I’ll be temporarily resting my series of posts titled ‘Todays’ Murder’ whilst the BBC currently at least seems to have discovered the on going London killings. Although they do still seem to have forgotten who it is who is our London Mayor and his responsiblity for crime and police.

A matter of weeks ago the nightly murders on London Streets were only showing up in the BBC London news traffic reports.

So I’m very confident BBC attention on the deaths of these teenagers will be short lived (if you’ll excuse the expression) and my posts on Today’s Murder will need to be revived in a week or two.

      As I see it .

Me too – it was a bit strange to find out about killing in London by the traffic report of a ‘police incident’ to explain why roads are cordoned off again. At the current rate the killing level should hit 60 by the end of half term .

      “Murder of the Day”.
And a pre-arranged scale of minutes silence, quality of tealights, status of cathedral and whether you get a Jon Snow-or have to settle with a Krishnan or a Cathy.
My husband is currently digging out a dressing up box with old First Communion stuff, school uniforms(they`ll need a bit of a clean I expect!)-a smart suit or two and(but of course) some WHITE COATS.
And we`ll come down to London, offer a photo booth service to the gangsters of Newham so their “really nice” photos are available should anything befall them.
Of course only black and muslims will get this service.
Whiteys will get the double pints, Union Jack lobster look with a photoshopped tattoo of Tommy Mair, Column 88 put on afterwards.

David Lammy and Sadiq Khan continue to claim that it’s a lack of funding and hence Youth Centres that have contributed to the recent spate of black people stabbing/shooting/killing people.

Yet strangely, this victim, who was with gang members when she was killed, met them at the local youth centre.

There is no journalism up to your standard from the BBC, I note! Perhaps they are allergic to the Daily Mail and never actually open the pages, after it is scanned or photographed for the BBC web-site, before it goes in the bin.

Meanwhile, the Guardian appears to be memorised from cover to cover. I wonder whether the Mail will be at the top of the front pages on the BBC w-s today? No, it’s the Mirror. Surprise – not.

One reason why ………. A teenager who was set to be sentenced for injuring a police officer in Stevenage has been named as the victim of a fatal stabbing in north-east London.

Israel Ogunsola, 18, died near a railway bridge in Hackney’s Link Street at 8.24pm last night – half an hour after being stabbed, and despite the efforts of emergency crews. Two 17-year-old boys have been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Israel pleaded guilty to ABH, dangerous driving, driving without a licence, driving with no insurance and being in possession of cannabis after an incident at Stevenage Leisure Park on November 24 that resulted in a police officer being taken to the town’s Lister Hospital with a head injury.

The incident, which happened in the early hours of the Friday morning, saw the officer and some colleagues try to stop the black Vauxhall Astra that Israel was driving. He failed to stop, and continued on to Ingleside Drive before trying to flee

The BBC as with everything disfunctional in the public sector are looking to blame lack of resources for black on black London gang murders. This morning we had the police federation whinging as usual. If resources were used properly then this problem could be tackled and indeed need never have arisen.
Dick of the Yard issues fine words but where’s the action? Proper police street presence in gang territory, lots of stop and search, pull in known gang leaders for anything, and the sooner the east European gangs who import drugs are barred from Britain by Brexit the better.

No. Having recently been one of the 80k for using the expression ‘muzzie’ I can admit openly that if I see a police officer being chased up the road by a bunch of foreign savages wielding machete’s , I’ll lock the front door. Even the Left are complaining now … Last night’s edition of BBC Newsnight was nothing short of state propaganda

The foreign secretary has been caught on camera misleading the UK public and international community on the Salisbury poisoning. This is where the UK media should be applying pressure, asking questions and (in a decent world) forcing a resignation. Instead, the establishment media is vilifying the people doing that job, and backing Boris Johnson. BBC Newsnight showcased this hypocrisy last night.

    State propaganda
What we know for a fact, is that Boris Johnson told German TV:

The people from Porton Down… They were absolutely categorical. And I asked the guy myself. I said, ‘Are you sure?’

And he said, ‘there’s no doubt’.

If you think they are, Wild, then you may be the idiot.

The whole thing does have Lewis Carroll dimension to it. We have just been informed by the BBC on R4 (TWatO if you wish to check it out) that there were pets in the house. This, 31 days later! And they were found dead or dying after investigators gained access to the house!! Dead, deceased, no more, gorn to meet their Maker, etc., etc.!!! Except for the one that is missing or whose health we were not informed about, one of the cats, apparently.

To be fair to the BBC, one of the newspapers had broken that piece of vital information – yes, it is a clue and an important one – about a pet, already this morning. So they had to mention it. When you sit on your backside in W1A, drinking coffee and reading the Guardian instead of doing some journalism, you need to at least appear to keep up with developments.

Unfortunately for you, Wild, it raises a possibility for this ‘poisoning by Russia’ that was so bizarre it had not featured on my list of possibilities for this ‘crime’: Sergei Skripal was a ‘recreational’ drug user.

        Simples, as ‘they’ say.

What do we know? We know that cocaine use is widespread in the UK. We know that people buy the powder from dealers. We know that sometimes the cocaine powder is far from pure. We know that unscrupulous dealers ‘cut’ the powder with other substances, which can be anything ‘powdery’ including other chemicals. We know that sometimes those chemicals are themselves dangerous. We know that the producers of the drug are, shall we say, ‘adventurous’ when playing with their chemistry sets and also may include other components. We also know an economic fact that, generally, it is not a good idea to kill your regular customers, tobacco & alcohol industry notwithstanding. We also know a fact about criminality, that dead bodies turning up everywhere, ahem London notwithstanding, tends to attract police attention & concentrate their minds and is also not a good thing.

So ruling out two guinea pigs who can open doors and then jump up and lick the handle of that front door in Salisbury, we have another possibility. Sergei Skripal bought what he thought was some pure cocaine powder, took some, and it was anything but. He also handled the pets. Or Julia did having also sampled the drug. Or even just handled the packet.

It IS ALSO POSSIBLE that that is how ‘a Russian State-authorised’ assassin got to him.

But it might also explain why the incredibly toxic, incredibly poisonous, incredibly deadly and fast acting ‘new thing’ or ‘newcomer’, created by the Russians to kill instantly, took so many hours to take effect, while so obviously failing in its desired objective. It may also explain why ‘the powder’ has found its way into so many locations, including onto the fur of animals who lick their fur and have died as a result.

I think the Prime Minister would have been wise to have let our authorities thoroughly investigate this incident and report to more fully on it to her first. Instead, she APPEARS to have rushed to judgement, with scant information and her Foreign Secretary even more so.

At least the heat appears to have been taken out of the international situation by some creative words from the British and Russian Ambassadors at the UN. Well done, them. Apparently, the OPCW people here who are also investigating, will not now – according to the BBC – report until next week.

That in itself is interesting information. Porton Down identify the drug & its manufacturer in three days or less. The OPCW estimate it will take them fourteen days from starting work and then they take more. I wonder if the BBC have spotted that discrepancy and will ask any questions about it, 31 days on?

I will not hold my breath.

  12. ChrisMorrison says:

Few issues highlight the institutional bias at the BBC better than the fate of the world’s coral reefs. The staff activists/journalists brook no argument in their false claim that rising sea temperatures caused by man-made global warming are destroying the coral. The obvious flaw in their anti-science argument is that sea water temperatures have not risen much due to recent natural warming and any change is well within the capability of most coral to adapt. What causes coral to die is sudden rises in temperatures, in particular increases due to the El Nino effect which regularly leads to the loss of about 20% of coral every fifteen years or so.

But hey, don’t let the facts get in the way of a pre-ordained story.

Many specialist scientists are relaxed about sea coral, which is both abundant and in good health. It is thought that so-called coral bleaching is a routine event in nature occurring when the temperature of the water rises suddenly in the natural world. Tropical coral is plentiful in waters between 25C to 30C and in fact can grow much quicker in the warmer waters. But it also grows in the cold deep sea and scientists have discovered almost as many species in the deep as the tropical shallow waters.

It’s hardy stuff – get over it.

One scientist who dared to offer such a view was Peter Ridd, a physics professor at James Cook University in Queensland who has studied oceanography and coral reefs for 30 years. He is of the view that there is perhaps no ecosystem on Earth better able to cope with rising temperatures than the Great Barrier Reef. He notes that the Reef is in “excellent condition” and although large areas are routinely killed due to natural causes, “it largely regrows within a decade to its former glory”. Professor Ridd also points to a wider problem in science by stating that consensus is not the same thing as truth. He said a lot of modern science was not properly checked, tested or replicated. And he added: “If you go against the consensus you can suffer unpleasant consequences”.

As Professor Ridd knows only too well. Followings such remarks, James Cook University issued him with a charge of academic serious misconduct for not being “collegial”. At first he was told not to mention the case to anyone, even his wife. The matter then escalated but the University backed off firing him and the issue is now before the Federal Court.

Needless to say this brave man’s stand for scientific integrity has been ignored by media such as the BBC. Its own coverage is based on emotion and green grandstanding from presenters – David Attenborough’s recent misleading series Blue Planet II being an obvious example. A more typical contribution might be from Naomi Klien, a hard left Canadian activist, no stranger to the BBC, who commented recently about a trip to the Reef with her four year old son, along with a Guardian film crew (as you do). Tucking her little mite up in bed later that night, she wrote about him and his little friends as having done nothing to create the crisis – “but they are the ones who will deal with the most extreme weather – the storms and droughts and fires and rising seas – and all the social and economic stresses that will follow as a result.

The BBC looks on while the activists pursue vendettas against scientists learned from the medieval Church and gives airtime to contributers who spout emotional tosh straight out of the Old Testament.

Excellent post, CM, and a welcome relief from all things Salisbury.

      Ahem.

I think I may have heard of, and from, Professor Ridd via – of all things – the BBC but it was a very long time ago, around the time of the first ozone hole scare from the southern hemisphere. And you have now explained why I do not hear from him via the BBC on a regular basis. I do recall that in his one appearance he explained patiently the life of coral reefs as related by you above and that would obviously not fit the narrative of the Left-Libby academics, alarmists and the BBC.

On the point of the robustness of nature, I will forever recall the panic after ‘Katerina’. Various scientists and mentalistenviros were trotted out by the BBC to tell us that the Gulf of Mexico coast of the USA was damaged for a very long time, if not for ever beyond repair. I also remember how the BBC just once on air, in my hearing, sheepishly reported about six to nine months later that the everglades, bayous and beaches together with their wildlife had recovered and were doing just fine but many of the human inhabitants of New Orleans were yet to be rehoused.

Our planet is far more robust than many acknowledge, realise or know.

Now please note, I am not advocating deliberate spoiling, for any reason, and would rather approach the natural world as a conservative conservator, as a true environmentalist. But nature will adapt and survive and thrive or become extinct as, of course, the evolutionist theory (beloved of many at the BBC) determines.

The human needs far more help and it would be better if we concentrated on dealing with that help in concert with, if not in advance of, changes to our eco-system.

That, however, does not suit the super-governmental ‘restrict and tax’ approach.

Jane Hill BBC News Channel anchor presenting the news that working class straight white bloke made good and former darts champion Eric Bristow has died – blimey there was a culture clash.

Then our Jane goes to inordinate lengths to try to split the difference between the reporting of that Yulia Skripal phone call where she says she will be out of hospital in a couple of weeks and some just arrived press release from the hospital saying there is no definite date.

Quite why the BBC get hung up on this minor issue is strange and seems to be a bit of deflection. Without the release of the phone call (which oddly the BBC are still questioning as possibly fake) we would probably not have this pretty positive medical update. Are the BBC anxious we don’t get good medical news – for some reason?

Jane Hill really sounded as though she were arguing with herself about how many former-KGB agents you could balance on the head of a pin. Or maybe that should be just how many the UK is now playing host to – which is too many, apparently.

Who’s never had a relative in hospital say ‘I’ll be out soon’ then questioned the doc and got a guarded response ‘well, we’ll have to see’.

Really, Jane, this is nothing to get excited about. Want to do some journalism – look into categorically telling us whether or not the phone call was genuine. You could settle that one for a start. What… not interested, BBC. They obviously prefer to prefix every reference to the phone call as being a possible fake.

No wonder conspiracy theories abound. You just can’t trust them over even a trivial detail of news these days. Are the BBC frightened some whole elaborate narrative might break down if they admit the Russian couple are recovering?

    – Petroc Trelawny, Home Front’s editor discusses the end of the series,

“Listeners have been speaking to Feedback about the BBC’s coverage of Jeremy Corbyn’s recent attendance at a controversial seder dinner, which reignited the ongoing row over claims of anti-Semitism in his party. ” (That’s a LIE the debate was reignited by Corbyns defending the anti-Semitic painting)

“Meanwhile, Feedback listeners have been singing the praises of .. a debate on the question of Citizens of Nowhere. ”

Intersesting…some facts not uncovered yet by highly paid BBC journalists ? or do not nicely fit the “black victim” narrative ? :

Why so many black victims? the BBC whines, without much thought as to the colour of the perpetrators, maybe because many are crims fiighting each other, live by the sword etc ? colour is only relevant in BBC news stories when it applies to victims and not criminals it seems

In other words, Islam isn’t just compatible with Western values; it started to espouse and establish them long before western democracies. Islamic and Western values are one and the same, and they have been for longer than you could possibly imagine.

Notice how quickly the Facebook shooter Nasim Aghdam has disappeared from the headlines. Two days ago this Iranian refugee walked into Facebook’s offices in San Francisco and shot three random people before turning the gun on herself.

What do we know about this woman? Well she was a vegan bodybuilder and an animal rights activist. Perhaps a diet of grains and plant leaf caused her mental state to tip over the edge. Maybe on her inadequate diet she had been overdoing the exercise. Perhaps we are talking about a case of toxic femininity. Ms Aghdam was on record as stating that “animal rights equal human rights”. Perhaps she felt that the lives of the three people she shot in cold blood were worth less than a pig?

Big issues here. If she had been a white male animal hunter who voted for Trump, we would certainly be talking about the matter 24/7. But she is not – she does not fit the identity stereotyping that drives mainstream media including the BBC.

Move along there Sir, nothing more to see here.

The police seemed keen to point out that they had not been forewarned of such an attack by her family (they were involved in some other of her erratic activities).
Haven’t seen any mention of her being trans, after reading that on here. Maybe they dare not bring that up – it would explain a lot.

Wienstein front page news, for months on end, but this…….hidden well away, on BBC 3, I wonder why ?

Back in July of last year, a crowd gathered in Chicago as Timothy Savage told the world that he believed his 21-year-old daughter was being “held against her will” as part of an alleged sex cult led by the R&B singer R Kelly.

The story made global news, and put the spotlight on the 51-year-old superstar’s private life – in particular, the rumours about his alleged sexual relationships with underage girls.

Kitti confirms for the first time that she was part of R Kelly’s “sex dungeon” where she was forced to have sex with him and other people on “more than 10” occasions. She believes some of the girls in the ‘sex dungeon’ were underage. She talks about an encounter with R Kelly where he told her that he had been “training” one of the girls from the age of 14 to be one of his “pets”. Kelly has previously denied these claims, calling them false and defamatory.

In the documentary, Lovell Jones, the singer’s close friend and collaborator, says the singer’s liking of young girls was “common knowledge in the camp”.

The uproar would be enormous the Guardian BBC etc would be in meltdown.

OK lets release a video game whereby you take other peoples life’s. You get points for killing people in the street drive by shootings etc all to a hip hop soundtrack. These games exist society and the PC world accepts them its totally perverse. I wonder how history will judge us?

Fifty-five knife wielders so far this year in London have shown so little fear of the law that they have murdered people. That didn’t happen in the days of capital punishment.
The low average IQ of blacks means that it is very difficult for so many of them to find jobs that they could actually do. Globalism has hit these types of people very hard and the old menial, manufacturing jobs that used to employ millions of people have been offshored to cheap labour markets elsewhere. Anyone who cares about blacks in this country ought to be looking at ways to keep the jobs they could do remaining in Britain.
Fatherlessness is perhaps the most important reason young black kids seeking role models drift into gangs. Policies that promote marriage and the family should be under discussion, I would have thought.
Just a few thoughts that an old racist has to improve the lot of black people. But more useful than anything I’ve heard from Mark Easton I dare suggest.

Zal you don’t work with maxi do you?
Very thoughtful post. Al Beeb thinks putting black faces. On the tv makes a. Difference. The people doing these killings are feral. They have never been controlled. They only understand a hierarchy of force. Its too late

Fedup2 – Yes, the upper middle class lefties of the political and media class have a skewed vision of blacks and ethnics. Generally they have only encountered the more intelligent, highly educated members of these immigrant groups and extrapolate from that limited experience the conclusion that blacks as a whole are all right and are exactly the same as white people in intelligence, temperament, inclination, law-abidingness and every other respect. But smart people like Thomas Sowell are highly unrepresentative. The average IQ of blacks is 70. The average IQ of whites is 100. Not only can many blacks not function in a first world economy, their frustration easily expresses itself in crime. Criminal activity is correlated with low IQ. Seeing black faces reading the news might inspire one or two but the number must be tiny. It’s a fantasy that everybody can become well-educated and get fancy jobs. It’s for the millions of ordinary blacks from broken families who don’t have the ability to become newsreaders that solutions need to be found.
And, no, as far as I know, I don’t know Maxi, although it would be funny if, unbeknown to me, a work colleague was a fellow bBBC poster. I haven’t had much to do with Maxi. (S)he has attacked me only once, I think.
