    Worth a visit. The bBC still believe that the conflict is potentially with the secret services. Nothing to do with the fact that the Hillsborough Law will expose UK authorities to criminal law when giving evidence on the grooming gangs, the evidence of which will hole the Labour Party permanently below the water line. £5bn should buy some slightly more savvy journalists but not with a marxist cabal.

    STARTS The border chief in charge of tackling the small boats crisis has quit after failing to bring the numbers down.

    Martin Hewitt, the border security commander, will leave his role by the end of the month as frustration grows at the continued surge in Channel crossings.

    More than 66,000 migrants have reached the UK across the Channel since Labour won the election 19 months ago, at an average rate of 790 a week. The second-highest annual number of crossings – 41,472 – was recorded last year.

    Mr Hewitt, a former head of the National Police Chiefs’ Council, was appointed in September 2024 by Yvette Cooper, the then home secretary.

    With 30 years’ experience across policing and crisis management, including heading the NPCC during the Covid pandemic, he was charged with overseeing a new Border Security Command vested with anti-terror-style Powers …..Ends

    A couple of weeks ago I posted a link to a journalist who suggested that America went in to Iran because it was being used by China as a western front for advancement towards Europe. China does seem to be a problem. Giving away the Chagos islands to Mauritius with a large sum of money is only to China’s benefit. Agreeing to the new Chinese embassy with possible access to information from the City of London only feet away, destroying the European car industry by forcing electric cars on us but without the minerals needed to build the batteries opening up the car market to the Chinese. We have just had 2 men arrested for spying for the Chinese and don’t forget Barry Gardener’s half million pounds. The Chinese do seem to want to move west. Most of the examples are UK, I guess other European countries probably have similar interference.
    And why did Starmer have a large smile on his face as he arrived in China. I could understand why The Donald might not have wanted to share plans regarding Iran with Starmer.

      Deborah – the china – TTK link seems so strong and logical – that visit he did was just so disrespectful- the tour he did – with a low level interpreter for a British PM was painfully embarrassing – and he came back with nothing …

      The only reason china would be interested in the UK would be to use it as a back door into the US – something which is now ‘history ‘ as there is no relationship between UK / US .
