A British school party goes on an outing to a part of Norway where there are polar bears to study the effects of global warming. It’s so cold up there that the trip wires meant to protect campers from the bears are frozen. It’s happened. Standard & Poor’s has downgraded the United States’ credit rating to AA+ for the first time in history. Worse still, they have a negative outlook on the country fixing things in the near future enough to restore AAA confidence.
