Axel Rudakubana, who murdered three children at a dance class in Southport, has been moved from prison to a secure psychiatric hospital.
…the BBC obtained pictures from inside the hospital. They show that older prison-like cells were replaced by more spacious rooms, though still with locks on the doors.
