    Labour to ban trail hunting….

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c4g9y20j259o

Let’s call it what it is, it’s commie lefty twats wanting to inflict as much damage as they can on people who dare to own a horse… out of pure envy and vicious pseudo proletarian spite.

As a result our small town is infested with scabious mangie foxes raiding all the waste bins.

Watch out anglers, you are next for these grim cunts!

Apart from anything else how can you possibly make chasing a scent on horseback a crime FFS!

The sooner this joke of a government gets fucked off the better for the mental health of this nation.

In all honesty, I have never liked the idea of fox hunting. However I was horrified when a load of leftie townies banned it. Their reasoning for getting rid of trail hunting beggars belief. It shows what a load of spiteful nasty people the present government is. They appear to be on a drive to slash and burn this country. I wonder what they think they will do, they may be promised high paid jobs within Europe. I presume when the time comes, those jobs won’t be there.

I might have my dates , facts , name wrong ( my own ) but I think their parliamentary home affairs committee is to meet Monday to re quiz the chief plod of Birmingham over the ban on 🇮🇱 football fans at the villa game .

It is alleged he lied to the committee last time and relied on ‘Islamic intelligence ‘ as an excuse to ban supporters …

There will – of course – be no way a TTK top plod will made to walk or shown to be a liar – but in the current environment – where the slaughter of Jews by Muslims in western countries is become ‘routine ‘( ugh ) maybe someone will do something ….

I prefered it when shops closed every Sunday. But corporate greed got shot of that. We need a law like the Germans (Ladenschlussgesetz) and have Sundays for the family

I agree, Sunday trading was a bad move, Sunday has been ruined. I’m not a religious person although I could fairly say I incline to Christian values. Other than that on a purely human level Sunday was a day of rest rather than the manic day it now is.

He was just making an observation . There ll be people going into supermarket car parks on Christmas Day wondering why the shop ( not store ) is closed . Newham – Luton – will be open for Allah …

When Senora O’Blene’s mum and dad ran a great pub, Sunday opening was somewhat sacrosanct, (sic), as lunchtime O’boozers had just two hours to get half a gallon down, and in the evenings, as the restaurants were mainly closed, they made enough bar food to feed the Five Thousand, and invariably sold the lot!

They also had a couple of extra hours to put their feet up, as they always did all the work themselves in the bar and the kitchen with just a cleaner for an hour, and a bar relief for Tuesday evenings! Otherwise it was full on graft every day – but well worth it…

Panama city one huge supermaket open on Christmas for the full 24 hours , as it does the other 364 hours a day

It’s laughable to think that Sunday is a rest day , heaps of engineers and factory staff work on Sundays and through the night, farmers and military too etc.

The Smarmer Government are claiming elections are being cancelled because of local Government re-organisations.

    Think again……….

The local Government re-organisations will enable the Government to cancel elections. Perhaps that was the primary consideration.
Were the re-organisations in the Labour Party GE manifesto?

If Smarmer and the EU can engineer a war with Russia at the right moment, a state of emergency could be declared and GE cancelled.

Although those “reforms” were widely hated (including by me), they were in fact very well prepared for. Work planning them began in 1966, which meant that by the time they were implemented in 1974 the process went smoothly, in sad contrast to the mess this inept bunch of clowns we now have for a government is making.

I can’t tell you much about the winter solstice, equinoxes, or solar eclipses and the like, but there’s strange convergence to be observed between Guardian and Times.

It’s not just the obvious manifestation of identical frontpage feature pagan photo in both titles – captioned: Crowds from across the world greet sunrise at Stonehenge yesterday, marking the winter solstice (Gruan) and; Circle of Life Revellers in traditional pagan clothing celebrated the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year, by gathering for sunrise at Stonehenge yesterday (Times) – double-bubble money in the bank – photocredit: Anthony Upton/AP

Revellers… red robed, mainly females, looking suspiciously akin to those dour-faced creepy: “Climate change women in red” refers to the disproportionate impact of climate change on women, often symbolized by the Red Rebel Brigade – thank you A.I.

When pressed on the subject of lefty bias, a BBC journo has been known to candidly remark “Well, we’re a counter to the ‘Tory Press'”

It’s part of your Mr AsI’s (self-inflicted) mission hereabouts to debunk this false notion of supposed conservative leanings in just about any section of our corporate media.

Oh, and by the way, Guardian and Times are picked by our BBC for top two places in their online print press line-up. No cover page feature photo diversity there then.

Times journo, Oliver Wright, appears to slaver with relish at the thought of reversing Brexit: Streeting backs rejoining customs union… Minister sets himself against Starmer as poll shows 80% of Labour voters want closer EU ties

One recalls how the Times enjoyed a noticable bromance with Sir Keir prior to the general election. As that brief fling (in the way of many a gay encounter) is soon forgotten, so affection grows for the lad Streeting.

Government sources accused Streeting of “setting out his stall” (Times) – How very high street-minded of No10. Who would have guessed this administration cares for the small retail buisiness. I’m inevitably put in mind of a line from that cult movie Withnail and I in which Richard E Grant entices his lugubriously homosexual Uncle Monty with the notion that Paul McGann’s character is a “Toilet Trader”

The Times appears to envy Streeting’s: interview with The Observer… said joining a customs union would give Labour a distinctive message to take on Reform… Britain had taken “a massive hit” from Brexit – this is of course decidedly NOT a working class Labour voter lure – rather it is a southern English pro-EU enticement from the lad Streeting.

Just me or did news of our NHS overwhelming massive flu epidenmic go a bit quiet this last week?

Hopes of deal rise as doctor’s strike ends… Streeting… signalled his determination to get back to talks (Guardian) – the lad Streeting apparently making all the news today.

We may have a respite from flu (H3N2) but Trump Derrangement (TDS) lingers unabated – there’s a particularly virulent strain supposedly affecting children presenting in the Times: Trump’s legal chief threatened with fines over Epstein delays

Left-leaning journos love nothing more than telling us about some obscure dodgy academic pseudoscientific research paper (preferably foreign) that tends to confirm some progressive notion they hold dear: The study, published in Science and led by Professor Arne Güllich of the University of Kaiserslauten-Landau… – This is frontpage of the formerly serious Times, mind you: Blooming late is no barrier to maturing into great… The children who stood out early in life were usually not the adults who reached the very top

Thank heaven we’ve done away with acedemic selection for grammar schools at age eleven.

Go tell that to child prodigy Mozart: Amadeus: a remake actually worth doing. The new TV adaptation of Peter Shaffer’s 1979 play is cuttingly comic with a more modern feel. (New Statesman)

I’ll give a bit of a TV review mild recommend here. A bit off-topic but hey-ho.

Rowan Atkinson in Man vs. Baby (Netflix) is a noticably un-woke watch in these super-woke times. Christmas-themed and with some overt references to Christianity (oh the progreessive humanity! It’s as though black people never build Stonehenge for us).

Our Rowan is once again the hapless posh house sitter Trevor Bingley (basically Mr Bean) now somewhat less slapstick destructive than in his previous outing in Man vs Bee and more sympathetically heart-warming.

And get this – the baby in question is white!

We get Trevor’s put-upon male back story in this feminised world, where he’s been outed from the family home of former wife and daughter to scratch a living caretaking in a primary school, being bossed about by female teachers.

Supporting characters include our modern day no room at the inn Mary and Joseph – who are white! This couple are homeless in a London where super penthouse owners are the globalist elitist Schwarzenbochs – private jetting back and forth between New York and wherever.

Other rather conservative resonances are British transport infrastucture creaking to a halt, social service staff unwilling to work holiday overtime (think of the children) and over zealous third world sourced parking fine attendents.

And the best of it is – no BBC licence fee was involved in the making of this show.

Jail toilets face away from Mecca
Last Updated: Thursday, 20 April 2006

Facilities in a prison are being built so Muslim inmates do not have to face Mecca while sitting on the toilet.
The Home Office said two new toilet blocks are being installed as part of a refurbishment at Brixton jail in south London.

Faith leaders had told prison bosses it was unacceptable for Muslim inmates to face Mecca while using the toilet.

“The refurbishment has been carried out with due consideration for all faiths”, a Home Office spokeswoman said.
“Following consultation with faith leaders within the prison, various small adjustments were made to ensure the faith issues of all prisoners are taken into account.”

She added: “The money spent did not affect the overall cost of the refurbishment programme.”

        How They Own Us Now

Labour’s digital identity scheme shows you exactly how this works.

Nobody forces you to accept it. You simply discover that without it, you cannot work, cannot claim benefits, cannot receive healthcare, cannot access your own money.

Labour doesn’t arrest you. It erases you from every system that matters.

Power without force, control without accountability.

When the necessities of life flow through a single digital checkpoint controlled by Labour technocrats, whoever manages that system controls your choices completely.

        Appeal to whom?

They are the final authority. Find an alternative? Labour has made itself the only practical option.
Justice follows the same script under Starmer’s watch. The right to jury trial is being systematically restricted. Labour’s own reforms describe this as “improving court efficiency through better case allocation.” Labour-appointed court administrators shuffle cases toward magistrates’ courts where professional judges deliver the verdicts the system requires. Juries cost money, take time, and occasionally refuse to convict the people Labour wants punished. Much simpler to eliminate them.
Appeals? Labour is systematically restricting who can even attempt one. Permission stages and threshold tests are being introduced to strangle appeals before they reach a courtroom – this despite the fact that nearly half of all appeals are currently successful. Official guidance now refers to “filtering unmeritorious applications” before they burden the courts.
Labour’s new barriers will ensure most challenges die in procedural quicksand before you can embarrass anyone in Starmer’s administration. You can still dream of appealing. Whether you’ll be allowed to depends on whether your case threatens Labour’s agenda.

        https://x.com/recusant_raja/status/2003059505102229872

Given that the evidence is that most of Labour are clueless numpties – it’s not an unreasonable thing to imagine – they’re dancing to someone else’s tune?

Labour initially cut the universal Winter Fuel Payment (WFP) for many elderly people in late 2024, making it means-tested to Pension Credit, causing public backlash and internal dissent, leading to a major U-turn in May/June 2025 where they announced most pensioners (those with income up to £35,000) would get it back for Winter 2025/26, reversing the previous restriction. While universal payments are largely restored, some projections suggest eligibility might still fall over time due to rising state pensions pushing people over income thresholds.

Apparently there’s a problem with the Christmas song Jingle bells and the woke don’t like it.

I looked at the history of this song and their problem is that it was sometimes sung in shows by ‘blackface’ singers. Nothing to do with the lyrics.

Logically, that would mean every song ever sung by the bbbc’s Black and White Minstrels should also be banned and never ever heard again.
Everything Al Jolson has done should be removed from existence.
How about anything Trudeau has done? Can that all be memory wiped.

Isn’t it typical of the left wokies that they want to suck the fun and good out of just about everything.
I suppose White Christmas hasn’t got long before the lefties want to ban that.

Nigel has a huge task getting rid of the lefty contamination in just about everything. It would be great if the pendulum (in everything) swung to the right as far as it is now to the left.

MSM TV news normally hide Islamic child-rape gang cases
but tonight’s local ITV news opened with the Rotherham case sentencing of two
almost th same as this Skynews report
Two men have been jailed for raping a teenage girl in Rotherham more than two decades ago.
Kessur Ajaib, 44, received eight-and-a-half years for one count of rape and one count of indecent assault. Mohammed Makhmood, 43, got a seven-year sentence for one count of rape.
Their convictions relate to the same victim, who was aged between 14 to 16 at the time.
The pair were sentenced at the same court on Monday after being found guilty alongside another man, Sageer Hussain, in the summer.
Hussain was convicted of raping a different victim, who the National Crime Agency (NCA) said was aged “about 14” at the time. Last month he received a three year jail sentence at Sheffield Crown Court for the crime, committed when he was also 14.

The NCA investigated the men as part of Operation Stovewood, the investigation into grooming and child sexual abuse in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013.

The killer was staying at the nearby Park Inn Hotel, where Ms Whyte worked, and staff reported Majek, originally from Sudan, had earlier been staring at her and others, in a “scary” and “spooky” manner.

Death Eaters and capacity constraints in this end of our fascist year review edition

Jimmy Kimmel to say ‘fascism has had a great year’ in Channel 4 Christmas message (Steven McIntosh, Entertainment reporter, BBC)

Our BBC tells me he’s a US chat show host and: Channel 4 said Kimmel would deliver a “deeply personal and characteristically jovial address” – well, jovial Terry Wogan he ain’t…

The presenter’s ABC talk show was briefly taken off air in September after comments he made about the shooting of Charlie Kirk. (BBC)

Naturally this American TV celeb is referring to the US and the current elected president he doesn’t support – and our left-leaning Channel 4 and BBC relish the opportunity to broadcast some entertaining fan service for their fast dwindling audience of Trump Derangement sufferers.

But that casually thrown leftist cliché ‘fascism has had a great year’ – (cf ‘This year is on course to be the UK’s hottest since records began’ BBC) – is quite a claim, so let’s look at how it might fit our British experience of politics this last 12 months.

Extremists would not need to create an authoritarian state in Britain: Starmer is doing that for them… The PM and his ministers are supporting illiberal laws that hard-right authoritarians could apply with zeal… if the worst happens and Nigel Farage and his Death Eaters win in 2029, the foundations of an authoritarian state have not already been laid for them… Labour seems perversely determined to prepare the ground (George Monbiot, Guardian, February 2025) – Monbiot going a bit over the top there with his Nigel Farage and his Death Eaters – is that a vegetarian curse? And there was me thinking the failed Austrian painter with the funny mustache was an ally of the veggies. And there was me thinking our Nigel was nothing more than an unreconstructed 1980s Thatcherite.

    Speaking of which…

Online Safety Act: Privacy Threats and Free Speech Risks… back in the 1980s my father’s love letters to my mother, penned in Margaret Thatcher’s England, would arrive in Poland with a censorship stamp from the communist government. Now, with Clause 122 of the Online Safety Act opening the door for client-side scanning of mobile phones, Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer is trying to get his hands on mine. (Anna Richards, The Constitution Society, March 2025)

Experts Alarmed by UK Government’s Companies House ID Checks… warned that the One Login ID verification service used by the government is itself a security risk… “Requesting millions of individuals to submit sensitive identity documents via a platform that hasn’t fully adopted secure-by-design principles introduces significant risk” (Info Security Magazine, August 2025)

Woman jailed for race hate post says she was political prisoner… Lucy Connolly was given a 31-month prison term after her post in the wake of the Southport murders (BBC, August 2025)

Graham Linehan arrested at Heathrow over his X posts… by five officers after arriving on a flight from the US… When asked about the arrest, Starmer’s official spokesman said: “That’s an operational matter for the police.” (BBC, September 2025)

Nick Robinson: How the simmering row over freedom of speech in the UK reached boiling point… “At what point did we become North Korea?” That was the question Nigel Farage posed when asked by a US congressional committee about limitations on freedom of speech in the UK. He was condemning the “awful authoritarian situation we have sunk into” (BBC, September 2025)

Keir Starmer set to unveil digital ID scheme. UK prime minister hoping to avoid his Labour predecessor’s failure to push through plan in the 2000s. (FT, September 2025)

‘Reverse Midas touch’: Starmer plan prompts collapse in support for digital IDs. Net public backing for scheme has fallen to -14% after prime minister’s announcement, according to polling (Guardian, October 2025)

Quarter of jury trials to be axed as Lammy unveils ‘swift courts’ plan (The Law Society Gazette, December 2025)

David Lammy’s proposals for judge-only trials would make England and Wales an outlier. Most countries don’t use jury trials, but few rely on a single judge to pass both verdict and sentence (Institute for Government)

Welcome to Big Brother Britain: Plans unveiled for massive expansion of facial recognition cameras… Ministers are seeking new laws about the use of the technology to pave the way for a major expansion, putting cameras in every police force area. (Daily Mail, December 2025)

‘It’s a stitch up’: Anger as dozens of local elections could be cancelled… Millions of voters could be denied their chance to vote next year after the government decided it would allow dozens of local elections to be cancelled. (ITV News, December 2025)

“We are disappointed by both the timing and substance of the statement. Scheduled elections should as a rule go ahead as planned, and only be postponed in exceptional circumstances…Decisions on any postponements will not be taken until mid-January, less than three months before the scheduled May 2026 elections are due to begin. This uncertainty is unprecedented… As a matter of principle, we do not think that capacity constraints are a legitimate reason for delaying long planned elections (The Electoral Commission)

The UK Foreign Office (FCO) encourages staff to learn about the hijab, famously hosting a World Hijab Day event where staff could try one on, promoting understanding of its significance (liberation, respect) for some Muslim women, though this sparked debate. Generally, UK law (Equality Act 2010) protects religious dress like the hijab in workplaces, with employers needing strong reasons to restrict it, but Border Force officers can ask for face coverings to be removed for identification.

By drawing on the talent and effort of millions of working people in every part of the country.

By forging a new partnership between an active state and dynamic open markets.

And by fostering a new era of global partnerships between nations with shared values and interests.

Over 30,000 UK homes have developed serious damp and mould issues due to botched, substandard installation of insulation under government schemes (ECO4/GBIS) since 2022, particularly with external wall systems. Poor workmanship, inadequate ventilation, and moisture trapped behind insulation are causing structural damage and health risks. The government is working to fix these homes, which are mostly concentrated in cities like London, Birmingham, and Manchester.
