A link to a US government site which shows the daily snow and ice coverage, it’s useful to know just how quickly the polar ice is growing, and by clicking on 7 days it will open a smaller window to play it through for you.

The speed with which snow cover moves across Russia East to West can have a link as to whether the Winter in the UK / Europe is going to be cold and snowy or milder.

“Shetland’s damaged subsea cable now repaired, says operator”
“Faeroese Telecom previously said the damage to the cables was likely caused by fishing vessels.”

This damage is a bit ‘coincidental’ I would say ?

The frequency of offshore / undersea cable damage is played down by the operators….

      – in fact the windmill peeps have their repairmen sign up to brutal non disclosure agreements.

“Prime Minister pledges to control and reduce immigration”
How many have entered our country Illegally ?
Under how how many Prime Ministers ?
How much has it cost our poor nation ?

“A group of bison were reintroduced to the UK this summer as part of an ambitious rewilding project in Kent.”

I hope that these ‘big boys’ don’t get too aggressive when they grow up ?

“They usually appear peaceful, unconcerned, even lazy, yet they may attack anything, often without warning or apparent reason. They can move at speeds up to 56 km/h (35 mph) and cover long distances at a lumbering gallop.”

Lord King says the unsayable – that taxes must go up – add increasing interest rates to try to catch up with inflation – and a reduced fuel subsidy in the Spring and 2023 looks grim .

So often I write here of doom and gloom – yes – I’m a pessimist – but I think it is necessary to spell out what is to come …

Not strictly necessarily to raise taxes; they could slash the bloated public sector instead.

Just a bit of light relief. I used to like watching ” Strictly” i
happen to like watching good dancing. But the programme
has become a freak show. Ok “inclusiveness ” is Ok
to a certain degree. But I expect if the bearded lady was
dancing with the elephant man , they would probably win.
I know the experts are paid a fair whack of our license fee.
But surely Craig Revel Horwood is not going stand this for
much longer as Tony Adams continues to prance around
like a prat and continues to get through?
” The Greatest Showman” with Hugh Jackman as as BT
Barnum and his freaks was entertaining. But this season
Strictly” with its freaks is becoming fourth rate crap!!

The fat lesbian was turfed out in the dance off.
Much to the chagrin, no doubt, of the BBC box-tickers.

Do you think they ll ever have a radio show called ‘I’ve never seen strictly ?’ I’d qualify ….

—- I suppose the channel 4 ‘stars ‘ – a girl with a disability pretending to do ‘stand up ‘ and a naked trans ‘chap’ with his ‘chap ‘….

Wonder what the BBCOFCOM complsints numbers were very low ….

Listen to the BBC News today and any ‘commentary’ afterwards, I’m thinking of Jonny ‘Disjointed’ Dymond haltingly (although he wasn’t too bad today) presenting TWotWeeee, if Boris Johnson returns to No.10 as PM the sky will fall in, our financial woes will worsen, and the Conservative Party will collapse.

What does the £ do against the $ today? It gains half a cent.

Just watching Stanley Tucci on BBC2 which today is about how Italian immigration has changed London by the introduction of many Italian restaurants.
Very good, and I dont think all these Italian immigrants have been bombing, stabbing and raping their way around the country like some, probably the same can be said about Chinese immigrants too.

Wild – I caught a few of those shows – I’m still waiting for him to sample some local specialty and turn to the camera and say ‘it tastes like +++++. Ugh ‘

Time for the new thread – just think – by the end of the week there will be another PM – an office being rapidity eroded …
