Weekend 27th January 2024

Do you wonder why the current ‘Conservative government ‘ has done nothing to control the BBC or its’ so called ‘regulator ‘ OFCOM ?. Well here is a clue – in the last 10 years there have been 11 ‘culture secretaries ‘. One might assume from that -that there is no drive to change the Far Left Anti British BBC . It seems that is a job for a real Party to do .

I normally detest being told something is “hilarious” – but there’s a couple of laughable moments there … (if you’ve a taste for dark comedy)

The BBC is predictably ponderous intoning on matters in the USA and usually gives the Biden crew a glowing school report – I’d love to hear a BBC rendition of commentary on this selection of antics.

The cracked up absurdity of Hunter and pop just shines through.

It’s sounding like the respect for the office of POTUS is evaporating for very obvious reasons.

The official population of the UK has increased by 5 million in the last 10 years – so I reckon we can add another few million for those who dodged the census .

Do you notice how this increase – perhaps 8 million in 10 years is barely mentioned – yet the consequences are mentioned every single day ? We are such mugs .

Does anyone think this pattern won’t carry on for the next 10 years – if there isn’t a sudden population reduction via mushroom cloud ?

Professor Mark Woolhouse exposes ‘BBC propaganda and censorship’

The BBC created a “misleading” risk of COVID-19 to provide justification for lockdown during the pandemic. Mark Woolhouse, professor of infectious disease epidemiology at the University of Edinburgh, said that the BBC created a “misleading impression” of the risks of COVID-19 to the general population. Professor Woolhouse said that in the media, “BBC television news repeatedly reported rare deaths or illnesses among healthy adults as if they were the norm, again creating a misleading impression of who was at greater or lesser risk.” He said that he suspected this “misinformation was allowed to stand throughout 2020 because it provided a justification for locking down the entire population.” He said that this view was supported by the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviour (SPI-B). Professor Woolhouse said the “misperception” created by the BBC was propaganda to create “the general impression that we were all at risk.”

As per the last spell of cold weather I gave an early heads up for, here is another for the 7th 8th February when the mercury will drop and a deal of snow looks likely for some. Back to below zero night time temperatures.

At the moment it’s at the far end of forecast accuracy so I can’t tell you yet how long it’s going to go on for.

One of the deadliest plagues in history killed hundreds of thousands of Brits over the last four years and it would have been millions had not everyone (or at least almost everyone except for those swivel-eyed, granny-killing, anti-vaxxer loons) not taken the stabs. When disease X hits, probably this year, just how many of the cretins who lined up the first time will line up again, and when they start dropping dead, or seriously ill blame those evil ‘anti-vaxxers’ again? It’s going to be a laugh and a half to witness the idiocracy levels that will be reached in the coming years. I say that as someone who does not fear death. You see, that’s how we evil anti-vaxxers roll.

I swore I’d stop pasting from the telegraph but here’s a good one – STARTS
A lawyer was allegedly threatened with arrest for driving a van with “Gary Lineker is Hamas’s bitch” emblazoned on the side.

Daniel Confino, the son of a Holocaust survivor, says he was ordered to move on by officers while staging a protest outside the BBC’s London headquarters earlier this month.

The red camper van had “BBC is Lineker’s pimp” written on the other side.

The 65-year-old, who was in Israel on October 7 when Hamas fighters launched its devastating terror attacks from Gaza, was trying to protest against the BBC’s indulgence of its Match of the Day lead presenter.

Lineker has called on the Israeli football team to be banned from tournaments.

Mr Confino claims the police response betrays a “double standard”, pointing to multiple recent incidents where pro-Palestinian demonstraters have not been arrested despite carrying placards calling for “jihad”.

Although Mr Confino complied with the police requests to drive away, he says the officers followed him and pulled him over nearby.

They then told him he could be arrested under the Public Order Act.

He took the van home and later visited his local police station to establish what language he could use without risking arrest, but says the response he received was vague.

“I explained that I wanted to be sure from the same group that deals with Palestinian protests that my wording was cleared, or to identify any offending language,” he said.

“The confusion of the police seems to be that a word in isolation like “bitch” gets them very excited but individual less forceful words which when put into a sentence are deeply threatening and alarming and distressing and harassing like ‘from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free’ are waved through, no problem.”

    ‘Overt police bias’
In October, the Metropolitan Police said that protesters calling for jihad would not automatically be arrested. Instead, officers were told to call their control room for advice.

Met leaders also said protesters would not be arrested for chanting “from the river to the sea”.

Mr Confino added: “On the face of it, this is yet another example of overt police bias in the interpretation and application of the law”.

He added that the Public Order Act is so arbitrarily applied that it was practically impossible for a law-abiding citizen to demonstrate using provocative slogans without fear of arrest.

“I feel sorry for the police. They have to enforce a law which is entirely subjective,” he said.
The following week, Mr Confino did manage to get through via the 101 number to an operator who advised him that a different slogan regarding the Today presenter Mishal Hussein was acceptable.

He was given a reference number to quote to officers in case he was stopped.

The slogan said: “This is Gaza Today with…Michal (I was once a journalist) Hussain.

Mr Confino – and his van – are no stranger to controversy. During the 2019 election, he demonstrated with “Labour under Corbyn is a racist endeavour” on the side.

He has written to The Met Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley to highlight “system failures” in the current policing.

The Met did not respond to a request for comment.ENDS

So after the BBC buried the report yesterday, it’s come back as the major headline it should have been due to reasons beyond the BBC’s control.

The UN in Gaza is riddled with terrorists and has clearly been funding them. All the attacks by Hamas from UN sites prove it beyond doubt.

Now Australia, Canada, Finland, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK and the US have stopped funding them.

And what is the BBC front page headline ?
‘UNRWA claims: UN agency condemns aid halt over alleged help for Hamas attacks’
    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-68119268

They are supporting the UN !!. No surprise of course, but it shows just how arrogant and how far gone the BBC are that they can be so bold.

And still no mention anywhere that Hamas – the source of much of the BBC’s reporting – are officially desginated terrorists by the UK.

Absolutely shameful far-left bias. In a sane world, this would all ultimately lead to complete reform of both the UN and the BBC. But the cancer of the Left is everywhere now. They have infested every public organisation.

Biden vows border ‘shut down’ if Congress passes deal
    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-68118823

‘US President Joe Biden has said he backs a bipartisan Senate border deal that gives him powers to shut down the southern border “when it becomes overwhelmed”.’

‘”If given that authority, I would use it the day I sign the bill into law,” he said in a statement on Friday.’

What a bizarre article – it focusses entirely on politics of approving the bill but does not give us any indication whatsoever about what is in it and why some people don’t like it.

After many, many similar experiences, I smell another dirty BBC rat but I just can’t be bothered to go find what it is. It’s getting tedious. The only thing you can be sure of is that whatever they are hiding is bad for Biden.

The BBC are not happy with the revelation that the UN employs members of Hama. The main-page headline now reads:

‘UN Agency condens aid halt after Hamas attack claim’
    claim
    noun
    1. an assertion of the truth of something, typically one that is disputed or in doubt.

They describe the decision to stop funding Hamas as ‘shocking’.

No doubt whatsoever which side the BBC are on. As usual, it morphs into something else for the main article.

This is most certainly a resigning-offence for the head of the UN should it be true (and let’s face it, we are all 99.9% certain it is given the UN position on this war). Lets see if the BBC use their ‘live update’ assasination trick to force him to stand down. But don’t hold your breath : that’s only used for agenda issues.

But – like the EU – it’s just one big corrupt farce and they will carry on like nothing happened.

The BBC seem to have gone frantic with this story. They’ve changed the main headline AGAIN.

      Now it’s:
‘UN Agency condemns aid halt over alleged Hamas attack help’

What an odd edit to put ‘help’ on the end – and odd always means devious from the BBC. Maybe they are trying to distance the UN employees from any of the actual slaughter.

And of course they have pictures of people carrying food instead of pictures of the terrorist attack which the story is all about.

I note the EU is not on the list. That’s because they daren’t. Too many angry Muslims already. This is what mass immigration really means.

We have only done it because the USA told us to.

Lazzarini is now damaged goods and must resign. The sooner the better. But of course that requires some sense of honour which he clearly does not possess.

Mind you, I thought the same about Springster after her lies came out. And the BBC didn’t sack her.

We didn’t find out until after the ‘staff’ had been sacked BBC. Tells me it’s a bit stronger than ‘accused’.

‘The EU said it would assess further steps “based on the result of the full and comprehensive investigation”.’

The EU don’t intend to do anything then.

    Ding-dong! Proxy War Calling…!

Beauty giant Avon under fire over Russia links… despite the ongoing war in Ukraine. The BBC has discovered the firm is still recruiting new sales agents in the country and continuing production in a huge plant in the Moscow region… (BBC)

The BBC has discovered…? Has our BBC got agents going door-to-door in Russia enquiring of Muscovite babushkas how they’re fixed for their cosmetics? Have undercover BBC bods been skulking around Russia spying out the location of the lippy factories?

Shushhhh! I will say this only once… I am not the Avon lady, It is I… the BBC’s Lyse Doucet in disguise! (apologies to ‘Allo! ‘Allo!)

Just to allay any suspicions that your TV Licence Fee was finanacing secret undercover agents gathering vital ladies powder room intel deep inside enemy territory: …the BBC has found it is still possible to register as a new sales agent for the firm in Russia. The website offers Russian citizens over the age of 18 access to “iconic, high-quality products”… After registering online, the BBC received a welcome email with the chance to begin an “Easy Start” sales programme and contact details for a local co-ordinator. (BBC) – afterall, most of our more junior Beeb reporters are not known for being so pro-active in their journalism as to actually get up from their computer and leave the office.

The 137-year-old company is best known for its door-to-door sales representatives who demonstrate the application of its cosmetics, perfumes and creams first-hand. (BBC)

So our dear old Avon Lady (there’s one for the teenagers) this iconic British mum’s friend of a company (American in origin, obviously) is trading with the enemy?

Avon’s parent company, the Brazilian firm Natura & Co, previously emphasised it was only maintaining local operations to support its sales agents who are reliant on their business. (BBC)

Brazilian? So what’s the Portugese word for ¡olé! Avon calling?

    Ipanema! Samba! Pele…? Avon calling!

Well, that puts a rather different complexion (sorry about the puns – it comes of one reading too much of tabloid headlines) on the charge of traitor to Britian. Now we know the foreign make-up of Avon’s ownership. Last time I checked Brazil was not in the Nato compact– or the EU for that matter. In fact the bloc to which it belongs i called BRICS – Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, etc… and growing ie Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran and the United Arab Emirates

Western sanctions on Russia could push the BRICS alliance closer (CNBC)

Piece by piece, the BRICS really are building a multipolar world (Atlantic Council)

Quite how come the BBC – supposedly unbiased balanced and independent from government – is pushing this propagandistic report is somewhat bothersome.

Of course many people do remain committed to the righteous cause of our proxy war with Russia

    Ding-Dong! Reality calling!

The sickness at the heart of our “universities”:

“Professor who was likened to ‘racist uncle’ over her gender-critical views on housing transgender prisoners slams ‘mob madness’ and says it will take ‘a generation’ to undo ‘damage’ by LGBT+ charity Stonewall.

Prof Phoenix said she was subjected to bitter criticism from her own colleagues, as well as an ‘onslaught’ of online abuse and even death threats. The 59-year-old academic said the OU made little effort to protect her from these attacks and, instead, she was compared to a ‘racist uncle at the Christmas table’ by her deputy head of department.

Jo Phoenix, a criminology professor, this week won her unfair dismissal claim against her former employer the Open University (OU).

A tribunal found that she had suffered victimisation, harassment and direct discrimination while working for the OU as a result of her public questioning of transgender ideology.

‘When I look back on the mob madness and I think who is to blame, the answer is plain and simple – Stonewall, Stonewall, Stonewall,’
In a tribunal judgment published on Monday, employment Judge Jennifer Young agreed that: ‘[The OU] failed to protect [her] because they did not want to be seen to give any kind of support to academics with gender-critical beliefs.’

The court upheld almost 20 of Professor Phoenix’s claims.

It also ruled that the abuse Phoenix endured was harassment and the university’s failure to protect her from it made it complicit in this treatment.”

And now we might have problems with Russia.. It seems they might need us native working class white Brits to go and fight for King and country again. You know, I’m a patriot, but I really don’t think so…

Every single day we see illegal aliens being escorted to our shores, taken to nice hotels, fed and watered, having all their health cares looked after, while our own veterans freeze to death on the streets.

Last week the gruesomely ugly Nottingham killer, the sub-Saharan, subhuman, Valdo Calocane, after planning and executing the murder of three innocent people and maiming several others, was given an extraordinarily lenient sentence of manslaughter and told he’ll spend his time in a hospital complex. Oh, the poor love. Where is British justice?

Tommy Robinson, for the crime of asking questions outside of a courthouse, was interred in the most Muslim infested nick in the country, where “to keep him safe”, he was in solitary confinement for months. He lost forty pound in weight and his life was in danger on a daily basis. And the judiciary knew that…

And now the government find themselves in a spot of bother. After years of turning all our institutions, including the military, into wokerati w@nk-fests, where multiculturalism, homosexuality and transgenderism are celebrated and patriotism is sneered at, now want my people to think about National service…nah mate, not for me or for mine.

I heard one UN £mouthpiece£ saying that it’s not just Israel that is imposing ‘group punishment ‘ on the Muslim Palestinians but now those countries which have finally been forced to stop funding the UN agency are accused of ‘indirect group punishment ‘…
You can bet that in the next 48 hours Far left Tory Andrew pleb Mitchell and Comrade Cameron will be doing their double act restarting the cash to Hamas after receiving ‘re assurances ‘ … and then provide Islamic hanas with new tunnelling equipment…..

Long ago I mused on how the UK would react to an ( east European country invoking Article 5 and demanding military help because of -say – a Russian advance ….

It looks like my view if being given some support – let them fight their own battles for a change – not sacrifice Blighty in other peoples’ wars …. Yet alone some made up threat to the UK …
Whether views change when the panic buying and lack of fuel / electricity changes minds – I don’t know ….

that seems fast however it is corroborated by another CCTV video from outside …shows same pair of masked gunmen

“It is an assassination. They target only one individual upon his entrance to the Istanbul church”

Equally, we in Great Britain are driving our manufacturing base into the ground, all in the name of “Carbon Net Zero”, eg. Port Talbot Steel Works. At the same time we are importing foreign manufactured goods by the ton.

Our agricultural industry will be next – our food supplies . At the same time we are importing foreign mouths to feed from across the English Channel.

Who voted for “Net Zero” or mass immigration ?
Does our government take orders from other organisations?

    BBC now reporting Bristol stabbings
“Two boys, aged 15 and 16, have died after being stabbed in south Bristol.

They were attacked in Knowle West at about 23:20 GMT on Saturday by a group of people who fled the scene in a car,”

Reporting was late for all ie 12 hours after attack

BTW that same street Ilminster Ave had a hit and run 10 days ago

South Bristol does feel dodgy, esp around parades of (surviving) shops after dark. Small groups of black dressed and often masked kids lurking… and menacing blacked out cars aggressively roaring, screeching and popping+banging around.

With that beautiful example of a Guardian/Observer/BBC arse-covering…..it was someone else’s fault…. misunderstood genius headline.

Basically she took a very successful Company and trashed it. There is no excuse but it seems the usual MSM suspects want to divert attention away from the brutal facts with their twee headline…..

I reckon they’re all after changing the preferred retailer – JLP – for all the MP’s stuff, to a really up-market group, like Primark, or maybe Poundland!

Perhaps a consortium of corner-shop enrichers may get the ‘contract’? They can’t do any worse!

(The dog and I were nearly mown down by a speeding JLP lorry in the lane earlier today, I think I’ll sue…)!

All Foggy ever does is talk, he never does anything, he’s never acheived anything which wasn’t handed to him on a plate. This is a man who had a nanny at the age of 27 ! no one should take him seriously because he’s a complete joke !
