Israel to Abbas: No, Jesus was not a Palestinian

A happy New Year to one and all and may this site become redundant as soon as possible….though I somehow doubt it will as the BBC starts off as it no doubt means to go on…with Giles Fraser on Thought for the Day telling us Christ wasn’t  a Christian [surely the first one] …he’ll tell us next that Muhammed wasn’t a Muslim…won’t he?…but Jesus was, however, a ‘Palestinian’.  Fraser naturally trying to link Jesus to ‘Palestinians‘ today…which is a dodgy sleight of hand as of course ‘Palestinian’ is a politicised term whose meaning goes far beyond mere existence in a territory….one which Jews might want to call Judea not Palestine…or even ‘Israel’, an ancient name….has Fraser never heard of the ‘Tribes of Israel’?  It is a narrative used by Muslims, along with the ‘Muslim Jesus’ phrase, to hijack Jesus and make out the Jews are once again ‘killing Jesus’ or rather his descendants…the Palestinians…lol.  Good of the not so reverend Giles Fraser to adopt what is a anti-Christian, anti-Jewish Muslim narrative.

I’m sure you can spot plenty more BBC nonsense as they revise the past in order to write the future….list it all here….

The bBC and its pro Muslim agenda:

The main stories from India today are:
‘Mentally unstable’ ex-Armyman ‘kills’ 6 with iron rod in 2 hrs

2 foreign tourists jump off moving train in Rajasthan, 1 dead

    Dalit protests hit Mumbai,
Protests were also held in Kolhapur, Parbhani, Latur, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Hingoli, Kolhapur, Nanded and Thane districts, 160 buses destroyed,

Jail term for Koda in coal scam
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday stayed till January 22 a trial court’s order awarding three-year jail term to former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda in a coal scam case.

On top of that there was the incident the other night when 3 terrorists attacked an army camp in kashmir killing at least 5 people in a 36 hour gun battle.

So, with all of the above stories hitting the headines actually in India. What does the bBC push out as the main news story from India:
    Opera_Snapshot_2018-01-02_190739_www.bbc.co.uk.png

On finding the story as reported in India. (bloody hard to find)
    https://www.jagran.com/jharkhand/ranchi-one-beaten-to-death-in-mandar-ranchi-17292813.html

    It states this:
the dispute over dancing near the Firdous town graveyard increased. The people of the two communities started fighting among themselves. In the meantime, someone killed and killed him on the willim with iron chillney.

In a nutshell, a group of Muslims objected to people having a picnic (with music) near a Muslim graveyard. They went to sort out these people and they lost. Yet according to the bBC, this is the hot story in India. No it isn’t as no major news agency is reporting it. Only the local rag is doing so.

Can somebody please explain to me how a story about how in a fight between 2 gangs one of those who started it gets killed, is more news worthy than an ex army man murdering 6 people in a couple of hours.

I used to live in India, it’s a big crowded country, there is a bus crash with 30 people dead a few times each week.
And alsmost every large march gets out of had and someone is killed.
So the BBc’s promotion of that story is weird.

125 people were killed in a Guhawati attack and I never even heard it on the BBC

      Davy,
You may be interested to know that I am publishing my memoir of what it was like to grow up in the cohesive Britain of the 50’s , where I was taught that the very few none Brits that I encountered were to be treated with respect and friendliness and certainly as equals. By and large these folks seemed happy to be here and to live alongside us in harmony and we were happy for them to be here. In this long lost country of my birth the police, the politicians and the other state institutions , including the BBC , were assumed , without reservation , to be doing what they considered to be their best for the rest of us. In short we trusted them.

Then ,without anyone ever really saying anything and certainly never asking the opinion of the people, it began to change and the rate of change accelerated. Over a few decades the number of non Brits began to increase and by the end of the last century it became apparent that in some areas the incomers outnumbered the Brits and were aggressively carving out their own way of life and culture .Quite naturally the Brits resented this. It then became apparent that the once trusted state institutions were intent on forcing the Brits to accept huge numbers of incomers whether we liked it or not. If we protested the state used its power to force us to comply, it began to subvert the truth , it began to crush any signs of dissent amongst the indigenous population. The state no longer had the trust of the people it purported to represent.

As the situation deteriorated the state lied more and more through its propaganda organ the BBC, the repression of the British people grew worse , the news was censored to an ever greater degree, freedom of speech curtailed and then lost completely. Yet the state continued to allow more and more migrants to enter the country. The Brits who could afford it fled from the cities to the countryside, those who couldn’t had to endure life in what had become an alien country. But the migrants bred so quickly that soon even the countryside offered no hiding place for the Brits.
By the end of my life the country of my birth had been transformed into one I didn’t recognise and most of what I had cherished had been destroyed. When the time came I was glad to go but simply could never understand why this change had come about without anyone ever asking my fellow Brits whether we agreed with it or not, after all I thought , we were supposed to live in a democracy.

Huge story from the bbC regards the racist Jews who can only oppress Muslims:
Israel: African migrants told to leave or face imprisonment
The Israeli government has issued a notice for thousands of African migrants to leave the country or face imprisonment. The migrants will be given up to $3,500 (£2,600) for leaving within the next 90 days. They will be given the option of going to their home country or third countries. If they do not leave, the Israeli authorities have threatened that they will start jailing them from April…A spokesperson for Israel’s Population and Immigration Authority told the BBC there were currently 38,000 “infiltrators” in Israel, of whom just 1,420 were being held in detention facilities..

And here are a few stories about people getting deported the bBC failed to mention:
Saudi Arabia ‘deports 40,000 Pakistani workers over terror fears’
198 Nigerians residing illegally in Saudi Arabia deported
Ethiopians Deported En Masse by Saudi Arabia Allege Abuses
Why Saudi Arabia Must Halt the Deportation of Half a Million Ethiopians
Saudi Arabia deports 1,700 illegal expats
Saudi Arabia deports 200 Indonesian umrah pilgrims
Saudi Arabia Deports 15,000 Qatari Camels

All those stories are from 2017 and one country, Saudi Arabia. Hands up if any saw the bBC report even one of them. Yet when Israel deports people who are deemed the enemy (Not one Islamic state has full diplomatic relations with Israel) Yet they are pillared for not taking in the enemy.

Pounce. Did you notice the post script at the bottom of the first link?
BBC changing the English language to suit its narrative

      Migrant….. noun…
Definition of migrant. : one that migrates: such as.

A, a person who moves regularly in order to find work.
B, an animal that shifts from one habitat to another.

      BBC,s interpretation

‘A note on terminology: The BBC uses the term migrant to refer to all people on the move who have yet to complete the legal process of claiming asylum. This group includes people fleeing war-torn countries such as Syria, who are likely to be granted refugee status, as well as people who are seeking jobs and better lives, who governments are likely to rule are economic migrants.’

    • Up2snuff says:

      Pounce, good post.

Israel tends to uphold International Law on migration quite strictly. Do it illegally or if an asylum claimant & you have passed through a safe country prior to entry then you will be imprisoned and/or deported or sent back to where you came from straight away. Apply legally, through the usual channels, and you will probably be allowed in for short-term work at least, maybe for longer.

If only our politicians had the guts to do the same. Some of our social problems would, I suggest, be reduced somewhat.

Looks like the Remainers/Remoaners are out to get Chris Grayling now. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-42540370

Feel free to call me biased (as a Brexiteer) but I do think the dirty in the pre- and post-EU Referendum campaign has come mostly from the Remain side. It seems they are anxious now to keep calling for another Parliamentary vote and/or national Referendum while trying to pick off those Ministers who either voted Leave or who are anxious to sustain UK democracy by serving voters’ wishes.

I wonder if Damien Green was a sacrifice by the PM on the basis she can now put her foot down and say “No more victims.” and perhaps even bring him back later in a re-shuffle. It all depends where the PM stands. We know she voted Remain. We know that she knows that she relies on democracy for her present job. We know that she knows we know that fact. No room for any Rumsfelding there.

We also know that UK democracy will not be worth a stub of a near fully-used candle if we remain in the EU after a democratic vote to leave. The decline of the UK to a period of elitist rule via the voice of the mob will be a very possible danger for us all.

All we can do is pray that Theresa May will deliver on this one thing at least: the UK out of the EU.

So the news is actually ‘rail fares increase exactly as expected by the entirely predictable amount’. Less catchy, but far more accurate.

I get the idea that the press pack are all back, juiced and reinvigorated after their break back at daddys Limpley Stoke pile, Had a lovely week without their lies and bias too.
What got me is the BBC news on the radio telling me that “unions say that passengers are “getting forced off the trains by the price rises”. Are these the same unions intent on their tradtional chaotic strikes now that it`s cold and cancer visits are peaked after the holidays?
Any chance of the BBC asking about those one man train strikes, their pay hikes and annual ransom of the rail companies?

Anybody would think that Blair and Byers-Labour 1997-2010-had nothing to do with Railtrack, Selby, Potters Bar, Southall, Paddington…..not that the Tories were much better, but only THEY get pilloried as usual.

As usual, the media (especially the BBC) doesn’t report the reality. Of course people don’t like rising fares, and it’s easy to reflect that in vox pops, but customers are not voting with their feet. Passenger numbers on the rail network are higher now than the 1940s and are at virtually record levels. They have been rising rapidly since Rail was de-nationalised and made more efficient. The only brake on rising numbers is bogus ‘safety’ strikes by the unions. Of course our railways could be expanded, and subsidised more – but already taxpayers foot 30 percent of costs. Labour’s re-nationalisation would be a national disaster: http://orr.gov.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0019/24832/passenger-rail-usage-2016-17-q4.pdf

Dogger Bank Island windfarm power hub plan was hyped up by BBC Humberside today
: Why did the BBC run this TODAY when most media ran with it in March 2017 ?
… ah cos the Guardian ran it on Dec 29th 2017
..and that’s the BBC’s definition of a source.
(The actual Dutch corp’s website had the story in June 2016)
Of course as usual it’s a totally UNGREEN subsidy scam, just imagine after they ship all the concrete there to START in 2030 and get operational about 2040 what the Carbon Footprint will be ..and by then new power like mini-nuke or fusion will be on the horizon. “hey Wow Joe Lynam the BBC business presenter tells us that the last 24 hours wind averaged 20% !”
FFS info given without context is same as #FakeNews
      Context here
: is after a month of coal being higher than wind today is a sudden wind period
I tweeted them the month and annual gridwatch graphs

The BBC guys are Cherrypicking like their mate Harra

If we wanted to cherrypick we could say that coal was higher than wind/solar/biomass for most of December
as Paul Homewood pointed out on 22 December

      Bottomline
If electricity was free suddenly all goods and services would be cheaper.
But implementing Green energy is the reverse
#1 Since it’s subsidised & unicorns don’t pay the subsidies , but rather it comes out in ALL electricity bills, those subsidies make everything more expensive.
#2 They also add massive wastage and inefficiency costs, since windfarms need miles of transmission cables and unlike conventional power stations where connection cables run at close to capacity, their transmissions cables run at less than 40% average use of capacity.
(Never mind the waste of having conventional plants on standby for when the wind drops)

You mention cable losses and it has recently struck me how virtually none of these wind farms surround the big power stations. Instead they are miles away and when on land they seem to take over vast swathes of ground. I regularly take a walk up a hill near me and look over the village of Flixborough in North Lincs and what was an outstanding view of Lincs, Yorks and Notts is completely taken over by them. It is remarkable how they slip in an extra couple here and there every few weeks, thinking we aren’t going to notice. The M180 seems to be acquiring a windmill metropolis to its North and to its South are millions of new, never to be sold white vans, trucks and cars sat to rot in fields. It’s grand up north.

@Goats Yes I’m just a few miles from you, to the South east of Scunny.
There ‘s loads of turbines if you look down from Flixborough, just across the Trent there is actually a load in Keady Power stations back garden, but they are a fraction of the power of Keadby’s gas turbines
..there’s more on other side of Crowle.

Most UK Turbines are in Scotland out at sea where they can run near 40% of nameplate rating in theory.
If we break the UK down and cherrypick England where we have less wind turbines and way way more consumption “Wind Farms In England Only Supply 2% Of Electric Power” yes just two %

In that Spirit, Giles Fraser is a damaged man, who really has no place in any believing church. Only the open door migrant worshippers would let him prattle his vacuities as the Church idea every day, thanks to people like him.
Jesus was NOT a Palestinian-he was a down the line Jewish rabbi, of Judea which was under Roman Occupation, but with a house-trained religious bunch of Jewish elders who did their bidding.
The established Jewish “church”(sic!) was not the only form the faith took-there were mystical Essenes, there were political zealots/assassins and there were clever, practical and active radicals who knew their scriptures much better than the others in most cases.
Palestine did not exist-and according to the current Hashemites of Jordan and Syria etc, it never has and never will. It is Jordan, Syria with a Lebanese claim.
Jesus did not come from the Philistine tribes, or even areas where they lived, And the best you can say of an Arab with roots in that whole benighted area is that he might have a Philistine claim.
But not Palestinian-that was only a derogatory name given to the Roman region once they`d made their patch as Judenrein as possible(hence it`s affectionate use by Jew bashiers like Fraser and his BBC minders)
There are far cleverer people on this site who know more, but this sounds about right to me. I could even be wrong re the Jews and Jesus, but I`m certainly NOT wrong about the impertinence, shroud waving and intellectual agenda od a Giles Fraser bouncing around the top of the London Church circuit, smearing his incontinence pads into the faces of those of us who might want some truth.
You know-before Muslims think he`s speaking for us and not the Guardian or the BBC, Welby or Pope Francisquito.

Beeboid kept pushing for Prof Willet to say it was a crisis, and when he didn’t, Beeboid just got more aggressive. Prof Willet stated logical and clear reasons as to why the action was necessary and even explained the definition of crisis to the idiot interviewing him to put action in context. Despite this the Beeboid ended with ‘ as one headline says “Crisis, what crisis?” The BBC making their own narrative despite evidence against it

No mention about Hugh increase in foreign population guest workers who turn up at international health service hospitals and are treated just the same as decent taxpayer s – ( if this is ever mentioned they just say the international health service is run by foreigners ).

Personally the health service has seriously failed my family twice. I have no trust in it and care less about it. Al Beeb continues to treat it like an out fit full of hard working saints. How can the BBC possibly claim to be a reliable news service if they refuse to report on anything which might hurt someone’s feelings? Sometimes you have to state harsh truths for the greater good. Alas we live in an age of cowardice.

Guest Who, or doesn’t like questions. Bit of a variable & moveable feast, that one. Certainly not the ones the R4 listening public would like asked and answered on TODAY. The BBC certainly did not like asking intelligent probing questions on the TODAY Programme this morning. It was a train wreck of a programme.

Nick Robinson & Carrie Gracie were absolutely dire on the NHS prime slot item and the item that followed – taxpayer funding of fiction writers. The Editors, from new Senior, Sarah Sands, down through the day Editors and subbies obviously were not thinking at all. Still recovering from BBC Christmas and New Year excesses, perhaps?

Sarah Sands has had nearly a year in post. I think she should be urged to seek fresh employment outside the BBC at her annual review.

Just listened to the news on Classic FM. Obviously not much going on as it’s all about the storm but then towards the end they had to report on the Trump tweets describing them as ‘beggars belief’. I tell you what beggars belief is the media not being able to report the news without their endless and blatant one sided commentary.

I say kudos to Trump, the talk needs to be belligerent. You don’t placate bullies with appeasement but by fostering an attitude that you are bigger and more powerful. Aggression and intimidation is all that they understand and when weak words and action haven’t worked in the past maybe, just maybe an alternative approach is required by the US.
