I have never understood why no one has been prosecuted for the bugging of the incoming 2016 Trump administration on the evdence presented. The corruption of executive processes to achieve the bugging must be symptomatic of a deeper malaise and it is hardly surprising that Trump now acts in the way he does. Generally these things never end well.

There’s no acknowledgement that critics have been calling for the marches to be stopped for a long long time for the very reason that they are ‘hate marches’ that ferment and stoke anti-Semitism.
Starmer stated that people had been blind to the anti-Semitism within the marches or they didn’t want to see it…but that would include himself and indeed the BBC….and Khan and the police.

The BBC write-up is very limited in what it talks about but fair does to Robinson in the interview who asked if Starmer was as concerned with Islamists as he was with the Far-Right and went on to ask if there is a problem with some families where a child is born and from birth is taught to hate Jews….didn’t name what type of family but we can guess.
That is in fact the heart of the problem…and not just taught to hate Jews but all people not of the same ideology and Western culture.

The strike out application did indeed fail. As you know I’ve been directly involved in defamation proceedings. When I last posted about this I forgot to mention another key factor in these cases, it’s about “Control”. One BBC key defence is one of limited propagation within the USA, they claim not many people will have seen that video. However once the BBC broadcast that video in Britain they no longer had “control” of the offending item. Thus by any number of means, people in the USA could have seen the video or heard about it plus use could be made of it by third parties in the future. I’m absolutely certain that Trump’s enemies would have made full use of the content, both now and in the future.
Another aggravating factor is that if the content became widely known in the USA the damage would not be just political.
Trump has business and media interests. Control and the loss of control are very important and I think the BBC will be paying out big time.

My guess is Trump will settle, it will be for a significant amount of money, and an apology, it’s low risk for Trump . The legal costs will astronomic. Trump’s risk is not that he won’t win, it’s if the BBC make an offer Trump goes to trial and the damages awarded are less than the probable BBC offer he will have to cover all costs. What a Judge will offer if Trump wins is conjecture.
My guess will be the BBC will make a pre trial offer of $1M plus costs and Trump will accept. Trump will also win bragging rights which will mean more to him than the money.

I think that you both have missed an important point. The judge has granted the right of ‘discovery ‘ to Trump. So the President’s legal team can search through all the BBCs written and electronic records on the programme in question. It is therefore very likely that the legal team will find a huge amount of evidence to support their case.
If Trump doesn’t settle he will likely take the BBC to the cleaners and huge amounts of LF payers money will be required to pay the fine and legal fees.
Advice to anyone stupid enough to still be paying the LF is stop paying today .
I’ve seen Ed Milliband being interviewed on a recent video. I can only conclude he’s got some sort of diminished brain function. His gurning and very peculiar delivery is I think is a sign he is sub normal, brain damage or early onset something.

I have just been watching David Starkey in discussion with Danny Kruger of Reform. It is very clear that the ‘restoration’ of our constitution to that of the pre Blair days is the first absolutely necessary step a Reform government will have to take , without which every other reform will fail due to the action of the Blair Blob.
Even with a large majority in the HoC Reform will still require for all new legislation to withstand judicial review and scrutiny by the HoL which of course is packed with Blobists and which can hold up legislation for months if not years.
The way round the HoL problem is for Reform to counter stuff the Lords with hundreds of their own people in a move similar to that threatened by PM Asquith and George V in 1911 over the so called People’s Budget .However, for that to happen the King must approve the proposed peerages. If he refuses then a second constitutional crisis will occur.
How many people trust the King to take the action required by a democratically Reform government knowing that if does his duty the whole woke Globalist world so carefully constructed by Blair et al and of which he so enamoured , will come crashing down?

A couple of days ago I was listening to GBNews in the car. I think it was Dawn talking with another presenter about David Attenborough’s upcoming 100th birthday. They agreed he is ‘a national treasure’. I am sure I am not the only one who sees him as someone who has done huge damage to this country with his lies about climate change. I used to enjoy his BBC nature programmes many years ago until I saw how the propaganda was at first subtly inserted into the programmes and at the end was so blatant I had to switch off. Imagine how many people have lost their jobs because energy prices are now so high, or the number of people who struggle to put food on the table because energy costs are so high, or the 4,000 pensioners dying each winter (according to Labour), because they cannot afford to heat their homes, all because it is costing the country billions to lead the way on climate change.
