One comment has amused me. The moment when Smarmer was roundly Jeered and laughed at Monday’s appearance at Parliament was described as his Ceaucescu moment. I only posted on here a few days ago that Starmer reminded me of Ceaucescu.

For those too young to be familiar with what happened to Ceaucescu or who have forgotten. He was Romania’s dictator for many years but one day he was making a speech from the balcony and the crowd started jeering and booing. He was ousted and eventually executed. The look of bafflement on Starmer’s face was identical to Ceaucescu’s when the crowd started booing.

Amongst the many things I don’t understand about the shenanigans in Downing Street is how Sir Keir can sack all these people instantly. I thought the only reason for instant dismissal is gross misconduct and even then I think the advice is to suspend first and then investigate. Olly Robbins was a civil servant and I would have assumed it would be for the head of the civil service to sack him, and then only after advice of HR. In my humble opinion, losing the confidence of the Prime Minister isn’t a sacking offence. I can only presume Sir Keir is an expert in employment law, well he was in charge of 8000 people as head of the DPP.

      Agreed.

Then of course the BBC run the headlines as ‘Sacked civil servant …’ which totally implies his guilt before the article even starts.

The fact all this can happen without any uproar is a sign of just how deep the left-wing fascist road we now are. The story about Starmer is huge world news – yet as I look now, it is not even mentioned on the front page. You have to go into ‘UK’ to know the story even exists.

They think Israeli soldiers being punished for vandalism is more important on the world stage.

Boy, 17, pleads guilty to synagogue arson attack
    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c86exglegwno

‘A 17-year-old boy has pleaded guilty to arson..’
‘The teenager, a British national from Brent who cannot be named for legal reasons ..’
Implying he would have been named otherwise.

Who else is in this high-agenda article ?.

‘A 19-year-old man who was also arrested after the attack ..’
    Not named either.

‘Officers from Counter Terrorism Policing London said on Tuesday they had arrested three men aged 24, 25 and 26 in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, on Sunday, over an alleged plan to commit an arson attack targeting the Jewish community.’
    No names here either.

‘On Monday, a 25-year-old man was arrested in Stevenage, while a 26-year-old man and two women aged 50 and 59 were arrested in a car in Birmingham. ‘
    No names again.

‘Separately, a 39-year-old man was arrested in Ealing on Tuesday under the Terrorism Act, in connection with an investigation into jars of a non-hazardous substance found in Kensington Gardens on 17 April.’
    Again no name.

‘Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley told the BBC that it was currently “very intimidating for British Jews living in London”.’
I’m not surprised with the perpetrators being protected like this.

‘He described the incidents as an “intimidatory series of attacks” and said “the whole of society should be as outraged at that as we would be on attacks on any other group because of their race or faith”.’

Why aren’t you BBC ?. Where are all the fake empathy-porn reports for the Jews ?.

‘”I think that hatred in the public sphere towards Jews has made them more acceptable as a target for terrorism,” Jonathan Hall KC, the government’s independent reviewer of terror legislation, told Panorama.’

Oh the irony. Telling the BBC’s most extreme agenda ‘flagship’ program what the BBC is 100% guilty of.

One thing is absolutely certain : the racist attacks on the Jews are either by Muslims or the Far-Left Nazis. They are the ones full of hate. With the BBC encouraging and protecting them both every step of the way.

A Kashmir tourist hotspot became a deadly bloodbath. A year on, the pain remains unbearable
    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c8ej3wl130yo

How do the BBC commemorate the anniversary of this attack which saw 16 innocent civilians massacred in cold blood ?.

With the most pathetic empathy porn of course.

The words Muslim, Islam or terrorist are not used. The murderers are described as ‘militants’.

100% on the orders of the BBC agenda team who are shielding Muslim terrorists once again.

    From wiki:

The 2025 Pahalgam attack, also referred to as the 2025 Pahalgam massacre, was an Islamist terrorist attack on tourists by three armed terrorists near Pahalgam in India’s Jammu and Kashmir in which 26 civilians were killed on 22 April 2025. The militants targeted Hindu tourists.

Not a single word of which is mentioned in this article.

F*ck you BBC. When you cover up terrorism like this, YOU are no better than the scum who did it.

Who is in charge, is it our elected politicians, or is it our faceless career functionaries?

The front page of the liberal corporate globalist Financial Times doesn’t give us the answer to this thorny question – but its twin top headline stories, from opposite sides of the pond, certainly highlight the issue:

Robbins tells of No 10 pressure to approve role for Mandelson (FT)
Senate grilling Fed nominee Warsh denies he would ever cut interest rates to please Trump (FT)

Your Mr AsI’s take on the (latest) Mandelson scandal (there have been so many over the years) is that if Keir really wanted his buddy, mentor, secret evil cabal member, or whatever he was to the PM, installed as UK ambassador to the US, then the civil service ought to have complied with his: Just say: ‘Yes, Prime Minister’ (The Sun); ‘Just F***ing approve it!’ (Daily Star) – Pass the Ferrero Rocher, Petey, the job’s a good ‘un – the corollary being of course that if, and when, the appointment went tits up, then Starmer must take absolute full responsibility.

Likewise, if the duly elected US president wants to set economic policy, then the Fed ought to damn well comply. I know the US constitution is stacked with checks and balances and rather different to our own basically legacy monarchical set up – but you’ll get the point.

Managerial technocrats versus the people’s elected tribunes. The extreme manifestation of Trump Derangement and of anti-Brexit crying and whinging are really just the former’s kick back against the latter.

And on a less serious note…

So what do they want us to fret about today?

Science… boasts the left-leaning junior poundshop (plus 10% pre-Iran war inflation: £1.10) Guardian that is the i paper – I feel some climate alarmist angst coming on… Atchoo! Hay fever now lasts two weeks longer (i paper) – Atchoo, indeed… more nudge unit agitprop coming At you!

Meanwhile, over in the OG: Bless you! – blimey, has the godless Graun suddenly gone through some Damascene conversion? I know they recently took a lot of notice of something the Pope had to say: Bless you! Pollen season getting longer, say scientists (Guardian)

But think of the absolute boon this will be for the bees.

In terrorism hate crime news: Boy, 17, pleads guilty to synagogue arson attack… The teenager, a British national from Brent who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested by the Met Police on Sunday after a bottle containing a type of accelerant was thrown through the window of Kenton United Synagogue (Noor Nanji, Correspondent, Reporting from Westminster Magistrates’ Court, BBC) – Now it’s Brent choir boys causing trouble.

I notice the FT is encroaching on Guardian territory, speaking directly to our teachers: Falling births means sums do not add up for schools… experts say what is needed is a broad stategy… to ensure falling roll calls do not harm children’s education (FT) – and there we were thinking smaller class sizes were a good thing.

Never mind about the threat from falling birth rates – leave it to the market – the strict laws of supply and demand will probably solve the problem for us…

I think I may have identified a huge problem. Reform, Nigel Garage and Nadhim Zahawi, are talking about mass deportations of our illegal Channel crossers. They talk about people landing illegally here without permission. However they are wrong. Because they are being picked up mid Channel by our boats and landed here I think they and their free legal teams can rightly claim we brought them here and hence with permission.
It could well be the case that the Government can argue they are undocumented etc but the central point that they are here ‘without permission’ fails.

    Flotsam,

I disagree that “being picked up mid Channel by our boats and landed here I think they and their free legal teams can rightly claim we brought them here and hence with permission”.

The actual attempt in carrying out the ‘break in’ to the UK illegally is a crime in itself. Even the twisted bent lawyers could not argue that the invaders where just enjoying a pleasure cruise when the UK Border farce intervened. The intent and the actual action should be enough to send the illegals back.

I do agree that all of them should be intercepted before they reach UK waters and held for the French to collect. It will be chaotic for 3-4 weeks and then the vast majority will be deterred. I believe there are many solutions, it just needs the political will. All these conversations are pointless until we have a government who really wants to deal with this.

Smash the gangs, one-in-one-out, no-one told me, don’t answer any questions, it’s the far right ……………………….. and the shit goes on for us suckers.

The UK is paying France an additional £16.2 million in a two-month stopgap deal to boost patrols on Channel beaches, following the lapse of a major 2023 agreement. This funding aims to curb small-boat migrant crossings, with the UK pushing for increased surveillance and enforcement after paying over £476m previously

      To the Mouse.
“Smash the Gangs”…………….Smash the Labour Party and the Country instead.

I partly agree with your legal analysis but the argument becomes somewhat more nuanced. Collecting the invaders in French waters will be more difficult legally than if they are collected in UK waters. They could argue they were on a sightseeing, pleasure cruise or fishing trip. The problem will be that they are here and we brought them here.
Anything Reform want to do will be fought tooth and nail by the legal establishment and our institutions.

Brilliant idea. Due to mad-Ed we must have loads of floating oil-drilling platforms around. Just put them in the channel, ask the French to come and collect their criminals, and charge the French rental for storing their criminals.

If the problem is that an environmental impact regime is not in place, and that an insufficient application means that courts can hold the development up, then the problem is the legislation that allows the extremely wealthy interests that have funded countless organisations to lobby, campaign for, and even draft the legislation, and to take judicial reviews against such decisions — and which have funded support for Miliband, including paying for his staff while in opposition.

I was watching PMQs just now. Someone asked about Jonathan Powell when he was appointed special envoy and what security clearance he had. It was like someone had knifed Starmer with a red hot blade, he froze, went red, and suddenly became furious. And he didn’t answer the question.

There is obviously something there that Starmer doesn’t want us to know. Powell is Special Envoy for negotiations between the UK and Mauritius regarding the Chagos Islands.

Is the point of PMQs not for the PM to answer… questions?

If he continues not to, will not a concerned client journalist at least ask when he is due his first aneurysm?

Otherwise we just have 3 more years of performance meltdowns, lies and national undermining.

      Which would be bad.

The world has changed. The threat we now face is more serious and less predictable than at any time since the Cold War. The UK faces war in Europe, growing Russian aggression, new nuclear risks, and daily cyber-attacks at home. Our adversaries are working more in alliance with one another, while technology is changing how war is fought. Drones now kill more people than traditional artillery in the war in Ukraine, and whoever gets new technology into the hands of their Armed Forces the quickest will have the advantage.

The U.S. Department of Justice has released document EFTA01721768 showing that the British Embassy in Washington ran a Jeffrey Epstein File. British state agencies maintained an active classified intelligence channel into American law enforcement on Epstein’s financial and child-safeguarding architecture since 2019. So in 2024, Starmer sent Epstein’s ‘Best Pal’ to run it. Starmer treacherously overruled Britain’s security service agencies to install Mandelson. Secret services had been generating classified intelligence on Jeffrey Epstein’s British network continuously since 2019. So Starmer sent Mandelson to Washington to help cover-up for Epstein. Trump then ordered U.S. intelligence-sharing functions with the British under Five Eyes, to be scaled back as a precaution. Then when Trump was told about Miliband’s secret deal with Communist China, he cut off links to MI6 permanently. Trump did not share any intelligence with Starmer on attacks on the City of London’s Drug Cartels or its Iranian friends. Starmer is mentioned 34 times in the Epstein files. Mandelson is mentioned 5,973 times.

The MHRA says 1 in 7 people have had severe adverse events from covid injections.

Independent statisticians say 23% of the 66,912,637 UK population has never had an mRNA jab. So 1 in 7 of 51,522,730 people in Britain who took the Jab is: 7,360,390 people have been killed or injured by the covid injections.

The most deadly vaccine before 2021 was in 1955, when a vaccine was withdrawn after 174 people were permanently paralysed or killed. But in 2021, the Pfizer mRNA vaccine was approved as “Safe and Effective” after it killed 1,223 people in a 3-month safety trial. The Covid vaccine is still approved as “Safe and Effective” by the MHRA: https://expose-news.com/2026/04/22/i-in-7-people-have-severe-adverse-events/

Andrew Bridgen said: According to the MHRA’s own study data :- 51% of those who took the Covid jabs suffered a medical Adverse Event and 13.7% or 1 in 7 had a Severe Adverse event defined as :-
    1. Death
    2. Disability
    3. Hospitalisation
    4. Congenital defect

Rather emotive use of the term ‘black children’, presumably to make you think of sweet Welsh choir boy-types in their school uniforms. They have defined ‘children’ as ages 10-17. Black children typically develop more quickly than their European counterparts – if you’ve ever encountered a gang of feral 16-17 year old black boys they often have the bodies, strength and aggressive attitudes of adult men. But ‘black youths’ or ‘black teenagers’ doesn’t create quite the same impression as ‘black children’, does it?

Ariane de Rothschild, as CEO of the Edmond de Rothschild Group, is the operational principal of the Edmond branch. The Epstein correspondence shows her holding independent Israeli government relationships, negotiating directly with Epstein on a roster that included Ehud Barak and Jes Staley, forwarding internal bank deal flow to Epstein’s Gmail, gating her own employees’ access to the Gates network through Epstein, exercising delegated authority over the DOJ settlement, and receiving Epstein’s analysis of the David branch’s term sheet for the family name dispute. She ran the bank, and Epstein was her agent. When Epstein was denied his fee on the Gates-JPMorgan impact investing vehicle he had helped design, the correspondence shows his shift to draft emails containing allegations about Gates’s personal conduct, a fabricated resignation letter written in the voice of Boris Nikolic. The Rothschild complex that knew what everyone had done, turned on the Epstein network, then denied its cut. On 29 July 2019, his lawyers met with the FBI and Southern District of New York prosecutors and raised the possibility of cooperation. Twelve days later, he was no longer a concern to the Rothschild complex. Jeffrey Edward Epstein was eliminated on August 10, 2019. The Rothschilds then transferred the Epstein network to Paris and London, and the pandemic treaty negotiations continued through closed-door retreats at Mont-Pèlerin. The Rothschild (Epstein) contact book continues to generate access and the Bank for International Settlements continues to build the Great Reset. So now its Trump versus the Rothschild network. Interesting web intrigue. I read that Bill Gates had an idea of a global pandemic and the mRnA vaccine and was given to an unnamed party (that was never revealed), I suspect Anthony Fauci – who was given a life pardon by Biden for undisclosed reasons. And the Bill Gates link (to COVID) was revealed through Trumps EPSTEIN email files, along with Gates having to admit he contracted (sexual) STV which he later gave to his unhappy wife. Its clear that what EPSTEIN – ran – was more than a posh Brothel….! A sort of clearing house for undesirables including the Mandleson admissions in play now, who would have been Starmers ‘spy’ as an Ambassador. Its all falling apart. The Rothschild connection is new to me.

If the fire-bombed synagogues had been mosques, the Government would respond very differently By Alison Peaaron today in DT

“You can tell this is deadly serious because even the BBC has suddenly started running concerned stories. On Monday night, Panorama had a special report: Antisemitism: Why British Jews Are Afraid. One cause the reporter forgot to mention was the BBC’s own role in stirring up hatred of Israel and Jews. I can’t think how that got left out.”

“No wonder Jews often cite the BBC as a reason they are leaving Britain. I attended one Holocaust memorial event where the mere mention of the BBC’s international editor, Jeremy of Arabia Bowen, caused booing and jeering. I am in no doubt that the BBC has blood on its hands. The new director-general should urgently release The Balen Report, which was written by senior broadcast journalist Malcolm Balen in 2004 after examining hundreds of hours of BBC coverage of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. It was commissioned after persistent complaints from the public and the Israeli government of allegations of anti-Israel bias. We can guess why it hasn’t been published.”

I think we all know why the BBC never released the BALEN report!
Its in the DNA of our national state broadcaster.
