BBC joyously reporting the Extinction Rebellion eco-terrorism as if it was a carnival….the tone and language are all very positive and portray the ‘activists’ as good people trying to force an evil government into taking action…hmmm…maybe they haven’t noticed the government’s green radical extremism of late?

Interesting to see Charles Moore state that he was not allowed, and no one on his behalf could either, to question Roger Harrabin when Moore was guest editor of the Today show….and as with Liddle who had a similar claim I disagree with his assertion that the BBC was pretty fair during the Brexit referendum….they may well have had a balance of guests ticking off the ‘fair and balanced’ quota but if they treat Brexiteers with contempt in a hostile interview whilst Remainers get the red carpet is that fair and balanced? If they only ever talk about one side of the argument…ie it’s all about economics when in fact it was actually about sovereignty and control is that fair and balanced? If they never seriously fact check Remain claims but forensically tear into Brexiteer statements is that fair and balanced?

Not the BBC…worse in many respects. The Times radio programming is just the BBC with adverts….while LBC has a mix of presenters….I thought James O’Brien might be the worst but I caught a dose of Nick Abbot yesterday as one of his guests stated that Trump hated Brown people and didn’t care about Afghans….he wouldn’t care if a thousand of them were lined up and shot….Abbot laughed along and then added that Trump’s supporters would be happy to supply the bullets.

Funny thing about ‘liberals’…just how illiberal, nasty and toxic they really are.

    Nooooooooooo !

Nigel farage has just tweeted to say he will be off on holiday this week . I had been relying on him to talk on GBN tonight about the 700 or 800 migrants that landed ( or were landed by border farce and the RNLI ) in kent on Saturday. ..And perhaps also the daily mail article today that claims they are now arriving with guns .. Sigh, looks like now it will remain an unpublicised hushed up semisecret 🙁 I wonder if there really is a proportion of the population who rely only on the BBC and are simply not aware of such news. The BBC and Boris both hope so of course.

Oh dear me…..amused to hear Munchetty getting all excited about the British Para-Olympian flag bearers….the woman who hates the British flag and all it stands for…as do all her colleagues of course.

Munchetty didn’t cover herself in glory later on either as she interviewed a British Brigadier General who came up with the spiffing idea that we send thousands of troops to ‘hold’ Kabul airport once the yanks have fled. Munchetty didn’t have anything intelligent to say or ask….such as how, under fire from the Taliban, we are going to fly in troops, what will happen to the planes on the runway should any manage to land and how will we evacuate those troops under fire…and how, as the Taliban control all entry to the airport, are we supposed to rescue anyone from outside the airport? Basically many of our troops would die and the rest would be captured and several aircraft no doubt destroyed….and no-one rescued.

The reason she didn’t ask these questions was because, as she revealed to a later guest who said the idea was basically bonkers and everyone would die, that she thought the General was saying the troops would be there to help with the luggage and stuff….no…seriously. That’s the standard of thought of one of our finest and most highly paid BBC journalists.

Yet more proof that promoting someone just because of the colour of their skin isn’t the best idea.

The sheer stupidity and patronising arrogance of some people eh? Some American academic on 5 Live today telling us how the American people just aren’t interested in foreign news unlike us here where we have fine news outlets covering stories like Afghanistan. Americans are so uneducated and unaware of what is going on in the world…and their news outlets just don’t cover foreign news….er what?!

Check any US news outlet and they’re full of international news.

Naturally the BBC presenter nodded along in agreement and was happy to mark down Americans as dumb, ignorant, stupid hicks.

Yet again a BBC presenter’s ignorance and prejudices making for a terrible interview that totally misinformed anyone listening.

Liberal Americans will pay interest to foreign matters but most Americans ? No – unless it directly affects them . Methinks only a certain type of European would also be interested in it . Plenty spend their time looking for ‘likes ‘ and love fantasy island or similar – I say this as a fact not necessarily a criticism – each to their own .

Sometimes the idea of blissful ignorance is very attractive

The main story on the bBbc NI News webshite tells us that the vaccine centre at the SSE Arena in Belfast is to close so that it can go back to hosting concerts and ice-hockey games. It was being used to give people their first jab, the second jab will be given in a centre set up in its’ car park. I didn’t realise, but am not really that surprised, that NI has the lowest vaccination rate in the UK.

I also didn’t realise that we had such a large South Asian community. They all seem to work as nurses in the SEE Covid vaccine centre as well. According to the bBbc anyway.

The pictures and short video in the article suggest that this picture might have been selected for a reason though, maybe it’s not really that representative of the majority of staff who worked there at all, as if there’s some sort of bBbc-wide agenda or something.

    The bBbc? Never.

    What’s going on?

Where I live has been relatively ‘non-diverse’, certainly compared to where my parents lived.

Actually that has become very non-diverse too, but not with those ‘black’ people that have become top of the pile recently, rather the ‘brown’ people that don’t get attention as they quietly take over the whole of local government.

Round here we don’t see many ‘brown’ people, a pack of ‘brown’ mothers appeared a few years ago, dispersed refugees perhaps?

Then last night I passed just six people on my drive home, two ‘brown’ ladies and four ‘black’ people. Today I went to cross the road at a pedestrian crossing. Opposite me was a young ‘black’ family. I heard someone come up behind me, a young ‘black’ woman. Waiting for the bus a dozen teenagers wearing some sort of team uniform walked past, six ‘black’.

Where are they all coming from? Presumably not Jamaica.

I guess they are all priority immigrants urgently needed by ‘casting’ and the advertising industry!

Genuinely, if I wanted to live with foreigners I would go abroad, I have always found it fascinating to see how other cultures function but when I come home I want to be with ‘family’. Now I almost expect to see squatters on the sofa when I turn the key. I don’t have a ‘homeland’ anymore.

Well the left globalist plan is beginning to pan out. I heard today on LBC (evening) the hopeless self-declared communist US vice President Kamala Harris is being lined up by the US media as the direct ‘replacement’ for Biden who is ‘suddenly’ considered ‘too old’ to lead the next phase of socialism for all.

The Telegraph comments: The Washington elite have turned on Biden. Watch out for the Harris presidency

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/08/23/washington-elite-have-turned-biden-watch-harris-presidency/

Biden, no doubt was ‘advised’ by ‘the’ same US socialist (elite) media advisors who consider that Biden is not left wing enough. The fact that he is a doddering old fool, when previously he was the same old fool that Trump always said he was, was clearly true. And yet the media ignored his previous engagement with China and dodgy business dealings and practices vanished.

And yet the Media thought he may be the New Blair (erstwhile leader able to copy Neil Kinnock Speech), and without much hesitation – and thinking nobody would ever notice! Even the BBC never seem to comment – on any gaffs (there were many), it did not seemed to matter to the TV and Radio media in CNN or BBC cheer leaders.

There was a reason they went to all this trouble to fraud voting machines and why the most useless ‘president elect’ was made real. It was to engage the more uselessly useless replacement Harris, and even she will be replaced later with a politburo member who we will have never heard of.

This is how the left run things since the US has reset global policy to save the planet from extinction using any means how.
So Global Climate change means rapid depopulation (the weather being unchangeable and the price of renewable s will bankrupt and enslave nations to a gas tax invented and arranged by social ‘global tax’ on how well you implement a pandemic, Carbon Tax, Family planning (aka Abortion and Euthanisa packages), sterile homosexuals and creating a new breed of humans that will not create families. Taxation will ensure that families cannot exist without ‘parentage’ taxes (or) inoculation designed to make them sterile.

If I was making this up, its already called Agenda30 after the success and final culmination of UN Agenda 21. The year 2021 is upon us. Its not a final solution but a long term plan of World depopulation. We are the start.

So what now. How are they going to do that?
That is also being spelt out today by the Biden administration.
By international (emergency powers) no drug company administering the COVID vaccine can be prosecuted. That is the first thing to be worried about . The UK is EXACTLY the same protocol. Secondly Vaccine passports are being rolled out in a way that (despite laws in the UK prohibiting it – left over from the last war opposition to drug testing on a nations populations), they have a was around it by making it authorised as ‘safe’ when in truth, it has hidden side affects. Now and in the future.

This is why the Anit-vaxxers (as they call us) are concerned. Its not just about non-existent ‘clinical trials’, this is not MMR vaccine, it is very different RNA changer. It does not stop the common cold, flu or anything much, including COVID. But it does set a marker that with repeat prescriptions you can be made infertile. This is the ‘side affect’ of the roll out. That is why there were protest in London today at ITV studios.
On the role of the Media and particularly John Sopel (C4, ITN, C5, Sky and others) have the same outlook as the BBC.
    https://inews.co.uk/news/anti-vax-protest-london-itn-studios-jon-snow-channel-4-presenter-1163510

You may ask why. And then the UK may be forced to follow Biden as he declares that this mass vaccination will be compulsory all ages and all genders (all 56 of them, if you believe Stonewall). No children will be spared.

This is the most worrying of all. Mass sterilisation was never going to be popular unless you rename it (tastefully) climate change.
    https://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/watch/biden-announces-fda-s-full-approval-of-pfizer-covid-vaccine-119282757565

It means that the US can mandate and change the US terms of employment by requiring you are ‘safe’ by such inoculation with our without COVID. The same will be rolled out here as soon as BORIS and his team have figured out a novel way of making it a reason for all public service employment in any sector and no doubt private sector UK ’employment laws’ will follow. Ignoring any claim that it is ‘unsafe’ and costly.

It will not be called ‘compulsory’ but effectively it will be for many of us, exactly the same thing.

As someone who suffered a nasty week in 1978/9 with Hong Kong Flu I decided to read up about it. Claims are that that outbreak was globally statistically up to 650 times more lethal than the current COVID stuff.

There were no lockdowns, there were no face masks, there was no furlough, there was no mass vaccination, there was no red country destinations, it just burned itself out naturally.

And as now the vast majority of the victims were vulnerable or older people who were susceptible to any form of nastiness that came out of the woodwork including a common cold or even common or garden flu.

I conclude that the current hysteria is driven by a new breed of jittery millenial professionals who think they are the first generation ever to face this sort of thing and therefore with the help of the hysterical media have managed to fan the flames of a totally disproportionate fear.

Think about that: more illegals might be imported in a single month than our magnificent ‘Doesn’t-Go-Far-Enough’ Afghan rescue operation will process in 4 years. Both, of course, are wrong and immoral except in a very small handful of case.

Is the fee given to the French Government to prevent the illegal crossings being used to provide the dinghies ? It bodes the question , what happens to these dinghies when they are recovered? Are they auctioned off to the highest French bidder ? All this being done under strict COVID rules .

    6 months for burning a flag ?.

It occured to me that I don;t recall seeing any stories on the BBC about black BLM rioters being sent to prison.

In my search, I looked for examples of burning the union jack. The most recent was during the BLM riots. The one which came up from the BBC was from the ‘misinformation’ specialist Marianne.

The peaceful protester falsely accused of burning the union jack
    https://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-trending-53010198

But the ‘misinformation’ aspect is not that nobody burned the flag but he was mistaken for the person who actually did it !!!.

    Misinformation indeed Ms Spring.

Lib Dems target seats in Tory heartlands

As photo opportunities go, knocking down a pile of blue boxes with an orange mallet wasn’t exactly subtle. But that was never the intention. On the morning of the Liberal Democrats’ victory in the Chesham and Amersham by-election in June, leader Sir Ed Davey’s stunt demonstrated clearly what his party hoped to achieve.

That was to win votes from Conservative supporters in the party’s traditional heartlands, and turn enough bricks in the Tories’ blue wall to Lib Dem yellow, to threaten Boris Johnson’s grip on power. Sir Ed is embarking on a “blue wall tour” of constituencies which the party is eyeing up for a win.

Strikes me that we are every bit as bad as the Taleban especially in Scotland where we might not execute those who offend the left, but that surely is coming as soon as wee Nicola can get it through the nasty Scortish assembly once independence is achieved.

Maybe someone on here can tell me why we are continually pandering to a proven electoral small minority that are allowed to riot (with convenient ready made placards) at regular intervals and impose their opinions upon the majorty.
Outside of London and the few other city ghettos the demographic make up of this country is far removed from what is forced upon us by the ad agencies and racist bbc and yet again they are allowed to pretend that the majority are in mixed marriages for some perverse reason.
And worryingly some of the worse in this respect are the government quango adverts.
Considering the current far left obsession with “men’hal ‘ealth and offence, what effect is this having on the 85% white british who are forced to see this on a regular basis and given the impression we are living in Africa ?

One might have thought that after all the fuss the BBC made over the misbehaviour of some England football fans at Wembley during the Euros final, particularly concerning those who stormed into the stadium without tickets – that their report about: ‘Wembley steward who tried to sell final passes sentenced‘ – might have remained in the Premiership of the BBC’s online frontpage for more than the proverbial five minutes before relegation to the Isthmian League of their local London news.

Or perhaps not: ‘Yusaf Amin, of Clifford Road, Newham, posted screenshots on Facebook Marketplace offering two passes, uniforms and wristbands for £4,500

Hours before kick-off, Amin, who previously pleaded guilty to theft, wrote on Facebook: “Steward pass available x2 with uniform and pass and I’m outside Wembley. Anyone wans (sic) to get in I have two passes and two uniforms and wristbands for you to go in and watch the game

Another man, Dalha Mohamad, 18, of Anglian Road, Waltham Forest, was charged with similar offences but pleaded not guilty. He is due to go on trial on 17 December

District Judge Denis Brennan said Amin “would have been aware of the concerns about fans getting in the ground. Yet there you were offering out hi-vis jackets, accreditation passes and wristbands… putting at risk the security and the safety of other fans within the ground.

In other words the recruiting of highly unreliable dishonest – presumably cheap hourly rate – young stewards looks to be a contributing factor to the ensuing crowd chaos.

He was handed a six-month sentence in a young offenders’ institute, suspended for 12 months‘ – in other words a slap on the wristband.

In a similar vein of – where did that story disappear to – one searches in vain for the BBC report, which I’m sure was there in their online news somewhere, concerning the decision to take no disciplinary action against the cop who shot a woman protester at the infamous US Capitol Riot.

Searches on the BBC site never seem to show me what I want. A Google search of “bbc no action against cop who shot woman in capitol riot” ironically does bring up the story – from left-leaning US corporate media giant ABC: ‘US Capitol Police investigation clears officer who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt during January 6 insurrection’

And the very next news report for my search with the gloriously left-liberal Google hilariously delivers a Wikipedia article on: ‘Shooting of Mark Duggan‘ – you couldn’t make it up, as someone once said.

Black on black crime from the BBC: ‘Proud Boys leader sentenced for burning Black Lives Matter flag… The leader of the far-right Proud Boys group has been sentenced to nearly six months in jail for burning a stolen Black Lives Matters flag in December. Enrique Tarrio, 37, pleaded guilty for burning the flag and attempted possession of a large-capacity ammunition feeding device.‘ – and yes, our Enrique Tarrio is as black as Newgate’s knocker – as my old grandad might have put it.

With no interest in wheelchair racing and bored by the sheer quantity of impotent column inches expended on Afghanistan – more than the amount of ammunition expended defending the place – but not the quantity of western arms captured by the Taliban… one is left with a few side show features from the frontpages: ‘Topless sunbathing culture change in Europe‘ (‘i’) – perhaps St.Tropez and the like are covering up in expectation of another surge of islamic immigration? Or maybe fretting about climate change has dampened their ardour? :’Climate change: Europe’s extreme rains made more likely by humans‘ (BBC) – how does that expression go…? Don’t rain on my shoes and tell me it’s climate change?

I’m waiting for the first reported case of PTSD by proxy in people traumatised by TV and press reports on Kabul.

I thought for a moment we were getting close when I spotted this in the Telegraph: ‘Shellshock! Tortoise hunts and kills chick‘ – this reminder that mother nature can be a bitch was spotted by naturalists on Frigate Island (somewhere south of Love Island, I’m guessing). A Cambridge University research team caught the giant tortoise – slowly – stalking its prey on camera. My question is how did they get all the way to Frigate Island when most of us can hardly get away to France?

‘Extinction Rebellion threaten two weeks of chaos‘ (Telegraph) – yawn! I know, an exclamation mark following a yawn is somewhat of a non secuiter. How is it these supposed conservationists will choose to waste a fortnight of their nature-loving lives mucking about making a nuisance of themselves in urban central London?

Seems the new army recruiting poster pose goes something like this: “Hey, Sarg, hold me rifle, while I embrace this little kid

Never mind disassembling and reassembling a machine gun blindfold, can you properly secure a fresh Pampers and safely dispose of the spent one, son?

As soldiers hug kiddies on the frontpage of the ‘i’, the Mirror, fistbump a kid in the Times and pass out drinks to kids on the Express and Daily Star.

Robert Crampton in the Times would appear not to have the right stuff for our modern military: ‘I’m glad I dodged paternity leave

Zephir, Kamala Harris is of Indian heritage on her mother’s side and very mixed race on her father’s side. Her skin colour may reflect the life of a politician (much time spent indoors or travelling) plus her mixed-race descent and her hair may be naturally straight, again thanks to the ancestors.
