But it was open for comments as usual and this was a top comment:

‘The only way to make Russia see sense is to keep on smacking them round the head until they get the message – GET OUT! Keep up the good work Ukraine.👏’

    Immediately followed by:

‘Well boo boo for Russia. Crimea river, as Justin Timberlake once said.
💥 I’m sorry Russia, you’ve had this coming. Go Ukraine! 💥’

I used to use comments against articles to learn things the BBC have neglected to tell me. That’s impossible now : these articles are swamped by this kind of comment.

It’s classic trolling. They want to make sure nobody reads the serious comments. And I’m 100% certain the BBC know it’s going on.

Heres a top-rated comment from the story the DT have about Ukraine today. Clearly from someone who is not a native English speaker:

          ‘In short:
          – Crimea is gone for the orcs. Everything Ukraine is doing, it can scale up and repeat;
          – the Black Seas is gone for the orcs. Everything Ukraine is doing, it can scale up and repeat;
          – military facilities and facilities supporting military functions anywhere in Russia will burn. Everything Ukraine is doing, it can scale up and repeat;
          – Ukraine will achieve its goals of making continuing supplying the south impossable. Russia may dig in, and continue to kill its own people, but Ukraine has better and better people and better and better equipment while the orcs are still orcs, and their kit is increasingly degraded;
          – the orcs can dream of Trump (Tadcaster’s Orange utan of choice), but short of bombing Kyiv it’s already too late. ‘

These days, I often wonder what has happened to the world. It is being swamped by the stupid.

A bbc review on Trustpilot 🙂

    Why I don’t have a TV license
I haven’t had a TV licence for over 20 years. Should the BBC ever ask why, my answer would be short and to the point.

    1. The massively overpaid rump of so called top presenters.

    2. The sacrifice of the once renowned reputation for sports coverage on the altar of a most stupid form of equality.
    3. A complete lack of analysis and balance in the reporting of the Ukraine war. The British people are not being given the full facts about how and why the war came about. Never any mention of how American and NATO policy contributed to the conflict. BBC coverage is unashamedly anti- Russian, partial and biased. In a word – propaganda.
    4. An agenda soaked in WOKE. Trans rights, gay rights, illegal immigrant’s rights, terrorists rights, drug abusers rights, ethnic rights, youth rights, children with sexual identity problems rights, and it goes on and on with radio 4 every day. Just a sample and why I don’t pay the BBC licence tax.

I think the BBC likes the Libya one more because it’s flooding – and flooding can be assigned to green crap . They ve not managed to link earth quakes to green crap – yet – same with volcanoes – which we all know – are caused by global man or woman made warming .

As for disasters – the BBC doesn’t stick with any disaster for any length of time – 48 hours – maybe – before it can spend hours on mad dogs killing innocent cats dogs or people ….

Their motivating force is ‘Empathy’. They think that loading a report with it virtue-signals just what wonderful people they are to care about others so much. And of course only empathy-laden articles win their own awards.

It is of course – like everything the Left do – complete hypocrisy. They don’t actually care one bit about any victims if they can’t virtue-signal about it and use it against the Right.

They remind me of the Apocalypse Now scene with Robert Duvall where he is giving a dying enemy soldier some water and saying how much he cares for any brave soldier. Then he hears Lance the famous surfer has arrived so he instantly drops him and the canteen then walks off having already forgotten about him.

The MSM will describe the impeachment inquiry of Biden as tit for tat for the impeachments and various criminal indictments of President Trump.
But in truth there was never any substantive evidence against the former President and the indictments are paper thin. However, the evidence in the case against Biden is enormous and and documented. Of course Biden will never be impeached , a super majority in the Senate is required for that. But the exposure of the Biden family crime syndicate to detailed scrutiny will sink his re election campaign , supposing it was real in the first place, and hopefully expose the depth of the collusion between the deep state and the democrats.
Which in turn ought to convince increasingly large numbers of Americans that there was a Russia Hoax plot against Trump by the deep state, that it is likely that the 2020 election was rigged , that the Capitol insurrection was a deep state operation and that Trump should be given a second term to drain the swamp with the overwhelming support of the American people.
If this looks likely we will see the deep state reacting violently to protect itself and everyone will see that democracy is dead , votes don’t count and that the US is run by an unelected elite.

Plymouth and Torbay still have a hosepipe ban until December. Our main reservoir is Roadford, 23 miles away. which never fills up it seems. (Long ago a huge one was planned for Dartmoor at Swincombe but a Lady Sayer, early conservationist, stopped it). This reservoir seems to empty quicker than most due to only one feeder stream! Some blame tourism. Tourists can use as much as they like. If you rent a property for a holiday you can even now go out and wash your car with a hose, locals forbidden. There is a new treatment works on the edge of Dartmoor on the Plymouth side and I am guessing they use water from Burrator, quite nearby as an intermediary lake to supply the city. South West Water have a lot to answer for. I believe the current charges if you have an unmetered supply are near £1,200 a year. No planning for the unexpected is the name of the game but they get away with it.
