‘Islamist bomb threats have closed schools across Northern Ireland.
Some 300 schools had received a bomb threat that had originated from outside the UK, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said.
In Scotland, meanwhile, a number of schools also received “threatening messages”, which Police Scotland are treating as hoaxes.
Schools in Hungary and Serbia also appeared to be targetted by the hoax.
The Stormont education minister said the Northern Irish schools had received a threat “from Islamists threatening that Sharia law will be brought into our country and that there is viable devices within those school settings”.
Speaking at Stormont, Paul Givan told reporters that the message had concluded with “Allah Akbar”.
Oddly the BBC made absolutely no mention of ‘Islamist’ or ‘Sharia’….it’s clearly a hoax threat but that doesn’t mean it didn’t originate from Islamists….and thus is part of the war against the West and should be noted as such….it could well be Iran stirring up chaos….ah…yeah…the pro-Iran BBC probably doesn’t want to make any such connection.
