    Increased taxes from oil will mask that £2 billion shortfall for a while …. But as the various leeches on the system demand more and more in the run up to the next election that pressure really is going to kick in.
    Let’s hope the country goes bust sooner than later …..lots of lovely ‘social programs ‘ to cull …..

    I love when the BBC does comedy – so listening to lady Nugee and the monster Thornbury chirping as though they are important was a chuckle ….

    Apparently if the US carries out its’ promise to ( hopefully ) bomb Iran back to the Stone Age – that will be nasty and a breach of international law ( yawn ) ….

    Maybe we are seeing the end of NATO – and all the European mini states freeloading over decades will pay the price – including the UK .

    I wonder how these countries will react to the US pulling out of NATO and going home ? I suspect they’ve been thinking it’s a ‘bluff ‘ … but US / European thinking is so different now .

    And might is right ….the likes of TTK and Hermer will probably celebrate the end of NATO – as will President Putin ….
