The BBC seems to be becoming even more selective in what they choose not to report or place something where only a few people will see it . The Pakistani Rape Gang is a case in point over years and years . But stories which put Muslims in a negative light such as paramilitary marching in the East End last weekend doesnt raise alarms with the BBC . One day something will happen which they have to report properly .

It seems that Southwark Council are happy enough with Reeves explanation for not registering as a Landlord and aren’t prosecuting. Southwark Council and other Councils haven’t held back in prosecuting and applying penalties to other Landlords who have failed to register. Incidentally registration costs a whopping £900, what do Landlords or Tenants get for that money or is it just a tax? The net effect is that it costs the Tenant.
This episode highlights how we have all become subject to arbitrary and unreasonable charges, Laws, rules and regulations and penalties. We will all become criminals in the end.

One of the consequences of all this regulation is that we are forced to use and pay a lot of money for professionals to sort out the consequences. When I was in business I found myself following the advice given by Accountants, I found that I couldn’t understand how my business worked any more. If I knew the consequences of the decisions taken on advice I would never have followed it.Company taxation was far too complex for a small businessman like myself to understand.
