The only time that they have failed was 2016 and they know that if they fail again they will be in prison during Tump’s second term with long sentences. So they have nothing to lose and will do anything to stop Trump and save their skins.

There would have been a control group who were injected with something harmless but not the vaccine and then exposed to Covid. I assume that a high proportion of them caught it.
At an efficacy rate of 70% plus the virus will soon be homeless and die out in six months or so. So that those don’t wish to be vaccinated will be protected in due course . What hasn’t yet been established is how long the vaccine generated immunity lasts. Only time will tell us that, but it appears to be at least three months from the work done to date and is very likely to be much longer than that.

Just watched Macron on France 24, he’s opened up the cinemas, theatres, museums etc, from 28th November, however he’s leaving pubs, and restaurants closed until the new year.
