BINYAN MOHAMMED TO GET HIS OWN BBC TV SHOW?

Not impossible given the love-in between the State Broadcaster and the Ethiopian Jihad poster-boy Binyam Mohammed. I am heartily sick of the way in which the BBC pushes Mr Mohammed, and before him Moazzam Begg, as some sort of doe eyed innocent victims of our bad and evil security services. It seems to me that the BBC avoids asking hard questions of Mohammed and Begg and instead simply uses their grievance as grist to its own mill, always aiming to undermine the moral of our military and our intelligence services. It is maddening the way in which OUR cash is taken and then used by the BBC to promote the notion that all these Jihadists are innocent. Perhaps Binyam will get his own talent show “Simply Come Jihad” in which celebrities travel to distant countries to “find themselves”, then get captured by the evil spawn of the Great Satan, and compete to see who can illicit the most sympathy from a panel of judges.

    “Is Binyam Mohamed a Martyr?”

Extract, from ‘Front Page Magazine’  (FPM) article:

    Q. from ‘FPM’  :

        ” Who is BINYAM MOHAMED?”

“Joscelyn: Binyam Mohamed was recruited by al Qaeda a few months prior to the September 11 attacks. He traveled to Afghanistan in the summer of 2001 and was trained in al Qaeda’s al Farouq training camp – the crown jewel of al Qaeda’s pre-9/11 training infrastructure. Some of the 9/11 hijackers were trained there. After 9/11, Mohamed retreated to Pakistan along with senior al Qaeda members. He then became part of al Qaeda’s post-9/11 plotting. Along with convicted terrorist Jose Padilla, Mohamed was set to take part in a plot against civilian targets inside the U.S. Padilla and Mohamed considered several plots, but had settled on an attack against a high-rise apartment building at the urging of senior al Qaeda terrorists, including September 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM).
Padilla and Mohamed were not successful in their plot, of course, as they were separately arrested and detained.”

    “Is Binyam Mohamed a Martyr?”

Another extract from ‘Front Page Magazine’ (FPM) article:

“FPM: The UK press has written numerous articles about Mohamed and his torture claims, but I haven’t seen much written about his role in al Qaeda’s post-9/11 plotting. Why is that?

“Joscelyn: Mohamed and other former detainees, with the help of their lawyers, have been able to successfully frame the press’s story in many instances. You will find that the detainees and their lawyers are frequently primary sources in the press’s coverage. Meanwhile, the intelligence officials who were responsible for tracking down and interrogating al Qaeda agents like Mohamed are either busy doing their jobs or fearful of having their reputations dragged through the mud. The result is that the coverage is very lopsided. In addition, with some exceptions, journalists don’t seem very interested in telling the story of how an al Qaeda attack was stopped after September 11. They are more interested in exposing the supposedly evil deeds of the UK and American governments, especially those committed by the Blair and Bush regimes.

“FPM: That is remarkable though, isn’t it? Here, an al Qaeda agent has been turned into something of a martyr and yet if he had his way he surely would have taken part in an attack killing untold numbers of civilians. But the global left, including organizations such as Amnesty International, have embraced al Qaeda operatives like Mohamed.”

Ha ha and quite true David.

I wonder if these BBC traitors ever ponder their future under a less sympathetic government, which is of course an inevitability as democracy naturally crumbles under the social fractures so assidiously promoted by said coterie of BBC execs clad in Armani jackets and suspect genes?

In “Propaganda for the Day” Lord Harries of Pentregarth (a noted liberal ex-Bishop of Oxford who made his name in the heroic struggle against Section 28) described BM as “a British subject”.  BM is, of course, an Ethiopian national found guilty twice of using a forged British passport.

Thanks, Umbongo – Madame de Haro duly castigated yours truly here during TFTD for spoiling the domestic bliss of breakfast by screaming “he was a British resident, not a British subject, you prat” (or something less polite).

Although I did think that, despite the presenters giving the right-on legal spiegel from Reprieve as much latitude as poss, Kim Howells acquitted himself very well.

Glad to be of service.  Frankly, in law  he is not a British resident and wasn’t one at the time he claims he was tortured.  He left the UK of his own free will and then tried to use a forged British passport.  Accordingly, he surrendered voluntarily any rights to British residency and compounded this by committing a crime involving a British official document.

Even if it’s all true I fail to see why we give this scrote house-room.  He is, if not a terrorist, an apologist for and supporter of Islamic terrorism.  Not surprising then that Liberty and the whole rag-bag of bien pensant rent-a-gobs have made him their poster boy of the year.

In a democracy a broadcaster with a duty to impartiality has a duty to be biased against those who would destroy democracy.  The fact that the BBC provide platforms not interviews to Islamofascists like Begg and Mohammed speaks volumes at how far beyond the democratic pale the BBC is.

Moazzem Begg and Binyam Mohammed are a very aptly named pair:  They should both be sent back to ‘Binyam and Mo’.

Maybe the Conservatives do not want to be elected, for they know that when the chickens come home, the party in power will be blamed for the entire mess of the last 40 years, and will be out of power for decades.

I sometimes believe that neither of the main partys wish to be elected to power for the coming session. Why else have they been coming out with ever more unpopular policies for the last year.
