The Hamas Broadcasting Corporation has deployed Fergal the undertaker Keane to Gaza – full victim mode – nothing about Israelis who have been killed or will be killed – very Islamic Hamas – im surprised the BBC haven’t done a charity show to collect for Hamas to buy them more weapons …..

With a bit of luck the Israelis will resist any surrender ( ceasefire ) drive by the UN and other Hamas supporters –

Hamas has rejected the notion of e ceasefire in exchange for releasing hostages.

Apart from the fact that taking civilian hostages should be classed as the worst kind of war crime, will this mean the BBC and the UN will now stop banging on about nasty Israel not committing to a cease fire?

Israel Gaza: ‘I walked my kids past explosions and rotting corpses’
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-67635735

This could be the most one-sided, total-empathy based article I’ve read yet. And that’s saying a lot considering what the BBC have been churning out.

And in which parallel universe is an article written by another BBC employee who lives in Gaza and who most certainly hates Israel considered to be ‘impartial and unbiased’ ?.

It’s off-the-scale one-sided. Lots of description of ‘effects’, none at all about ’causes’.

‘We left in such a hurry. We were in the middle of baking some bread ‘
‘We had packed some bags in case this happened but everything was so rushed we forgot to take them. We didn’t even shut the front door.’

The entire article is stuffed to the hilt with attempted ’empathy’.

‘I saw four blindfolded detainees, including my neighbours, taken behind a sand hill by a demolished building. When they were out of sight, we heard gunfire. I have no idea whether they were shot or not.’

It seems to try and give this 100% pro-Palestinian piece some actual point, the story builds up to a nail-biting finale where his two brothers were delayed. Like a bad TV program, we are left to wonder if they too suffered the ‘scene setting’ fate of those behind the sand hill.

Had the evil Israelis shot them ?.

Everyone was crying and my mother was sobbing: “What happened to my sons? Did they shoot them?”.

    No they didn’t.

‘After well over an hour my brothers finally appeared.’

There is no evidence whatsoever in this article. It’s all word-for-word opinion of a Muslim from Gaza who happens to be a BBC cameraman. It doesn’t even deserve to be called ‘opinion’ : it’s 100% propaganda.

What isn’t made clear is that this was the main checkpoint from the North to the South. Of course it has extreme checking for terrorists trying to escape.

The article goes on with more of the same without once laying the blame for it all where it belongs. The word ‘Hamas’ does not appear once.

And here we have the cherry on the cake:
First the staged picture where they are all stood around leaving a clear camera view (a bit like the canteen in ‘Are You Being Served’ where they are all crammed along one side of the table):

    _64344286_jihad_baby_ap624x351.jpg
‘Jehad’s son Omar was 11 months old when he was killed in 2012’

So I searched it with google images and discovered:

‘UN disputes Gaza strike on BBC man’s house’
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-21749527
‘The son of a BBC journalist and two relatives killed in November’s conflict in Gaza may have been hit by a misfired Palestinian rocket, a UN agency says.’

So I went back to the article and sure enough, it is very carefully worded to imply Israel did it but not directly say:

‘My baby son, Omar, died there in November 2012, killed when shrapnel hit our house in another war with Israel’

Which means the deception by the BBC is absolutely deliberate.

‘cept it will not power 3 million homes and that is a complete and deliberate lie. As many have pointed out on here time and time and time again it may have the CAPACITY to supply 3 million homes but this is with rose coloured spectacles on, the wind blowing full blast, none of the windmills down for maintenance, and the grid able to accept the generated electricity.

On two occasions yesterday the wholesale £/MWh price of electricity fell below zero. So how come the homes in Sheringham were not paid to consume electricity then? This here is the other racket.

This new wind farm will have to have its own onshore high voltage cable tracking all the way to south of Norwich and the poor electricity customers will have to foot that bill. So not that cheap and not that green.

    Ok seasonal rant

The bbc is fixated with a trial where kids killed kids – apparently the victim was a trannie ? Which seems to be the reason the bbc is so interested in it . Yet kids – ok ferals are being stabbed killed in londonistan so often they only show up in local news ….maybe the killers – 16? Will be named today – big deal ….

The anti democracy banning of a former U.S. president on corrupt grounds – has been relegated by the BBC – it is a huge issue for the US

And as I write – the blue labour health secretary is receiving a hatchet from the bbc – she was hit with a question about palliative care – which you know is always going to be an emotional loser ….
Why this lady went on toady is beyond me – but I suppose she is positioning for the leadership race after blue labour is destroyed….

What is it about Christmas and the bbc – the bbc seems to think Christmas Day has some make believe family warmth where loads of people are all together . Yes there’s still some of that – but let’s face it – the likes of the bbc has done its best to destroy normal family life … back to the trannies …

Our BBC says it likes balance – so the Daily Mail takes a turn at the top of the BBC online press pile today – displacing left-leaning favourites such as the Guardian and its poundshop apprentice the ‘i’

Of course the frontpage of this morning’s Mail (for our BBC staffers) is safe viewing for work (as they say these days) with not a hint of any report other than the day’s unfortunate murder case.

As police reveal torture-obsessed 15-year-old murderers had ‘a thirst for killing’, their victim’s heartbroken mum and dad say… What they did to our beautiful Brianna will haunt us for ever (Daily Mail)

One suspects our media will soon enough be directed to blame the internet. Because frankly we’re not going to be allowed much in the way of uncurated information so as to judge for ourselves: The two defendants, who were aged 15 at the time and are now 16, were referred to as Girl X and Boy Y for legal reasons. (Times) – which official cloak of anonymity might be regarded as fair enough in such sad cases – just so long as the approved mainstream media don’t start echoing state astro-turfed calls for further online censorship and restrictions. One moment we’re asked to think of the children – and the next suddenly all opposition speech can be expunged.

Naturally, the Guardian differentiates itself from the hang ’em and flog ’em brigade – Guardianistas always at the ready to put up mitigating arguments for the alphabet people: Boy Y, who has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and selective mutism since his arrest, and girl X who has traits of autism and ADHD

‘selective mutism since his arrest’ – I think that’s what used to be known as keeping schtum

Mr AsI predicts now – they’ll say it’s the internet wot dunnit

The left-leaning ‘i’ newspaper is already dropping heavy hints: ‘High-functioning’ teenage murderers shared double life of dark web violence

And there was me thinking the national priority (statistically speaking) ought to be something like ‘Low-fuctioning’ teenage knife murderers sharing life of dark-skinned street violence

By the way, you’ll perhaps recall, dear readers – the Moors murders, Ian Brady and Myra Hindley, didn’t have access to so much as an old school 8-bit ZX Spectrum back in the mid-1960s

The trial judge, Justice Fenton Atkinson, described Brady and Hindley in his closing remarks as “two sadistic killers of the utmost depravity” (Thank you, Wiki)

Speaking of astroturfed public pressure campaigns deliberately stirred up so as to justify policies the regime have ready in their back pocket…

We must give Dame Esther her final campaign victory – this is the shouty headline from the Rishi lackey loyalist Daily Express this morning: …chance to hear a debate on assisted dying… Truely a national treasure

I thought last month we were giving all our national treasures back to Greece?

Sports Personality of the Year 2023: Mary Earps wants ‘to change the world’ (BBC)

Let’s see what she says next?

How my family escaped bombs in Gaza for a new life in Canada. Mohammed Alghusain and his family had a comfortable life back in Gaza. A good job, a penthouse on the beach, the children at excellent schools. Then everything changed on 7 October. He lost it all. Mohammed has dual citizenship with Canada. When he got a call from the Canadian embassy, he was offered a way out of the war – but not all his loved ones could come. (BBC)

Of course I might be reading too much into such suggestive reports. As always folks, do draw your own conclusions

Here’s one thing about the Biden (mal)administration I hadn’t heard and made sense once I knew about it.

When Joe Biden makes one of his rare personal appearances and the press are in attendance and asking questions, White House Democrat staffers in the background are screaming and shouting at the top of their lungs to make sure the questions asked cannot be heard, and therefore sleepy Joe isn’t able to address them.

If this had been happening during the Trump administration, the press would have been all over it, but as it is they are content to report nothing and not tell the public the reason why.

This has nothing to do with the BBC except it concerns their favourite Religion – sorry, Death Cult.

Hatun Tash has disappeared for many weeks and her supporters are getting worried.

For those who don’t know – because the msm / BBC don’t want you to know – Hatun is a diminutive but indomitable critic of islam, online and at Speakers Corner. She has received multiple death threats and a few actual attacks, including a vicious stabbing to the face that only just missed her eye and left her badly hurt and bleeding. The police have been absolutely useless in either protecting her or catching her assailants. On a few occasions they even arrested HER.
The fact that a mere woman should be so outspoken seems to drive the Religionists of Misogyny to paroxysms of rage. But then, it doesn’t take much.

Any publicity around her disappearance might help to find her or protect her. If it’s a false alarm, so be it: better safe than sorry.

One of the last things I gave up watching on the BBC was the Antiques Road Trip. It started to get rather silly and the name ‘Antiques’ in the title became a nonsense but I suppose ‘Junk Road Trip’ wouldn’t have the same appeal.

I was sorry to see that one of the presenters, Charles Hanson’ has managed to hit the papers. A few months ago it was reported that police had to go to a domestic incident at his house. He was an amiable, bumbling character who seemed to have charm. On one charity episode he was raising money for a still birth charity because it was something he and his wife had gone through.

However Charles has hit the papers today for apparently being charged with assault by beating and coercive behaviour. We never know what goes on behind closed doors – but who released this information to the press? I thought people were supposed to be innocent until proven guilty but I don’t suppose Charles will ever lose the stigma, even if he is found not guilty. The papers report he has had to leave his £1.5 million pound house and he has his own auction house. However, I guess he will difficult to find work after this, and perhaps this could affect any settlement that has to be agreed between him and his wife.

Whether it was the police or Charles’ wife who released the information, I would have thought it better not made public until guilt had been established. The BBC builds people up, and then the press destroys them to make a quick story.

The Great Hanoi Rat Massacre occurred in 1902, in Hanoi, Vietnam (then known as French Indochina), when, under French colonial rule, the colonial government created a bounty program that paid a reward for each rat killed.[3] To collect the bounty, people would need to provide the severed tail of a rat. Colonial officials, however, began noticing rats in Hanoi with no tails. The Vietnamese rat catchers would capture rats, sever their tails, then release them back into the sewers so that they could produce more rats.[6]

Just a heads up. BBC next Wednesday there is an Agatha Christie drama with Peleope Wilton called Murder is Easy.. Hmmmmm, it appears to be set in the 40s/50s, and the main character is male, not white, and his articulation (from the trailer) is not great. I’m giving it a miss.

Heard on ‘Today’ programme this morning

Firstly, a report from Gaza mentioning that the IDF has reported finding a significant web of tunnels under Gaza city, leading, in some cases, directly to the homes of leadership members of Hamas. This was quickly qualified by the usual disclaimer – ‘the BBC has not been able to independently verify these claims’.

Within less than 10 seconds, there was another report from Gaza highlighting that Hamas government officials are reporting that the death toll in Gaza has now reached more than 20,000, mostly women and children….. and……and…. ?????

Nope, no qualification whatsoever about independent verification, which means that the BBC is basically reporting this as ‘fact’.

The instantaneous demonstration of BBC hypocrisy is utterly disgusting. Where the hell are you now, Marianna Spring ?

Another thing really does puzzle me about Hamas figures. During the ‘normal’ daily reporting videos of current life in Gaza, and especially showing hospitals, and protests, there is a superabundance of males in the streets of Gaza….. but, when the death tolls are announced – apparently all these guys have disappeared, and the vast majority of deaths and casualties are, of course, women and children, we are told. No Hamas operatives are ever reported as being killed either. It’s all just innocent by-standers. Another conundrum in which the BBC doesn’t seem the slightest bit interested.

Also from this morning’s ‘Today’ programme…. Hamas announces it will not agree to any further release of hostages until there is a full and final ceasefire – no doubt to be signed in blood by the whole Israeli government.

Let me hazard a couple of guesses as to why Hamas is taking this stance….

    1. There are far fewer hostages still living than people believe. Note well that the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has been unable to persuade Hamas to let them visit the surviving hostages. Also note the last ‘pause’ in fighting concluded because Hamas couldn’t find enough female hostages they were willing to return to Israel. Also, the BBC repeatedly claim that the pause ‘broke down’ – it didn’t – Hamas deliberately broke the agreement in multiple ways.

    2. Hamas is terrified of releasing the younger women they ‘captured’ (another euphamism employed by the BBC recently), because, if their stories ever get out, it would severely damage Hamas’s victimhood claims in the world press. I am afraid very few of these young women will ever again see the light of day for that reason alone. As for the men….. who knows – the world press could care less about young male Israelis, but they can’t ignore young women being grievously molested. Hence Hamas needs to postpone that event until they get a guarantee of no further action by Israel. This was all war-gamed out by Hamas prior to November 7th.

    3. Hamas has little left to bargain with. Israel cannot let them get away with their atrocities this time, or ever again – and Hamas knows it. This whole escapade with Hamas is purely directed at the world press. They wanted to criminally damage Israel deeply, then prevent Israel from ever punishing them – and they have already said they will do it again and again, if they possibly can. Israel cannot let them get away with it, no matter what the world press thinks. And if Biden thinks he can talk out of both sides of his mouth at the same time…..tough !

The government has rowed back on plans to hike the salary Britons need to bring family members to the UK to £38,700 next spring.

The increase – from the current level of £18,600 – was announced earlier this month as part of a plan to lower legal migration.

But the new threshold will initially be set at £29,000, with further increases at unspecified dates thereafter.

Labour said the change showed “Tory government chaos”.

The BBC initial report on the Dublin child stabber stated that sources said he’s “an Irish citizen in his late 40s who has lived in the country for 20 years”… and claims made online that he was a foreign national were “hateful assumptions”.

Today they report Riad Bouchaker is of no fixed abode and “spoke only to the Arabic interpreter during the short hearing.”

Clearly the only remedy to more child stabbing on the streets is to clamp down on online hate speech.

They have changed a sci-fi program for young boys like me which sparked interests which eventually led to a career in technology into a vehicle for the far-left political agenda. They changed the main character from experienced white males with attractive female assistants (to get the dads watching) into a young gay, black doctor who commands zero respect with a black transvestite as his companion.

And this on the back of the complete failure of hijacking the program to push the feminist agenda. Instead of learning from that, the BBC have said ‘f*ck you’ AGAIN and forced it even more.

THAT sums up the Left and the BBC to me. And is a compelling reason why we should not be forced to fund their activism.

What I don’t understand is how they allowed to get away with it again and again. OFCOM should be sacked as well as the BBC – but where are the politicians who should be protecting our youth from this brainwashing ?.

Today’s newspaper round-up – announced unexpectedly and without fanfare edition

Forget everything you were ever told about an obesity crisis – the Guardian has a new crisis for us: Revealed: huge rise in hospital admissions with malnutricion… according to NHS figures that have prompted warnings about the devastating impact of food insecurity

Seems it’s that time of year when the left goes Dickensian on our ass

Watch how quickly the Guardian moves us on from the medical symptoms: iron deficiencies… vitamin deficiencies – to the leftist political diagnosis: heath problems are rooted in poverty

    What’s up, doc?

Prof Kamila Hawthorne, chair of the Royal College of GPs said doctors were facing “moral distress… it’s not like you can prescribe money or food”, she said – but just a moment doc, isn’t that exactly what you just did?

The RCGP is calling for an expansion of free school meals – see, they just prescribed more free stuff

English actor Hugh Laurie had a big international hit with the medical tv series House. Set in an American hospital the show was a subtle invocation of the classic character Sherlock Holmes, recast as a present day investigative clinician. Dr Gregory House, the unconventional, misanthropic medical genius, led a team of diagnosticians and many of his hypotheses about patients’ illnesses (that were ultimately proved correct at the conclusion of the episode) were based on subtle or controversial insights. His recurring catchphrase warned how patients always lie – couched in varying terms: “I don’t ask why patients lie, I just assume they all do.” “It’s a basic truth of the human condition that everybody lies. The only variable is about what.”

Our Prof Kamila Hawthorne has no such Dr Gregory Housian qualms about her patients’ claims: “There are definately cases we hear about of parents going without meals so their children can eat…” (Guardian)

The residually coronaphobic, left-leaning ‘i’ newspaper keeps crying out for some more official attention on its pet phobia: Covid cases double to 2.5 million people, with flu up 62% – but no one in authority is listening this time around. That’s SO 2020. Now they’ve got Ukraine and Gaza to think about.

But don’t imagine the ‘i’ is living in the past – au contraire, the youthful pound shop Guardian is already imagining life as it will be sure to be in 2025: Now is Labour’s moment – the party is ready to govern by Ayesha Hazarika

Mr AsI is considering initiating a new regular feature to include hereabouts in these reviews alongside some old favourites – such as the popular calm down dear: Which celeb still rocks a bikini at 51? See page 9 (Daily Mail)

That was the inevitable thing – that just might happen…

U-turn on minimum salary for family visa… Home Office… Instead of imposing a £38,700 requirement now, it says the threshold will be raised to £29,000… The revised proposal, announced unexpectedly and without fanfare in a parliamentary answer… (Guardian) – unexpectedly – like heck it was!

Ministers drop visa salary threshold rise… backtracked on their plan… (Telegraph)

You have manifestly and repeatedly failed to deliver on every single one of these key policies. Either your distinctive style of government means you are incapable of doing so. Or, as I must surely conclude now, you never had any intention of keeping your promises. (Suella Braverman’s resignation letter to Rishi Sunak)

Well, at least Rishi will get a (grudgingly) good write-up from the usual suspects: Ministers row back on salary threshold for family visa… Ministers had been facing pressure over the issue in recent weeks, amid warnings the new visa rules would keep families apart… The Home Office has also confirmed that the [sic] anyone who wants to renew a family visa would be able to, without having to meet the new earnings threshold. (BBC); Backlash spurs cut to family salary visa threshold… James Cleverly has cut the salary threshold needed to sponsor a loved one – ah bless… the Financial Times there going all sentimental and dewy-eyed over ‘loved ones’ – ah, who says big international corporate capitalism has no heart?

Seems we can now get our top surgeons, architects and computer engineers for the princely sum of £29k – whisper that to their trades unions

Our presently near-to-out-going, most un-conservative of administrations of all time (to date) may well have a rather fitting parting gift for the population of our formerly-British economic zone – euthenasia

Assisted dying: Is the tide turning? (Daily Mail) – seriously, assuming our Esther (ironically, famously late of the TV show That’s Life) armed inevitably with her private medical wherewithall, couldn’t she have a had a quiet word with her docs? Anyone with the experience of an elderly lingering loved one (the latter term ‘loved one’ borrowed from today’s FT – I’m still choaking back the tears over that one) even within the plebian auspices of the bog standard NHS, will know from experience that they hardly deploy the brilliance of a Gregory House MD – to as it were Rage, rage against the dying of the light (Dylan Thomas)

After Esther Rantzen calls for a national debate, some in Church soften opposition and Starmer says there’s case for reform (Daily Mail)

    Thought for the day

How does this call to officially recognise euthensia equate with our recent Lockdown policy – where supposedly no cost whatsoever was too much to pay for the prolonging of one elderly life?
