Someone called Matt Chorley is in the BBB do – see below

STARTS Posted on X this morning by Matt Chorley and tellingly retweeted by the BBC Press Office account:

“I owe Nigel Farage an apology.

During last night’s Newsnight we covered the murder of Henry Nowak and the political reaction to the case, including discussing Nigel Farage’s comments about ‘pure, cold rage’.

However I referred to ‘white cold rage’. This was a mistake on my part, a misremembering of the quote. It didn’t change the content of the interview but I should have got the quote right. I apologise to Nigel Farage for this.”

Reform’s shadow home secretary Zia Yusuf last night claimed “the insertion of the word ‘white’ by the BBC is obviously designed to change the meaning completely. It was no slip of the tongue, Chorley said it THREE TIMES.” Now Chorley grovels…ENDS – from guido

Evidence of the BBC bias – just like President Trump

Earlier you mentioned the bbbc’s left wing bias was a big reason for the existence of this website.

The left are always saying things like the bbbc has a right wing bias or supports Israel, things like that which we all know is nonsense.

If the left do feel the bbc is biased to the right you would think there would be a similar website to this but from a bbc is right wing biased perspective.

I’m not aware of any site.
If there is one maybe it died a death because there are no examples of bbc right wing biased perspective.
If by any tiny chance there is a biased (right wing) bbc website, a sort of mirror image of us (through the looking glass into Alice’s World more likely) I’d love to visit it.

EG – it’s part of the far left playbook to accuse others of what they are really doing …. Smoke screening the truth by false allegations – such as the old ‘complaints from left and right meaning we must be okay – we must be in the middle ‘ – the standard BBC lie ….

Nigel Farage’s lawyer has written to the BBC demanding an urgent apology this morning after a furious row was sparked on yesterday’s episode of Newsnight.

“Nigel Farage’s lawyers demand urgent apology from BBC over Newsnight row in which host is accused of ‘defaming’ Reform chief

Nigel Farage’s lawyer has written to the BBC demanding an urgent apology this morning after a furious row was sparked on yesterday’s episode of Newsnight.

The show’s host, Matt Chorley, repeatedly misquoted Mr Farage’s response to the murder of Henry Nowak.

While interviewing Tory leader Kemi Badenoch, Mr Chorley claimed three times that Mr Farage had called on Britons to demonstrate ‘white cold rage’ in response to the youngster’s tragic death.

But the Reform leader actually said ‘pure, cold rage’ in his emergency broadcast yesterday morning.

The Daily Mail has now seen a damning letter from his lawyer to the BBC, accusing the show’s host of ‘racialising’ Mr Farage’s response.

It blasts: ‘It converts a criticism of discriminatory conduct by the authorities into an apparent appeal to race.

‘It suggests that Mr Farage, far from condemning racialised treatment, was himself invoking race as a basis for public anger.

‘In a national debate in which his opponents are already accusing him of inflaming racial tension, that alteration is not inaccuracy at the margins.”

    PMQ summary

It’s becoming more like eulogy time than questions about
Government policy – Lord hazelhurst died – a soldier died – 15 people drowned in the heat – a rugby commentator died – a navy helicopter crashed – and then Henry Nowak ….

I point this out – ready to be accused of having a hard heart – but it took up about 14 minutes of PMQs –

And then there is Farage – I counted 13 oblique references to reform / Farage from the uniparty . Unusually Farage got a question – TTK was ready with his scripted reply – indeed – watching it – TTK relies heavily on his book of written replies – especially the botany – planted – questions read out by feeble Marxist MPs tasked by the whips .

They are all afraid of Nigel Farage …

As expected TTK deflected on Southampton – full force of the law -now and in the future …. Labour stuck a couple of sihk MPs in camera shot . I couldn’t see the knifes their religion requires them to carry ….

Unusually there were a lot of empty seats …. Can’t blame them … the sihk MP for the place where Henry Nowak was killed is still nowhere to be seen …

There was no call for a minutes’ silence – no call for taking the knee – how very TTK

PS – there is also a theme used by the uniparty that ‘Farage mustn’t be allowed to divide us ‘ – yet even TTK referred to the island of strangers – and they all refer to ‘communities ‘ – the crap multiculturalism has already destroyed Britain – all that’s left to ‘unite ‘ – is effing football …

Restore are only standing to deplete the vote for Reform. Lowe could very easily stand his candidate down. If he did that Reform would have a pretty decent chance of winning. Surely, stopping Burnham must be our main priority?

You might well argue, “Why should Lowe do that…what’s in it for him?” Well, perhaps nothing, but…

He isn’t standing a candidate in Aberdeen South because the Conservatives believe they have a chance of winning there.

Christian and Melissa Steffen, kept their three children, a 10-year-old and 8-year-old twins, locked inside their villa in Spain for nearly four years due to an extreme fear of COVID. The children endured squalid conditions including a room piled with used diapers, never left the house, had no outside contact, and received no medical care, resulting in severe physical and developmental issues such as difficulty walking, hunched postures, and bowel control problems. The children were discovered after a neighbour’s suspicions led to a police raid.

The parents were convicted of habitual psychological violence and family abandonment. They both received a 28-month prison sentence and lost custody of their children. They are also banned from approaching their children and ordered to pay compensation.

However, the parents are allowed to wear masks in prison, and receive their 56th booster from Pfizer.

    BBC Two, 2 June 2026

In an interview about the murder of 18 year old Henry Nowak, we mistakenly quoted the Reform UK leader Nigel Farage as saying people should respond to his death with a “white, cold rage”. To be clear Mr Farage actually said “pure, cold rage” as had been stated earlier in the programme and we apologise to him for this error. The programme has been removed from BBC iPlayer and BBC Sounds.

It is now in Parliaments records –

I want the world to hear what we heard during the two weeks of our independent rape gang inquiry hearings —an inquiry that should never have needed to happen. I sincerely urge this Parliament to listen to the testimonies from these brave survivors and to finally act.

      The first testimony:

“He took his pants down, penetrated me, had sex with me. And then he stopped before ejaculation. He picked up the bottle of Jack Daniels, which was now empty, and he forced it up inside me. He broke the glass while he was there. At that point, I was about 12, nearly 13.”

      Another testimony:

“I was held down by the men as they each took turns to …”

      Another:

“Comments were constantly made suggesting that ‘white girls’ and Christian girls were viewed as having fewer morals or lower value, whereas ‘Muslim girls’ ….”

      Another:

“She was a white woman herself, who I imagine may have been groomed and has obviously now married into the family, shouting obscenities at us. ….”

      Another:

“Race did play a part and motivated the selection or demographic of the victims. Throughout my exploitation, the other girls I encountered or who were abused alongside me were almost exclusively white.”

      Another:

“She had a baby by him, and his dad was an Imam. His dad knew. And he got his son married and said that he wasn’t allowed to see the child. They look after their own community.”

      Another:

“Over the course of the abuse, I was raped by multiple police officers in different parts of the country.”

      Another:

“He put a cigarette out on the baby’s face.”

      Another:

“It started when I was 13. I was raped by probably about six or seven hundred different men over the three years.”

      Another:

“They would toot the horn of the car and then a child would be taken to the front door by a staff member of the children’s home.”

      Another:

“I was bleeding from both my vagina and back passage and was so swollen I could not sit down. I told hospital staff my drink had been spiked and I did not know what had happened because I was too afraid to tell the truth. They did not ask any questions. They gave me tablets and discharged me. I was 15.”

      Another:

“Things would escalate around Eid and holidays. ….”

      Another:

“The main clash that I kind of had with the religion side of it was, I grew up a Christian. I would wear my cross because it was something really, really special to me. It was just used as a way to break me down. They said, ‘Where is your God now? Why has your God forsaken you?’”

      Another:

“It was all of the white girls in every home that I went to. I remember a man opening the back of a van and I saw maybe 15, 20 girls locked in dog cages.”

      Another:

“Dogs were brought in and I couldn’t move at all. …..”

      Another:

“I just want it to stop and not happen to any other children and for people to actually act and do something and stop being so scared.”

I could continue for hours and hours. All of us in this building have a responsibility to finally act—not to talk, but to act. Our rape gang inquiry report will be released in the coming days, and it will change Britain for good.

“That has cost young people their health, their happiness and in some cases their lives. That is unforgiveable.”

    Dear Crime Minister,

As a bereaved mother, having needlessly lost her son to NHS negligence. Of whom then embarked on a massive cover up.

I can tell you categorically, the last platitude I wanted to hear from them, the police, the GMC, the NMC or the CPS was “lessons will be learned”

The two phrases that made me want to jump across the table and take their faces off were:
    “Lessons will be learned” and
    “We can’t bring him back”

It’s callous and infuriating and I will never forgive them.

How can lessons be learned if you don’t accept there is a problem to begin with?

Mahmood/Starmer needs to say all protests are wrong ….

2021 “A court in Pakistan has sentenced two men to death for a rape which triggered public outrage.

Abid Malhi and Shafqat Ali Bagga came across a Pakistani-French woman and her two children stranded on a motorway.

The men broke into their car, which had run out of petrol on the road near Lahore, robbed them and raped the woman in front of her children.

Later comments by a policeman, who questioned why the woman had been out late on her own, led to mass protests.

I’ve been thinking ( I know I shouldn’t ) but watching the commons PMQ s today reminded me of the bercow Parliament – the one full of hate for the Brexit vote .

There is a uniparty fear of Farage and Reform for- they – blue or red – constantly refer either directly or indirectly to Farage
/ Reform – the hate / fear just radiates …

They have no regard to local election results – even when a reform MP refers to a Londonistan borough where all blue and red councillors were voted out – all of them .

How can we have another 2 years of this ?

Also – X – is just a battlefield …with keyboard warriors fighting for their beliefs . It’s a shouting match i read but never engage in – there’s no point . Has any mind / view ever been changed ? Has anyone ever written – ‘you know – you are right and I am wrong – im now on your side ?” ….

I dread / wonder – if another Henry Nowak is around the corner … no amount of msm / TTK denial will stop it from going ‘off’ making the minor skirmish of Southampton look like the nothing it was …

But what will the present so called ‘British’ Government do about it?

The ‘British’ government has a better plan: change the people!

“Some party hack decreed that the people
      had lost the government’s confidence
and could only regain it with redoubled effort.
If that is the case, would it not be be simpler,
If the government simply dissolved the people
      And elected another?”

    Today

Bias on ‘yesterday in parliament ‘ – ok – I guess a lot of people zone out when ‘yesterday in parliament ‘ is put on . But today the presenter showed clear anti Farage bias . He played the bit where TTK poured verbal acid on Farage – with Farage – because of the dumb ‘tradition ‘ of Parliament ( one question ) unable to respond – and of course TTK knowing full well .

No wonder Farage doesn’t bother going into the chamber – particularly with the Hate thrown at him from all sides – including the c words sitting behind him who look like they’d stab him if they could …

…. And then there’s a piece about young people having to lowest level of trust in plod – only 44% trust them ? Now why could that be – ? Apart from the self harm of plod – maybe it’s because of what people see online … see Henry Nowak …

“CWORDS”. (All ‘genders’ accepted – generic noun – Scrobs’ Dictionary 2026).

“Polycrisis” – frets the Guardian… I’m guessing some “Omnishambles” may well have caused our “Polycrisis”?

[We know of course real people don’t talk this way – not until prompted by new media coinings – whoever referred to ‘small boats’ for example before they taught us?]

Wealth taxes key to saving the planet says, report (Guardian) – I seem to recall it was some mid-century German doctor of spin who reflected that if you’re going to make an assertion it may as well be a big one. But, ah but, that all too familiar opening gambit that launches a thousand politically driven campaign thrusts as though they were news, you know how it goes… “In shock report, out today…”

The report by the World Inequalities Lab (WIL)… (Graun) – nope, me neither? But I’m guessing by the second or third paragraph I’m going to be exclaiming, admittedly in a tone of tired cynicism, “Oh the humanity!”

Humanity can raise living standards, reduce inequality and keep global heating within a 2C rise, according to a sweeping new vision for planetary survival… The most comprehensive attempt yet to navigate the polycrisis… (Guardian) – is the solution Communism, by any chance? I’m going to leave non-Guardian readers hereabouts on tenterhooks for a bit while we survey other news.

Suffice to say I thought our supermarkets already had this global climate problem cracked: Sainsbury’s stops selling brown eggs over new zero (Telegraph)

    Brown eggs, A.I.?

If you are referencing the classic Dr. Seuss book, you might actually be looking for “Green Eggs and Ham”! However, if you are planning a hearty breakfast combining crispy browned hash browns, eggs, and ham, a Hash Brown Breakfast Skillet is the perfect, one-pan meal – Thank you A.I. – I like the way you’re thinking.

Three Royal Navy crew… helicopter training exercise crashed into a field (Times) – I really hope this one isn’t some DEI hire problem: Female pilot among Navy trio killed in fireball (The Sun)

A return now for my occasional feature “News From The Patriarchy”

So as to test a media published statement for any potential sexist slant – I always like to reverse the sexes referenced and see how the statement sounds.

Spongers, cheats and liars – everything I’ve learned about men in a lifetime of dating… see page 34 – teases the ever-excitable Daily Mail – nope, reverse that one and have a bloke saying it and it comes over as… let’s just say somewhat ungentlemanly, and leave it at that.

Nice to see the Uniparty coming together… and backed by the left-leaning online-only virtual Indy: Leaders unite against Farage for ‘exploiting teenager’s murder’… Starmer and Badenoch join Commons anger…

To any critic of the present Labour-branded iteration of our ruling regime, I’d just like say “Breakfast Clubs”

Front page feature photo in the voice of the regime Times

The Prince of Wales… – the bloke, not the pub: …was greeted by a young admirer as he left the Prince of Peckham… the pub, not the rapper I just made up for the sake of comic symmetry: ……in South London yesterday after a visit to its local breakfast club (Times) – you guessed it, he’s black (the young admirer, not the Prince of Wales)

Is that the message they want to put out there – free breakfast clubs for kids means the adults can run off to the pub?

Rhetoric on Nowak murder risks pushing policing back to the 60s – frets the Guardian playing “defense” for the cops – as the Americans would say. Back to the 60s – I wish. I’d settle for the 70s: “Put your trousers on, yer nicked”

There’s a lot Nowak body cam release reaction fall out – but at the risk of repetition – I’ll leave most commentary about that in other capable hands hereabouts.

I know we left the solution to the Gruan’s planetary polycrisis as a bit of a cliffhanger…

Did you guess it? My guess was Communism…

…a set of bold policy proposals… hefty wealth taxes on billionaires, sharp reduction in working hours, a change in diets and a shift in investment from materially intensive sectors such as industry and mining, to education and health (Guardian)

So just to reiterate: more taxes, more laziness, Sainsbury’s ban on brown eggs of course, fewer consumer goods, more NHS and State schools. We’re getting there.
