Liverpool kept pace with the Premier League’s leading pack as Mohamed Salah’s 100th English top-flight goal helped them to victory at Leeds.

DID THE CROWD CHEER FOR TALIBAN?

    Here are the lyrics:

“If he’s good enough for you, he’s good enough for me.

“If he scores another few, then I’ll be Muslim too.”

“If he’s good enough for you, he’s good enough for me.

“Sitting in the mosque, that’s where I wanna be!

    “Mo Salah-la-la-la, la-la-la-la-la-la-la.”

Watching the box this afternoon (Tour of Britain bike race, not a coloured face in sight), I was struck by an advert from sky about going carbon neutral by 2030, to save the planet.
The ad is about the moon visiting the earth, as if, and not liking what it saw, climate change, rising waters etc, etc. Do the cretins not know that the Moon along with the Sun controls the tides that happen everywhere twice a day, thus creating rising waters. Clowns!

I saw that advert also, and it reminded me of this…
Not the climate porn ending sky had in mind,
      But much more likely… (25s)

Just caught up with the Last Night of the Proms. The anti-British EU hats and flags were more in evidence than ever. I have tried to get tickets before for the Last Night even going to the right number of Proms and entering the ballot. All to no avail.

These hats have finally made me put two and two together. The reason why it is so hard to get tickets for the Last Night is that most of the tickets will be given to BBC employees. Hence those awful hats and the fact there are more EU flags in evidence than Union flags. The BBC make me want to be sick.

What’s our patriotic prime minister and his cultural secretary going to do about it ? We voted to leave the EU back in 2016.
Blatant propaganda bias in front of our very eyes .

Not specifically bbc but peripheral maybe, experiences this weekend.
What you see and hear on the bbc and what you see in the world may be very different .
Saturday just decided to explore a different town, and unfortunately chose Northampton, nice church and town hall, the rest, well, the town centre was a little like a cross between the Star Wars bar and a casting for Shameless. Despite that they had a market, of sorts, luckily a second hand book stall. Whilst perusing. the proprieter asked me what that noise was (it was NHS nurses in the corner shouting for “fair pay”.
I did not know this proprieter at all but just happened to comment about NHS diversity vacancies going for 50 000 plus and he went on and on about how sick he was about blacks in every advert etc etc as so many I have heard on the street but never ever on the bbc. How many ike this are sick of it ?
Second experience, a town that every year gives its pubs up to live bands, one pub punk, one pub heavy metal another rock etc etc. Heard music I never ever ever hear on the mainstream bbc i.e. guitars, drums, bass guitar and hundreds and hundreds of people but NO police. No police needed.

Notting Hill or any of those things, assaults rape etc and a police bill of tens of thousands every year to control them how many are sick of it ?

    Go figure

    Sport’s presenter rota’s
Alex(andra) Scott was set to take over from Sue Barker on Question Of Sport
.. but the BBC changed their minds and made her the presenter of Football Focus
.. Ad by adding another female presenter each week and female guests ..the BBC are engineering to lever up women’s football to the same prominence as mens.

After @PaddyMcGuinness made a good job of ruining Top Gear
the BBC made him the presenter of Question Of Sport
    and completely changed the format

“PaddyMcGuinness should be working at JD Sports
    …., not Question of Sport.”

Among the finer points I didn’t get to is one that seems relevant to those US “negotiators” in Doha so effortlessly played by the Taliban: Wazir Akbar Khan, the duplicitous prince with whom the British negotiated the terms of the retreat, understood that the infidel were more familiar with Dari than with Pashto. So, as the bloodbath began, he repeatedly shouted to his men “Fire!” in Pashto (their tongue), but punctuated by “Hold fire!” in Dari, in order that the British would think he was trying to prevent the massacre and sticking to the terms of the retreat.

This article is more than 5 years old
Outgoing head of natural history unit, Wendy Darke, files biggest bill of £11,000 in six months as union chiefs criticise new deal for corporation staff

    https://www.theguardian.com/media/2016/apr/11/top-bbc-executives-run-up-more-than-25000-in-expenses-before-leaving

The biggest bill by far belonged to Wendy Darke, the outgoing head of the BBC’s natural history unit, who claimed almost £11,000 for travel and hospitality, according to official BBC figures published on the expenses of the corporation’s top executives.

Yentob, who stood down as creative director late last year but remains a presenter of BBC show Imagine, ran up a bill of £2,574.18 in the last six months of 2015, according to information disclosed by the corporation. One entry in his expenses filing includes £22 for “BBC speech prep”.

Watching the BBC news – why do I do it!! – there was a report from John Simpson at the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan. He showed two guards , from either side, standing at the check point. He pointed out the Taliban soldier and then to my shock went over and actually shook the Taliban soldier’s hand!!! The absolute hypocrisy – the Taliban are barbarians and the reason thousands of people are trying to escape from their tyranny!!

Notice they never showed the clip of the reporter saying that the WTC 7 had collapsed when it could be seen behind the reporter it was still standing. Also the clip where reporters said there was no plane debris at the pentagon site. Both videos of these two reports where not repeated as they were told not to show them again.
