I think we always knew that the BBC moving onto YouTube was more a strategic powermove than trying to capture more audience….the likelihood was that it was intended to demand that Youtube viewers would also be subject to the TV licence….but of course there is also other motivations such as control of the news…the BBC, and other MSM players, all hate losing control of the news narrative and the ability to shape the news and thus our views.

We all know the BBC and other MSMs work hand in hand with the government to control the messaging whether on climate, covid, race, religion and terrorism….always messaging from one point of view.

The government is now openly admitting this as it tries to force us to listen to their propaganda…

‘Starmer to force social media giants to prioritise BBC and other public service content’
‘Sir Keir Starmer wants to force social networks and video platforms to make BBC content more prominent.

Under plans to further restrict private media firms, news from public service broadcasters would be given priority to fight “disinformation”.

Sir Keir’s administration believes that this increases the spread of misinformation and disinformation.

Government sources fear that trustworthy news outlets are increasingly undermined by the growth of content promoted by algorithms and sometimes generated by artificial intelligence.’

Hmmmm…the BBC itself ‘trustworthy’….I think it’s abundantly apparent that the BBC is far far from trustworthy and could well be described as one of the most dangerous organisations in Britain given the lies it tells and the extreme one-sided narratives it peddles.

‘EastEnders ran pro-migrant stories after hiring ‘racial justice’ influencer ‘

    and

‘BBC children’s show ‘influenced by pro-migrant campaigners’’

The irony is of course that children are to be banned from social media…but hey….they’ve got the trustworthy BBC….

‘Banned from social media, children can still get their Leftist propaganda from the BBC’
‘Today’s Telegraph shows how pro-migrant campaigners have been boasting about their influence over a BBC children’s television show, as part of their plan to change attitudes to asylum seekers.

The multi-million-pound charity Heard, which said it worked to “shift public attitudes, norms and policy preferences… on vital communications challenges like climate change, poverty, migration and more”, met the producers of CBBC show Pickle Storm.’

Why is an apparently unbiased, neutral and independent BBC spinning extremist messages promoting mass immigration, climate myths, trans poison and Islamic supremacist rhetoric?

Controlling immigration and securing our borders Securing our borders The UK is not part of the EU’s border-free zone – we control our own borders which gives us the right to check everyone, including EU nationals, arriving from continental Europe. Immigration The Government has negotiated a deal that will make our benefits system less of a draw for EU citizens. In future, new EU migrants will not have full access to certain benefits until they have worked here for up to four years. The Government will have greater powers to take action where there is abuse of our immigration system.

The “Manchester CSE problem” refers to the systemic historical failures of police and local authorities in Greater Manchester (including Manchester, Rochdale, and Oldham) to protect children from group-based child sexual exploitation (CSE) and grooming gangs.

      ………..

Saif has remained on remand since his arrest in September 2023, after the parent of a 14-year-old girl contacted us to say he had lured the girl to a secluded area close to an allotment in Rochdale and violated her without her consent.

Upon analysis of Saif’s mobile devices by our digital forensic experts, we uncovered a significant number of chats with girls aged 13 to 17 across his messages and social media. Much of this chat was found to be sexual in nature, involving him attempting to set up meetings with some of the girls at hotels, encouraging them to remove any boys from their friends list or share their location. He often lied about his age, stating he was younger than he was.

One hundred British defendants (at the lower end of the magistrates’ jurisdiction, sure, but the lower end is where most people in this country actually encounter the courts) have now been sentenced by a man from his holiday home. When the Ministry of Justice found out, it concluded that the arrangement was fine. When the Senior Presiding Judge found out, he concluded that it was not. The whistleblower who exposed the whole thing has, predictably, been treated by his colleagues as the problem and is now suing his own Ministry. The convictions, meanwhile, stand.”

“The whistleblower in question is a serving magistrate who had concluded, after some study, that what was being done was unlawful. He is now suing the Ministry of Justice. He alleges that, having flagged the practice internally, he was bullied, ostracised and progressively excluded from the work he had volunteered to do.”

      ………….

Administer UK law from the pool side…. “This references a high-profile controversy involving a magistrate named Phil Taylor, who dispensed justice in over 100 cases via video link while working from his holiday property near Lisbon, Portugal.”

It’s possible Nicola let him get on with it as a means of getting rid of him.

i was surprised the Court video showed Murrell being handcuffed and led away just after sentencing. It’s no something that happens in England.

I did feel sorry for him getting full exposure at one of the worst moments of his life on TV but I am a Far Right softie.

I just feel very sorry for Scottish pensioners, exercising their preferences – whatever they were – to support a party they believed in, by giving them a few quid to the cause.

Eventually to learn that the same party leaders squandered their hard-won cash on bijou gifts for the missus must stick in their craw!

I mean, what political party deals with pensioners in that way, taking their money and wasting it on useless ideals like ‘net zero’, ‘illegal immigrants’, ‘over-expensive power’, feckless wasters and skivers’ etc.?

    I mean, ‘I ask you’…

    The Andy & Mike shitshow

    Key Connections2017 Leadership Program:

Shortly after Burnham’s election as Greater Manchester mayor, he attended a three-day Harvard University program for mayors funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies. This “life-changing” trip exposed him to powerful U.S. city leaders and emphasized the role of mayors in driving urban solutions. Burnham has credited it with inspiring him to build a higher-profile, more expansive leadership style.

    Ongoing Relationship:
They have stayed in touch since 2017, with occasional in-person meetings (including a catch-up in Madrid in April 2026) and public interactions on X (formerly Twitter). Burnham has described Bloomberg as a “friend and supporter” in his book Head North.

    politico.eu

    Bloomberg Philanthropies Support:
Burnham has been a partner with the organization since his first year as mayor. Greater Manchester has benefited from its initiatives on mayoral leadership, data-driven governance, and capacity building. In December 2025, Bloomberg Philanthropies announced a major new program to support UK metro mayors (including Burnham), focusing on strategic leadership, data use, team-building, and devolution—explicitly praising Burnham’s work.

    bloomberg.org

    Broader Context:
Burnham has spoken positively about the influence of U.S.-style mayoral power (exemplified by Bloomberg) on UK regional devolution. Bloomberg media outlets have also covered Burnham extensively, especially amid his recent political rise.

The left like to tell us that the bbbc is neutral.

Don’t they see how it looks when they want to control what we are told by them wanting us to get our news from the bbbc (not to mention them wanting to control what we can see on the net)

People on the left think this is ok and are happy with that.
People on the Right are very much against this because we know the bbbc and the other government preferred news channels are fully contaminated with left wing wokies who manipulate the news to suit their lefty viewpoint.

So then, the left are happy with this and the Right are totally against it.
It’s so obvious the bbbc is not anywhere near neutral.

Just imagine, in 2029, a Farage government replacing this comfortable lefty arrangement by changing from the bbbc to GB News.
    The left would go potty.
