    Up2 – as I understand it – e bikes are illegal – yet they seem uncontrolled – compared to the huge restrictions imposed on taxed road users . Perhaps plod can have a stop and seize policy – although they seem to comfortable suppressing free speech to do anything useful.

    Riding my motor scooter – I dread e bikes because I have no idea what they will do .

    YVETTE COOPER WANTS FARAGE TO ACCOUNT FOR HIS CASH?

    Yvette Cooper who styles herself as Foreign secretary was gobbing off about money and Nigel Farage being properly held to account.

    She accuses him of hypocrisy, this is the same Yvette Cooper who came to attention over the Parliamentary expenses scandal.

    Cooper and her husband Ed Balls had difficulty deciding which of their houses was their main residence..and kept flipping it, repeatedly.
    They knew enough and were decisive enough to claim £44,000 (in respect of their constituency home) in expenses and they spent it who knows were but perhaps some went maintaining a London home , worth £650,000 in 2007 values. Some of the money was repaid.

    Glad she knows that there are rules to be followed.

      Balls and Cooper are unusual among ministers in claiming their constituency home in Yorkshire as their main home. By doing so, they are accused of “maximising” their parliamentary allowances by claiming for their more expensive property in Stoke Newington, north London, said to be worth £655,000.

      Although their three children go to school in London, the couple insist that they genuinely feel that their Yorkshire home is their main family home and that they have acted within the rules at all times.
