That’s gonna sound good in da hood -as I believe it is called . Wasn’t cctv meant to stop such bad behaviour as drive by shooting ? Is it a hate crime ?
Is it racially aggravated ? Joke

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/conservative/9595589/David-Cameron-when-a-burglar-invades-your-home-they-give-up-their-rights.html

Mr Grayling said: “The basic premise of the change is to get the law to a position where if you are in your home, and you are confronted by an intruder… then if, in the heat of the moment you use a level of force that in the cold light of day might seem disproportionate, the law will be on your side.”

Mr Cameron said that he was more interested in defending the “rights” of homeowners rather than burglars.

“We’re saying ‘you can do anything as long as it’s not grossly disproportionate,” he said. “You couldn’t, for instance, stab a burglar if they were already unconscious, but really we should be putting the law firmly on the side of the homeowner, the householder, the family, and saying ‘when that burglar crosses your threshold, invades your home, threatens your family, they give up their rights’.

“And I’m more interested in the rights of the people who want to defend their homes and their properties.”

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-43639183

So what happened here and has the law been changed again because the BBC report appears to suggest that it’s back to the tired old reasonable force backed up by the CPS

    https://www.gov.uk/reasonable-force-against-intruders

This old guy was 78 for heavens sake and there’s no way he should be arrested save for a debriefing and his own safety from reprisal attacks from the scroats family and friends.

“My view is that someone who defends themselves against an intruder should be interviewed as a witness not as a potential offender.”

Clearly this is not the view of the disastrous Communist Theresa the Appeaser unless of course the suicide of the would be burglar happens to be an effnik.

He should not have been arrested. The message it send out is dreadful.
On the subject of the London murders there seems to be an attempt to play them down by the BBC and the media generally except for the hated Daily Mail .
A good article by David Blunkett who points out that the rule of law is disintegrating and that the consequences will be far worse than terrorism .
Useless May and the equally useless Home Secretary need to deal with this now.
The choice is simple. Enforce the rule of law without qualification or fail to do this .
London is dying as we watch. I will never take my grandchildren there and this is very sad. It is just not worth the risk however small.
This tourist season could well see numbers collapse . Maybe when money is at stake this useless government will do something

Much play is being made of his age. Maybe a mitigation, but it should not be.

I am considerably younger but have a wife and kids here with me.

If a person enters this home when people are in it, these days my presumption will be their intention can only be lethal, and any preemptive measures taken to neutralise the threat are legitimate.

I am not trained in such things, so the dial will be at eleven, deemed proportionate in the cold light of day or not.

These are the things I have been programmed with by the words and deeds of politicians like Theresa May or Sadiq Khan, and media such as the BbC.

            Steve:

The two scumbags he shot were not “running away”, they were actually in his house. They certainly scarpered off after he shot them, but one of them then died. He did not lay an ambush, but he slept with his shotgun by his bed because he had been burgled several times, and knew that it would take the police an age to come to his isolated farmhouse. He had to rely on himself.

He ended up killing one career burglar, and crippling another. In so doing, he must have prevented hundreds if not thousands of crimes which this pair of swines would have committed over the next few years. He may well have saved an innocent victim’s life. In my eyes, he did no wrong.

Guest Who, I agree with you. If a thief chooses to invade your home then under the law the intruder should forfeit they’re right to protection.
Disproportionate force is particular to interpretation so on this basis I would claim that I felt my life, and that of my family, were in imminent danger. I would state that the intruder threatened to kill me. Furthermore, in order to make my case I would go as far as to plant a kitchen knife in the palm of the intruder, making sure that it wasn’t the one from an identical set of six residing next to the toaster.
So, as it stands, in order to justify your right to protect your family you will be forced to fabricate a story that is breaking the law for you to stand within the law.
If it wasn’t so serious it would be laughable. Oh, and I sincerely hope that you never ever find yourself in just such a predicament.

The killings may well hit the tourist trade and as far as I’m concerned that’s a good thing . There is a recession not far away which will put more on the street and cause more stress.

If the killing rate remains the same in the run up to the local elections it may well overshadow the view of brexit which will suit neither side.

It obviously cannot be said; these are the deaths that dare not speak their name and the pretence can go on, and the root causes can continue to be ignored, aided and abetted by the BBC and the media in general. It’s blindingly obvious, but the Emperor’s New Clothes Syndrome is pervasive.

    • Oaknash says:

Keith – Maybe we are all (and especially the BBC) being a little too alarmist about these stabbings.
Since rape and misogyny in some cultures has been defended by some enlightened liberals as just “cultural relativism” why cant stabbing be the same?
I mean the cockneys have their knees ups
the Welsh have rugby and leek breeding
The Corns have their pasties and cream teas

Surely these things are all just facets of the same multifaceted gemstone?

So why are we being so judgmental of other diverse and vibrant groups if they want to express their culture and values. I thought diversity and expression of culture (except Western culture and Christianity of course) was what the liberals and the BBC wanted?

Maybe Stormzy should write a rap on it so we can all understand this phenomenon better.

    Toady Watch

I posted here yesterday a competition as to which London borough would be the killing winner for Wednesday – and the winner is Hackney x 2! I’m ready for the shadow Home Secretary to waddle onto Toady. But I think she’s got better things to do like enjoy the half term hols.

Toady noktee did I great piece on Hungary which votes on Sunday and the wonderful victor orbsn will be elected on a programme of holding back the foreign Islamic hordes and keeping a national identity . I’m thinking about moving to Hungary – but i d hope they wouldn’t let me in although I am white and Christian ( not a very good one).

The equalities gestapo found the average meaningless genda pay gap is 9.7 per cent . They are disappointed so think there is figure fiddling going on . What a waste of time and money . Bet that outfit is full of sistas. The gap is probably caused by beeboid pay levels .

Today’s prize goes to the first link between the killings on London streets and brexit .
    I reckon tomorrow.

      Toady update

David Lammy has been an MP for 18 years so has presided over their decline of his part of London .
He s gone on Toady saying the reasons for the killings is drugs.
He and his type have been undermining policing for years and then the Conservative s shame on them joined in . Lack of street control is the main reason for this crime wave so it ain’t going away any time soon .
On the upside at least toady has woken up to this . I go on about it because I live in the bit of London where much of this is going on . I’ve gone out twice recently and been met by police tape . God bless multiculturalism

Two more people killed in London

      London killings

A man in his early 20s has died after being stabbed in east London. Police were approached by the wounded victim in Link Street, Hackney, and tried to give him first aid, but he died at the scene 25 minutes later. And in Upper Clapton Road, less than two miles away, a man in his 50s was pronounced dead following reports of an assault.

The deaths – which follow the shootings of 16-year-old Amaan Shakoor 17-year-old Tanesha Melbourne earlier this week – bring the number of killings in London this year to 50.“

‘London’ seems to be killing a lot.

The Princess was shocked when the black guy said this was a good thing. Why? Because every youth club ended up with its own gang, and they just feuded with the gangs of the other youth clubs.

I almost felt sorry for Princess Nikki when reality gave the politically correct moron a bitch slap on national radio. Almost.

It is such a ridiculous argument. I used to run a youth club and the kids did not go out stabbing over the summer when it was not on.

Yes, I also roll my eyes when people say “these stabbings and killings happen because the kids have nothing to do”.

So not only does the state (i.e. us the taxpayer) have to cover the medical costs for you having a child, then contribute financially with child benefit and then educate it, it is also now our responsibility to keep it entertained with youth clubs that they’ll only use to sell drugs in.

Maybe the actual parents could make an effort to keep their children entertained, detained or safe and secure.

The argument that if kids are bored, they will start killing each other is just so goddam lazy and blame absolving.

The deterioration has been observably gradual over the years, commensurate with a Governments (all persuasions) mismanagement but now? “Free fall” is the only way it can be described in every respect.
Certain words in the English language carry a legal definition over and above a dictionary meaning. One word the law has refused to interpret differently from the common usage is, ‘amenity’ which for both purposes, is defined simply as the, “pleasantness of a place”. I’ll go no further.

    London murders: Fact-checking the statistics
Short video with “in depth analysis” on the London stabbings.

BBC fact #1 “it’s important to point out New York had twice the murders last year” whilst ignoring the fact London had 130 murders for 2017 and is already up to 50 for barely 3 months.

BBC fact #2 “what about gang violence? you will see that teenagers make up less than a quarter” so that’s alright then if we assume all gangs are aged 13 to 19 only – ffs!

BBC fact #3 “it is thought many of the murders are domestic violence”. Who ‘thought’ this exactly? Surely it can be proved easily and what does ‘many’ actually mean?

And there we have it. Nothing to worry about. There is no pattern in the killings whatsoever – just like the terror attacks, nothing links them together whatsoever.

”The television program was suddenly interrupted for a news bulletin. It wasn’t clear at first as to what the bulletin was about, since the announcer, like all announcers, had a serious speech impediment. For about half a minute, and in a state of high excitement, the announcer tried to say,”Ladies and Gentlemen.”
        He finally gave up…

A police photograph of Harrison Bergeron was flashed on the screen-upside down, then sideways, upside down again, then right side up. The picture showed the full length of Harrison against a background calibrated in feet and inches. He was exactly seven feet tall. ”

Yesterday he tweeted the most saccharine video about needing kids alive, along with a muscular tweet. The man is ridiculous.

You can bet they would never even lay a glove on him. So much for ‘white privilege’ – the threat of an accusation of ‘racism’ or ‘sexism’ is effectively a forcefield for certain groups. Whereas great comedy in the past like That Was The Week That Was mocked the establishment, the liberal elite epitomised by the Beeb IS the establishment.

Could they at least get comedy genius Nish Kumar to say something? I bet Khan would take any criticism extremely badly and take refuge in victim status.

The immune system of the media, law enforcement etc have turned against us. Instead of holding the wrongdoers to account they persecute anyone who points out there are problems.

Having a reasonable knowledge of the layout of Europe, I couldn’t believe my ears at the time. A glance at a map this morning has confirmed the BBC’s incorrect (upside down!) view of the geography of Europe.

Everything the BBC is doing at present is making them appear increasingly deficient. Is their TV output as bad as that of Radio4? If so, they are definitely NOT worth the Licence Fee.

Is it really true that the BBC is pushing certain leftest agendas in lieu of giving us the news in a balanced moderate form?

I’m quietly pondering this vexed question over breakfast as perky BBC presenter Naga Munchetty reporting on the anniversary of the death of Martin Luther King Jnr suddenly barks out “…was assinated by a White Supremacist!”

Woooah, that’s a rather unusually categorical editorial statement there. I’ll bet that didn’t get into the carefully considered BBC news script without being measured against some sort of new style agenda?

Some might feel that sounded a tad agressively anti-white. Does it not tend to tar all white people with the same evil brush? What if I feel it was a bit hateful and I took offence? Couldn’t the term ‘racial supremacist’ have served equally well? Why the perjorative use of the word ‘white’?

How come the supposedly neutral BBC world view is suddenly so starkly black and white?

As they got to the end and prepared to reboard their busses I walked up and thanked him for teaching his kids to think for themselves and know to question what people say.

Holding his mates pint while he threw darts. Its a dart’s match but media prefer the image of a drunk. Soon union jacks will be found, plus Nazi literature, and worse – a message from someone in the EDL, and this will be brought up in court.
Please Tommy Robinson, say nothing about this trial. You will be held responsible.

Typical BBC, lots of black kids in the photos as they are portrayed as victims of white skinned Tories.

Oh to be back in the day when the word ‘community’ meant going to the ‘community centre’ for a disco/wedding/jumble sale ! Now we hear it every day in a totally different context. Since at least the Millennium this country has become a depressing place to live in. I’m sure like a lot in my age bracket, we’ve grown up and lived in the best of times – which are long gone.

Isn’t it curious that only the ‘ethnics’ have a ‘community’ and cultures?

We might add that the gays and TGs have a community too. So when the politicised one’s speak, they preface their remark with ‘Speaking as a member of the gay LBGTwz community my view on…. climate change is…’

So what about the community of wankers?

‘Speaking as a member of the masturbating community I support Brexit’.
        There.

“Depressingly true:” – Gary ‘£1.75m’ Lineker

“You’ve got to be one of the other, Gary. That’s the politics of everything today. No more room for seeing both sides of the argument. You have to pick a side, scream at the other lot, and keep your fingers firmly in your ears. Them’s the rules.”

The racist beeb and the increasingly politicised and useless police ask ‘Are black knife deaths being ignored?’.

No you morons, it’s black knife KILLERS that are being ignored. In no small part because of the beeb, May and Khan.

Be assured that if the killers were white, the beeb, Dickless Dick and Khan’t-do-Khan would be all over it, and the outrage would be deafening.

An extract from some show, here taking a jaguar for a swim.
Except maybe the hidden message: it can get dangerously cold in indoor swimming pools , so don’t try this at home without a wetsuit too.

All this deflection, blaming cuts or a lack of mentoring etc. They never question the idea that all cultures are equal, the insane and patently absurd assumption they have bet the house on. Seeing as it is illegal to even ask that question we are doomed.
