‘Should John Inverdale be sacked for his boorish remarks about Wimbledon winner Marion Bartoli ? “He was wrong, but sackings must be proportionate”
    There’s that word again.
At least he didn’t say ‘lessons have been learned’.

See…. not ‘sacked’ at all. Or ‘banned’. As a whole. Just ‘won’t work there’.
I wonder if she got a few mill bye-bye money too?
‘BBC arts correspondent David Sillito said the row was about “what is and what is not acceptable to say in a workplace” …’depending’… David?
‘Lawyer Mark Stephens said the BBC had acted within its rights’
By sheer coincidence he seems the go-to guy when a ‘lawyer’ is needed who says what the BBC wants.
I wonder what his view on this latest one may be?
    In other news…

Those here whose attention span is limited to first paragraphs only, will appreciate the one in the job ad link.
    I know I did.

How the BBC deals with a very obvious joke, which I’m sure will have most readers laughing out loud.

The Po faced bunch, no wonder the ‘comedy’ is so crap !

Even more politically egregious than the above, although INBBC would not comment. N. Clegg-

And Cameron-Clegg-May-Warsi are united in banning American freedom fighters, Geller and Spencer from Britain. And INBBC acquiesces.

And so the Islamisation of Britain is speeded up.

“I’m extremely proud to be the Prime Minister of a country where people can freely practice their beliefs.”

Like cutting peoples heads off, burning books in the street, threatening death on anyone who offends them, leaves the religion, doesn’t do it right, transgresses some barbaric law – well more or less anyone in the UK they choose, and that’s all OK so long as it isn’t a politician they attack.

I can’t get sound for the clegg one – but looking at his jawline on it, that video seems to have been done some time and two stone ago.

Also noted Camerons head is becoming more square by the day. I’ve tried thinking of a pun to go with that comment but its far too early.

Isn’t it a bit racist for the Prime Minister to state that Mohammedans pray for the well-being of only poor and suffering Mohammedans and nobody else?

    What the BBC didn’t report;
    Mass resignation at Al Jazeerah.

Indian media: Problems in Bihar blasts investigation

The BBC doesn’t mention the words Islam, Muslim or Mujahideen. The idian reports all mention that the most likely perpetrators are Indian Mujahideen.

    etc. etc.
    The BBC is the enemy.

Fez`s raised to the honourable, honest journalists of Al Jazeera for behaving as true Muslims would do.
As opposed to all those BBC hacks piled high, going nowhere but to our pockets waving expenses…who doubtless think that they`re not in the hook of Abu Hamza with every fetid breath of theirs.
Pleasing to hear of open bias being taken on by those that report it…as opposed to the BBC who don`t even have to suck up to Islam but take a perverted pleasure in doing so.
As if Lawrence of Arabia stuck a Turkish Delight up his own rectum and hoped to appear in a Carry On film…who actually weren`t far off in the cultural cringe shown to Islam as we see it today.

I did wonder what Jim Naughtie was doing out in Cairo, when the Proms are about to start! After all, who else will climb the tartan cushion in the BBC Royal Box if not the Tartan Toothpick?
I think I found my answer-since wee Jim has managed to get all his netherworld Arab Street goonies in front of a mic, all we`ve heard is puffing up Morsis Muslim Brotherhood…I no longer am hearing much from the opposition that brought Morsi out of power(unlike last week, when a few testy Egyptians tore into Humph etc…funny we`ll not be hearing THAT kind of seditious talk again on the Today Prog).
I`m pretty sure that Jims Turkish Baths and slipperings will “create that mood” that hopes we`ll all be calling for Morsi to be released…for “negotiations” with whatever Islamic fundies that Jim can gather around his fluffy microphone…and generally a suckup to Islam and Sharia insh`Allah!
Why else is the Paisley poltroon still out there on our tab….he`s surely cleaned out the minibar by now?

  8. Sir Arthur Strebe-Grebling says:

The bBBC just can’t themselves: Corruption getting worse, says poll
More than one in two people think corruption has worsened over the last two years, according to a public opinion survey by Transparency International. Its annual Global Corruption Barometer found 27% of respondents said they had paid a bribe when accessing public services and institutions in the last year. The survey covered more than 100 countries.
OK, so which of those 100 countries might spring to mind as examples where corruption is rife? Nigeria? India? Yemen?
No, the first country mentioned in the bBBC report is the USA. Next is the UK. Can’t mention any of the elephants in the room where the inhabitants have had a lot of sunburn.

    Stands back in amazement.

    Totally gobsmacked.

How did it get past the Beeboid thought police?

I’ve just been watching “Luther”. Whilst acknowledging the usual bias, this one must have slipped under the radar ( Life on Mars ).

The character’s attitude to authority and rules reminds me of another series much derided by the liberal, metrosexual elite.

    I’ll give you a clue:-

“We’re the Sweeney son, and we haven’t had any breakfast”.

Maybe, only just, it has something to do with ethnicity.
