The bBC has reported on the release of so called Irishman Ibrahim Halawa who was nicked and jailed 4 years ago when he and his family were picked up by the Egyptian Old bill. Since then the bBC has gone out of its way in which to promote this female sex organ as a … victim.
The thing is the bBC is somewhat remiss on the background of the Halawa family. You see they are Muslim brotherhood royalty. Whilst the bBC promotes the image that the Halawa siblings just happened to be on holiday when the MB were removed. The facts on the ground say otherwise. Yet the bBC refuse to mention those facts. Facts such as this video:
I don’t think the BBC will be interested in reporting any of this .According to the Straits Times ( reported on the Dry Bones cartoon site)
LAHORE, Pakistan (AFP) – A Pakistani Christian man has been sentenced to death for blasphemy after he sent a Muslim friend a poem on WhatsApp that insulted Islam, a lawyer said on Friday (Sept 15). Nadeem James was charged in July last year after his Muslim friend Yasir Bashir complained to police that he received a poem on the messaging app that was derogatory towards the Prophet Mohammed and other holy figures. “James was handed a death sentence by the court on Thursday on blasphemy charges,” defence lawyer Anjum Wakeel said.
“My client will appeal the sentence in the high court as he has been framed by his friend, who was annoyed over James’ affair with a Muslim girl,” Mr Wakeel said. He said the trial was held inside a prison due to security reasons after local Muslim clerics had threatened James and his family. Court officials confirmed the sentence.
Blasphemy is a hugely sensitive issue in conservative Muslim Pakistan, where even unproven allegations can stir beatings and mob violence. In 2014, a Christian couple were lynched then burnt in a kiln in Punjab province after being falsely accused of desecrating the Quran. Rights groups have said the laws are routinely abused to seek vengeance.
An absolutely appalling story. Maybe if the BBC could get their heads from up a Rohingya Muslims arse, they might care to tell us why THOSE injustices need endless inflatings, whereas this poor lads right to life is somehow not worth us knowing about.
Where are the churches then, when they might be expected to know or speak out on this-it`s not as if it`s the first time is it?
Yet, we`ve just had endless musings over how the British screwed up over the partition of India and Pakistan.
Pakistan has been described as an Army with a State attached to it. The Ministry of Defence need to tell the Pakistanis that if they kill this lad, then all their bloody officers here are getting kicked out. When are we actually going to stick up for Christains worldwide?..Muslims at least can feign this when they need to.
Will pray for this poor lad, just sick of these stories.
Every day I switch on the BBC, there seems to be “a special report or investigation commissioned by the BBC”. Nine times out of ten it is anti-Tory or anti-Brexit. I was under the misapprehension that we paid out TV tax to commission the BBC to report unbiased News. These days they are more intent on creating Socialist news and propaganda to hammer the Government. Also by coincidence they always seem to have one of these “investigations” ready to go when bad news (Islamic terrorist attack) strikes (the lastest one was the mental health of poorly paid firemen who have had to suffer the likes of Grenfell). They can then quickly roll this out and minimise their reporting of those poor souls that have been radicalised. Sickening that we are actually paying for these pro-Corbyn broadcasts. I dearly wish there was an investigation into the BBC’s investigations and the goings on behind the scenes at this corrupt organistation spreading fake news.
it installs what is known as DHIMITUDE a state of paralysed submisson similar to uncle tom phobia where the victims accept their subhuman status without question . Whatever the barbarity committed by their masters on others or even themselves, they defend to the hilt knowing that if they do not they will be severely punished or killed. The BBC is heavily infected witj this lethal mental affliction.
Couldn’t agree more. I said this years ago and still it goes on. As soon as they say ” a report commissioned by the BBC has found that…” everyone should immediately switch off or reach for an additional blood pressure tablet!!!
….and no-one seems to ask the obvious question… “…and what was the objective of commissioning this report in the first place ?”
If the investigator was set up to prove a point that the BBC wished to advance, then you can hardly call it objective reporting or analysis. As has been mentioned above, there does seem to be a tendency to slant these reports into delivering negative findings about the BBC’s pet hates, or to provide cover, or equivalence, for other stories that don’t match the BBC’s bias.
You can write the conclusion of the report before they have even started, and they generally are of course.
The BBC have commissioned a report on the EU and it concludes it is a good thing. They BBC report the finding of a (TUC) funded report that concludes the public sector ought to be given more money. A wholly independent report produced by journalists wanting to work for the BBC have concluded that the BBC is spiffing.
Al beeb is drawing a picture that the Brexit planning is chaotic . I don’t think it is but if deals aren’t made I think that will be good all round. We just leave . No cash hand over – no transition over years and then we ll see who shouts the loudest about the need for agreement .
I just hope that we ll have enough customs and border staff to control the border .
Each EU country will have to make bi lateral agreements for residence and import exports .
The way the EU non elected managers are behaving its as much as they deserve.
Its incredible that the leavers and the BBC in particular can find no fault with the EU,s stance in the negotiations and they fall over themselves to present Junkers pronouncements as received wisdom.
Still waiting for the five minutes of positivity on Brexit or Trump or Britain.
So very odd though, no one at the bbc or Ofcom or Government cares to do a darned thing about it.
If the bbc would simply admit, have it written into the Charter maybe, that they are a left wing pressure group and disseminator of Progressive Globalist propaganda, with an avowed aim to change rather than simply report – I might have just a little respect for them.
Seems to me that the various statements coming from the EU, in particular Juncker Verhofstadt and Barnier suggest that things are going somewhat better for UK than we are seeing from our own media (including the BBC).
I believe this teenager represents what we are dealing with in terms of understanding the World … turning up to a protest, but not understanding or being able to back her beliefs …
“So you don’t think there are passages in the Koran that encourage the murder of gay people?” – Interviewer
“No there isn’t. Have you read the Koran?” – Teenager at protest
… then they later respond with ….
“I can’t be arsed…(mumbles, giggles, walks off, learns nothing)” – Teenager at protest
For us, diversity isn’t a strategy; it’s an essential part of who we are.
Equality of opportunity is at the heart of our recruitment process. You’ll be judged on your suitability for the job and nothing else.
Our Access Services are available to anyone who needs support with any aspect of their application.
When you apply for a job, you’ll be asked a diversity questionnaire. You don’t need to answer and we only ask because having a diverse workforce is so important to us. We only use the information to help us improve how we do things in the future.
.. but if nobody fills in the BBC Diversity Questionnaire, how will the BBC fill the Diversity Quotas it is setting? …
… but if I’m a man then it is better to say I’m a women (in transit) as it means I have a better chance at a job … 50% … rather than if I’m a boring heterosexual man … in fact the more diversity boxes I tick the better my chances of a job!
I just wanted to say Hi ,
I joined the site recently after a couple of months reading members posts . I found the site by googleing BBC bias after becoming sick and tired of ” experiencing” it . Before finding this site my better half and I thought it must “just be us ” so its been fantastic to read that it wasn’t. We don’t watch any BBC ” news ” now or their morning misery start to the day.
Life is nicer when you get the BBC the hell out of it .
Welcome Dimebars, even though I don’t post much nowadays because I don’t watch the Beeb anymore, or rarely visit their ‘news’ website I still log in pretty much everyday to read the comments. It’s a little oasis of sense in a terribly mixed up world that our politicians have cursed us with.
I haven’t actually switched off from the BBC but watch an awful lot less than I did and hence why I comment here less. Bit even with the amount I do watch, I usually find the bias within seconds.
So coming to Biased BBC is now one of my main sources for news. Which means as well as David Vance and Alan, I may use this as an opportunity to thank people who put up links on this site.
Welcome dimebars – as long as you are not a spy from al Beeb . No doubt you are now on a ‘potential threat to the state ‘list with the rest of us now. It is a shame this site can’t get more coverage. Maybe unofficial advertising.
You now join the problem of receiving main stream media such as al Beeb as well as not being upset by the anti British bias. I just ration it and avoid their news output when I can but a bit of me ‘enjoys’ al beebs use of propaganda to get over its liberal pro Islam multicultural poison.
Hi Fedup , No , I’m not a spy for the BBC , far from it and as for being on the list with the rest of you now thats why I decided to announce myself . If you lot are are ever going down as a threat to the state then I’m with you all, all the way .
I’ve never been much for typing my opinion ( even though I do ) but in everyday situations I’m more than glad to tell people exactly what I think of theirs , telling the truth is far more satisfying and platitudes stink anyway .
I love the site and I’m always amazed at just how much information that you guys come up with and I’ve had more laughs at some of the funnier uploads than I’ve had from any BBC comedy in years .
Hello Dimebars
I am new as well, today in fact. I wasn’t too impressed with the ITV News at Ten either, it seems no better than the BBC, especially with Peston giving his overt anti-Brexit slant on what Boris Johnson didn’t actually say. This story headlined before the one about the terrorists repaying this country by bombing a tube station.
Sky website is also just as bad as BBC in its bias, and usually a mirror image of articles – they must get their info from a centralised source. Fox is such a refreshing change, although it’s really just Trump news! Note the ‘news story’ about the tube bombers is absent from the BBC main webpage now.
Ive often thought about the similarity in news reports to those of the bBBC. I imagine they are all briefed daily “This is the BS we are going to peddle to the minions today”…..
It’s mostly due to the fact that they are all of the same mind. Having got to the top of news organisations, editors only employ like-minded hacks, which isn’t hard to do as they are all ‘educated’ by the same handful of far Left academics. It only takes a decade or so to seize control that way and little blood is spilled.
Given a Left compliant newsroom fed on a diet of handouts from Left wing sources (see my earlier post where I quoted former BBC newsman Scott Gronmark) the result is the constant stream of Leftist drivel we are fed from the broadcast media and much of the printed press.
No need for tanks, revolutions or executions. They will come later.
I listened to the Jezza Swine Show this lunchtime discussing the recent…er…unpleasantness on the Tube.
Vine interviewed some female writer who said that she assessed the threat posed by an elderly vicar’s wife wearing a rucksack on a tube train in the same way she would an “Asian” in his twenties similarly attired.
She also described how wonderful the multicultural milieu one finds in London was, yet apparently she had moved herself and her family out to Oxfordshire; I presume because it is possible to have just too much of a good thing.
Listening to this typical; grotesque; BBC; PC tripe, I was reminded of how Steve Sailer so accurately defined it:
I like to equate it with AIDS. Your critical faculties are to your mind what your immune system is to your body. Just as infected patients become vulnerable to opportunistic diseases like flu or pneumonia, victims of PC have their critical capacities so ravaged that the Police could just sit by, do nothing as school girls get raped and tortured on an industrial scale. What happened to the rule of law in Rotherham and other places? Such is the witchcraft of political correctnsss.
Piece on bbc WS – the 15 month Jewish baby swiftly transported to the gas chamber.
It seems the more heinous the crimes, the more we are required to forget. Even though years have passed I find it hard to understand how Germans can hold their heads up and yet we, in Britain, are constantly reminded of events such as the Amritsar massacre etc., – Amazing.
Can’t this bloke say something positive about Great Britain and Brexit?
“Brexit represented a “real shock” about which monetary policy “can do little”, Mr Carney warned and added that there remains “considerable risks” to the outlook for the UK economy.”
The position of Governor of the Bank of England should be proscribed for foreigners – only open to Brits.
And despite having a British passport and an Irish passport in addition to his Canadian one he is, most decidedly, a foreigner.
Carney is one of Osbornes manbag carriers in exile isn`t he?
Like Bliar(who he calls “The Master”)-he purposefully put Carney in to issue punishment beatings of what have you, even after he`d scooted off to his many jobs.
I am on holiday and a couple of hours ahead of uk time . I posted yesterday that the Times, Express, Mail and Guardian were not allowing any comments on the Parons Green bombing. This morning I took a look at the Times at about 5am uk time and under a new article about the bomb being made in a garden shed there were comments about a dozen. After breakfast I went back to look again and they had all disappeared and no comments were allowed. Checked the other papers and again no comments allowed. I find it strange. That the Times allows a few comments in the dead of night and then removes them in the early morning. Perhaps they will reappear later.
Of course the comments were all critical of the various pro immigrant, refugee, migrant lobbyists and the government for letting more in. But I am getting increasingly concerned that there is a concerted effort by the authorities to shut down public comment on this topic. What next full blown censorship so that Islamic attacks are never reported, how do we know that isn’t already happening? After all the French, German and Swedish authorities and press have all ‘ under reported’ Islamic attacks. Perhaps there have been more attacks than are reported. Once freedom of speech is curtailed any sensible person begins to doubt everything that they are being told and suspects that there is much that is not being reported. The government and the press have lost credibility and trust on this issue. Of course the BBC lost both years ago.
I think that the papers hide behind the argument that public comment will prejudice the case if/when it comes to trial, and perhaps the accused would yes that defence. I’m not sure how valid it is. Any suitable lawyers on here?
Meanwhile , free discussion about the Muslim war on Britain and the west is restricted to sites like this. I suspect we are all being monitored by agencies who will report us to Saunders as purveyors of hate speech.
The first five news stories on Toady are all about their favoured ideology.
For a peaceful faith it sure seems to create a lot of hassle. I know they are all perverting a noble religion. Why do they never pervert Hinduism instead?
To see how far the BBC have plunged, try the DVD of their 1977 drama ‘Wings’. Several episodes into this serial about the Royal Flying Corps in 1915, and Mr Hand-Basket and I haven’t seen anything historically unbelievable. Not even one transgendered Somali has been shown in air battles or trench warfare.
(I’m just afraid they’ll do a re-make. Baron von Richthofen will be portrayed as claiming that Germany only wanted a unified, peaceful Europe, and it broke his heart to shoot down out interfering pilots. The Germans’ Junkers war plane probably won’t get a mention either.)
Speaking of aircraft, I’ve a story from Australia. The government have sent out a postal survey to test public reaction to marriage law change. A form arrived at our house today asking: ‘Should the law be changed to allow same-sex couples to marry?’ The media are all propagandising for ‘Yes’ to what they term ‘marriage equality’. (It never occurs to them that even gay-friendly people may find the whole idea damned silly.) However, an enterprising pilot took a plane up and wrote: ‘Vote no!’ in huge vapour-trail letters above central Sydney.
The liberal ruling class are having a fit of the vapours.
Ah yes, the ‘equality’ lie. All adult men and women have had equal rights to marry for centuries, finding a willing partner is the problem for most.
Then there was the ‘all we want are civil partnerships’ lie when all along they wanted to destroy the universal concept of marriage.
The inevitable result has been the creation of new inequalities – the self-proclaimed ‘same-sex’ couple now has a choice of ‘marriage’ or ‘civil partnership’, the later being denied to normal couples, (I’m reclaiming the use of normal to mean conforming to the standard, the usual etc.), or for that matter the various sex pairings of siblings.
I’m at a loss to understand why two non-related, co-habiting, same-sex, (not necessarily engaged in mutual sexual activity), people should be able to claim pension and property rights via civil partnership when siblings, literally after a lifetime’s relationship and investment in a property can’t. Perhaps there is a verse in the Koran that they could invoke?
Thanks to the media changing attitudes, homosexuality and transgender is rapidly becoming more or less the ‘norm’ now, and we certainly don’t want to return to the days of fear they suffered decades ago. However, I don’t appreciate having it shoved in my face (metaphorically !) by tv dramas and ads, and its not my business what anyone gets up to behind closed doors. I do get a bit twitchy though, when the term ‘natural’ is brought into the conversation. Surely the animal kingdom is about as ‘natural’ as can be attained, and I’ve yet to see two of the same sex of anything in a comprising situation.
“[M]any researchers have described homosexuality as something altogether different from sex. They must realise that animals can have sex with who they will, when they will and without consideration to a researcher’s ethical principles”
My dog often tries to have sex with my leg, that doesn’t mean my dog is gay or heterosexual, my leg isn’t even the same species, it just shows that some animals and people will try and shag anything that keeps still long enough.
The problem is Brissles, its one thing to treat all as equal , but once something becomes a trendy cause célèbre , it becomes unstoppable and extreme. Then the rest of us are pilloried for voicing concerns or different views.Very concerning.
I am seriously worried for young children who are caught up in the transgender craze currently going on and being promoted on the BBC.Any one who has had children knows only too well how they love to dress up ,play with each others toys and say a lot of stuff they have no way of really understanding .
The BBC especially the dire V D show has no brief to push this agenda.
We can only blame ourselves I think.
This has long been going on, ever since Wolfenden in the late 50s.
You lose Judeao-Christianity as your social glue? Then what Roy Jenkins and all his like leave you with is a pile of bricks, that Islam is now turning into stones for the executions.
When idiots confuse illegality with immorality…and we ourselves prefer being shameless to being guilty, then we end up like this.
Thankfully Islam is now providing the nasty vicious alternative that shows up the lefty liberals for the craven cowards that they are-if we choose to follow the likes of Osborne and Rudd, well Islam isn`t going to.
Hi Alicia Sinclair, no point blaming ourselves – “ourselves” are a function of our socialisation, education, and the media and environment we grew up with. We need to remain analytical and work out what needs to be done to counteract what is happening. With regard the issue at hand – that is to work to stop the BBC tax.
I would be interested in knowing if there is an equivalent of the BBC anywhere else in the world?
What 98% of the general population does is ‘normal’.
No doubt within the portals of the BBC ninety-eight percent of them are homosexual or ‘trandsgender’ so to them that is ‘normal’ and the rest of us are perverted or ‘regressive’.
It takes a certain degree of arrogance to go against the norms of millenia.
This is our Leader, we will defend security and sovereignty of our country. We will stand with her and she has full of mandate.
A mother must act to protect her children from mad Dogs, thats what she is doing in her country… kudos to you lady.. #WeSupportYou
Hey BBC, if you want dollar, you have a chance to stand with myanmar for fairness by supporting for our peace. When we become rich we can give you the dollar you want.
BBC, u just cut a piece of her speech and provoke the angers of people who do not know or understand the details well. what is your motive behind?
So the lady hitler of Asia revealed her real face, wonder why hitler, musolini, kim jong ill and un didnt receive the nobel awards?
Wherever in the world you find Islam, you find death, war and terrorism.
Ironic considering it’s the “Religion” of peace.
Every single war (except the Ukrainian civil war) that has been fought in the 21st century has involved Muslims ????
I love the way you (BBC) phrase it bbc ….she talked abt peace n harmony i request all ppl to watch her speech its only 30 mins…n u will know the truth…dont believe me or bbc ,listen the speech urself n decide 😀 humble request
… comments above are from the BBC Facebook page for the following story …
BBC Wales local news last night covered the 20th anniversary of devolution. It interviewed some of the same people it interviewed “on the day”. It must have had some terrible responses as the first and best comments broadcast were that the advantage of having a Labour controlled Assembly for most of that time were free prescriptions, the plastic bag charge, and the smoking ban on enclosed premises! Even the First Minister could only think of what might not have happened – the Cardiff Airport might not have been municipalised!
Come on BBC Wales – can’t you think up better fake news than that?
Where were the improvements in the Welsh NHS, Welsh Education, the Welsh economy?
Oops, I forgot, everyone who lives in Wales knows the truth about those!
Devolution has been a disaster in Scotland and less damaging but still an embarrassing waste of money in Wales. We’ve also created a useless extra tier of politicians who must be paid for, not forgetting the civil servants who go with them. Recent news was of huge credit card expense payments to these parasites in Wales.
You need to mention the positive aspects of the Welsh Assembly.
Though Wales now has a deficit of over 15 billion quid the Assembly still spends money like water to keep the economy going.
Its leader Carwyn Jones spent 10K on hiring jet for himself, and his lardy arsed assistants, to go to the Euros. We don’t know what the tax payer paid for his accommodation and feeding him though.
The Assembly staff spent a fortune at a Micheline star restaurant, all billed to their Assembly charge cards.
A friend of mine who works for the assembly, has discovered her manager is paid £140,000 a year, plus pension and expenses of course.
Hywel Williams of Cardiff University tried to discover where the first 6 billion quid from the Objective One spending actually went, because Wales objective one areas are now poorer than they were before the funding. He discovered that 2/3rds of the money went to the Assembly itself. 100’s of thousands was also spent by the Assembly on its ideas and only 4.5% of the money was used to help create jobs.
You see, some people do benefit from the Assembly, sadly they all work for it.
Whenever I see the “buildings” where the Scots, Irish and Welsh meet-then they seem like the newest lecture threatres as paid for by Jean Monnet and his acolytes in Brussels.
No history, no tradtions, no links to any achievement-just Premier Inn lecture theatres as leased out to NHS Trust conferences.
Maybe architecture DOES signal the managerial submission to Brussels- at least Parliament, like the Knesset and the Majlis LOOK like some history and reason for existance. Unlike our “regional fixups” like Holyrood etc…
Twitter – Has anyone noticed that when wishing to use either, #BBCbias or #biasedBBC, in a tweet, they are no longer in the hashtag dropdown list? I used to use one or the other regularly.
The credibility of global warming data blown apart this morning but the BBC is virtually silent on the issue. Still relentlessly driving it’s extreme weather narrative however.
– Halal promotes a Muslim World view
– Halal creates jobs for Muslims only (positive employment discrimination as a Muslim must slaughter the animal)
– Halal creates jobs for the Muslim religion (positive religious discrimination as a Muslim must recite from the Koran whilst slitting an animal’s throat whilst it can still see the world)
– Halal cannot be mixed with pork (animal discrimination because pig is unacceptable, pork will disappear)
– Halal is Sharia compliant (makes Islamic Sharia acceptable, and future financing via )
– When you go for a job at a slaughterhouse you will be asked if you are Muslim or willing to become a Muslim to get the job.
– Every Halal slaughter is a thank you to the Islamic Allah God.
– Once Halal food is dominate it will demand it is used to financing the Islamic World, from the Western World’s pockets.
If I ever saw a photo that would turn many of the apathetic/uninformed public against Halal it would be the headline photo in Breitbart UK.
Not nice but like they say, a picture tells a thousand words…
Wonder if the BBC will report on the hate messages/death threats that the clearly very brave Lancashire Council leader Geoff Driver will undoubtedly be getting now…?
My bets are that he’ll be out of the job within the week, maybe two. BBC doing their bit by already pushing the “CRUSADE” word (i.e. Islamophobic) and hinting that Mr Driver is stupid/ignorant/obsessed.
I’ve rarely seen so many “quotes” in a “story”, which incidentally is tucked away in the Lancashire section. (A bit like the bucket bomber story now hidden in the London section).
– Only a Muslim can complete the Halal slaughter, non-Muslims need not apply.
“I begin in the name of Allah, therefore, eat of that on which Allah’s name has been mentioned if you are believers in His communications and what reason have you that you should not eat of that on which Allah’s name has been mentioned and, He has already made plain to you what He has forbidden to you”
– Only a Muslim can complete the Halal slaughter, non-Muslims need not apply.
– You are eating Sharia compliant and Allah approved food, so are in agreement with Islamic beliefs. And you have paid for it!
– Once Halal is in prisons, hospitals, schools and shops you are support jobs for Muslims only.
– Both religions and job discrimination.
What I want to know is, if the BBC are so keen to (patronisingly) “explain” what it says in the Quran about slitting the throats of animals, then howcome they aren’t as keen to “explain” about the passages that refer to killing the kafir (non believers)?

– Only plus or minus £5bn, what’s a few billion between friends?
– What happened to the original £100bn, we suddenly got 50% off for waiting? Might as well wait for another year to get it down to £20bn?
– Can the UK charge bill Merkel £50bn on having to accept (without voting) terrorism on our doorstep from a useless Schengen open border system, where Greece and Italy relax processing/monitoring because it’s easier to let the migrants/refugees/terrorists/economic refugees/religious fanatics into Europe rather than keep them in their own countries, due to un-controller numbers?
My “today’ programme continues but I was struck by the amount of time they spend on ‘slavery’ and something called ‘fgm’ which is a lady thing apparently.
Anyway these 2 modern day evils have one thing in common. Foreigners. It’s not a UK problem. It’s part of the multicultural vibrancy that so many have bought to us. I shouldn’t say it because they drive the buses and run the NHS don’t they? Oh yeah and drive their vehicles at people and leave exploding buckets on trains.
As an aside – John Humpreys – the nice welch everyman sounds different when you know he’s on £650k for talking on the wireless
Heard on Toady this morning, during an interview with Gen. David Petraeus, the casual question: ‘But is he up to it?’. No prizes for guessing the question was about President Trump – a perfect example of the staggering bias and arrogance of the BBC.
Was a similar question ever asked about Pres Obama, probably the lowest achieving US President since the end of WWII? Of course not. Obama (in deference to his skin colour, for there is no other possible explanation) was and is treated like some kind of divine king. Trump, on the other hand, isn’t even granted the basic courtesy due to his office.
What a pathetic excuse for journalism and how typical of this rotten to the core and completely out of control organisation.
I woke in the middle of the night to hear Rhod Sharp on Up All Night leading a three-way anti-Trump session. It was full of ‘deeply significant’ analyses based on suggestions from the ‘Emmys’ that they couldn’t use the impeachment storyline because that might be overtaken by real events.
There is something seriously wrong in the USA when the national media and parts of government have been actively working against the elected president from the off. And why does our ‘impartial’ BBC feel the need to join in?
Well we know the answer to that question. They loved the incompetent, ineffectual Obama because he hated the UK and they hate the untried Trump because he professes to love the UK – ‘Our enemy’s enemy is our friend’, the BBC’s motto.
P.S. It’s going well for their other hero, Macron, unpopular in France and street protests.
Yeah that question sickened me. After the onslaught he has fought off from the MSM, both political parties in the US, as well as Google and Facebook he is clearly up to anything.
Are the BBC up to it? Can we hope to defeat terror when our Ministry of Truth refuses to name the enemy let alone confront it? When they are so infected with the virus of PC that they seem allergic to reality?
They are most definitely not up to it which is why it is enforced through the barrel of a gun. If we were not forced to pay for their garbage 80% of people would probably not subscribe
I too heard this GC.
Given the nature and gravity of what Policy Exchange and Petraeus were saying….don`t you think that a vastly-paid experinced hack like Humphrys might have been able to stay on topic?
For Gods sake, the General said he`s even been talking to Kissinger last night!
Yet Humphrys lost his attention span and went into Trump baiting under the excuse of North Korea-which is also a serious topic, so might matter more that Craig Browns views on Princess Margaret. Terrible trivial idiot Humphrys.
Probably the most useless and wasted opportunity of this week-Petraeus had a lot of clever things to say, but the BBC simply have ADHD unless they can get an anti Trump/anti Boris soundbite any more.
More superb comedy from BBC news. Apparently an anti racism charity wants a chant about Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku banned. It’s not exactly Rosa Parks, is it? A multi millionaire footballer being praised affectionately for the size of his penis by adoring fans. I would be furious if such a chant about me were banned.
Nothing about these vibrant bombers. Where did they learn their extreme views? What places did they frequent? Should they all be shut down immediately before we sleep walk into another tragedy?
You’d expect our national broadcaster to be bang on the case, but that would involve hate facts so let’s just go back to sleep and whine about supposedly mean words. And when the next bomb is successful and there are dead children with nails on their heads, the Beeb can pat themselves on the back knowing they dealt with the real problem – adoring fans praising their star striker’s penis size.
What about,
‘He shoots, he scores,
He’ll eat your Labradors,
Park Ji Sung, Park Ji Sung’
Old Trafford ditty about a South Korean former favourite. Not racist? Wrong type of ‘Asian’?
To the tune of Volare –
‘Nemanja, whooOooo, Nemanja, whoooOooo,
He comes from Serbia, he’ll fuckin’ murder ya’
The Lukaku one is crude and pretty poor but is it anymore stereotypically ‘racist’ than these two?
Just continually stirring the pot till it ends up that shitty colour you use on the bit of fence behind the shed.
Park Ji Sung “suffered” maybe a little more than most- here’s two more Old Trafford favourites. Apologies if they offend and all that… the PC lobby would be up in arms…
“Park Park
you ugly f**k
you look like a crispy duck
could be worse you could be gay
getting bummed by John O’Shea.”
and…
“Park, Park
where ever you may be
you eat dogs in your own country
but to be fare to you
your not scouse
they eat rats in their council house.”
The Peoples Art…these are funny and remind me of a punk Betjeman!
Thought the BBC liked the People being artful and creative, funny and irreverent.
Maybe if all fans filled a water bottle with piss and put a rosary bead crucifix in it, they`d be allowed to sing in these wonderful choirs….don`t the BBC LIKE these military wives choirs and fake gospel community sing songs normally?
H M Government –
“… we will respond to the ideological challenge of terrorism and the threat from those who promote
it. In doing so, we must be clear: the ideology of extremism and terrorism is the problem; legitimate
religious belief emphatically is not. ”
“There is evidence to indicate that support for terrorism is associated with rejection of a cohesive, integrated, multi-faith society and of parliamentary democracy.” – The ‘de-radicalisation’, ‘Prevent Strategy’ Cm 8092. Absolutely shocking naivety by a pathetic body of people which refuses to use the ‘i’ or ‘m’ word but has to secretly admire the cult (if not already converted)…………..
‘Prevent Strategy’ to combat what? –
Islamic brainwashing that starts even before infancy and involves learning ‘off-by-heart’ the Quaran. (My copy is 978 pages long). Getting into the ‘spirit’ of the Quaran, (Part 1 of 1, “The Opening”) the reader finds (item 6&7): “(Allah) Guide us to the straight way”, “The way of those on whom you have bestowed your grace, (not the way) of those who earned your anger (such as the Jews) nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians)”: Setting the spirit and tenor of what is to follow in the handbook.
This video is 5 years old. See the advancement the cult has made when measured against what was predicted 5 years ago –
Has anyone else noticed similarities between these two newsworthy events?
1. The situation in Myanmar, the silence of Ang Sang Suu Kyi (until yesterday) , and
2. The Scientists reporting yesterday that Climate Change is not as threatening to the planet as previously thought
The BBC have in the past pretty much idolised Ang Sang Suu Kyi, and hang on every word any scientist has to say in support of Climate Change. These are exacting times, some might say, for our highly esteemed and globally trusted envy of the world national broadcasting organisation.
When a story fits their narrative they report it over and over and over, like with Charlottesville and the Rohingya Muslims. Often teaching is just saying the same things over and over until you ram it into kids’ heads, which is clearly what BBC ‘news’ is all about.
I don’t think the Government should be allowed to get away with blaming the internet; it’s an excuse for doing almost nothing. I suppose from their point of view it can be used to suppress other views that they don’t approve of, although the BBC is doing a pretty good job on its own.
Islam took over much of southern Europe without any help from Facebook or Twitter. It’s what they do.
I have come to a conclusion…..that the current government (at least) agree with us, and KNOW that Islam is to blame for never ending (Islamic) attacks on the innocent people of the UK (the very people all governments are sworn to protect). What they are also aware of though, is their own survival. The most important factor in every decision taken by the vast majority of those who publically state themselves as ‘Conservative’, is “how will this affect me and how will I look..” How else could a group of highly educated (up for debate I know) individuals conclude that the correct response to actions in the name of Islam is to “sensor the internet”?
Islamic actions are being carried out everywhere that Islam has infested. Poor/rich (Bin Laden), young/old, man/woman, from Australia and the US to Indonesia and Sweden…..Muslims are purposely slaughtering none-Muslims all over the globe. Why? What is it that is making them do this?
Is it misinterpretation of the Islamic text? This is the very reason/lie the political Jihadi’s and their Dhimmis give when traitors like the Al ShaBBC allow them to create narrative for excusing the slaughter. But who is misinterpreting the words and instruction of Allah? Surely the ONLY place to go for this answer is Mohammed? The cult believe that Mohammed received the very instruction they all must live by from Allah himself. They ALL believe that he alone received this instruction and that he will be the last man to receive the true word of God/Allah before the end of time. So what life did he live? At best he was a conqueror, a champion of keeping and owning slaves, who’s very purpose was to submit the world to his God with the sword, who believed in the supremacy of those who followed his God and the intolerance of those who didnt (the Sharia and Quran is this very purpose, to subject the world to the supremacy of Islam and intolerance to those who will need follow it)….at worst, he was a mass murderer, slaughterer of innocent men, women and children, a mass raper, a pedo…
Therefore…Is it the Islamic State and those carrying out the very actions and instructions Mohammed wanted and indeed carried out himself that has misinterpreted what Islam is about?…..Or is it those Muslims who are NOT living like Mohammed did?
Which goes back to my original statement. Our government know that they can never hope to challenge the theological aspect of what the Islamic State, Al Qaeda, Boko Haram etc are stating, because the very source of what they are stating is from the source of their religion. Our government know this. All Muslims know this. So the only way they believe they can stop this is to “sensor the internet”. But we know this will not work. The IRA didnt use the internet. Al Qaeda didnt. And every day our government, our politicians and media establishment purposely and wilfully ignore dealing with the problem, they alone cause, and they alone are responsible for every single drop of blood spilt in the name of Mohammed and his God

– Title ignores religious element of oppression ‘forced under Islam’ maybe?
In the report apart from censoring the internet, which would not work even were it feasible – it did say, we have to ask ourselves some difficult questions.
Not sure what those questions might be but I can hazard a guess. For the most part, especially following 9/11, it was, “How can we be more, loving, understanding, forgiving, accepting, accommodating, self deprecating and submissive regarding Islam?” Nothing has much changed since then, other than the demands of Islamists and the acquiescence of the West.
For too many, after the all the years of appeasement, the only response remains: We must try harder to please Muslims – we must abandon our culture, our values and the lives of our children – then maybe, just maybe they’ll like us or at least stop murdering us?
‘ask ourselves some difficult questions’ – But NOT ask others difficult questions?
Here are some easy questions …
a. If a man writes a piece of fiction, should he have a death contract put on his life?
b. If a man declares he is homosexual should he be shunned?
c. If a man who draws a cartoon should he be sent death threats?
d. Do you think you should be given a job based solely on your religion?
e. Do you think you should discriminate against animals?
f. Do you think UK Tax Payers should support and pay for Sharia to operate in the UK?
g. Should dogs be shunned from society, considering they have helped mankind a lot?
a. If no, then please write to Iran to remove current death sentence for Salman Rushdie. (Fiction)
b. If no, then please ask for it to be stopped in Majority Muslim Countries. (Homosexuals)
c. If no, then please ask this to be stopped in Majority Muslim Countries. (Cartoons)
d. If no, then remove the restriction that only Muslims can recite from the Koran and slaughter the animals for Halal food. (Positive Religious/Employment Discrimination)
e. If no, then start using pork products in your baking. (Animal Discrimination)
f. Halal food, bought, enforces the Sharia laws as it conforms to Sharia doctrine.
g. If no, then start every Muslim should adopt a dog for the family. (Animal Discrimination)
Indeed. Britain once prided itself on, fair play and level playing fields. Our complete caving in and peaceful acceptance (backed up of course by the threat of UK legal sanction and the threat of public vilification BUT not an invading army’s suppression of us) of this one particular alien culture is truly historic.
A veritable ticking time bomb (excuse the pun), where islam will loose certainly in the UK, and the current Government (and if followed by Corbyn and all his Marxists) all will suffer the consequences of inaction.
Imagine if BBC’s art critics said novels were 'too long' or poetry ’too difficult' or classical music 'too boring’. Fucking OUTRAGEOUS. https://t.co/YdJwSSStyo
The new presenters of BBC Two’s Front Row have expressed a distinct lack of expertise about the art form, with Giles Coren claiming he finds plays too stressful and the seats too uncomfortable and has barely been in the last six or seven years.
Amol Rajan admitted he is too busy with his young baby to attend shows, while Nikki Bedi “resents” long shows without intervals.
– BBC Theatre in a Twitter format maybe? Stressful? Uncomfortable? Long Intervals?

The totally totally unbiased Adam Rutherford as part of the same Twitter conversation then invited the chairman of the committee on to the prog next week to explain the appointment of Stringer.

a point the wishy washy Guardian article see to downplay
“Furthermore, I acknowledge that as part of the Twitter stream Dr Rutherford invited the chair of the committee on to the programme, and this might have given the impression that Dr Rutherford was speaking on behalf of the BBC.”

Mwaikambo started off by taking photos of the body bag from a distance. Then he went further. He lifted the plastic sheeting around the corpse’s face, and took more. Then came the move that pushed Mwaikambo’s actions into the criminal. He uploaded seven of the pictures, plus one short video, to his Facebook page.
Mwaikambo did so, he now claims, in anger and confusion.
But also, he says, out of habit. Posting regular status updates to his Facebook page is, for him, just “something he does”.
His Facebook account was set to “open”, meaning anyone with an internet connection could see his pictures if they looked.
But even then the pictures didn’t go viral. It took the involvement of someone else – professional photographer Jason Kay – for the police to get involved. Around 08:00 that morning, Mwaikambo met Mr Kay, who had just arrived on the scene. He offered him use of all his photographs from the previous night. What about the arrest? Did Mr Kay help the police arrest Mwaikambo? “The police said ‘do you know where he is now?’,” he explained. “I said, ‘I’ve got his mobile number – I can give him a call’. “They were there to meet him and greet him and seize his iPad and everything else.” Mwaikambo was arrested outside Latimer Road Tube station at around 18:00 on 14 June; 17 hours after the fire took hold.
He appeared in court two days later, where he pleaded guilty to two charges of breaching the 2003 Communications Act by posting offensive images to a social media network. Mwaikambo acknowledges that he broke the law, and that he acted immorally. But he remains confused and upset by his treatment. “It’s just a picture,” he says. “I didn’t steal. I didn’t kill. I didn’t commit any crime that I know is really a high risk. “I can understand why people are angry.
The bBC which refuses to post cartoons of a long dead paedophilic warlord, which will go to great lenghts in why it is morally wrong for them to do so. Has no problems defending a bloke who uncovered a dead person , took pictures and uploaded them on line.
The only positive aspect to this is that he was actually prosecuted. That surprises me, TBH. Perhaps there is some decency left, but not in the sick BBC.
– ‘I didn’t commit any crime that I know is really a high risk’ – so he does know it is wrong, it was a crime, just not high risk. Ah, language reveals the truth.
– How come the TV License payer, under threat of prison, is paying for Omega Mwaikambo’s therapy session live on TV?
Sorry, but I think this guy has been badly advised.
He appeared in court two days later, where he pleaded guilty to two charges of breaching the 2003 Communications Act by posting offensive images to a social media network. Mwaikambo acknowledges that he broke the law, and that he acted immorally.
I don’t see why a photograph of a dead body is ‘offensive’, indeed it could be argued that we should see more then perhaps we might look after each other better. I don’t see it as an immoral act either.
I can see some validity in a charge related to interfering with evidence but not liking what someone does shouldn’t be the basis for prosecution.
“I don’t see why a photograph of a dead body is ‘offensive’, indeed it could be argued that we should see more then perhaps we might look after each other better. I don’t see it as an immoral act either.”
I think a lot of people will beg to differ on that, especially the last bit. Can’t have people sticking their smart phones anywhere they please, although if a member of my family was involved, I know where I’d like to stick it.
I see what you are saying JimS – freedom to show what is happening. Giving the Government a means to stop revealing the truth. I agree that a photo in itself is not a problem – but accessing evidence of a potential crime scene is. i.e. planting evidence for example.
– Notice how the TheCanary article mentions that Boris Johnson did not use the rebate figure, but it does not show what that figure is. So you are left with a supposed £350m lie, but no actual figure (£276m with rebate according to BBC facts).
– What has happened is TheCanary article just tries to disproves a point without giving the actual figure, which is shocking in itself and would prove the point that money could be used elsewhere with out without rebate.
Noted that the so-called “independent” Statistics Quangos are now weaponised, as is the recent need to get “fact checks” on the likes of the BBC.
These things seem only to be needed after the Referendum-after Trump called them out on their fake news.
So now we get academics who will see what they get paid to see, measure what “The State” pays them to measure.
Even “More Or Less” on Radio 4 knows this to be nonsense-these quangos also have the likes of Jack Straw as leading members…and we all know what his expenses, his taxi for hire and his WMD records are like.
Has anyone officially assessed how well the ‘Prevent’ strategy is going? I bet loads of money is going to radicals masquerading as ‘moderates’ and thus finding jihad. Wasn’t the brother of one f the London attackers receiving money from the scheme?
They might as well call it the ‘Encourage’ strategy.
Recent media reports have suggested that some madrassahs are promoting a highly conservative version of Islam and promulgating extremist views, particularly against nonMuslims. A BBC Panorama investigation in November 2010 reported that some madrassahs were using textbooks with anti-Semitic and homophobic messages.69 The Government is currently considering ways to stop children coming into contact with material of this kind in and out of school provision.

Get the idea now that the Radio 4 news bulletins are totally deranged.
Heard a sideswipe at Aung San Suu Kyi at 8am today on Radio 4 that was just the BBCs hack attack on what she said in a national broadcast…”she clearly hasn`t seen, doesn`t know what we do” kind of thing.
This is editorial, not news-yet the BBC are so submissive to islam now that they can only suck it all up and regurgitate it for the rest of us.
Likewise with Boris Johnsons article-after the non-row over that figure(which seems never to bring out THEIR truly costed answer does it, I notice?)-there is no analysis or argument over what he said, let alone any quotes…just the endless media ferret juggling over “who`s in, who`s out in the Tory party-and who`s talking to us here on the BBC?”
Utter crap-can`t we give Brussels the BBC as a parting gift to them? They no longer speak for Britain, just for teachers and labour councillors. Time to bin them.
Alicia
Yes I heard that and did you notice they introduced the item by saying okay the militant islamists did start it by attacking police stations and killing vast numbers of people….then quickly said but the response has been totally disproportionate…and then criticised Aung San becuase she had the temerity to say she wants to know why so many people are fleeing…
As far as the BBC knows – based on the evidence they seem to present, which is word of mouth some of this fleeing may simply be mass hysteria – one group flees and tell others who flee…I’m not saying it all is but surely the BBC would like to know the truth ….and may be explain why it started – ohy es the islamists
This Sad Dick Khan does not speak on my behalf, nor, I imagine for most on this website.
Please accept our apologies for his “hate speak” and know that you are very welcome in Great Britain.
When Sadiq Khan speaks the response should always be, in no particular order …
– #LondonIsOpen … you mean open to everyone, except the President of the largest economy in the World.
– Halal Food Production … positive work and religious discrimination for Muslims?
– Chicken Cottage … more for the Islamic Companies (2012) or less for citizens of London (2015)?
– Funds … London had £37 million in reserves to spend on protecting the citizens of London
– Religious dilemma …. gambling and drink under Islam (abomination) verses looking after a modern city
Imagine that Sad Dick will provide a red carpet as long as he is able to mop up all the needless blood spilt on his streets because-as a Muslim-he can do no other than justify and defend what his brothers are up to.
Unable to say it-but his equivocation shows that he`s OK with it all, in reality.
We need a Giulliani-fast.
“I am not the one saying this, in Islamic Sharia there is no set age for marriage when it comes to females,” Maarouf said.

One defending Gertrude Bell, the other doing the same of T.E Lawrence. AND-a programme with Rory Stewart ladling on the blame on Whitey for carving up the Middle East along those famed Sykes/Picot lines.
Utterly partial and shameless-where is David Starkey when you need him?
Still though-Arabs whiter than white, Whitey black as the dark heart of western culture.
Total sandpies.

Once again the BBC proves itself unfit to hold a broadcasting licence, let alone be the recipients of a poll tax. Today’s WATO, while continuing to ignore the recent dramatic stumble from ‘global warming’ scientivists as they begin the agonising inevitability of recanting their beliefs, managed to tie together the current hurricane season, which no respectable hurricane expert believes can be tied to ‘global warming’, by… tying it to ‘global warming’ with the help of a fervent Oxford true believer!
I wonder how they managed to pick him to comment on the hurricanes? As if I couldn’t guess…
Did anyone else notice, this morning, on the Today programme, that the BBC referenced a couple of think tanks? They only stood out because the reports prefaced the name of the bodies with the word’s ‘centre-Right’ or ‘Right’.
Now, I never hear the BBC refer to Left-leaning think tanks like ‘The Resolution Foundation’ ( currently chaired by the former ‘wet’ Conservative MP David Willets, but nevertheless left-leaning in its outlook), or the Joseph Rowntree Federation – both often simply introduced as they were neutral and authoritative bodies.
They do it all the time. Another favourite is that laughable bunch of socialists, the King’s Fund. – always on hand should the BBC need someone to tell them how badly the NHS is ‘underfunded’
BBC is never underfunded! Possibly with the BBC wage reviews it has been shown to be over-funded and should give its money to the underfunded NHS?
Where do paedophiles go to pick up children whilst broadcasting it around the country?
Where do people go to escape being investigated by altering the news output to 50% of the Country?
Where do people go to capitalize on their gender, race or immigrant status?
What is the preferred choice for economic migrants?
Who do people hope will police the Words and Languages of the World including Pidgin?
Who do people hope will protect them from hate speech?
Who do people hope will great diversity of culture over diversity of ideas?
Who is trying to build a demographic for the World that is not available in the real World?

And as if by magic, the following from ex-BBC man, Scott Gronmark, on whose excellent blog, the following has just appeared. I hope he will forgive me for quoting him both out of context and without permission!
“When I was an intrepid TV newshound, the Royal College of Nursing would – every year, regular as clockwork – release an utterly bogus press report claiming that 75% of Britain’s nurses would prefer to work abroad, because NHS pay and working conditions were so terrible. Every year I’d argue that this was PR rubbish and not news, and every year, I’d be ignored, and we’d end up doing this non-story on all main news programmes. Nothing seems to have changed (except one gets the impression that 75% of NHS nurses come from abroad – perhaps their places back home have been filled by those British nurses who were so eager to leave).”
G,
I always like the one about using food banks. Probably spent their wages on booze and drugs so get free bee grub. If you saw the lovely fat agency angels in my local hospital you’d lose any faith or affection for their NHS.
And you can’t complain because of the painful reprisals like sleep deprivation .
I will probably die before I hear it, but I really would like just one commentator (you really can’t call Beeboids ‘reporters’ – not objective ones, at least) to pose the following point to those in the employ of the King’s Fund, and all the other health sector ‘Societies’ which are basically activist unions, who appear so proliically on the BBC…
“Before you start banging about not having enough money to fund your own pet policies/specialities/projects etc., I will ask you, if you come up with that, just which other part of the Health service you believe should be raided for money to pay for them. And if you have no answer to that, don’t even start bleating…. now, what was it you were going to say ?
Recall a Niall Dickson sailing effortlessly from the BBC Social Affairs correspondent and into his plum job as spokesman of the Kings Fund.
A lot of this one side of the camera to the other with the liberal press, quangos and the BBC isn`t there? Imagine it still confuses Stephanie Flanders.

BBC and their “Special Reports”

HeyHo,
Couldn’t agree more.

I suppose there’s a narrative to build up.

By 2020, the BBC wants its employees to comprise 50% women, 8% disabled people, 8% lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender people and 15% people from black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds.{bbc.co.uk sep2017}

“Political correctness is a war on noticing.”

Political correctness is tyranny with manners.

Article misses some important facts … Muslims Threaten Boycott (another Boycott, and it worked last time) as (Lancashire) Council Votes on Banning Halal Meat in School {breitbart sep2017}
…should be fed ‘halal’ meat from animals that have had their throats slit without being stunned. … “the slaughterman must be a Muslim,”.
…
– Halal promotes a Muslim World view
– Halal creates jobs for Muslims only (positive employment discrimination as a Muslim must slaughter the animal)
– Halal creates jobs for the Muslim religion (positive religious discrimination as a Muslim must recite from the Koran whilst slitting an animal’s throat whilst it can still see the world)
– Halal cannot be mixed with pork (animal discrimination because pig is unacceptable, pork will disappear)
– Halal is Sharia compliant (makes Islamic Sharia acceptable, and future financing via )
Also, once Halal becomes standard policy in the Army, Prisons and Schools it will only be a matter of time when the Halal Authority demand that all Halal products are bought using Islamic Finance {biasedbbc post}, thus supporting Islamic countries and possibly terrorism.

BBC fail to mention positive employment and religious discrimination … “During the process (Halal Slaughter), a dedication is recited, know as tasmiya or shahada.” {bbc.co.uk 15sep2017}
Slaughterer should be a able bodied Muslim (licensed and knowledgeable in both hygiene and animal welfare) who would recite shahadah whilst slitting the throat with a sharp knife in one clean swipe (of the front of the neck). Dorsal cuts that severe the spinal cords are forbidden.{halalconsultations.com}

Thus a Muslim religious leader should not be seen in the same way as most religious leaders. He should be viewed as a combination of politician and religious leader. When addressing a non-Muslim audience, he should not be viewed as a typical missionary, but as an astute politician addressing a hostile audience who won’t like all of his policies – he will tell you what you want to hear. {wikiislam}

If only we could see what Islamic leaders are like … Chechnya’s authoritarian leader Ramzan Kadyrov is spearheading a campaign to reunite divorced couples, involving Muslim clerics who preach Sharia law. {bbc.co.uk 24aug2017}
…
A commission appointed by Mr Kadyrov claims to have reunited 948 couples in six weeks. He has espoused conservative Islam in the Russian Caucasus republic.
…
When he announced the initiative in July, Mr Kadyrov said children from broken homes were more likely to be recruited by extremists.
…
One of Mr Kadyrov’s family reunion team, Rustam Abazov, insisted that “there are no forced reunions, because we live in a civilised society”.
Word Search: free x 0; clergy x 1; muslim x 1; force x 3; islam x 3;
– Use of word clergy rather than Imam. (clergy used more in Christianity)
– ‘Ramzan Kadyrov often extols conservative Islam and the traditional family’ – conservative, moderate, extreme, modern – what are the differences in these Islams?
– Article ends on a positive, but should end on ‘But forced reunions have been documented, this has been proved to be a lie by the UN.”
– Title uses ‘presses’ rather than ‘forces’

How the bBC goes out of its way in which to defend the inexcusable:
And to the bBC he is the victim.

“It’s just a picture,” he says. “I didn’t steal. I didn’t kill. I didn’t commit any crime that I know is really a high risk. “I can understand why people are angry.”

Word Search: iran x 0; left-wing x 0; saudi x 2; right-wing x 26; islamic x 24;
In 2008, the Government published a review into early Prevent funding. The review estimated that the 261 projects delivered in England in 2007/08 had reached an estimated 44,000 people. The results provided a breakdown of the types of activity local authorities were supporting. The table
below illustrates this in more detail. {pdf – Prevent Strategy – June 2011}
54% Debates, discussions and forums
33% General educational activities :Presentations to schools about Islamic beliefs and culture. Addressing under-achievement of Pakistani boys
27% Leadership and management activities
26% Non-accredited training
19% Arts and cultural activities
13% Sports and recreation
FCO funding for Prevent activity overseas was approximately £19 million in 2009/10 and
around £17 million in 2010/11. Funding commitments for 2011/12 are currently £10 million
Performance monitoring and evaluation have been a weakness of the Prevent strategy. We
cannot afford for that to continue. (But you can afford it because nobody knows what value it adds)

Wow! Listeners are lying to get on the BBC show so they can ask for an apology then get shut down.
It seems that the only way to get the point across is to lie. But let’s not forget that the BBC lied about immigrants in sep2015 with Gavin Hewitt hiding footage of a nasty migrant from the public.
…
BBC Northern Ireland presenter Stephen Nolan receives a salary of between £400,000 and £449,999 a year, the corporation has revealed.{bbc.co.uk 19jul2017}
…
“We need an apology for John in Swansea.” … Stephen Nolan ends with “Want to complain, write in to the BBC.” {youtube}

It’s insidious, and in their genes..

And as if by magic, the following from ex-BBC man, Scott Gronmark, on whose excellent blog, the following has just appeared. I hope he will forgive me for quoting him both out of context and without permission!
https://scottgronmark.blogspot.co.uk/

Spotted it myself Richard. Many an expletive was emitted. Basically they are saying “not to trusted” to the poor ignorant listener.

The television version of BBC’s flagship arts programme “Front Row” will be presented by a restaurant critic, a media analyst and a World Service journalist who loves watching films:
New BBC flagship arts show presenter finds theatre too ‘stressful’
My guess is that they have been chosen for their right-on views and the usual tick boxes, as always.
Another BBC amateurish waste of time and other people’s money.
