Are there any lawyers out there (real ones not dinghy ones) who have used the Reeves defence if their client has done (or failed to do) something.
Is “it was an error” or “I didn’t know I had to do it” and the other excuses our politicians come out with when they are found out breaking the law now a valid defence to use and be let off.
