Here am I, send me to the top of this Thread. The BBC are wasteful on staff recruitment. The BBC are wasteful on staff salaries and notice periods. Amol Rajan was co-presenting on TOADY this morning. His voice grates on my ears. The BBC are biased along with rest of MSM against Reform and Nigel Farage. The BBC are pro-Palestine and biased, along with rest of the MSM, against President Trump. Defund the BBC! Cancel your TellyTax Licence.

Recent talk of over-diagnosing of children and adults enabling benefit claims for ADHD and Autism. I am aware of a convicted con-man fraudster and his head teacher wife who have two supposedly autistic kids. From what I’ve seen of the kids I reckon the pair of them have engineered a scam. The mother in particular would have the contacts and know-how to get the kids ‘statemented’ to tap into the benefits system, a lot of money. I imagine there’s thousands more of them.

It’s the current thing for parents, don’t bother making sure your kids learn a trade or something, just make sure they get *diagnosed* – get more bennies for them immediately and they can look forward to a lifetime on higher rate disability payments themselves when older, plus extras like an excuse if they end up in court for something, and a jump on the council housing queue etc

Channel crossings. They’re sending fire ships now, it’s war!

During the battle of the Spanish Armada in 1596, Francis Drake sent fire ships into the Spanish ships anchored at Gravelines which caused the fleet to break up and disperse, which won the battle.
Gravelines near Calais is of course a significant launching point for the rubber boats. We need to triumph over this Armada, roll out Drakes Drum.

It may be silly season but we’ve a packed edition

In which we cover: what we all know

Let’s go straight over to some breaking Boss Girl News…

Infantino calls Fifa crisis meeting… Norway’s FA chief mooted to succeed under-fire president (the ever-feminist i paper with fingers crossed)

You guessed it chaps, she’s a she: Norwegian FA chief Klaveness calls on FIFA to abolish peace prize (Reuters, April 2026)

    And of course she’s performatively anti-The Donald…

Norway FA chief to file ethics complaint, says FIFA’s Infantino must admit Folarin Balogun ‘error’. In an interview with The Times, she also urged FIFA president Gianni Infantino to admit it was an “error” to suspend the ban, saying “we all know” the decision was influenced by external pressure. (ESPN, July 2026)

I’m oddly reminded of that old number by Adam and the Ants: Press Darlings [1980]

Norway supports ethics complaint against FIFA’s Infantino on World Cup eve. NFF president Lise Klaveness has called on FIFA to scrap the FIFA Peace Prize award to protect its political neutrality. (Al Jazeera – the islamic news network perhaps surprisingly backing the scandi boss girl – with the right idea of taking the politics out of sport – but I’m guessing for the ulterior motive of supporting Iran, a member of the ummah, against the US and Israel)

Let’s take just a glance at the formerly serious, now mainly female interest, Times of London: Should you wear flip flops to the office?

    Variations on a theme

Are summer sandals killing your feet? (Philippa Roxby, Health reporter, BBC – and of course Getty Images obliges with a pic of a brown girl topping up her tan)

Keir Starmer may have retired hurt (as they say in cricket) and the great flip-flop debate is not a problem to bother these public sector workers: A thousand staff at Bank of England ‘work from beach’ (Telegraph)

No wonder First Female chancellor Rachel Reeves dreamed of having worked at the Bank of England for over a decade on her LinkedIn profile.

More from ‘The Thunderer’: Why I no longer go topless Carol Midgley (Times)

Speaking of which: Couple woke to find shirtless intruder in Travelodge room… Harry Grieve and Kim Hutchison said their experience had been worrying (BBC) – you mean to say British people are still finding hotels open to the public and not chock full of illegal migrants claiming asylum?

This bit of intrepid news-houndery brought to us by Ken Banks, North east Scotland reporter, BBC

    Slow news day, Ken?

A couple woke to find a shirtless man in their hotel bedroom after he was mistakenly given a key card to their door, BBC Scotland News has learned… Hutchison said she was “petrified” before the man – wearing just shorts – left after about a minute of arguing over who was actually in the wrong room. (BBC)

Speaking of working from the beach, our new PM, with apparently full annual holiday leave entitlement from day one in his new job, is busy at it (via his Coms Team of course): Burnham ‘looking into’ conducting Epstein inquiry, says victims minister (Nicholas Watt, Newsnight political editor and Sophie McAlpine, BBC Newsnight) – I doubt he’ll be ‘conducting’ it, luvs. He’ll employ a group of lawyers.

More from the now mainly female interest Times: ‘Not again’: What wife thought of Burnham’s third shot at No10

Now for more weather: ‘Super-rain’ quotes our BBC press line-up header for their pick of the daily print headlines (they liked that one)

A creditable and most unusual number two runner-up spot in the BBC press pile goes to the habitually and finally jokey blokey Daily Star with their splash: Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it’s… Super-rain… Hot weather is Britain’s Kryptonite

You can say that again, and again, and again…

‘This year has been the worst for my heat anxiety’ “When it’s hot the air feels different in your lungs. Your brain just starts going, ‘Something’s different – and therefore bad’ even though it’s not.” Lauren suffers with anxiety that gets worse when temperatures rise (Ellie Cleverley, South of England, BBC)

Temperatures to drop briefly ahead of next UK heatwave (BBC Weather)

Even camels can’t cope: Africa’s ships of the desert hit by rising temperatures (Navin Singh Khadka, Environment correspondent, BBC) – OK, enough already, now it’s getting silly (season).

Just a little bit more Boss Girl News – for balance…

NHS deals raise questions… NHS and local authorities have paid £2bn to groups part or wholly owned by a private equity firm in which either top health official Samantha Jones or her husband held an interest (FT)

And finally, the two wings of the Uniparty put law and order on the messaging grid with their respective friends in the media…

Kemi the copper – Ms Badenoch cos-plays as a police officer on the front page of the Torygraph – she shoulda gone into the kissagram business with a touch of hang ’em and flog ’em and show me your truncheon.

It’s likewise law and order, tackling crime and the causes of crime, in the caring sharing socialist Mirror with more of the softly-softly approach: Grieving families relief… 40 knives a day off our streets… Huge response to blade amnesty appeals – nothing to worry about there then.

“Alternative terms used by critics to describe the mainstream convergence of the Labour and Conservative parties include the “Single Transferable Party”, the “Consensus-1”, or simply the “Establishment” / “Westminster Bubble.” Alternative Labels and Concepts Single Transferable Party (STP):

Highlights how major parties follow the same economic and fiscal rules regardless of who wins an election.

The Establishment / Ruling Class: Focuses on the shared social class, career paths, and insider status of mainstream politicians.

Tweedledum and Tweedledee: A traditional idiom used to imply that two opposing choices are functionally identical.

Cartel Party: A political science term for when governing parties use state resources and mutual consensus to marginalise outside challengers.”

Hmmm – I rather like the sound of the Single Transferable Party, because I’ve just written a message about my service contractor concerning my Sewage Treatment Plant – STP…

      https://order-order.com/2026/08/05/sentencing-minister-it-would-be-wrong-to-stop-early-release-of-pc-harpers-killers/

Sentencing Minister Jake Richards has said it would be “wrong” to prevent the early release the killers of PC Andrew Harper. Has anyone seen where Burnham’s muscular government has gone?

He told BBC Breakfast that Harper’s Law – introduced by the Tories – had fixed the problem but couldn’t be applied retroactively:

“Harper’s law was passed in 2022 which strengthens the sentence for perpetrators who commit certain offences like that. It doesn’t work retrospectively…

Of course, we’ll continue to talk with the Harper family and indeed representatives from the police on an ongoing basis. But I have to be very clear with your viewers again and indeed them that the government have to draw a line at some point…

The new regime comes into effect in from October 1st. The sentences which have been carved out have been published online. Manslaughter is not one of those offences. A and it would be wrong to pick out individual cases within different offending cohorts. That wouldn’t be right. It wouldn’t be lawful either.”

On Sky News Richards delivered a David Brent-style line:

“We understand that people are angry. The Harper family of course are angry. The police are angry too. We’re angry, because we’re angry that we’re in this situation.”

“Prison building boom to make streets safer
A prison building boom is underway across the country as the Government presses ahead with the biggest jail expansion programme since the Victorian era.”
    https://www.gov.uk/government/news/prison-building-boom-to-make-streets-safer
    Published: 9 December 2025

    ………………..

When it can be said by any country in the world, my poor are happy, neither ignorance nor distress is to be found among them, my jails are empty of prisoners, my streets of beggars, the aged are not in want, the taxes are not oppressive, the rational world is my friend because I am the friend of happiness. When these things can be said, then may that country boast its constitution and government.”
    – – Thomas Paine, Rights of Man – –

For prisoners we have failed them, for society we have taxed them and for families we have removed hope from them.

A suggestion of what is needed:
    * Gardening daily for all prisoners – life skills, manual labour, exercise, time to reflect
    * Persistent weeding as an activity – no pesticides
    * Vegan diet – waste into manure?
    * Self sustaining where possible on all aspects
    * Grow hemp to create own clothes
    * Generate own electricity for needs
    * Water wheel to bring in water – manual process
    * Not much concept of leisure time – work/sleep/think during labour
    * Work only in daylight – reduces power consumption
    * Goods sold as money – for when released
    * Food produced given to prisoners’ own family – a way to provide for them in a big way
    * Prisoners given choice between Lazy Prison (current system) and Active Prison (garden, dynamo)

So with your experience we can change the world for the better, with your experience from all those grand designs fed into a solution for prison building where growing is the culture.

Out of reoffending, overcrowding, prison population and cost – this would definitely reduce the costs, and possibly reduce all of the others.

Impossible? Only because it hasn’t been tried yet

Did you know there are no white girls and no boys at all in Scotland?

The exam results are out in Scotland and this was featured on the BBC 1 6 pm news.
A group of students was shown.
All were girls. None were white. One was a Muslim.

Or could there be another explanation?

I had a quick look at the 2021 census data for Scotland.
96% white, 2% Muslim, and shall we agree 50/50 male/female.
So even in our open door immigration multicultural times, the random chance of such a group is infinitesimally small.

Therefore this totally unrepresentative group was deliberately chosen by the BBC editors, revealing their FarLeft belief set.

About as discriminatory and biased as you can get.

The BBC is always keen to depict mixed-race families and gatherings, in particular the White female with the Black husband/partner and mixed-race kids.

Curiously, the advert featured an entirely White family of mother & father plus son and grandmother. Why were no Black or Asian people selected for this advert?

I can’t understand why Iran is being allowed to give Trump the runaround.

We hear new deals being announced almost weekly with Hormuz opening and closing like a revolving door.

Any deal made only lasts days (if that long) and it’s always Iran breaking it.

Trump should realise he can’t trust Iran on anything and either finish the Regime off or withdraw because they are making a fool of him.
He has the power to cause Regime change but keeps stopping. A few bombings then a deal for a day or two and then back to where they started and a few more bombings, another deal quickly broken and its rinse and repeat all over again.

Is it his own people stopping him finishing off this awful Iranian Regime.

      Many people are perplexed.
One huge impediment to sorting out the regime once and for all is the absolute taboo against sending in troops. Trump’s enemies – which is practically all the msm and many others – would howl with rage at every dead GI.
Another taboo is crippling the civilian infrastructure. Again, the ‘liberal’ establishment, domestic and international, would scream “genocide” after each strike against a power station etc.
So Trump is fighting with one hand tied behind his back, and sometimes both.

Big things are happening in Saudi Arabia. Princes, ministers and top businessmen are being arrested, detained in a luxury hotel, accused of corruption, their planes grounded and their assets seized.

I think the problem lies with the Gulf ‘allies’ Saudi in particular, who will not take any risk of Iranian retaliation on their infrastructure and people. Also the obvious problem of Muslim v Muslim cannot be dismissed from the equation.
In a few years there will be pipelines which will mean that the SoH can be by passed and one of the two main Iranian threats eliminated. What the Saudi’s et al expect to happen about the nuclear threat remains a mystery.

After the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in Australia, authorities were still searching for 50 athletes and officials a month after the competition ended, while another 190 had sought asylum.

Sajid Javid has denounced an article by the controversial journalist Rod Liddle that appeared to call for elections to be held on days when Muslims are forbidden by their religion to vote.
To such denunciations, Rod was wont to respond: “Islamophobia? Count me in.” At the time, Sir Sajid was Chancellor of the Exchequer in an ostensibly “Conservative” ministry. You may recall this Tory grandee’s reaction to the news that Anglo-Celts were now a minority in almost every English city: “So what?”

There are some interesting stats out there. One which is widely quoted has native Britons becoming an ethnic minority in their own country by 2063. That assumes existing trends in migration continue. If, however, all immigration was stopped – let’s imagine, say, a Reform UK government gaining a workable majority in 2029, what happens then? The answer is: not very much, all that would happen is that the replacement date is pushed back by around 5 years to 2068, due to the differential fertility rates among migrants already here as described above. The only humane way to now halt the process is through a massive remigration and deportation programme, in which illegals and criminals are forcibly removed, whilst those who are ‘only here for the money’ voluntarily pack their bags once the welfare payments and social housing are removed. And that’s why “Millions must go”.

    ” KING ANDY” …HOLIDAY FLIP FLOP……

“KING Andy” is on a well deserved holiday with his kids ( the youngest is 21) we are told not to be concerned , things will just carry on without him…..well, fancy that, almost as though he didn’t matter.

However, having been told he was ” looking at” the possibility of a public enquiry in to dead miscreants, Epstein and Al fayed. We are told today he isn’t. Reminds me that he was ” looking at” the early release of the countrys most famous cop killers, only for nothing to happen. Are these just Andy’s flip flops , or just more of what we came to expect from that Starmer bloke, only we called them U- turns.

Some will imagine a “new” refreshed version of Andy , returning from holiday, all charged up and ready to ” look into” all manner of things, l suspect nothing will change. He has always disappointed and always will. Ask any of Manchester’s homeless , or any of Manchester’s council tax payers about the £1.3 billion funding gap.

He will not leave his flip flops on the beach.

Curiously it’s all quietly forgotten that the Labour Party was recently declared institutionally anti-Semitic…that Nazi Shah wanted to eliminate Israel[and is still an MP]…and that so many others still have similar attitudes…so many Muslims in Labour naturally follow their ideology which is in its very essence anti-Semitic…amongst so many other problems with Islam.

If this reformed Neo-Nazi must go then surely the whole Labour Party must go.
