Start the Week 2nd March 2026 IRAN

The State Broadcaster towing the Starmer / Hermer line about Iran . Being on the wrong side for the sake of keeping the TV licence when the Royal Charter is renewed . The people of Iran can go swing – as far as the BBc is concerned – just like their refusal to report the original protests and slaughter. You can trust your BBC ….

I see that the bBC is waffling on about Starmer and Trump without touching on the question of whether Starmer has been developing policy response on behalf of the Labour Party or on behalf of the UK. Judging by the fact that the bBC are avoiding the conversation, then I think that we can assume that it is the former.

She took about 25 minutes to deliver nothing . Which is what Mel stride – the shadow chancellor said ..

‘Dozens dead in Iran school blast blamed on US and Israel strikes’

Dozens dead in Iran school blast blamed on US and Israel strikes’

    Ohhhh…hold on…hold fire…scrub that….

‘At least 148 dead after reported strike on school, Iran says’

BBC immediately went into Gaza mode and dutifully put out Iranian propaganda just to inflame things further…..but people have noticed….

‘The BBC is lost in the fog of war’
‘As part of Israeli and American joint operations in Iran, a girls’ school in Minab, in Iran’s southern Hormozgan province, was struck over the weekend. The death toll is ongoing and cannot be independently verified, although footage shows a collapsed building, smoke and bodies being taken from the rubble. Whatever the final toll, this appears to be a civilian catastrophe.

However, the public response has not been uniform grief. Instead, it has been narrative warfare over who was responsible. Within hours, social media were filled with debunkings and counter-debunkings. There were claims that the footage was old, or that a failed Iranian missile – rather than an Israeli one – was responsible. Open-source investigators proved that a widely shared clip used to support the ‘failed Iranian missile’ story originated from about 1,300 kilometres away, and found there was no supporting evidence for the theory at that time.

However, the debate about the strike highlights the crisis the BBC has helped create. ‘Reported’ and ‘according to officials’ no longer inspire trust. After two years of politicised, deeply biased and credulous war reporting on Gaza, many now believe atrocity stories are simply propaganda – particularly when the BBC is the source.

The BBC’s own editorial guidelines emphasise accuracy and a duty not to mislead audiences. That should mean leading with what can be verified and the limits of its knowledge. At the very least, it should mean treating death tolls proclaimed by the Iranian regime and Hamas as contested claims, not definitive facts.

Trust is declining because the pattern is clear: dramatic figures first, questions later. Until that changes, the BBC will not be a neutral referee in the information war, but rather an amplifier of it.

What happened at the girls’ school in Minab appears to be a tragedy. However, in the fog of war, there is much we simply don’t know. A responsible news organisation would accept this fact. Unfortunately, the BBC has proved itself time and again to be anything but responsible. ‘

Meanwhile dear “lrrelevant Ed” Davey, trying to say something interesting, came up with tax exiles and retired footballers paying tax even if they live abroad……..well done ed .
Just so that he can calm down and be better informed. If the government evacuate British passport holders from Dubai or anywhere else ,they can charge them the commercial rate for the cost of such flights.
The only thing preventing that would be…

    A) The fact that the Foreign office don’t know this
    Or,
    B) They know it but, it would be a lot of bother, far too much bother , to collect it.

      Words, punctuation and pauses (Obama pauses a lot) have a price … Barack Obama’s $400,000 speaking fees reveal what few want to admit {theguardian may2017}

“The reason many of us have been critical of Barack Obama’s outrageous $400,000 speaking fee is that it robs us of a fantasy: that sooner or later, the first black president was going to use his considerable powers, in or out of office, to help the economic ravages of the poor, who are disproportionately black.

That Obama’s project was or ever would be racial and economic justice was always a dream – and the sooner we let go of this and recognize Obama for who he is and what he does, the better we’ll all be.

Some people who disagree with me believe I am racist … I fantasized that he’d join us on the front lines of marches, battle for the salvation of Obamacare in ingenious ways, and maybe turn up at a Black Lives Matter event. But this was all a fantasy. …”

UK gov add 52p to every litre fuel sale – so remove it and reduce government!

      …..

As of early 2026, the UK fuel duty rate is frozen at 52.95 pence per litre for petrol and diesel, a rate maintained since the March 2022 cut. This duty is applied before 20% VAT, and the government has announced plans to increase it by a total of 5p between September 2026 and March 2027.

      ……….

The UK imposes fuel duty (a levy on petrol/diesel) primarily to generate significant Treasury revenue—nearly £25 billion in 2024/25—which funds public services like the NHS, education, and infrastructure. It also acts as a climate change measure to discourage polluting, with a 52.95 pence per litre rate, frozen since 2011.

New Epstein Files found in Iran: Obama sent money to Iran. Iran used it to fund terrorists, stockpile weapons and increase their nuclear capabilities. Obama and Brennan got the CIA to create ISIS to overthrow Assad, which resulted in over 500,000 people killed, and displaced over 10 million people. Obama sent Iran $150 billion and $1.7 billion in physical cash, pallets of money loaded onto unmarked cargo planes in the middle of the night. The DOJ files released yesterday show that $2.3 billion of Epstein’s network ran through Iranian banks, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan. Obama paid Iran to store the evidence, the server farm and the Epstein blackmail tapes and financial records. All moved to Tehran between 2016 and 2019 through Obama’s channels. Lawrence Summers, Obama’s top economic advisor and former Harvard president has resigned from Harvard, and is expected to be arrested for treason. His name appears on the $340 million ‘Epstein trust’ Butterfly Foundation recipient list. Summers met with Epstein at least 14 times after his 2008 conviction. Obama appointed him as Director of the National Economic Council in 2009, one year after Epstein’s conviction. Information comes from Julian Assange and the Epstein files and tapes recovered from Tehran by the US military. A federal grand jury subpoena is expected by March 7.

    Rats leaving a sinking ship…

‘The BBC’s chief operating officer has resigned, becoming the third senior executive departure at the broadcaster in four months, as the corporation pushes ahead with a cost-cutting drive.

Leigh Tavaziva, who spent five years at the BBC, told staff on Tuesday that she would be stepping down in September to “pursue new opportunities”.’

What’s amazing is just how much she is paid….how many more like her living the good life off of the licence fee…so often forced out of the poorest in the land?

‘Ms Tavaziva joined the BBC from Centrica in 2021, taking on responsibility for operations and the technology behind products such as iPlayer. She received a salary of up to £470,000 in 2025.’

The BBC so often justifies itself by saying it is nurturing and nourishing new talent and creativity, the seedbed for the nation’s creative industries….so do it…bring on new talent and pay them apprentice wages instead of hanging on to the grandees such as Lineker who was paid over £1 million and yet his job could have been done by by talented newbies that would undoubtedly grow into the job and become well liked and respected…and then let them go to the commercial side if they want to earn the mega bucks.

The BBC is like the Forces….they buy ever more sophisticated and expensive kit but can only afford a handful of the tanks or planes or ships which means they can’t do their job, they haven’t got the men or quantity of equipment to actually fight a war…the BBC pays huge wages to its ‘talent’ both sides of the cameras which takes away money that should go to programming….which is at the end of the day its whole reason for existence….instead it has become a plaything and a pension fund for entitled lefties to peddle their biased worldviews whilst gorging themselves on our money.

I was trying to work out how the UK lands up failing to support the US and Israel against the evil Iranian regime – even after Iran attacks just about every one it can .

International law – a vacuous concept – with out dated treaties and corrupt judges from God knows where -being obeyed by Hermer / Starmer – whilst other countries interpret it in favour of the US – even France !

I think Hermer is the real evil behind the TTK regime . He lives in the shadows – isn’t seen – isn’t interviewed – is unaccountable . Driven by some image of the UK we never signed up to .

Someone explain that I am wrong . I won’t mind . But trying to work out any kind of clear thinking in the TTK regime takes me back to Hermer .

Maybe now that the UK regime has proved it is unreliable President Trump will treat it in the way it has deserved for a long time .
Perhaps Spain will be the model – cut off from the US because it refused to allow those two key bases to be used in the campaign .
Im sure the White House knows the vast majority of the British support the US – but the British are being held hostage by an alien Marxist regime trying to keep the Islamic vote at any cost ….
