There is no justice in this country any longer, it consists now of the labour government interfering in the justice system to vilify anyone who stands out objecting to the invasion of this country of those lying, throwing away their passports, no criminal checks, no health checks, claiming asylum yet with no women or children with them..
Justice in Magistrates Courts, 2 year exemplary prison sentences to deter others etc.
I’m not sure how many are aware of this but there are two kinds of “Judges”in Magistrates Courts. There are Lay Magistrates, normally members of the public trained to act as such, in a panel, essentially trial by one’s peers. The Lay Magistrate panel is advised by an officer of the Court. District Judges , previously known as Stipendiary Magistrates, they are salaried employees of the Crown, legally qualified. They normally sit alone and Judge more serious or complex cases. I don’t know for sure but some of these recent ‘far right’ cases were probably held by a District Judge.
Exemplary sentences have always been with us.
iirc magistrates can only impose 6 months max – the added ker-ching is the £30k + escalation to crown court

When you compare, as seen above on here, the 2 years for puncturing a rubber dinghy to the paedo enrichers more or less getting off to show examples of two tier law there’s a little mind game you can play.
Simply swap round the two people committing these crimes but leave everything else exactly the same and then think what sentences they would get.
An easy game though, you were all there about half way through the sentence.

Labour always have an excuse for everything and it’s always somebody else’s fault.
Ask them about anything that’s going wrong (just about everything except £2 bus fares) and you get the following:
Iran. Straits of Hormuz. Brexit. Ukraine/Russia. Israel. Right wing thugs. Farage. Trump. Global warming/cooling/climate change. Every other Party and the list goes on.
They also use the “Burnham has only been PM for a few weeks” or “Labour has only been in power for two years” type of excuse.
Things they don’t want to do anything about they will start an Inquiry or have a new quango, any way to push it into the future.
Same with court cases. When it’s the left or enrichers it takes ages to get anywhere whilst people are stopped from mentioning it, sub judiciary or something, basically to shut people up.
Compare that to Reform where several of them have set out what they will do and said they would resign if it wasn’t done by the first 100 days.
